승계에 대한 기존의 연구는 승계가 원활하게 이뤄지기 위한 정책이나 제도 등에 치중하거나 가족기업에 초점을 맞춰 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 직계가족에 의한 승계나 정부의 정책보다는 중소기업 승계제도의 실질적인 활용의 효과를 분석하고자 한다. 또한 중소기업 승계계획의 활용정도와 조직성과의 관계를 보다 정확하게 파악하기 위해 이러한 관계에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 다른 상황적인 요인들을 밝히고자 한다. 이를 위해 인적자본기업패널 중소기업 172개의 기업자료를 분석한 결과, 중소기업의 승계 계획이 실질적으로 활용될수록 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 중소기업에서 승계 계획에 대한 정보를 외부에 공개하는 것은 암묵지 이전 및 기업에 대한 긍정적인 인상형성 등으로 조직성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있다는 사실을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 협력적 노사관계는 승계 계획의 활용정도와 조직성과의 긍정적 관계를 강화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 노사관계가 협력적일수록 노사 간 신뢰를 바탕으로 승계 계획의 과정에서 후계자가 정당성을 확보할 수 있으므로 승계 계획의 활용이 조직성과에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 더 강화시킨 것으로 판단된다.

본 연구는 2018평창동계올림픽에 대한 스키동호인들의 기대감, 조직신뢰, 협력의사의 관계를 규명하기 위해 강원도 W, F리조트를 이용하는 동호인을 모집단으로 선정하여 목적적 표집방법으로 341명을 표집한 후 SPSS/WIN VERSION 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 연구목적과 방법을 통한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기대감과 조직신뢰 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 경제/산업, 사회/문화요인은 조직신뢰에 부분적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 기대감과 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 기대감의 하위요인인 사회/문화요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 조직신뢰와 협력의사 모든 변인들 간에 정적(+)상관관계가 있고, 조직신뢰의 하위요인인 믿음요인은 협력의사에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다.

Employment rate of graduating students has been one of the most important issues at universities. Recently interest on internship abroad has been increased significantly due to globalization of the society In particular, central and local governments have developed policies and encouraged university students to participate in internships abroad. However, activities and resources for internships abroad are very limited to a few organizations. This paper investigated the current status of internship in the U.S. and Korea. Then, this paper analyzed differences in demand and supply of the internship and matching mechanism of the internship between the U.S. and Korea. From the results of those analyses, this paper developed an international network model which can help effective and efficient increase in the demand and supply of the internship as well as the internship matching mechanism in Korea. This network model utilizes international NGOs in order to develop internationally cooperative environment. This model provides mechanism for (1) effectively identifying intern applicants who like to work abroad and evaluating thent (2) effectively identifying new internship positions and evaluating companies which plan to hire interns, (3) efficiently matching demand for and supply of internship by identifying appropriate candidates, (4) monitoring companies for their quality of working conditions and interns for their qualities of work This model for internship has been applied for a NGO which is International CBMC (Christian Businessman Committee International)

Treatise that see executed investigation analysis about energy conservation technology, which skill move and skill class of introduction subject, transferㆍintroduction skill form, present condition of technology transferㆍintroduction and necessity etc. to energy conservation technology by program of Korea energy basis plan (1997∼2006) etc. Enforced company which questionnaire object achieves from the end 107 assignment practical used of energy conservation technology development propulsion assignment of Korea energy management corporation (KEMCO) to 1998-200 years and 416 companies related energy saving technology constructed to Korea Institute of Energy Research (KIER) database by post investigation and visit investigation. Question investigation result, transferㆍintroduction fields of energy conservation technology are industry sector, the enterprise size appeared with the fact that the small and medium enteifrise is many most. Also, technology transferㆍintroduction section is plan technique, form with technical cooperative form, amount of money 50,000,000 won under, appeared above 1 years in disturbance duration. In hereafter, technology transferㆍintroduction plan it appeared with the fact that the plan technique is many most.

최근 SW 교육의 중요성이 부각되면서 많은 사람들이 Computational Thinking의 계발에 관심을 보이고 있다. 이에 따라 프로그래밍 교육이 새롭게 주목받고 있으며, 특히 로봇을 프로그래밍 교육에 활용하는 연구들이 다양하게 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 기존 로봇 프로그래밍 교육의 문제점을 개선하고 소통과 협력을 강조하여 웹 2.0 기반의 도구를 활용하는 방안을 모색하였다. $Gagn{\acute{e}}$ & Briggs의 교수 사태를 기본 모형으로 삼고 각 단계에서 학습자가 웹 2.0 도구를 활용하여 협력 학습을 할 수 있는 교육 방안을 개발하였다. 제안된 방안의 가치를 평가하기 위해서 방안 적용 전후로 협동성 검사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 학생들의 협동심에 향상에 긍정적 영향을 미친 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문에서는 C4LPT를 토대로 협동학습이 가능한 웹 2.0 도구를 소개하고, 웹 2.0 도구 활용 수업을 위한 교수 학습 과정안을 간략하게 제공함으로써 웹 2.0 도구의 교육적 활용방안을 제안한다. 제안한 교수 학습 과정안을 통한 수업은 소집단, 공동의 목표를 달성할 수 있도록 참여를 독려하고 자유롭게 소통할 수 있는 웹기반 환경을 제공했다. 또한 웹 2.0 도구의 공동 작업 공간을 이용하여 학습자의 학습적 흥미를 이끌고, 학습 분위기를 유지할 수 있었다. 제안한 교수 학습 과정안을 토대로 2012년부터 현재까지 1학년 대학생 대상으로 수업을 하였으며, 학생들의 만족도 조사 및 학습 결과물을 통해 웹 2.0 도구의 교육적 활용이 가능함을 보인다.

Pumasi and Cooperative Child Care Sharing have had positive results among participants and show possibilities of spreading out to the community in general. However, performance was not proved where it is clarified, and the experience of 23 local Healthy Family Support Centers have that ran the demonstration project were unable to be collected. It is the point of time when the initial backing up is important but the centers do not have the systematic support. Therefore, this research presents an effective management plan through qualitative research involving Pumasi participants and person in charge. The operation strategies by the stage of the project were as follows: First, in the beginning stage, the person in charge establishes the target and vision of the project. Second, when comprising the Pumasi team, it was necessary to consider their characteristics according to the team organization subjects. Third, it is necessary to extend the turn-off time and provide many programs so that the various populations can participate. Fourth, in the advertising step, word of mouth and individual contact needs to be utilized. Fifth, in a medium or small city or an urban-rural complex area, the person in charge should support the participants' Pumasi activities. Sixth, various programs such as a passive and active parent education program and Pumasi education program for the leader needs to be provided for the activation of Pumasi activities. Lastly, a cooperative child care sharing location needs to be constructed by the duality system of the base space and outer space. In this location, the inside play space for the children is essential.

Objective : The purpose of this study was survey about the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine of stroke patients in National Rehabilitation Center. Methods : The participants were 205 stroke patients in the National Rehabilitation Center and investigated the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine. Results : As to general characteristics of the group, 56.9% were male, 30.7% were in the 60~69 age, 24.3% of patients had an average income per month 1.0~2.0 million. In regard to disease status of patients, 53.8% were cerebral infarction, 35.8% were below 6 month in disease duration, 73.7% were none recurrence, 52.8% were hypertension as related disease, 74.5% were motor paralysis sequela. 83.2% were positive response in using oriental medicine department of National Rehabilitation Center. The most wanted therapy was acupuncture. Most of respondents expected that co-operative treatments were to be improving the cure effect for patients. And they wanted cooperative system combined evenly between western and oriental medicine, so the western doctors and the oriental doctors suggest the plan giving lots of medial benefits for patients. Conclusion : This survey showed the recognition and demand on cooperative system between western and oriental medicine of patients in National Rehabilitation Center. It is possible to realize patient's centered treatment under the stable and efficient cooperation of western and oriental medicine.

공공도서관 소장자료의 효율적 관리와 새로운 서비스 공간 확보를 위하여 공동보존서고 건립의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 공동보존서고는 단위 공공도서관의 보존공간 확충에 드는 비용을 절감하고, 도서관들이 오랜 기간 소장해온 저이용 자료 등을 이관함으로써 공간의 효율과 서비스의 집중도를 제고하기 위한 것으로, 결과적으로 도서관들은 보존 프로그램을 통합 운영하고 도서관별 필요 공간을 확보함으로써 시설, 정보자원, 인력의 공동 활용 및 효율성 제고를 기대할 수 있다. 이에 따라 지역의 대표도서관들을 중심으로 자료수장공간의 부족문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 공동보존서고 운영에 대한 논의가 이루어지고 있다. 이 연구에서는 그 일환으로 서울특별시를 중심으로 지역대표도서관이 주도하는 공동보존서고 건립 방안을 제안해 보았다. 이를 위해 서울시 공공도서관 소장장서의 향후 규모를 예측하고, 이를 근거로 적절한 공동보존서고의 규모와 시설안을 제안하였다.
