This study attempted to identify factors affecting the clinical nurse's medication safety competence. Data collection was conducted with 154 nurses working in two tertiary general hospitals. Data were analyzed using by t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression analysis with SPSS 26.0 program. As a result of the study, medication safety competence had a statistically significant correlation with problem-solving ability and self-efficacy. The factors influencing medication safety competences were in order of self-efficacy, problem-solving ability, work pattern, and current site work experience, which together accounted for 64.7% of the total variance. Therefore, in order to improve the clinical nurse's medication safety competences, prioritizing the development of a program to enhance self-efficacy and problem-solving ability is required.

Changes in the mechanical properties and microstructure of an IN 939 W alloy according to the sintering heating rate were evaluated. IN 939 W alloy samples were fabricated by spark plasma sintering. The phase fraction, number density, and mean radius of the IN 939 W alloy were calculated using a thermodynamic calculation. A universal testing machine and micro-Vickers hardness tester were employed to confirm the mechanical properties of the IN 939 W alloy. X-ray diffraction, optical microscopy, field-emission scanning electron microscopy, Cs-corrected-field emission transmission electron microscopy, and energy dispersive X-ray spectrometry were used to evaluate the microstructure of the alloy. The rapid sintering heating rate resulted in a slightly dispersed γ' phase and chromium oxide. It also suppressed the precipitation of the η phase. These helped to reinforce the mechanical properties.

In this study, we investigated the effects of health satisfaction and family relationship satisfaction on depression among low-income middle-aged men who are expected to have great economic difficulties. The mediating effect was analyzed to see what kind of change in the depressive state according to the social acquaintance satisfaction. Frequency analysis and regression analysis were performed using SPSS statistics program using data from the 15th Korea Welfare Panel for middle-aged adults aged 50 to 64 years. As a result of analyzing the mediating effect of social acquaintance satisfaction on depression, it showed a partial mediating effect on health satisfaction and a fully mediating effect on family relationship satisfaction. The result of this study is to clearly reveal the effect of service support for improving social acquaintance satisfaction for middle-aged men on mental health such as depression, in the future effective standards can be provided for validation of the validity of social network support services for middle-aged men.

Currently, the housing supply rate exceeds 100%, and the penetration rate continues to increase. This housing supply rate is changing from quantitative supply-oriented to improving the quality of the residential environment in housing service policies. Despite the increase in the housing supply rate, practical access to the vulnerable class is still difficult and there are many areas that are insufficient to use housing services when necessary. In addition, the demand for residential services is increasing due to the expansion of the scope of the vulnerable class. In order to compensate for these problems, facilities and joint occupancy that cannot guarantee independent living are mainly established, although a supply plan is established for the vulnerable by expanding policies and support projects. This paper proposes an IoT environment-based housing support system for vulnerable groups to support housing services for vulnerable groups. The proposal system improves the quality of the residential environment and provides service-oriented support services. Through the proposal system, appropriate social participation opportunities can be provided by improving the quality of life of the vulnerable and supporting a residential environment where independent living is possible.

This study is a descriptive research study to investigate The mediating effect of family Function on the relationship between depression and life satisfaction of bereaved older women. From March to April 2021, data were collected from older women over the age of 60 who lived in A city and experienced bereavement. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 27.0 Statistics Program. It was confirmed that family Function had a full mediation effect on the relationship between depression and life satisfaction of bereaved older women. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to develop various programs that can improve family Function to help the older women who have experienced the bereavement of their spouses adjust smoothly.

This is a study using data from the 8th National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey to identify the factors that affect the handgrip strength and health status in the elderly. Bivariate logistic regression analysis was performed on 1,470 subjects. As a result of this study, the decrease in grip strength was significantly lower for males, 70-74 or 65-69 years of age, and those who thought their subjective health status was normal or good. The decrease in grip strength was significantly higher when the education level was less than elementary school or middle school, and when the sleeping time was more than 8 hours. Considering the variables affecting hand grip strength, it can be used as basic data when establishing health policies for the elderly or health promotion policies to improve grip strength as a primary prevention activity.

Obesity is known as a metabolic disease caused by abnormal differentiation of fat tissue due to an imbalance between energy intake and consumption.. The purpose of this study was to confirm the changes in the genes associated with pancreatic lipase activity and pre-adipocyte cell differentiation by treatment of red onion extract treatment. The effect of red onion extract treatment on pre-adipocyte differentiation was evaluated using 3T3-L1 adipocytes, and the activity of related genes was confirmed through Real-Time PCR. As a result of the experiment, the red onion extract inhibit pancreatic lipidase activity by concentration dependent manner. In addition, it was found to inhibit adipocyte differentiation and inhibit the activity of genes(C/EBP-α, C/EBP-β, PPAR-γ) associated with adipocyte differentiation. Through the results of this experiment, it is suggested that the red onion extract can be developed as a high potential material with anti-obesity efficacy by suppressing adipocytic differentiation by controlling genes related to adipocyte differentiation.

Fluid flow and thermal characteristics of laminar nanofluid(water/Al2O3) flow in a circular U-bend tube have been studied numerically. In this study, the effect of Reynolds number and the solid volume fraction and the impact of the U-bend on the flow field, the heat transfer and pressure drop was investigated. Comparisons with previously published experimental works on horizontal curved tubes show good agreements between the results. Heat transfer coefficient increases by increasing the solid volume fraction of nanoparticles as well as Reynolds number. Also, the presence of the secondary flow in the curve plays a key role in increasing the average heat transfer coefficient. However, the pressure drop curve increases significantly in the tubes with the increase in nanoparticles volume fraction.

The purpose of this study is to provide basic data onto preparing soft landing plan of future education policy by exploring direction of future education for the common good using big data and keyword network analysis. Based on the big data provided by Textom, data was collected under the keyword 'future education + common Good' and then keyword network analysis was performed. As a result of the research, it was found that 'common good', 'social', 'KAIST future warning', 'measures', 'research', 'future education', 'politics' were common keywords in the social awareness of future education for the common good. The results of this study suggest that the social awareness of future education for the common good is related to factors related to human, physical environment, social response, academic interest, education policy, education plan, and related variables, It was closely related. Based on these results, we suggested implications for the support for the preparation of a soft landing plan of future education for the common good.

This study suggests art makeup design by utilizing the characteristics of psychedelic works. The study analyzed the concept of being psychedelic and art makeup based on precedent studies and publications, and classified the psychedelic characteristics as being those of mysterious, optical illusions, and playfulness. After selecting the work featuring the characteristics of being psychedelic, six works were created with this motif, by integrating the airbrush, the pictorial, and the object techniques of the art makeup expression techniques. As a result, it was demonstrated that the design that has utilized the characteristics of psychedelic works could be applicable to art makeup. Next, the confluence of art works and art makeup can serve as an approach to drawing creative designs. Thus, this study suggests a direction for extending the creativity and variety of art makeup design, and a continued development for art makeup design by further confluences with various areas is expected
