The purpose of this study was to be used as basic data for the development of future-type curriculum in health. The awareness and preparation of the forth industrial revolution were surveyed on 280 college students in health departments preparing medical technicians. A self-written structured questionnaire was used for data collection, and the recognition of the forth industry revolution was 2.74, 3D printing (3.59) was high, and neural network machine learning(2.33) was the lowest. Students majoring in Physiotherapy (3.00) had the highest perception, and those majored in Dental engineering(2.37) had the lowest perception, and there was a difference in the degree of perception of IoT by major (p=0.024). For the forth industrial revolution, 54.5% of students are preparing, and lack of interest (42.9%) is the most difficult reason to prepare, and 50.6% of educational experience and 60.9% of VR&AR game experience have experience. In the era of the forth industrial revolution, job loss (38.7%) was high, and the required competency was creative capacity (50.6%). Therefore, it is necessary to develop a curriculum related to the fourth industrial revolution and apply teaching methods that can increase the awareness and preparation of health college students in the era of the fourth industrial revolution.
This study was conducted with the purpose of deriving a revitalization plan by analyzing the factors influencing the characteristics and perception of self-employment and self-employment selection of young people. To this end, discussions on self-employment and the size of workers were reviewed, and the characteristics, determinants, and difficulties of self-employment youth were analyzed based on data from a survey of youth in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The support plan proposed through the analysis should first strengthen the program so that the government, local governments, and schools can all gain experience in the practice of developing ideas, producing, and selling based on aptitude and competency to solve youth employment problems. Next, compared to support for technology-based start-ups, there are no suitable programs in the fields of knowledge, manufacturing, and distribution, and there is almost no support for freelancers in which the majority of young people are engaged. Therefore, it is necessary to diversify support projects so that the diversity of young people can be expressed in self-employment. Finally, it was found that entrepreneurship had an important influence on self-employment. However, Korean teenagers do not know what entrepreneurship is and have no experience in education, so they should focus on cultivating entrepreneurship in the regular curriculum and establishing a cultural foundation to foster young leaders with creative ideas and execution.
For years, poor research and working conditions in the field of science and engineering in Korea led to the migration of gifted students to seek a better academic environment. The primary reason for such a phenomenon is the lack of a coherent education system for gifted students. With the support from the Ministry of Education, Science and Technology and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity, Hanyang University launched an exploring project to introduce an Honors Program, aiming to provide specialized and systematic learning opportunities as well as supporting greater academic achievements for gifted students at university-level. Students admitted to this program were selected not by conventional standards but by competency-based selection process, assessed through an in-depth interview. The specific goal of this program is to prepare gifted and talented students not only for an academic pioneer with the highest caliber in the field of science, but also for a global leader equipped with a creative view as well as integrity and a convergent mind. Distinctive features of this program include emphasis on fundamental science and consilience, problem solving skills, first-hand education, interpersonal skills, and global communication skills as well as individualization of the learning experience, among many others. This study conducted an empirical analysis of whether the accelerator incubation program (mentoring, seed investment) and entrepreneur self-efficacy affect competitive advantage performance for start-up representatives who have experienced the accelerator incubation program. At this time, the mediating effect of innovation capability was also examined. As for sample collection, 334 samples collected from representatives of start-ups nurtured by national accelerators and regional centers for creative economy and innovation in Korea were tested using the Smart PLS 4.0 program, and the analysis results are as follows. First, mentoring has no significant effect on competitive advantage performance, whereas seed investment and entrepreneur self-efficacy have a positive (+) effect on competitive advantage performance. Second, mentoring, seed investment, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy have a positive (+) effect on innovation capability. Third, innovation capability has a positive (+) effect on competitive advantage performance. And fourth, it was confirmed that innovation competency has a positive (+) effect between mentoring, seed investment, entrepreneurship self-efficacy and competitive advantage, and has a mediating effect. As a result, while mentoring did not have a direct significant effect on competitive advantage performance, it was confirmed that there was a significant effect mediated by innovation capability. Seed investment, entrepreneur self-efficacy, and innovation capability directly helped competitive advantage performance, and it was confirmed that innovation capability has an effect on the competitive advantage performance as a mediating effect. It is expected that this study will be able to suggest a direction that can help start-ups improve their competitive advantage performance.

According to social change, entrepreneurship education at university is drawing attention as a means to cultivate convergent creative competency required by the times. Currently, the number of entrepreneurship education at university is increasing every year, and quantitative expansion is taking place, but quality advancement of education remains a task. In this context, this study conducted an action research with the aim of revitalizing entrepreneurship education and upgrading quality, and developing a entrepreneurship education program suitable for general elective courses operated by universities. In the process of the study, first, through literature analysis related to entrepreneurship education at university, educational contents and teaching methods of entrepreneurship education were confirmed. Based on this, the IPA analysis was used to analyze the educational needs of students for entrepreneurship education contents and design a program that reflects this. The designed program was applied and operated to the entrepreneurship education of A University, and improvements were derived and improved by analyzing the opinions of learners in the action research process. The entrepreneurship education program developed through this study was composed as follows. The necessity of entrepreneurship education at the beginning of the lecture is sufficiently presented, and the knowledge necessary for start-up, including idea discovery and business model design, is delivered through theoretical lectures by teacher-centered method. In the second half of the lecture, students with similar interests are gathered into teams and learner-centered practical activities are operated. The contents of the activities include information on idea discovery, business model design, business plan and pitching. Practical activities for each team are conducted during class hours, and the professor advice on difficulties for each team.
The purpose of this study is to examine the experiences of new teachers in the process of preparing and implementing the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum, and to find ways to support novice teachers. For these, Data were collected through telephone interviews with 12 first-time teachers with less than 2 years of experience at private kindergartens and daycare centers in Chungnam and Daejeon, and the collected data was analyzed through text network analysis. The results are as follows. First, teachers were worried that they did not know the details of the curriculum while preparing for the 2019 revised Nuri curriculum. To supplement this, they were preparing to observe infants, share information with fellow teachers, and refer to the Nuri curriculum commentary. Also, teachers thought that they were getting help in terms of indirectly experiencing actual play cases through training. Second, the first-time teachers were providing various support by focusing on children's play while implementing the Nuri curriculum. The teachers emphasized that the good point of implementing the Nuri curriculum is that children's interests and thoughts are taken into consideration, and that children-centered play can be carried out, and that the teachers can support children's play while thinking about it. And teachers mentioned the difficulties of reading children's thoughts in children's play, grasping the topic and proceeding with the play, and the lack of time to play. In addition, starting teachers were referring to internet resources and sharing opinions with fellow teachers, and mentioned that direct experience helped them to implement the play. Lastly, teachers' interest in and observation of play, creative thinking, quickness, and willingness to support play were considered important as the competency required for teachers.

The demand to provide students with opportunities to find such competencies in university education has become a reality at a time when there is an urgent need to cultivate talented people suitable for the era of the 4th industrial revolution. Therefore, this study established the definition of a research performance-based class, constructed a teaching-learning design model to develop practical research performance capabilities required for university students, and analyzed it by applying it to the classes that are actually open. The developed research performance-based instructional model was constructed by applying it to the curriculum of S University's major and liberal arts subjects, and it was conducted as a research performance-based curriculum in which practical research performance topics for major-related research performance were selected along with major knowledge cultivation, and the results were obtained based on the performance results after solving the problem. In addition to acquiring basic research methodology through research performance-based classes, practical research performance problems are set to derive results. The basic research methodology allowed students to acquire essential resolutions in a research environment such as scientific inquiry methods, research notebook writing methods, thesis writing methods, academic conferences, and understanding patents. As a result of applying it to the class, a representative model of research-based self-directed classes at universities was presented by enhancing learners' self-esteem and obtaining visible research results (technology transfer, academic thesis registration, academic presentation award, patent registration, and academic UCC competition award).

This study examines the effectiveness of the study through a case of PBL (problem-based learning) class conducted in a university common liberal arts subject called <Machine civilization and Human> at Y University college in the second semester of 2023. The effects we can achieve through learning are as follows: First, problem-based learning (PBL) has sufficient active interaction between the professor and the learner. Second, PBL learning can actively utilize unstructured problems and actively utilize role division and collaboration processes. Third, it can promote critical thinking about problem situations. The limitations identified in the class case are, first, Given the nature of the subject, <Machime Civilization and Humans>, it is possible to approach unstructured problems according to the development of machinet civilization, but further discussion is needed from the perspective of creative thinking and problem solving. Second, As a course taken by students with different majors, team composition and lesson planning for heteogeneous groups are necessary to ensure a common experience of problem solving. Results of this study showed follow-up research needs to be conducted to analyze educational interactions and verify effective team building through them.
Purpose: Obesity can lead to several chronic diseases. With a continuous increase in the obesity rates, sustainable healthy weight management among growing adolescents has become essential. This study was conducted to examine the relationship between obesity-related factors and creative convergence ability. This could form the basis for convergence education for the sustainable healthy weight management of adolescents. Methods: Data were collected from 430 adolescents in Daegu, Gyeongbuk, and Gyeonggi regions using a self-administered 5-Likert questionnaire from November to December 2020. Results: The average score of the male students was higher than that of the female students in terms of healthy weight management convergence awareness, creativity, convergence thinking ability, self-efficacy, exercise, and dietary diversity. On the other hand, the dietary restraint score and the number of weight loss attempts were higher in the female students. Dietary restraint, disinhibition scores and weight loss attempts were higher in obese adolescents compared to underweight adolescents. It was found that dietary restraint, convergence thinking ability, problem-solving ability, exercise, and dietary diversity factors had a positive effect on healthy weight management convergence awareness. Healthy weight management convergence awareness, exercise, meal amount management, junk food management, weight loss belief, and weight loss trial experience had a positive effect on dietary restraint. Convergence thinking ability, weight loss experience, and obesity factors had a positive effect on dietary disinhibition. Conclusion: The sustainable healthy weight management education of adolescents is based on weight management knowledge and awareness of convergence, and must include gender differences. Thus, the problem-solving ability for healthy weight management can be creatively cultivated to enhance self-efficacy.
