라이브 커머스를 통한 화장품 구매경험이 구매만족도와 지속적 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Cosmetics Purchasing Experience through Live Commerce on Purchasing Satisfaction and Continuous Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구는 성별과 연령, 라이브 커머스를 통한 화장품 구매경험이 구매만족도와 지속적 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하기 위해 서울 및 경기도에 거주하는 10대에서 50대의 남녀 301명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 SPSS 21.0으로 통계처리 하였다. 그 결과 라이브 커머스를 통한 구매경험은 '실용적 가치', '오락적 가치' 및 '신뢰적 가치' 차원으로 분류되었고, 구매만족도와 지속적 구매의도는 단일 차원으로 나타났다. 성별과 연령대에 따라 라이브 커머스를 통한 화장품 구매경험이 구매만족도와 지속적 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 주었다. 성별과 연령별에 따라 구매만족도가 지속적 구매의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 화장품 산업에서 성별과 연령별에 따른 라이브 커머스를 활용하는 마케팅 전략수립에 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다.

  • In the make-up product, Eye-shadow products have several purposes of enhancing product quality such as providing the beauty (variation of shape, clean appearance), feeling, continuity and adhesion. In this paper, newly developed wet type back injection press process is introduced so as to increase higher value products which providing various the beauty. The solvent takes an essential role to provide the fluidity of the powder bulk during the pressed-process of wet type pressed product. In this study, the effect of solvent in the oil binder was investigated, And the higher quality condition of the wet type pressed product was built to apply cosmetic preparation. Firstly, the system was designed powder phase as non treated pigment. The oil binder phase is categorized as hydrocarbons(Mineral oil, Squalane), Silicones(Methicone, Dimethicone ), esters (Octyldodecanol, Octyl Dodecyl Myristate). The solvent phase used was C 7-8 isoparaffin and Isopropyl Alcohol. The interaction of oil binder and solvent is investigated by measuring mass of final oil binder and the each solubility parameter. It was found that the higher the solubility the higher the degree of change in the final composition of the oil binder. In order to maintain the quality of the final product, the solvent used in pressed-process should be hydrophobic with oil binder.

  • The aims of this study was assess to preparation and stability of emulsion containing Taraxacum platycarpum ethanol extract our team was found to shape and size of capsule by optical microscope and Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). In the stability test of the emulsion including Taraxacum platycarpum ethanol extract, it was stable of pH, viscosity during 30days. According to all the test results that have been given, it is possible that the ethanol extract of Taraxacum platycarpum can be used as a new cosmetics material.

Gender Differences in Determinants of Customer Satisfaction in Beauty and Cosmetic E-commerce

  • This study investigates the gender differences in determinants of customers' satisfaction when purchasing online beauty and cosmetics products in Vietnamese market. To do so, we construct a data set via online survey of 419 Vietnamese customers including both males and females, and examine such sample using t-tests and multiple regressions. Our regression model is constructed based on our five-construct model including online shopping experience, customer service, external incentives, security and privacy, and personal characteristics. The t-tests results reveal that the mean difference of customer satisfaction (negative coefficient) between the two groups of customers (females and males) is statistically significant. This suggests that the purchasing satisfaction of male customers is significantly higher than that of their female counterparts. Similarly, we also find that male customers are more satisfied with their online shopping experience, customer service and external incentives offered by the online sellers than female peers. Furthermore, regression results for full sample show that, on average, the online shopping experience, customer service and external incentives are significantly and positively related to customer satisfaction. Yet, such positive effect of customer service on customer satisfaction is more likely for males while females' satisfaction is more positively influenced by security and privacy.

펩타이드 함유 화장품의 속눈썹 상태변화 연구 (Research on changes in the condition of eyelashes in cosmetics containing peptides)

  • 본 연구는 펩타이드 함유 화장품이 속눈썹 미용법으로서의 효능을 검증해 보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 20세 여성 21명을 대상으로 실험군(오른쪽 속눈썹)과 대조군(왼쪽 속눈썹)으로 설정하여 4주간 펩타이드 화장품의 사용에 따른 변화 측정을 진행하였다. 분석결과, 속눈썹의 길이와 밀도 변화는 집단과 실험기간 간의 상호작용, 각 실험기간에 따른 주 효과에서 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<.001). 속눈썹의 밀도와 두께 변화에서는 측정 시기별 집단 간 차이에서 3주차와 4주차에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다(p>.05, p>.01). 펩타이드를 함유한 화장품은 미용적 시술에 의한 부작용을 고민하는 사람들에게 속눈썹의 길이와 수적인 증가로 안전하고 아름다운 속눈썹을 위한 효과적인 미용방법임을 효과적으로 입증하였다. 이에 향 후 다양한 연령층으로 확대된 연구의 진행을 기대한다.

자유학기제 화장품교육 융합프로그램 개발 (The Development of a Cosmetics Educational Convergence Program for Free-Semester System)

  • 본 연구에서는 자유학기제가 이루어지는 현 시점에서 중학생들의 관심과 흥미가 높은 화장품교육 프로그램을 개발하여 제시하고자 하였다. 프로그램은 주당 2시간 총 20차시로 주제별 프로그램을 이론과 실습으로 병행하였으며, 학습주제 및 목표와 활동내용으로 도입 전개 정리 순으로 진행하여 교수-학습 지도안을 구성하였다. 전달교육과 참여 학습을 통하여 화장품의 이른 사용으로 인한 오남용에 대한 문제점을 인식하고 피부에 소중함을 일깨우는 계기가 될 것이다. 또한 사회적 기술적 측면에서 직업군과도 연계될 수 있도록 학습자 스스로 능동적인 자세로 교육에 참여하는 활동이 되도록 개발하였으며, 향후 학생들에게 올바른 피부관리 교육과 화장품 사용의 지식습득 및 활용 가치의 교육으로 기초적 자료가 될 것이라 사료된다.

Senior Men's Concern About Appearance and Their Cosmetics Buying Behavior

  • In our increasingly aged society, the term centenarian, meaning people 100 years old or older, is used more and more frequently. Indeed, anticipating long life, middle-aged to advanced-age people have changed their lifestyles to purchase goods for themselves. In addition, as the social trend of careful grooming for positive appearance spreads within the Korean society, the demand for senior male cosmetic products is likely to grow as the society ages further. However, previous large studies on the market for senior male cosmetics are limited. Since information is lacking about senior male consumers' awareness of cosmetics, this study examined their use of cosmetic products, purchase behaviors, and demand for cosmetics in order to explore correlations among interest levels in appearance, cosmetic purchase behavior, and cosmetic demand levels through diverse factors related to multiple variables. The results of this study were as follows : First, the more senior men managed their practical appearance, the more frequent their functional and psychological purchase behaviors. Second, the higher their practical purchase behavior, the stronger their demand for reasonable cosmetic prices. Third, the higher their value-oriented purchase behavior, the stronger the demand for greater product diversity. This study investigated men aged 50 or older residing in Seoul. Therefore, generalizing the findings of this study will be limited. Relevant subsequent studies should examine men aged 50 or older in each Korean region and more clearly identify the correlations among interest in appearance, cosmetic product purchase behavior, and cosmetic product demand using various factors related to multiple variables.

Tyrosinase 발현 조절을 통한 Panax vietnamensis 추출물의 Anti-pigmentation 효과 (Anti-pigmentation Effects of Panax vietnamensis Extracts via Tyrosinase Expression)

  • 본 연구에서는 베트남에서 자생하고 있는 인삼인 Panax vietnamensis (P. vietnamensis)의 antipigmentation 효능을 확인하였다. 마우스 유래 melanocytes인 B16F10세포에 P. vietnamensis 70% ethanol 추출물을 처리하여 melanin의 생성량을 확인한 결과 250 ㎍/mL 추출물을 처리시 100 ng/mL α-MSH를 처리한 대조군 대비 64.04%의 melanin 생성억제를 확인하였다. 또한 melanin합성에 주요한 단백질인 tyrosinase의 활성 및 발현을 100 ng/mL α-MSH를 처리한 대조군 대비 tyrosinase의 활성은 53.34%, tyrosinase의 발현은 59.39%의 억제율을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 통해 P. vietnamensis 70% ethanol추출물은 α-MSH에 의한 melanin 생성을 방지하여 미백 기능성 소재로써 가치가 있는 것으로 사료된다.

Clinical Study on Skin Improvement Effect in Adult Women of Age 40 to 50 Using Cosmetics Containing Sea Cucumber Extract

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of sea cucumber extract on skin as a natural cosmetics functional material. Subjective evaluation of cosmetics before and after were conducted with questionnaires regarding moisture content, sebum content, melanin index, and erythema index. Experiments were conducted on improvement efficacy using skin clinical trials and questionnaires to evaluate changes in perception of skin condition and efficiency of products. With the aim of minimizing skin irritation, the efficiency of the solvent used for extraction was an important factor, and the sea cucumber extract was harvested with efficient extraction conditions at a ratio of 1:10 of 50% ethanol. The study aimed to identify the suitability of sea cucumber extract as a functional cosmetics material to improve the moisturizing ability of skin and its effect on the skin by adding marine natural animal sea cucumber extract. Clinical studies on cosmetics skin containing sea cucumber extract, excellent skin improvement effect from all items of clinical experiment in experimental and control groups. Sea cucumber extract was proved to be a stable, non-adverse physiologically active substance against abnormal symptoms or side effects of skin reactions and skin problems. In addition, the study found excellent results that can lead to its use as a cosmetics material. This is expected to contribute to the development of various cosmetics industries.

여성소비자의 웰빙 라이프스타일과 한방화장품 추구혜택과의 관계 연구 (A Study on Relationship between Well-Being Lifestyles and Herbal Cosmetics Benefits Sought of Female Consumers)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between well-being lifestyles and herbal cosmetics benefits sought of female consumers. The data were collected from 301 women living in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Gwangju, Busan, and Gyeongnam province in June, 2011. Statistical methods including frequency, F-test, t-test, Duncan test, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha}$, correlation coefficient, and multiple regression were used for this study. The results of this study were as follows.: The well-being lifestyles were composed of five factors, 'health pursuit activity', 'eco-friendly product interest', 'eco-friendly dietary', 'eco-friendly clothing', and 'eco-friendly housing'. The herbal cosmetics benefits sought were composed of seven factors, 'special function pursuit', 'skin 'fitness pursuit', 'brand pursuit', 'nutritional reinforcement pursuit', 'economy pursuit', 'fragrance pursuit', and 'scarcity pursuit'. The well-being lifestyles and herbal cosmetics benefits sought according to female consumers's demographic characteristics showed a difference. Female consumers's well-being lifestyles showed that correlation with the herbal cosmetics benefits sought. Female consumers's well-being lifestyles had a influence on their herbal cosmetics benefits sought. The study results are highly expected to be used as valuable sources in marketing strategies for herbal cosmetic industries.
