Objective: The purpose of this study was to develop an education program using music activities for promoting young children's creativity and personality and to analyze the impact of this program on the creativity and personality of young children in child care classrooms. Methods: The study consisted of how the creativity and personality education program using music activities for young children was developed and the impact of the program on 5-year-old children's creativity and personality. The experimental treatment was conducted on a total of 16 occasions for eight weeks. The data were collected through the preschooler Creativity test(K·CCTYC) and The Empathy Index for Children and Adolescents (IECA) and Skill Situation Measures were used to analyze the effects of experimental treatment with paired t-test. Results: First, the program had positive effects on fluency, flexibility, originality and imagination of creativity. Second, the program had positive effects on empathy ability and prosociality. Conclusion/Implications: The effectiveness of the creativity and personality education programs using music activities for promoting young children's creativity and personality and the ways to promote young children's creativity and personality in early childhood educations institutes were discussed.

The purpose of this study was to analyze students' creative personality within creativity personality model schools and public schools in order to investigate effects on of the management of Creativity Personality Model School. The objects of this study were different 4~6th grade classes in two Elementary schools located in Gyeongsangnam-do G city. The experimental group was composed of 301 students Y Elementary school and the comparative group was composed of 231 students G Elementary school. Before carrying out the study, both groups took the preliminary examination about their creative personality. After three months, the experiment group and the comparison group took the post examination to compare and analyze the results. The results of this study were as follows: It was observed that the management of Creativity Personality Model School would have meaningful effects to improve the creative personality of students. A important factor was that operated a variety program of creative personality, such as 'Rainbow School' and 'Rainbow Experiential learning'. Through this study, it seemed to conclude that the management of Creativity Personality Model School was more effective on improving students' creative personality.

In this study, five personality types of employees have any impact on their creativity, a systematic and comprehensive study of literary research and demonstration studies were parallel. Results of the research employee of the extroversion, agreeableness of their creativity (+) showed the impact. In addition, sincerity, openness to experience, personality and creativity of employee creativity (+) for influencing said. Neuroticism to creativity, but nature does not affect any found. This study, five personality types that affect employee creativity of individuals by examining the relationship between personality type and creativity by presenting a model for the study, employees' personality types can have on creativity and offers a realistic alternative to the theory presented you can find the meaning in that. These theoretical and empirical validation of the results of employee productivity oriented organizations, including human resource management in a systematic and reasonable for the type of personality tests are being conducted on the administrative feasibility is expected to be able to provide. Finally, based on the results of these studies, management and administrative implications and future research directions presented.

본 연구는 가정과교육의 정체성과 본질을 바탕으로 가정교과에서의 창의 인성 교육의 특징과 요소를 탐색하여 도출하고, 가정교과의 창의 인성 수업 모델을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 먼저 문헌 고찰을 통해 가정과교육에서의 창의성과 인성 교육의 전제와 특징을 탐색하고, 가정과교육에서의 창의 인성 교육요소를 18개 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 가정과교육에서 창의 인성 교육의 전제와 특징, 창의 인성 교육 요소를 발현하기에 적합한 가정과의 창의 인성 수업 모델로서 실천적 문제해결학습 모형, 창의적 문제해결학습 모형, 탐구학습 모형, 역할놀이(체험학습) 모형을 '옷차림과 자기 표현' 단원에서 개발하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 창의 인성 교육이 가정과교육의 본질과 부합되는 개념임을 확인하고, 가정과에서의 창의 인성 수업의 기초를 마련한데 의의가 있다. 앞으로 가정과에서의 창의 인성 교육에 대한 철학적 논의의 활성화, 가정과교육에서의 창의 인성 교육 요소에 대한 다양한 검증, 다양한 창의 인성 수업모델 제시, 창의 인성 수업 후 학생들의 변화를 살피는 연구가 필요하다.

본 연구는 영재교육을 담당하는 현장교사를 중심으로 미래사회 영재를 위한 '창의 인성 교육의 개념,' '창의 인성 교육방안,' 그리고 '창의 인성 교육지원'에 대한 인식을 조사하였다. 연구결과, 현장교사들은 종래의 인지중심의 영재교육에서 탈피하여 미래사회 발전에 이바지 하는 창의적인 사회적 자본(사회적 + 도덕적 리더)을 양성하는 교육으로 창의 인성 교육을 개념화 하였다. 또한 본 연구의 현장교사들은 창의 인성 교육방안으로 미래사회 지향적인 교육방안 즉, 사회적 민감성을 신장하는 교육과 창의성 및 리더십 교육을 언급하고, 실제 귀납적인 교육과정을 통해서 영역-특수적인 영재성을 발전시켜야 한다고 지적하였다. 그러나 현장교사는 미래사회 영재를 위한 창의 인성 교육을 별도로 전개하기 보다는 정규 학교교육과 연계하여 전개해야 한다고 하면서, 창의 인성 교육의 필요성에 대한 사회적 인식 함양과 교사 전문성 및 교육 프로그램의 개발을 제기하였다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of teachers' creative personality and self-efficacy on their role for young children's creativity improvement. The subjects were 269 teachers who were working at the public or private kindergartens. Measurements consisted of teachers' creativity personality(Park & You, 2000), self-efficacy(Lim, 1999), and teachers' role for young children's creativity improvement(Guliford, 1956). The data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's post-analysis, Pearson's correlation, hierarchical regression using SPSS 11.0 Program. The results of this research are as follows: first, teachers' creativity personality, teacher's self-efficacy on self-regulation, and the teacher's role for children's creativity improvement had significant differences according to teachers' general background. Second, it appeared that teacher's creativity personality and self-efficacy meaningfully influenced the teacher's role for children's creativity improvement. Teacher's curiosity, and self-efficacy on self-regulation affects teacher's role in improving children's immersion/ durability, flexibility and delicacy.

본 연구의 목적은 예비영유아교사의 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌 개발에 대한 인식 및 요구도를 조사하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 유아교육과에 재학 중인 4학년 161명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구도구는 '창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌에 대한 인식' 3문항과 '창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌 개발에 대한 요구도' 7문항에 대한 설문지를 구성하였고, 자료분석은 기술통계를 통해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 대부분의 예비교사들은 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌의 중요성을 높게 인식하였고, '창의 인성 강좌의 개발과 적용'의 지원을 중요하다고 보았으며, 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌가 효과가 있다고 인식하였다. 둘째, 절반 이상의 예비교사들은 창의 인성 함양을 위한 강좌를 수강하겠다고 하였고, 2과목, '1학기 3시간 10주'가 가장 적절하며, '창의성 교육요소 중 성향적 요소'를 많이 요구하였다. 또한, 그들은 '다양한 분야의 융합형 수업'을 많이 요구하였으며, '영화와 음악'의 교수매체가 가장 적절하며, '포트폴리오 평가'를 많이 요구하였다.

본 연구는 초등학생 322명을 대상으로 창의적 인성과 진로인식, 직업포부간의 관계를 알아보고 직업포부에 미치는 창의적 인성과 진로인식의 영향에 대해서 검증하였다. 연구결과, 창의적 인성과 진로인식, 직업포부 간 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 창의적 인성은 진로인식과 직업포부에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 창의적 인성을 독립변인으로, 직업포부를 종속변인으로, 그리고 진로인식을 매개변인으로 보고 변인간의 관계모형을 구조방정식을 통해 검증한 결과, 변인간의 관계모형은 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 초등학생의 효과적인 진로지도 및 상담방법에 대해 논의하였다.

불확실성이 높은 환경하에서 기업이 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해 창의성의 중요성은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 개인수준에서 창의성을 높이는 선행요인을 파악하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 주도적 성격이 창의성에 미치는 직접효과를 분석하였다. 또한 이들간의 관계를 조절하는 상황적 요인으로 조직동일시와 경쟁적 분위기를 제시한 후 이들 변수들의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 국내 대기업에 소속된 R&D 3개 연구소에 근무하는 R&D 인력 127명을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과 주도적 성격은 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직동일시와 경쟁적 분위기가 이들간의 관계를 긍정적으로 강화시키는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

미래사회는 창의성뿐만 아니라 인성까지 고루 갖춘 인재를 요구하고 있다. 본 연구는 초등학교 5, 6학년을 대상으로 정보과학 교과의 프로그래밍 교육에 있어 창의적 문제해결 모형인 CPS 모형과 도덕적 내러티브 교육 모형을 통합하여 창의성 인성 통합 프로그래밍 교육 모형을 개발하고 적용하였다. 그 결과, 창의성 향상뿐만 아니라 인성 함양에도 효과가 있었다. 이는 정보과학 교육에 있어 IT인재 육성을 위한 창의성 인성 통합 교육 모형과 교육 과정 등을 개발하는데 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
