  • Recently, demand for cloud computing has increased and remote access due to home work and external work has increased. In addition, a new security paradigm is required in the current situation where the need to be vigilant against not only external attacker access but also internal access such as internal employee access to work increases and various attack techniques are sophisticated. As a result, the network security model applying Zero-Trust, which has the core principle of doubting everything and not trusting it, began to attract attention in the security industry. Zero Trust Security monitors all networks, requires authentication in order to be granted access, and increases security by granting minimum access rights to access requesters. In this paper, we explain zero trust and zero trust architecture, and propose a new cloud security system for strengthening access control that overcomes the limitations of existing security systems using zero trust and blockchain and can be used by various companies.

  • Big data is widely used in customer relationship management, relationship marketing, financial business improvement, credit information and risk management. Moreover, as non-face-to-face financial transactions have become more active recently due to the COVID-19 virus, the use of financial big data is more demanded in terms of relationships with customers. In terms of customer relationship, financial big data has arrived at a time that requires an emotional rather than a technical approach. In relational marketing, it was necessary to emphasize the emotional aspect rather than the cognitive, rational, and rational aspects. Existing traditional financial data was collected and utilized through text-type customer transaction data, corporate financial information, and questionnaires. In this study, the customer's emotional image data, that is, atypical data based on the customer's cultural and leisure activities, is acquired through SNS and the customer's activity image is analyzed with an artificial intelligence CNN algorithm. Activity analysis is again applied to the annotated AI, and the AI big data model is designed to analyze the behavior model shown in the annotation.

  • Despite the rapid growth of the generative AI market and significant interest from domestic companies and institutions, concerns about the provision of inaccurate information and potential information leaks have emerged as major factors hindering the adoption of generative AI. To address these issues, this paper designs and implements a question-answering system based on the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. The proposed method constructs a knowledge database using Korean sentence embeddings and retrieves information relevant to queries through optimized searches, which is then provided to the generative language model. Additionally, it allows users to directly manage the knowledge database to efficiently update changing business information, and it is designed to operate in a private network to reduce the risk of corporate confidential information leakage. This study aims to serve as a useful reference for domestic companies seeking to adopt and utilize generative AI.

  • The stock market is affected by unexpected factors, such as politics, society, and natural disasters, as well as by corporate performance and economic conditions. In recent days, artificial intelligence has become popular, and many researchers have tried to conduct experiments with that. Our study proposes an experiment using not only stock-related data but also other various economic data. We acquired a year's worth of data on stock prices, the percentage of foreigners, interest rates, and exchange rates, and combined them in various ways. Thus, our input data became diversified, and we put the combined input data into a nonlinear autoregressive network with exogenous inputs (NARX) model. With the input data in the NARX model, we analyze and compare them to the original data. As a result, the model exhibits a root mean square error (RMSE) of 0.08 as being the most accurate when we set 10 neurons and two delays with a combination of stock prices and exchange rates from the U.S., China, Europe, and Japan. This study is meaningful in that the exchange rate has the greatest influence on stock prices, lowering the error from RMSE 0.589 when only closing data are used.

  • The information space, the main components of which are information resources, means of information interaction, and information infrastructure, is a sphere of modern social life in which information communications play a leading role. The objective process is the gradual but stable entry of the national information space into the European and world information sphere, in the context of which there is a legitimate question of its protection as one of the components of the national security of Ukraine. However, the implementation of this issue in practice immediately faces the need to respect the rights and fundamental freedoms guaranteed by international regulations and the Constitution of Ukraine, especially in the field of cybersecurity. The peculiarity of the modern economy is related to its informational nature, which affects the sharp increase in cyber incidents in the field of information security, which is widespread and threatening and affects a wide range of private, corporate, and public interests. The problem of forming an effective information security system is exacerbated by the spread of cybercrime as a leading threat to information security both in Ukraine and around the world. The purpose of this study is to analyze the state of cybersecurity and on this basis to identify new areas of the fight against cybercrime in Ukraine. Methods: the study is based on an extensive regulatory framework, which primarily consists of regulatory acts of Ukraine. The main methods were inductions and deductions, generalizations, statistical, comparative, and system-structural analysis, grouping, descriptive statistics, interstate comparisons, and graphical methods. Results. It is noted that a very important component of Ukraine's national security is the concept of "information terrorism", which includes cyberterrorism and media terrorism that will require its introduction into the law. An assessment of the state of cybersecurity in Ukraine is given. Based on the trend analysis, further growth of cybercrimes was predicted, and ABC analysis showed the existence of problems in the field of security of payment systems. Insufficient accounting of cybercrime and the absence in the current legislation of all relevant components of cybersecurity does not allow the definition of a holistic system of counteraction. Therefore, the proposed new legal norms in the field of information security take into account modern research in the field of promising areas of information technology development and the latest algorithms for creating media content.

  • An enterprise is a basic unit to constitute national economy and a unit of independent production economy to pursue profit based on separation between ownership of production means and labor. Even though price and quantity of production are decided by planned economy in order to survive in the mechanism of market economy, quantity of production and of demands can't be same at all because of consumers' different preferences. An enterprise uses audio-visual media like letters, pictures, and voice in order to grasp consumers' taste, to develop products and to advertise them. Advertising is communication that a company, a non-profit organization or an individual, that is shown in the message of an ad, makes through several media. It is time that a company should appeal its image, not only its products, to consumers as a salesman. Marketing strategy of company identity is to visualize a company's intentions, to formalize its motto, slogan or culture, to build up trust of products and the company in consumers, and then, to have the consumers forever. • Business models in open market systems targeting smart phone users are determined by several important factors. First, by providing developers efficient technical platforms, it contains a setting for developers to learn, apply and improve the skills relating to the product category easily while they stay beyond a corporate boundary. Second, by the first condition, a huge population of talented developers becomes to join a specific open market where will invite more customers to use their applications. Hence it will attract more and more developer participants who will finally give a rise to a persistent market growth. Third, the evaluation system between platform providers and application producers, and one between application producers and application users may underlie the trust relationships between them. The research conducted a multiple embedded case study to test the success factors of open market based business models. It focused on smart phone game communities that have installed user evaluation, and feedback systems. The user innovation empowerment model within the social game networks has highlighted the theories on the roles and characteristics of lead users, and lead user network behaviors for future NPD participations.

  • Firms that have adopted internet technology have been confused by distorted market signals. It is natural to look at marketplace outcomes for guidance, when confronted with a new business phenomenon. However, market signals can be unreliable in the early states of any important new information technology. New technologies trigger rampant experimentation, and the experimentation is often unsustainable. As a result, market behavior is distorted and must be interpreted cautiously. In Chapter 1, we review a concept of business model and roles of strategies in a business model. In Chapter 2, we discuss a strategic auditing method for analyzing market/channel positioning, product/service positioning, value chain/value network positioning and external environmental factors. In chapter 3, we introduces major frameworks for understanding factors forming strategies. The strategic grid model categorizes four quadrants depending on the level of impacts of information technology on operation and strategy. The strategic alignment model presents a new method of assessing an alignment of information technology and business throughout all elements of a business model. In this research, we review the concept of a business model. This research introduces factors that shape strategies and new frameworks for understanding these factors. The research objective of this manuscript is to present a guidance for firms how to use information technology for attaining sustainable competitive advantages.
