These days, firms are focusing on the improvement of relationships with business partners. The supply chain integrations are taking critical role in improving the relationships with business partners. In accordance with the development of the IT technology, it became possible for firms not only to integrate inner parts of the organization, but also to integrate the company with other organizations in the supply chain. Therefore, in e-Biz environments, it is imperative for firms to strengthen the core capacity through the supply chain, and to precisely determine the components of the determinants of e-Business integration which impact the firm performance. This study analyzed determinants that have impacts on e-business integration in e-business capacity perspectives in competitive environments. This study based on the premise that the resources and capacities that Grant(1991) and Hart(1995) emphasized do not directly influence the corporate performance. This study focused on the fact that corporate must create core competencies based on these capacities to establish competitive edge. Therefore, this study model analyzed to find out which e-Biz competencies are needed to integrate e-Biz according to competitive environment elements. This study designed to empirically analyze the impact of the e-Biz competencies to the e-Biz integration and to the corporate performance. Independent variables of this study-IT management, partner management, e-Biz knowledge, e-Biz establishment and proliferation, process innovation-are selected based on precedent studies on e-Biz competencies. We selected intermediate variables to verify that e-Biz competencies do not have direct impact on the corporate performance, but have impact on the e-Biz integration, which is intermediate effect. That is to verify that if the components of supply chain improve the integration level using e-Biz competencies, the overall supply chain performances will improve. Dependent variables are selected to verify that e-Biz integration has impacts on corporate performances. This study used factor analysis, path analysis, moderating effect analysis as statistical tests. First, we used exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to analyze reliability and validity. Because e-Biz competencies are presented variously by preceding studies, we used SPSS16.0 to verify if survey questionnaire used by theoretical backgrounds is properly composed. Second, we tested the property of structure model by AMOS. We did path analysis using AMOS16.0 to test structure that is composed of e-Biz competencies and e-Biz integration. Last, we tested moderating effects of measure factors. We analyzed 163 domestic companies to find out many significant suggestive points. First, relationship improvement capacity, e-business knowledge sharing capacity with business partners, and process innovation capacity are adopted as determinants of differentiation and competitive edges against competing firms. Second, e-business knowledge sharing capacity, and process innovation capacity are analyzed as the determinants of e-business integration in the firm which demand fluctuation in the market is high. On the other hand, among the determinants that require capturing ideas on new products, and strengthening the technological power, process innovation capacity are adopted as the determinants. These results provide us the foundation that the determinants that we have analyzed can impact the supply chain integration strategies which take into account the competitive environments.

본 연구는 기업의 지속가능경영활동에 대해서 소비자들이 어떻게 생각하는지 그리고 소비자가 지각한 기업의 지속가능경영활동이 기업신뢰도와 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 확인하고자 하는 연구가설의 검증결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기업의 지속가능경영활동은 구체적으로 경제적, 사회적, 환경적 활동으로 구분되는 것을 확인하였다. 둘째, 기업의 지속가능경영활동이 소비자가 지각하는 기업신뢰도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 구체적 영향 관계는 다음과 같다. 기업의 경제적 활동은 기업신뢰도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않지만, 사회적 그리고 환경적 활동은 기업신뢰도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 기업의 지속가능경영활동이 소비자의 구매의도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 구체적 영향 관계는 다음과 같다. 기업의 경제적 그리고 사회적 활동은 소비자의 구매 의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 환경적 활동은 유의미한 영향을 미치지는 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 소비자가 지각하는 기업신뢰도가 구매의도에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 분석결과는 기업경영자에게 제시하는 바가 있다고 판단된다. 기업의 경영전략 수립과정에 있어서 지속가능경영활동 노력이 기업의 안정적인 성장과 발전에 실질적으로 도움이 되는 활동임을 확인하는 것이다.

불확실한 미래와 급변하는 환경에서 기업은 혁신적인 경영활동을 필요로 한다. 주요 선진국들은 가치와 비전을 창출하는 경영전략으로 디자인을 통해 다양한 고부가가치 창출하여 벤처 및 창업기업의 육성과 기업 경쟁력을 확보하고 있다. 그렇기 때문에 기업은 디자인을 활용하여 기업의 가치를 높이고 신제품 및 서비스로 신시장을 개척하는 디자인산업에 많은 관심과 지원이 집중되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 기업은 혁신적이고 창의적인 활동이 요구되며, 기업가정신의 함양을 통해 창조적인 기업으로 이끌어야 한다. 이제 기업가정신은 개인적 수준을 넘어 조직적 수준에서 효과적인 프로세스를 구축함으로써 성공적인 기업가정신을 제고해야 할 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 창의적 활동이 적극적으로 요구되는 디자인산업 내 디자인기업 구성원 351명을 대상으로 사내 기업가정신의 개인 및 조직 관점에서 실증 분석을 하였다. 본 연구결과는 디자인기업 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 문화와 구조에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 구성원의 기업가적 역량, 기업가적 태도, CEO 지원은 운영체계에 영향이 없는 것으로 나타나 사내 기업가정신의 활성화를 위한 운영체계 구축이 필요하다는 결과를 도출했다. 본 연구를 통하여 디자인기업의 사내 기업가정신 수준을 높여야 하는 당위성을 강조하고 기업의 지속적인 성장을 위한 기업가정신 제고의 방안이 요구된다. 또한 개인 수준에서 구성원의 기업가정신이 조직 수준에서 발현될 수 있도록 체계적인 운영체계를 마련하여 인프라를 적극적으로 활용하는 것이 중요하다는 실무적 시사점을 제언하였다.

Purpose - This study's purpose is to analyze which factors are more important to strengthening the competitiveness of global innovative companies by firstly sampling global 40 enterprises, secondly investigating of study models empirically, thirdly finding out significant implications through research, and finally using this result to help improve global companies' competitive edges. Design/methodology - Developing three research models of hypothesis and using 5 variables such as technology innovation, knowledge management, human resource development, sustainable management, and corporate life, this study was empirically carried out by reliability and validity testing, correlation analysis of variables, and multiple regression analysis of three research models. Findings - Through proceeding empirical analysis study, we found out that technology innovation and sustainable management had a significant impact on strengthening competitiveness through the hypothesis test. Those two factors had positive results and a synergy effect through correlation analysis along with process change and human resource development, which are also important areas in global innovative companies. Originality/value - In line with the fourth industrial revolution era's acceleration and COVID-19's large impact on all industries, global companies are newly developing their business models to cope with external environment change. This study's results would be meaningful for global enterprises and domestic companies to improve their overall competitive edge by reinforcing their innovation strategy, preparing next growth engines, diversifying business portfolios, and setting business milestones.

The use of innovative technologies is one of the promising areas of education development, so the article clarifies the content of the terms "innovation" "pedagogical technology". Our goal is to justify the need to use innovative technologies in education. Innovative technologies are divided into four groups, depending on the appropriate form of educational activity for their use. The development of innovative pedagogical technologies at the present stage of education development should be carried out in accordance with the criteria of technological efficiency, which are presented in the article: scientific; systematic; guaranteed; manageable; mass. Based on the analysis of the process of formation of pedagogical education, the main trends in the information support of teachers in the system of pedagogical education were revealed. Its theoretical and methodological foundations were determined, promising directions and main ways of improving the information support of teachers' education as an organic component of continuous pedagogical education in Ukraine were justified. The conducted study of the state of information support for teachers allowed us to establish that the main functions of scientific and pedagogical information - analytical and predictive, integrative, operational and purposeful informing of various categories of specialists - teachers-are not being implemented enough. This is due to the versatility and complexity of the pedagogical process, the low level and limited range of development of systems of operational differentiated scientific and methodological services for various categories of teachers. Ways to improve the information function of teacher education are determined.

Enormous losses of shareholders and consumers caused by the risks threatening today's business (e.g., accounting fraud and inside trading) have ignited the necessity of international regulations on corporate ethics and internal control, such as Basel II and SOX. Responding to these regulations, companies are establishing governance system, applying it consistently to the core competency of the company, and increasing the scope of the governance system. Recently occurred security related incidents require companies to take more strict accountability over information security. One of the results includes strengthening of legislation and regulations. For these reasons, introduction of information security governance is needed. Information security governance governs the general information security activities of the company (establishment of information security management system, implementation of information security solutions) in the corporate level. Recognizing that the information security is not restricted to IT domain, but is the issue of overall business, this study develops information security governance framework based on the existing frameworks and systems of IT governance. The information security governance framework proposed in the study include concept, objective, and principle schemes which will help clearly understand the concepts of the information security governance, and execution scheme which will help implement proper organization, process and tools needed for the execution of information security governance.

본 연구는 공여 된 신지가 기업회생에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 어떠한 역할을 하는지 시스템 다이내믹스 모형 개발과 시뮬레이션을 통해서 검증한다. 국내 기업회생 사례연구를 통해서 어떻게 조직시스템이 공여 된 신지에 반응을 하는지를 알아보고 공여 된 신뢰와 기업회생에 관한 관계를 수리적으로 모형 화한다. 그리고 공여 된 신지가 어떻게 조직시스템을 위기의 상황에서 다시 회생하도록 움직이는지 알아보기 위해서 시스템 다이내믹스 모형을 개발한다. 모형은 '문제의 발생-해결' 의 관점에서 구축하였고, 공여 된 신뢰에 대한 선행이론으로 귀인이론, 위지 커뮤니케이션을 통한 위기공유를 도출하였다. 본 연구는 시뮬레이션 결과를 통해 공여 된 신지가 기업회생의 새로운 조건이라는 사실을 검증함으로써 기업회생의 동태적 과정에 대한 이론적 통찰과 실무적 시사점을 제공한다.

본 연구는 2007년 다이에 주식을 인수해 일본 최고의 소매기업이 되었는데, 한국의 이마트와 마찬가지로 구미계통의 하이퍼 방식에다 자국특유의 관습을 살려 성공했다. 본고에서는 이온그룹을 중심으로 소매업의 성장과정을 통해 특징과 분기점에 있는 동사의 금후 전략을 어느 정도 전망할 수 있다. 금년 8월 21일 순수 지주회사로 이행하며, 북경을 필두로 2010년까지 중국시장의 100개점포를 목표로 하고 있다.

본 논문은 기업의 정보관리를 개선하기 위한 방법으로 IRM개념을 도입하여 정보자원의 통합관리 방법을 연구한 것이다. 논문은 세 부분으로 구성되어 있으며 첫째 부분에서는 기업의 정보활용 특성과 일반적인 정보관리의 문제점을 시작하였다. 둘째 부분에서는 이론 연구에서 지적된 문제점들이 한국의 기업에서 어떻게 드러나는지 조사 분석하였다. 셋째 부분에서는 이상의 결과를 토대로 기업의 정보관리 방법을 개선하기 위하여, IRM개념을 적용한 정보자원의 통합관리 방안을 자원관리 과정인 자원의 확보, 활용, 개발의 단계에 따라 체계화하였다.

기업은 지속적인 발전과 기업가치 제고를 위하여 연구개발을 수행하고 이로 인해 발생한 무형자산으로서 특허를 취득한다. 본 연구는 연구개발활동과 특허가 기업의 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하기 위하여 연구개발정보와 특허정보, 경영성과 정보가 모두 공시된 의료기기 제조기업 103개 사를 선별하였다. 해당 기업의 특허건수, 연구개발비, 기업규모, 이노비즈 인증여부를 독립변수로 설정하고, 기업의 매출, 무형자산, 영업이익률, 순이익률, 기업평가등급, 매출/이익 관련 각종 재무비율을 종속변수로 사용하였다. 그 결과 연구개발비는 매출액, 영업이익률, 순이익률, 기업평가등급, 현금흐름등급, 순이익증가율, 자기자본순이익률, 투하자본이익률, 총자본회전률 등 대부분의 지표에 대해 음(-)의 영향을 미치고, 무형자산에만 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 국내등록특허는 매출액, 현금흐름등급, 투하자본이익률에 음(-)의 영향을 미치고, 순이익증가율에는 양(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 기업 특성 변수가 영향을 미치는 기업 성과변수는 매출액과 현금흐름등급이었다. 영세한 중소기업이 대부분을 차지하는 의료기기 산업의 특성 상, 연구개발활동과 특허취득이 단기간에는 기업 경영에는 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 연구개발 후 임상시험과 인허가의 절차를 거쳐야 하는 의료기기 산업의 특성을 반영할 때 장기적으로는 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 것이라 예상된다.
