The aesthetic value of Korea is rising in various fields through the use of designs using Korean materials. Korean materials contain oriental ideas and are widely used as materials for design development due to the uniqueness of its form. The purpose of this study is to present basic data of nail art design differentiated nail art designs required at the nail art industry site by producing nail works using Korean materials. Accordingly, We proceeded on the basis of theoretical consideration and empirical research for the development of nail art design, a field of beauty in this study, and made a Korean and unique nail art design work using the Four Gracious Plants. For this purpose, we considered theoretically the characteristics of nail art and the Gracious Plants, and made nail art design works derived from empirical research. The work was analyzed by color, texture, and design elements of form. Therefore, the mixed method of Nail Art and the Gracious Plants, which is the core of this study, is considered to be meaningful in laying the foundation for creative nail art design development.

Modern company faces an uncertain future and a competitive environment and are seeking new technologies and creative products to ensure the corporate growth and survival in the market through continuous innovation. "University Industry Cooperation(UIC)" is a point of contact for overcoming the crisis faced by companies and universities in this era and a cooperation platform for mutual prosperity. As a subsidiary of a university, "Technology Holding Company(THC)" is attracting attention as a new window for UIC in Korea. The role of THC is to establish and foster the business opportunities of their subsidiaries and to return investment profits to the university ecosystem again. But recently, the life cycle of technology is getting shorter, and the development cost is steadily increasing. In particular, with the increase of hybrid projects based on convergence and combination, the risk of conducting research(R&D) and new product development(NPD) projects is gradually increasing. A PMO refers to a project management organization that can contribute to improving the success rate of projects with increasing uncertainty by supporting project visibility and appropriate decision-making. The purpose of this study is to raise a research question on whether THC's corporate performance can be improved when "Project Management System(PMO Service)" is introduced into the subsidiary incubation system of THC. This study proposes several research methods to identify the relationship between the introduction of PMO and the corporate performance of THC.

This study explores role of self-efficiency in the career activities of marriage immigrant women. It is expected that self-efficiency would contribute to marriage immigrant women helping them to overcome the difficulties of their lives spontaneously and keep on their careers. For this, it was conducted that in-depth interview with seven marriage immigrant women. Conclusion was classified into two parts as following. The conclusion is from whether marriage immigrant woman has self-efficiency in her career purpose and career barrier. First, in the conclusion of career purpose, higher self-efficiency leads to constant career fulfillment and positive self image and lower self efficiency gives rise to absence of neighboring subgoal and discontinuity or lagging of personal career. Second, in the conclusion of career barrier, higher self-efficiency person would consider career barrier as an object to get over. On the contrary, lower self-efficiency person could not find the proper strategies to deal with career barrier and conform to the barrier and give up the career.

In this study, we developed the multicultural program that could strengthen capabilities of the local childcare community and analyzed the satisfaction and effects of the program. The multicultural childcare community programs are designed for taking into account the conditions of effective contact between social groups. Five programs for multicultural childcare community are performed during the period (August from July 2015), and there were 196 members of local community involved in that programs. Local multicultural community program indicated a high satisfaction and we were able to lead on building their self-esteem and social engagement of multicultural parents through that program. Furthermore, we can confirm the needs of the program for local multicultural childcare community have continued. It is significant that this study provides basic data for the multicultural childcare community program to make a contribution to another local multicultural community.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of mentoring program using logic model in university students. We surveyed 40 mentors who participated mentoring program in 2014. Data collection were open-ended questions. Questions was made of with a steps in logic model and content analysis was carried out. The results are as follows: first, according to the step of the inputs, many students questioned said that public relations, selection process, matching, orientations, activity costs was proper. Secondly, in the activities, it was showed that mentor met firstly mentee with teacher in school and mentoring activities comprised 80% of studying and 20% of counseling and experiencing. third, in the outputs, most of participants expressed satisfaction in mentoring period, time, place. Lastly, in the outcomes, this program affected both mentor and mentee with cognitive, emotional and behavior development. Consequentially, this results have influence on improvement of following mentoring programs.

This study examines the development and limitations of current artificial intelligence (AI) music composition programs. AI music composition programs have progressed significantly owing to deep learning technology. However, they possess limitations pertaining to the creative aspects of music. In this study, we collect, compare, and analyze information on existing AI-based music composition programs and explore their technical orientation, musical concept, and drawbacks to delineate future directions for AI music composition programs. Furthermore, this study emphasizes the importance of developing AI music composition programs that create "personalized" music, aligning with the era of personalization. Ultimately, for AI-based composition programs, it is critical to extensively research how music, as an output, can touch the listeners and implement appropriate changes. By doing so, AI-based music composition programs are expected to form a new structure in and advance the music industry.

Recently, global luxury fashion brands such as Gucci, Saint Laurent, and Louis Vuitton have been showing special interest in Korean contemporary artists and actively collaborating with them. This can be said to be a new change that is distinguished from previous collaborations of fashion brands. Therefore, this study investigated the cases of collaboration between global luxury fashion brands and Korean contemporary artists, and analyzed the types and characteristics to examine the trends and characteristics and draw meaning. As a result, fashion brands combine the characteristics of Korean art works of various genres with the brand concept and pursued values to create new sensibility and high value-added products. It can be seen that the intention was to prepare a place to draw out. In addition, it was found that collaboration was also utilized in terms of marketing so that domestic customers could visit the brand store with a sense of familiarity by utilizing Korea's artistic and cultural sentiments. Based on the results of this study, we intend to provide basic data for the development of creative contents for various collaborations between fashion and art that can help develop the modern fashion industry.

This research aims to design a system capable of generating real web pages based on deep learning and big data, in three stages. First, a classification system was established based on the industry type and functionality of e-commerce websites. Second, the types of components of web pages were systematically categorized. Third, the entire web page auto-generation system, applicable for deep learning, was designed. By re-engineering the deep learning model, which was trained with actual industrial data, to analyze and automatically generate existing websites, a directly usable solution for the field was proposed. This research is expected to contribute technically and policy-wise to the field of generative AI-based complete website creation and industrial sectors.

This paper is concerned with medical tourism, which is expected to become the new growth engine of the 21st century. Medical tourism is a collaborative and synergistic composition of Healthcare and Tourism, and has led to a remarkable growth in 2012 since the year 2009, exhibiting huge growth potential. This paper reviews the emerging market of the medical tourism with five major hospitals in Korea from the perspective of medical tourists, and makes suggestions for the global health care and the sustainable development in Korean medical tourism as a growth market: the construction of websites for active services and transparent management of medical expenses with proper arrangement of medical consulting and advices, cooperation of the health care center and the medical tourism industry, and the activation of healthcare communication. For the smooth progress of medical tourism, this paper suggests two separate communication channels: one for the patient tourists and the other for the medical tourism coordinators. The former needs accuracy with professional knowledge on the healthcare and communication, which should be classified as medical interpreters working with disease-oriented medical tourists. The latter refers to international medical coordinators dedicated to the smooth progress of medical tourism and services. This paper also points out the creative efforts to improve the relatively poor infrastructure of tourism industry to accommodate the medical tourists, and improve the medical tourism industry.

The purpose of this study was to be used as basic data for the development of future-type curriculum in health. The awareness and preparation of the forth industrial revolution were surveyed on 280 college students in health departments preparing medical technicians. A self-written structured questionnaire was used for data collection, and the recognition of the forth industry revolution was 2.74, 3D printing (3.59) was high, and neural network machine learning(2.33) was the lowest. Students majoring in Physiotherapy (3.00) had the highest perception, and those majored in Dental engineering(2.37) had the lowest perception, and there was a difference in the degree of perception of IoT by major (p=0.024). For the forth industrial revolution, 54.5% of students are preparing, and lack of interest (42.9%) is the most difficult reason to prepare, and 50.6% of educational experience and 60.9% of VR&AR game experience have experience. In the era of the forth industrial revolution, job loss (38.7%) was high, and the required competency was creative capacity (50.6%). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum related to the fourth industrial revolution and apply teaching methods that can increase the awareness and preparation of health college students in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.
