한국산 녹차로부터 분리한 Flavan-3-ol 화합물의 Angiotensin Converting Enzyme 저해 효과 (Inhibition Effect of Against Angiotensin Converting Enzyme of Flavan-3-ols isolated Korean Green Tea)

  • 기능성 식품과 생약재로의 이용을 위한 연구의 일환으로 한국산 녹차로부터 탄닌을 분리하여 angiotensin converting enzyme 저해효과를 측정하였다. 녹차의 acetone 추출물에서 angiotensin converting enzyme 저해효과가 있음이 확인되었고 정제된 탄닌의 효소저해효과를 검토한 결과 angiotensin converting enzyme 저해는 galloyl tannin류가 nongalloyl tannin류 보다 활성이 더 우수하였고 구조적 이성체에서도 (+)-catechin류 보다 (-)-epicatechin류가 효소저해효과가 더 좋았으며, 각 물질 간 상승효과가 인정되었다. 녹차에서의 탄닌류는 angiotensin converting enzyme에 대해 비경쟁적 저해를 하는 것을 알 수 있다.

  • This paper presents dynamics of register error on a compensator roll type converting machine. Though a register control is an important aspect of a converting machine, it has not been taken into account as a main subject. Lately, demands for high speed converting machines over 500mpm(m/min) are raising but domestic converting industries can not come up with the high speed machines because capacities fur designing of the converting machine is restricted lower than 300mpm. Moreover register control is the key to product flexible displays through roll-to-roll systems. In this paper, a compensator roll type register controller is analyzed using mathematical model of register error. A case study for reducing transient register errors is discussed.

  • Dancer systems are most widely used mechanism for attenuation of tension disturbances. Lately, demands fur high speed converting machines over 500mpm(m/min) are raising but domestic converting industries can not come up with the machines because capacities for a designing of the converting machine are restricted lower than 300mpm. Moreover roll-to-roll is attracted flexible display manufacturer's attention as a effective method for productivity. A constant tension level in the span before the first printing cylinder is the key of high speed quality printing. This paper presents a modeling and simulations of dancer systems on converting machines.

Analysis of the Components of Guibitang and Fermented Guibi-tang and their Ability to Inhibit Angiotensin-converting Enzyme

  • Guibi-tang is a traditional medicine used for the treatment of colds. We investigated the levels of several compounds in Guibi-tang before and after fermentation with Lactobacillus and tested their ability to inhibit angiotensin-converting enzyme. Six known compounds (decursin, decursinol angelate, nodakenin, liquiritin, formononetin, and 6-gingerol) and 2 unidentified compounds were detected in Guibi-tang (GB) and fermented Guibi-tang (FGB) by an established HPLC-DAD method. The levels of the 6 known compounds were decreased after fermentation. FGB showed more potent inhibition of angiotensin-converting enzyme activity than GB. In conclusion, fermentation with Lactobacillus affects the content of several compounds in GB and improves its angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitory activity.

  • Recent power converting system for an electric train has characteristics of a complex electromechanical system, which includes VVVF inverter, bidirectional converter, ac motor and controller and etc. So in order to analysis its dynamic characteristics reliably, a powerful and flexible simulation technique is needed. Concerned with this respect, because the Simulink has a veriety of powerful functions and analysis tools not available in conventional power electronics simulation packages, it can be effectively applied to the simulation of the power converting system. In this paper, a schematically similar model for an electric train power converting system is derived on the Simulink Window, based on the Dynamic Node Technique, and several simulations have been implemented with the model. With the simulation results, the characteristics of the power converting system and the easeness of the proposed Simulink-based simulation technique could be verified clearly.

  • 본 연구는 도축 폐기물인 가축혈액을 이용하여 항고혈압 기능성 식품소재로서의 angiotensin I converting enzyme 저해 펩타이드 분획을 생산하기 위한 조건과 가능성을 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. 산업적으로 이용 가능한 단백분해효소 중 Alcalase가 혈장 원액 및 그로부터 분리된 albumin에 대하여 가장 높은 활성의 가수분해물을 생성하였다. 특히 albumin의 Alcalase 가수분해물과 이를 gel chromatography를 통새 분획하여 얻은 고활성 분획의 $IC_50$값은 각각 0.5 및 0.02 mg/mL로서 지금까지 보고된 식품단백질 유래 펩타이드 혼합물들과 비교할 때 활성이 매우 높은 것에 속함을 알 수 있었다. 또한 이 고활성 펩타이드 분획은 혈장 원액으로부터 단순한 한외여과만을 거쳐도 얻을 수 있음을 확인함으로써 산업적 실용화 가능성이 높은 공정임을 알게 되었다.

  • 웹 광학 기반 환경은 무선 기술의 활성화와 무선으로 접속될 수 있는 다양한 디바이스들이 출현하면서 네트워킹의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 무선 인터넷을 지원하는 모바일 컨텐츠 변환을 유선망의 인터넷 정보 컨텐츠를 이용하여 변환, 가공 처리함으로써 무선 인터넷 환경에 적합한 새로운 모바일 컨텐츠 정보를 생성하고자 한다. 모바일 컨텐츠 변환은 다양한 단말기와 표준에 적합한 사이트나 컨텐츠를 별도로 개발 및 운영할 필요 없이 기존 유선 인터넷 컨텐츠를 그대로 모바일 인터넷 환경에서 제공할 수 있도록 모바일 재사용이 가능한 컴포넌트를 추출하는 변환 솔루션으로 생산성 향상과 개발기간의 단축으로 비용절감의 효율성을 극대화시킬 수 있고 필요한 정보를 적시에 제공할 수 있다.

Staphylokinase 단독변환 혈청형 F 포도구균 phage의 분리 및 특성 (Isolation and characteristics of serotype F staphylococcal phage singly converting staphylokinase)

  • Lysogenic conversion of Staphylococcus aureus to loss of ${\beta}-hemolysin$ production by serological group F phages is always associated with gain in staphylokinase production. In this study, the new phages belonging to serotype F were detected during the course of isolation of phages from Staph aureus of bovine origin and some characteristics of the new phages isolated were investigated. The new phages, ${\phi}470$ and ${\phi}499$, isolated from Staph aureus producing ${\beta}-hemolysin$ and staphylokinase(${\beta}^+\;K^+$) were found to convert ${\beta}^+\;K^+$ strain to ${\beta}^+K\;^+$, Staph aureus strains lysogenized by this serotype F single-converting phage ${\phi}470$ or ${\phi}499$ could be again lysogenized with serotype F double-converting phage ${\phi}506$. The frequency of lysogenization of indicator strains by serotype F single-converting phage was 100%, whereas the frequency for serotype F double-converting phage ${\phi}506$ varied from 4.2% to 97.6% according to the indicator strains. The indicator strain lysogenized with phage ${\phi}470$ was resistant to phage ${\phi}499$, and vice versa, but not to phage ${\phi}506$. Therefore, phage ${\phi}470$ and ${\phi}499$ were shown to be identical by immunity test.

Public key broadcast encryption scheme using new converting method

  • Broadcast encryption is a cryptographical primitive which is designed for a content provider to distribute contents to only privileged qualifying users through an insecure channel. Anyone who knows public keys can distribute contents by means of public key broadcast encryption whose technique can also be applicable to many other applications. In order to design public key broadcast encryption scheme, it should devise some methods that convert a broadcast encryption scheme based on symmetric key cryptosystem to a public key broadcast encryption. Up to this point, broadcast encryption scheme on trial for converting from symmetric key setting to asymmetric public key setting has been attempted by employing the Hierarchical Identity Based Encryption (HIBE) technique. However, this converting method is not optimal because some of the properties of HIBE are not quite fitting for public key broadcast schemes. In this paper, we proposed new converting method and an efficient public key broadcast encryption scheme Pub-PI which is obtained by adapting the new converting method to the PI scheme [10]. The transmission overhead of the Pub-PI is approximately 3r, where r is the number of revoked users. The storage size of Pub-PI is O($c^2$), where c is a system parameter of PI and the computation cost is 2 pairing computations.
