This study aims to explain the effect of mother's child rearing behavior on aggression of young children and to verify the mediating effect of self-control between two variables. For the purpose, 1,524 children who fit this study among children aged 5 through 7th year of the Korean Children's Panel were selected. The data were analyzed by using the hierarchical regression method and the Sobel test. The main findings are as follows. First, the mother's warmth of rearing behavior was shown to decrease aggression of children, while mother's control of rearing behavior had no influence their aggression. Second, It was shown that the self-control of young children had a negative effect on their aggression. Third, self-control was shown to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between the mother's warmth of rearing behavior and aggression of children. Accordingly, various programs to reduce the aggression of young children were suggested and an alternative plan was proposed to be applied to child care sites.

Jeju City is one of the cities where decline of old city-center is appearing due to the reduction of residential and floating population. The decline of old city-center of Jeju City has been on the rise since the 1990s, and has been intensifying in the 2000s. Jeju City is currently activating specific policies to ensure activation and diversification of the local commercial area. In this paper, we propose a new method to increase the number of visitors to Jeju-Mokkwana by using Augmented Reality technology for activating commerce of old city-center. Various Augmented Reality contents based on smart-phone are implemented and operated in Jeju-Mokkwana. Also the survey is conducted to 574 visitors who have experienced online/offline promotion for analyzing effects. Survey results show that the proposed method can be effectively used to activate the old city-center by increasing the floating population.

This study examined the influence of academic self-efficacy of Faculty-student inter action and peer relations. The subject were collected from 289 dental hygiene students J region, three colleges of between November 5, December 30, in 2018. The data was analyzed by descriptive, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. Faculty-student interact ion was correlated with peer relations(r=.434) and had a positively correlation with academic self-efficacy(r=.282) with improved of major satisfaction and higher academic performance, a much more vigorous active faculty-student interaction and peer relations of level of academic self-efficacy. The results reveals to develop program co-relationship in order to improve academic self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of work stress, burnout and compassion satisfaction of the estheticians. The sample consisted of 268 estheticians from esthetic-shop located in Seoul and Gyung-gi province. The questionnaire was organized into 4 items of general traits, 24 items of KOSS, and 10 items of burnout and compassion satisfaction from proQOL. Results show that estheticians experienced a greater than moderate degree of job stress, compassion satisfaction burnout, whereas differences existed according to general characteristics. but group was included in the top 75% of the factor on when compared to the Korean occupational stress scale. It is foreseeable that the burnout caused by the work of a estheticians is not small at all. This study is expected to be used as basic data in finding ways to reduce job stress and burnout of estheticians.

In this paper, I propose a system development methodology that accepts images taken by camera attached to drone in real time while controlling mini drone and recognize and confirm the face of certain person. For the development of this system, OpenCV, Python related libraries and the drone SDK are used. To increase face recognition ratio of certain person from real-time drone images, it uses Deep Learning-based facial recognition algorithm and uses the principle of Triples in particular. To check the performance of the system, the results of 30 experiments for face recognition based on the author's face showed a recognition rate of about 95% or higher. It is believed that research results of this paper can be used to quickly find specific person through drone at tourist sites and festival venues.

In this study, four types of retinol, retinyl palmitate, adenocin, and polytoxylate-dretinamide, which are the ingredients of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety Notice, included in the study. also we looked at trends in research on Sciadopitys verticillata, Prunella vulgaris, Celosia cristata L., Brazilin, Persicaria hydropiper, Astragalus membranaceus Bunge, Forsythiae Fructus, Lithospermum root, Rheum undulatum L. and Cistanche deserticola Y. C. Ma a natural material that has the efficacy of antioxidant aging. The anti-aging study so far has been found to be centered mainly on collagen production and elastase synthesis inhibition mechanisms. However, given that the aging process of the skin is caused by various ageing processes, it is believed that anti-aging studies using safe and effective natural materials that can help the skin age with various mechanisms should be conducted.

In the business environment of the modern society, it is not possible for the company, which is a producer of accounting information, to provide accounting information to the users of accounting information because it can not satisfy the information demand of the accounting information users due to the problem of information asymmetry. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out what information should be provided for satisfying the information needs of users of accounting information. This study investigates the qualitative characteristics of accounting information based on K-IFRS in the provision of accounting information and conducts empirical studies based on the users of accounting information of listed companies and unlisted companies. And how to improve the satisfaction. As a result of empirical research, it was confirmed that the accounting information satisfying the qualitative characteristics is useful for meeting the information needs of users of accounting information.

In order to realize the operation of the creative modular toy, it is required to record the motion and to read and repeat the motion. At this time, a control potentiometer is used to read the absolute angle of rotation of the toy motion output shaft. However, the unstable part of the sensing area of the potentiometer is present in a certain region, which may lead to instability of the motor control. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to find the absolute angle of one rotation by reading two stable potentiometers on one axis and reading each stable region. We also describe the correction algorithm that is needed to perform multiple rotations. The proposed method is applied to Topobo modular toys to record the operation and perform iterative operation. In addition, multi-turn operation is recorded and operated to suggest the usefulness of the proposed method. In the future, we will expand the functions of recording and playback through various actions.

Recently, as aviation industry has been activated, development of software related to composite materials has been demanded. Composite analysis requires specialized structural analysis and test evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to use existing commercial software to analyze the composite structure, but existing commercial software only provides limited functions. Especially, since there is no specialized software for corner structure analysis of aerospace composites spa structure, much human resources and time are consumed in structural analysis. In order to solve this problem, we developed a GUI-based automation software based on user-friendly GUI that reflects the existing corner structure analysis procedure and provides multiple breakdown criteria. To verify the reliability of the structural analysis results of the developed software, it was confirmed that there is no problem in the structural analysis performance as a result of comparing with the existing analysis results.

The purpose to this study is to analyze the difference of trust toward Internet-only bank into two groups according to the gender. We specially examined whether there is any gap in the determinant of trust. For this, we attempted to analyze the significance of the difference in the path coefficients between the gender through latent mean and path analysis. As a results, the difference of the determinant of trust between the male and the female group occurred in the factor of benefit and security. Moreover, it reconfirmed that trust are later strongly extended to relationship commitment. These findings suggest that it's very important to establish a trust with customers.
