Recently a rapidly changing business environment, business strong ability and operating an integrated information system is actively made. However, the result of the success factors affecting the overall project, but a study to analyze the project's success is not enough. In this study, the project implementation and operation of the critical success factors that can occur in the analysis of research and practice leading to the combination of variables derived from empirical studies find and isolate the success factors were over. Present study came from existing projects that can be the integrated system, representation factors affecting the implementation and operation of business processes in order to analyze the elements and procedures, performance capabilities of the organization, consultants and professionals involved with other related variables were analyzed by injecting. In this study, the consultants and experts showed that the variables are very significant rather than the organization's ability to perform business processes and procedures. This study will give a guideline as future success factors for building an integrated system of professional experiences.

Real-Time Enterprise concept comes out as an alternative to reduce the increasing uncertainty of the business environment recently. And lots of companies want to get Real-Time concept into their organizations. However, studies on RTE are not sufficient yet, from defining to realizing it. Thus, this study defines RTE activities with the RTE definition of Gartner and derives RTE critical success factors. During this study, system thinking is used to make interactions of RTE variables clear, and causal maps, generated by system thinking, are applied to derive CSF.

The needs of strategic approach toward the usage of the Internet in corporate context are increasingly important as digital economy changes the way of doing business. However, companies are not easily taking the opportunity since the strategic use of the Internet is difficult because of the conflicts in distribution, business process, organization structure, etc. The Internet strategy applicable to companies in a generic context is proposed by identifying the CSFs (Critical Sucess Factors) in exploiting the potential of the internet. CSFs are derived by the previous study and case analysis, from which two most important factors are chosen based on a survey. In the survey, the ranking of the significance of the 8 CFSs from the 25 cases is questioned to the internet experts. Then a $2{\times}$2$ matrix is designed to find the optimal area for a company to be successful in the Internet usage. The strategy suggested here appears to be the shifting strategy in order to be in the optimal area in using the Internet strategically.

The portion of plant industry has increased within construction market. In spite of plant industry is dynamic field which leads state-of-the-art and creates a value, phased information management and knowledge intensive business accomplishment are insufficient. Henceforth plant is expected to demand increment of industrial project from hereafter international plant industry market. The continuous plan technique and know-how accumulation are urgent from domestic. 1'his research analyzes the areas in which domestic plant industry is insufficient and then elicits project management key success factors from current operation process. In addition, this research compares domestic plant level with overseas plant level. This study establishes work models for critical work phases based on the analysis of domestic plant technical level.

In this paper, we investigate the strategy for the promotion of IT industry in Yongin region and suggest some directions for operations strategy of them. we divide the strategy into centralization of supporting facilities , construction of supporting network, development of lesion based firm, and modernization of marketing/logistics based on the result of the Previous study on the 19 critical success factors. The strategy foactors are analyzed by AHP and evaluated by the three groups(IT firms, local government official worker, professor) which have an influence on IT policy. This research contribute to assist planners and policy-makers in supporting IT industry by providing useful information about the suggested strategy, and by suggesting the effective means to assist the IT industry.

This study explored how early stage entrepreneurs think about key success factors of startup and its impact factors. Previous research on key success factors of startup focused on high technology industry or explored retrospectively main reason of their startup success. However, preparatory entrepreneur who lacks career and social experience has different point of view of startup success, because of their situation which they overcome various problem of entrepreneurial process. This research surveyed key success factors and impact factors of entrepreneurial success based on 905 preparatory entrepreneur. We witnessed that preparatory entrepreneur recognizes various key success factors and found different key success factors according to the attribute of preparatory entrepreneur. We found that man, team startup and non technology related startup in 20s age emphasized procuring superior manpower. But solitary startup and previous career related busienss and long preparation term in 30s age recognized importantly about the entrepreneur's ability. Also, preparatory entrepreneur who considered importantly sales promotion and thorough preparation has different attribute. We can find a unique point that Funding capability was not significant attribute. Finally we suggested implication and further research agenda to foster young entrepreneur based on major findings.

For the successful operation of IPP program which is a unique Korean Co-op education program designed and implemented by Korea Tech, it is very crucial to have both a reasonable performance evaluation system and a systematic feedback and upgrading system for the program. In this paper, we will provide the logic model for long-term performance evaluation of Korea Tech's IPP program. Since the critical success factors(CSF) and Key Performance Index(KPI) are very important for the IPP program implementation, they are also provided and discussed in detail. In addition, we will discuss and analyze about the student and the industry survey results for IPP program's sucess factors.

This study is analyzed using the Shanghai stock market and Shenzhen stock market data in order to analyze the usefulness of accounting information to appear from the introduction of international accounting standards in China. Summarized the relevant previous researches for objective study approach, studied the hypothesis based on the empirical analysis and set a hypothesis as adjusting the stuffs to fix in this research model. In this study, Analyzed the hypothesis to input of detailed variables for analyzing the value relevance between periods before fair value and after fair value. Also, in this hypothesis study, analyzed and estimated to affect the quality of information the acceptant period when compare with acceptant periods and before periods of fair value. These results suggested that impact the net asset value per share and earnings per share of the company because the value of the relationship had statistically significant at the level of relevance. Therefore, in the future studies about fair value assessment, will be expected that usefulness of the enterprise value evaluation method enable to discuss it such as critical sucess factors.

K-POP has become a part of killer contents attracting worldwide attention beyond Asia. The purpose of this study aims to identify some critical factors for recent success of K-POP. In order to do that, the influence of the change in media on the globalization of popular culture was explored and its required conditions were analyzed. And the international and domestic contents production cases were investigated and the possibility of expansion of Korean Wave through reproduction of diverse contents was discussed. The potential markets for further development of Korean Wave were also analyzed and gave some suggestions for building new businesses model and effective infrastructure of among producer of contents, platform subscriber, network provider, terminal enterprise and retailers.

Since the larger and complex construction projects are performed, project performance measurement is highlighting the importance to eliminate inefficiencies and plan to reasonable management practices. So many researchers are conducting research about the project critical sucess factor. But, these factors are mixed both management practices to improve performance and native project characteristics. Therefore performance measurement data couldn't apply to another project successfully. And the project characteristics affect project performance. But contractor couldn't change characteristics. This study provides a project characteristics's definition and classification. This study provides a quantitative level of performance improvement difficulty through out project manager survey. The contractor can estimate a level of performance difficulty through initial project information. With this, project contractor can more efficiently manage project.
