간이식 수혜자의 삶의 질 예측모형 (A Structural Model on Quality of Life for Recipients of Liver Transplants)

  • Purpose: This study was done to construct a quality of life (QOL) model for recipients of a liver transplant. Method: In consideration of the main factors influencing QOL in recipient of liver transplants, a hypothetical model was constructed with 16 paths. A questionnaire was used to collect data from recipients of liver transplants who were being followed at one of 3 university hospitals. For the final analysis, there were 189 completed questionnaires and the hypothetical model was verified through covariance structure using LISREL program. Results: Overall fitness indices of hypothetical model were GFI= .99, AGFI= .97, NNFI= .96 and RMR=.020. After considering modification indices and paths that proved not to be significant and to improve model fitness, the hypothetical model was modified. In the final model, 3 paths from the hypothetical model were excluded. Overall fitness indices of the final model were GFI= .99, AGFI= .98, NNFI= .98 and RMR= .020. Eleven of fifteen paths proved to be significant. QOL was influenced by duration after transplantation, perceived health status, self-esteem, uncertainty, social support, self efficacy and depression and these variables explained 65% of the variance. Conclusion: This study presents a theoretical model for QOL for recipients of a liver transplant. Based on the results of this study and to improve QOL for recipients of a liver transplant, it is suggested that interventions to re-enforce self efficacy and self-help are needed.

  • 시계열의 상관구조가 시점에 의존하며 주기적인 상관성을 보이는 계절성 시계열 자료에 대한 시계열 모형들이 비교 분석된다. 주기적 자기회귀이동평균 모형을 소개하고, 실증분석으로 주기적 상관성을 지닌 스위스 Arosa 지방의 성층권 오존 월별 시계열에 계층형 모형인 주기적 자기회귀이동평균 모형과 계절 누적자기회귀이동 평균 모형의 적합을 통하여 주기적 자기회귀이동평균 모형의 우월성을 비교한다.

직무배태성(Job Embeddedness)이 선원의 이직의사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Job Embeddedness on Seafarer's Turnover Intention)

  • 이 연구는 연계성, 적합성, 희생으로 구성되는 직무배태성이 조직몰입을 통해 선원의 이직의사에 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선원 362명으로부터 수집한 설문자료를 공분산구조분석 방법으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직무 배태성이 높을수록 선원의 조직몰입이 높아진다. 둘째, 직무 배태성 중 연계성과 적합성이 이직의사에 직접적인 부(-)의 영향을 미침으로써 조직몰입은 선원의 이직의사에 한계적 수준에서 부(-)의 영향을 가진다 등이며, 이러한 연구결과는 이론적 측면에서 뿐만 아니라, 실무적으로 선원의 이직을 감소시키기 위한 방안으로서 기존의 방법들 외에 집단 및 조직에 대한 선원의 연계성이나 선원의 직무 및 조직 적합도를 제고하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다는 것에 연구의 시사점이 있다.

산욕기 어머니의 모아애착 예측모형 (Prediction Model on Mother-infant Attachment during the Early Postpartum Period)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the influencing factors of mother-infant attachment and construct a descriptive model that explains mother-infant attachment during the early postpartum period. Method: The hypothetical model of this study consisted of 8 variables with 23 constructed paths. The subjects of this study were 152 postpartum women. Data was analyzed to test the hypothetical model using covariance structure analysis. Result: The final model which is modified from the hypothetical model improved to Chi-Square 41.92, GFI .95, AGFI .89, RMSR .02, RMSEA .06, NFI .94, and NNFI .95. Mother-infant attachment during the early postpartum period was proven to be influenced directly by neonatal perception, maternal sensitivity, and maternal-fetal attachment and also indirectly by social support, maternal-fetal attachment and maternal identity. These variables accounted for 32% of the variance of the mother-infant attachment during the early postpartum period. Conclusion: It is necessary that the nurses provide postpartum women with an intervention using social support for improving maternal identity and alleviating maternal role strain. It can be helpful to improve maternal sensitivity and in the end it will facilitate the mother-infant attachment during postpartum period.

중년여성의 전환상태 모델 (Transition Model of Middle-aged Women)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and test a model to explain the transition state for Korean middle-aged women focusing on the transition concept. Method: A hypothetical model was constructed based on the transition model of Schumacher & Meleis(1994) and tested. Thehypothetical model consisted of 5 latent variables and 11 observed variables. Exogenous variables were demographic characteristics, obstetric characteristics, and health behavior. Endogenous variables were transition state and quality of life with 6 paths. The data from 221 middle-aged women selected by convenience was analyzed using covariance structure analysis. Result: The final model which was modified from the hypotheticalmodel improved to GFI=0.97, AGFI=0.94, NFI=0.94, and NNFI=0.95. The transition state was influenced directly by demographic characteristics, quality of life, and also indirectly by health behaviors. However, the influence of obstetric characteristics was not significant. The transition state was accountable for 68% of the variance by these factors. Conclusion: These results suggest that enhancing health behaviors of the women are necessary to increase quality of life and it consequently contributes toimproving the transition state. This model could be used to explain the health related vulnerability in these ages and to diagnosis individual women.

선원의 사회적 정체성이 이직의사에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Seafarers' Social Identity on Turnover Intention)

  • 이 연구는 선원의 사회적 정체성의 선행요인(사회화, 사회적지지, 조직지원인식, 조직내 지위)이 사회적 정체성을 통해 이직의사에 어떤 영향을 주는지를 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 선원 362명으로부터 회수한 설문자료를 공분산구조분석 방법으로 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선원의 사회적 정체성이 높을수록 이직의사가 감소한다. 둘째, 선원의 사회화, 사회적지지, 조직지원인식이 높을수록 선원의 사회적 정체성이 강화된다. 셋째, 사회화와 사회적 지지는 사회적 정체성을 통해서만 이직의사를 감소시키지만, 조직지원인식은 간접적인 효과와 함께 직접적으로도 이직의사를 낮추는 역할을 한다.

아파트 브랜드 자산의 선행요인과 구성요소 간의 인과관계 모델 (Antecedents of Apartment Brand Equity and a Casualty Model among Its Components)

  • A well-managed brand name (eg., Xi, the #, and I-Park) becomes brand equity. Brand equity affects the name value of brand in question and revenues. Elaborated researches regarding causes and effects forming brand equity, however, are hardly found. This research aims at: (1) examining the relationships among antecedents of apartment brand equity, brand equity components, and brand preference; and (2) proposing marketing strategies for strengthening apartment brand equity. The research method utilized is a survey. The research procedure consists of four steps as follows: (1) literature review; (2) hypotheses construction regarding antecedents and consequences of apartment brand equity; (3) measurement of apartment brand equity; and (4) covariance structure analysis of relationships between antecedents and consequences. This study found following positive relationships. First, the corporate image and apartment advertisement have a positive influence on brand-name recognition/image and perceived quality, consisting of apartment brand equity. Second, brandname recognition/image, perceived quality, and brand-name preference, consisting of apartment brand equity, have a positive influence on a brand affinity. Thus it is concluded that apartment brand equity is strengthened by means of: (1) the distinction of major factors, forming brand equity and enforcing it; and (2) the establishment and implementation of integrated marketing communication (IMC) strategies.

여성 독거노인의 삶의 질 모형 구축 (A Model Construction for Quality of Life in Single Aged Women)

  • Purpose: This study is to develop a hypothetical structural model of the quality of life of single aged women and to explain the compatibilities between the models and actual data. Methods: Ten theoretical variables were used to evaluate of the quality of life of single aged women. 300 of single aged women were selected as the subjects. A hypothetical prediction model of quality of life was tested by the covariance structure analysis with PC-LISREL 8.12. Results: Economy, religion activity, leisure activity, social support, self-esteem, depression and health prompting behavior were the significant variables which affected to the quality of life directly in the single aged women. But social support, self-esteem affected to them indirectly. Knowing perceived health status directly but it affected indirectly to the quality of life in single aged women. Conclusion: In this study, it was discovered that self-esteem was the most important factor to affect to the quality of life in single aged women and the next was the depression and health promoting behavior. As a result, it was discovered that age, economic status, self-esteem and depression were the significant factors to affect to the quality of life in single aged women.

A Study on Effects of Franchise Distribution Employees on Occupational Identity

  • Purpose - This research is to verify job fitness, empowerment, and recognition of career development support having the influence on formation of occupational identity in Korean food franchise distribution company. Research design, data, and methodology - Total 600 copies have been distributed and 394 copies have been collected, the covariance structure analysis has been implemented to verify the presented research hypothesis. Results - Demand fit and competency fit being the lower level of job fitness appeared not to have significant influence on occupational identity, and also these do not have the significant influence on the empowerment. Even though formal career development support being lower level of career development recognition appeared to have significant influence on empowerment, nonformal career development support appeared not to have significant influence on empowerment. Formal career development support and nonformal career development support appeared to have significant influence on occupational identity. Finally, empowerment appeared to have significant influence on occupational identity. Conclusions - It is implied that the psychological and subjective success felt in employee's career course may be improved by the job related job fitness, the initiative being individual characteristic and formal and formless career development support being organizational characteristic.

  • Objectives : The aim of this study was to validated the effectiveness of the information gap in work and daliy life satisfaction. Additionally, this study attempted to verify the mediating effect of self-esteem. Methods : The study examined 327 students who participated in a study on the PSWCI 1st Wave by KCOMWEL. Data were analyzed through descriptive statistics using the reliability test in SPSS 22.0 Ver. Moreover, hypothesis testing was analyzed with covariance based on structure equation modeling (CB-SEM) using Amos 21.0 Ver. Results : The low information gap has a positive effect on satisfaction with work and daily life. Additionally, self-esteem also has a positive effect on each satisfaction measure. However, self-esteem does not have a mediating effect between information gap and each satisfaction measure. Conclusions : The results of the study found the factor of effect on effect factor on beneficiary's satisfaction of industrial accident compensation insurance. Therefore, new ways need to be found that reduce the information gap and increase self-esteem.
