풍경 그림을 사용하여 도식이 기억에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 실험 1에서는 즉시 검사를 실시하여 부호화할 때 도식이 기억에 미치는 영향을 알아보았고, 실험 2에서는 3일 지연 검사를 실시하여 파지기간 동안 도식이 기억에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 두 실험 모두에서 제시시간(250ms vs 1000ms)을 다르게 하고 목표 미끼를 생략하는 조건과 목표 미끼를 다른 물건으로 대체하는 조건으로 항목의 축어적 정보 부호화를 조작하였다. 특히 생략과 대체 조건을 비교하여 도식에 기반한 기대라는 하향정보 특정항목에 대한 상향정보가 기억에 미치는 효과를 알아보았다. 두 개의 실험에서 전형적인 항목에 대한 오기억은 지연검사에서도 별 변화가 없는데 반해 학습 항목에 대한 기억은 감소하였으며, 오기억은 생략조건에서 더 많이 보고되었으나, 비전형 항목에 대한 기억은 감소하였으며, 오기억은 생략조건에서 더 많이 보고되었으나, 비전형 항목에 대한 기억은 대체조건에서 더 많이 보고되었다. 이 결과는 도식에 기반한 오기억은 비교적 지속적이며, 도식에 의한 기대라는 하향 정보가 상향 정보와 충돌이 일어날 때에는 오기억이 감소한다는 사실을 보여 주었다.

케이징 구조 유연성을 고려한 30톤 추력급 터보펌프에 대한 임계 속도 해석이 수행되었다. 로터와 케이징을 포함한 전체 모델에 대한 3차원 유한요소법이 회전체 동역학 특성을 예측하기 위하여 적용되었다. 케이징 구조 유연성의 영향을 고찰하기 위하여 로터 단독 모델과 고정-고정 및 자유-자유 경계조건을 갖는 로터-케이징 연계 모델에 대한 수치 해석이 이루어 졌다. 무부하 하중 조건과 부하 하중 조건에서의 볼 베어링 강성이 각각 진공 조건과 실제 엔진 장착 조건에서의 작동을 모사하기 위하여 사용되었다. 수치해석 결과로부터 케이징 구조 유연성의 영향이 터보펌프의 임계 속도를 감소시킴을 확인하였다. 특히, 높은 베어링 강성을 갖는 부하 로터 조건에서 낮은 베어링 강성을 갖는 무부하 로터 조건에 비하여 더 많은 영향을 받음을 알 수 있었다.

We investigate the multiple nontrivial solutions of the asymmetric beam equation $u_{tt}+u_{xxxx}=b_1[{(u + 2)}^+-2]+b_2[{(u + 3)}^+-3]$ with Dirichlet boundary condition and periodic condition on t. We reduce this problem into a two-dimensional problem by using variational reduction method and apply the Mountain Pass theorem to find the nontrivial solutions of the equation.

We prove the existence of infinitely many solutions of the nonlinear higher order elliptic equation with Dirichlet boundary condition $(-{\Delta})^mu=q(x,u)$ in ${\Omega}$, where $m{\geq}1$ is an integer and ${\Omega}{\subset}{R^n}$ is a bounded domain with smooth boundary, when q(x,u) satisfies some conditions.

We investigate the number of the nontrivial solutions of the nonlinear biharmonic equation with Dirichlet boundary condition. We give a theorem that there exist at least three nontrivial solutions for the nonlinear biharmonic problem. We prove this result by the finite dimensional reduction method and the shape of the graph of the corresponding functional on the finite reduction subspace.

In this paper we investigate the existence of solutions of a nonlinear wave equation $u_{tt} - u_{xx} = p(x, t, u)$$ in $H_0$, where $H_0$ is the Hilbert space spanned by eigenfunctions. If p satisfy condition $(p_1) - (p_3)$, this nonlinear gave equation has at least one solution.

Let ${\Omega}$ be a bounded subset of $\mathbb{R}^n$ with smooth boundary. We investigate the solvability for a class of the system of the nonlinear elliptic equations with Dirichlet boundary condition. Using the mountain pass theorem we prove that the system has at least one nontrivial solution.

In this article we are concerned with some non-local problems of Kirchhoff type with Dirichlet boundary condition in Orlicz-Sobolev spaces. A result of the existence of infinitely many solutions is established using variational methods and Ricceri's critical points principle modified by Bonanno.

Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor (PDE5I), which is widely used to treat erectile dysfunction. Although PDE5Is have excellent safety profiles, and most of the side effects are mild, rare serious adverse events have been reported in association with PDE5Is. Thrombosis is one of those events, and a few previous reports have suggested the association of PDE5Is with thrombosis. We report the case of a 61-year-old male who developed pulmonary embolism combined with pulmonary infarction directly after taking tadalafil. Both the patient and the physician suspected tadalafil as the culprit drug, as the patient was in an otherwise healthy condition. However, after extensive evaluation, we noticed that factor VIII levels were elevated. Prior reports suggesting the association between thrombosis and PDEIs either lack complete information on coagulation factors, or show inconsistencies in their results. Physicians should operate caution prior to accepting the diagnosis of adverse drug reaction.

거짓막 괴사성 기관지 아스페르길루스증은 심한 면역 저하가 있는 환자에서 발생하는 드문 질환으로 높은 사망률을 보이고 있다. 저자들은 당뇨병 외에는 과거력이 없는 고령의 환자에서 거짓막 괴사성 기관지 아스페르길루스증을 1예 진단하였으며 적절한 치료로 호전되어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
