The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in the perception and education requirements between industry and engineering students on engineering convergence competency, and to suggest implications for fostering engineers suitable to industry demand and direction of focus improvement in the current engineering education field. To this end, 73 industrial representatives and 104 engineering students are surveyed the engineering convergence competency and educational needs. The results of this analysis are as follows: first, the difference in engineering convergence competency by background variable was significantly different in gender of engineering students. Second, it is found that there is a significant difference between the current level and the required level of engineering convergence competency from an industry perspective. In the IPA results, it shows that new knowledge generation and future-oriented vision skills are urgently needed to be improved. And it is showed that the creative thinking, knowledge utilization, communication, and cooperation capabilities skills need to be maintained continuously. Third, as a result of the analysis of the differences in recognition of the current competency levels between industry and engineering students, there is statistically significant differences in systemic thinking, communication and cooperation, understanding of other academic fields, humanities, and future-oriented perspectives. Therefore, it is necessary to specific plans and efforts to reduce this perception gap should be prepared at the university.

최근 한류의 확산으로 인해, 한국문화와 한국 연예인들의 외모에 대한 세계적 관심이 높아지면서, 국내 뷰티 관련 기업들의 해외진출이 활성화되고 있다. 세계 경기침체 속에서도 뷰티산업은 성장세를 이어가고 있으며, 우리나라의 성장속도는 괄목할만한 수준이다. 이러한 성장에도 불구하고 뷰티산업의 영세성과 양극화로 인해 지속적인 성장을 유지하기 위해서는 뷰티-IT 융합기술을 기반으로 한 새로운 시장창출, 즉 뷰티-IT 융합산업의 육성이 필요하다. 뷰티산업의 현황 및 전망에 대해서는 일부 연구가 이루어졌으나, 뷰티-IT 융합산업에 대해서는 전혀 연구가 이루어진 바가 없다. 따라서, 본 연구는 뷰티-IT 융합산업 관련 최초의 연구라는데 의의가 있다. 전 세계적으로 뷰티-IT융합산업은 아직까지 시작단계에 있는데, 정부에서는 뷰티-IT 융합기술에 대한 Top-Down 방식의 연구주제 선정, 가산점 부여, 타 산업과 같이 중장기 기술로드맵 수립을 통한 지원 등 체계적인 발전방안과 유망기술에 대한 글로벌 시장 선점 전략을 수립하여 집중 육성해나가야 할 것이다.

본 연구는 제주 소재 6차산업 추진 경영체를 대상으로 뷰티산업과 농업농촌의 융복합에 의한 뷰티-농업 융복합산업의 인식을 알아보았다. 이는 융복합으로 인한 상생의 산업발전 모델을 제시하기 위한 전 단계의 연구로서, 향후 뷰티-농업융복합산업의 기초 자료로 제공함에 목적이 있다. 화장품산업이 농업 생산물을 주원료로 하며, 최근 농업인들이 뷰티제품의 자체 생산, 체험고객의 유치 등 뷰티산업을 적용하는 것에 기인하였다. 뷰티-농업 융복합산업 종사자와 비종사자로 구분하여 비교한 결과, 고수익 창출 가능성, 뷰티산업에 대한 개인적 관심, 천연자원 활용 가능성 등에서 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 또한 부가가치, 주력산업, 상품경쟁력, 미적추구의 라이프스타일, 시장 규모 등 뷰티-농업융복합 산업발전 가능성 이유에 대해서도 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 자금, 시설, 기술, 교육, 홍보마케팅 등의 정부지원 필요성 인식 비교에는 집단 간에 유의미한 차이는 없었다. 뷰티-농업의 융복합은 창의적, 다양한 컨텐츠가 필요 하기 때문에 고수준의 기술지원과 지속적 교육이 필요함에 따라 교육을 비롯한 자금, 시설 등의 다양한 정부지원이 중요할 수 있음을 제언한다.

Cyber Physical System으로 상징되는 제4차 산업혁명(Industry 4.0)이 전 세계적으로 확산되어 감에 따라 향후 구현될 다양한 사이버 시스템들의 기술적 안정·신뢰성을 확보하기 위해서는 융합보안 인프라 구축이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명의 확산과 관련하여 생활안전의 개념을 포함하는 광의의 융합보안산업 및 기술의 현상을 파악하고, 관련된 지식간의 연계 가능성을 분석하여 보안의 융합화에 필요한 산학협력을 촉진할 수 있는 인력양성, 기술개발, 정책개선 등에 관한 종합적인 발전 정책을 제안하고자 한다.

오늘날 기술융합과 산업융합과 같은 융합이라는 용어는 우리사회에서 중요한 화두중의 하나로 떠오르고 있다. 그러나 이를 체계적으로 정량적인 지표로 측정하려는 시도는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 특허자료를 이용하여 산업별융합계수를 측정하고, 융합계수에 기반 하여 어떠한 산업에서 융합이 심화되고 있는지를 분석하는 것을 그 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 먼저 2011년부터 2015년까지 한국특허청에 출원된 국내특허를 대상으로 하여 산업별융합계수를 측정하였다. 연구결과 연구기간동안 특허가 가장 많이 출원된 산업은 사무용기기 및 컴퓨터제조업, 전기제품제조업, 신호전송 및 통신업 등의 범 ICT산업군 이었으며, 동기간 전체산업의 융합계수는 0.316(239,664/758,446)로 나타났다. 또한 산업융합계수가 가장 높은 산업 순으로는 인조섬유(0.918), 도장(0.597), 석유제품(0.588), 기타화합물(0.567), 섬유제품(0.555), 기타운송장비(0.549), 생산관리(0.532) 등으로 나타났다. 추가로 특허출원건수가 많은 산업중심으로 같은 분석을 실시한 결과 광학기기제조업, 기초화합물제조업, 조립금속산업, 정밀/측정기기제조업, 특수목적용기계제조업분야에서 융합이 활발하게 이루어지고 있으며, 이들 산업들은 주로 사무용기기 및 컴퓨터제조업, 특수목적용기계제조업, 정밀/측정기기제조업과 서로 융합이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다.

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Determinant factors in this transformation process are deregulations and technological advancements. From the value chain perspective, industry convergence plays the most crucial role in the transformation of the established telecommunications and media industries. The objective of this paper is to validate the impact of convergence on the business performance using empirical data. To identify the various effects driven by industry convergence, we analyzed the relationships between firm's degree of convergence and the business performance using regression analysis. From the empirical result with the 2002-2005 data, it was found that the convergence across ICT sectors improves the business performance measured by Tobin's q significantly and this is only a recent phenomenon. These results are consistent with the conjecture that higher degree of convergence is becoming more associated with higher market value.

본 연구는 스포츠 산업융합을 주도할 수 있는 스포츠 융합기업의 활성화를 위한 제언을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법은 융합기업에 대한 문헌연구를 채택하였고 관련 법령 분석을 통해 향후 개선점에 대해 논의하였다. 분석결과 현재 스포츠 융합기업은 다양한 문제 상황에 직면하고 있다. 스포츠 산업의 융합 용이성에도 불구하고 실제로 스포츠 융합기업에 필요한 전문 인력부족, 전담 조직기구의 부재, R&D 지원 부족, 법제도적 미비 등을 제시할 수 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 다양한 지식과 창의력을 갖춘 전문 인력을 육성하고 스포츠 융합기업을 집중적으로 지원할 수 있는 기구의 설치 등이 요구된다. 결론적으로 스포츠 산업은 다른 산업에 비해 부가가치가 높고 융합 활동에 따른 경제적 파급효과도 유발할 수 있으므로 스포츠 융합기업 활성화를 위한 풍토를 적극적으로 조성해야 한다.

A few clues about correlation between endoplasmic reticulum (ER) stress and mulberry (Morus alba) leaves were investigated in only the experimental autoimmune myocarditis and streptozotocin-induced diabetes. To investigate whether a novel extract of mulberry leaves fermented with Cordyceps militaris (EMfC) could suppress ER in fatty liver, alterations in the key parameters for ER stress response were measured in high fat diet (HFD)-induced obese C57L/6 mice treated with EMfC for 12 weeks. The area of adipocytes in the liver section were significantly decreased in the HFD+EMfC treated group as compared to the HFD+Vehicle treated group, while their level was higher in HFD+Vehicle treated group than No treated group. The level of the eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha ($eIF2{\alpha}$) and inositol-requiring enzyme 1 beta ($IRE1{\alpha}$) phosphorylation and CCAAT-enhancer-binding protein homologous protein (CHOP) expression were remarkably enhanced in the HFD+Vehicle treated group. However, their levels were restored in the HFD+EMfC treated group, although some differences were detected in the decrease rate. Similar recovery was observed on the ER stress-induced apoptosis. The level of Caspase-3, Bcl-2 and Bax were decreased in the HFD+EMfC and HFD+orlistat (OT) treated group compared to the HFD+Vehicle treated group. The results of the present study therefore provide first evidence that EMfC with the anti-obesity effects can be suppressed ER stress and ER stress-induced apoptosis in the hepatic steatosis of HFD-induced obesity model.

The inhibitory effects of Asparagus cochinchinensis against inflammatory response induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), substance P and phthalic anhydride (PA) treatment were recently reported for some cell lines and animal models. To evaluate the hepatotoxicity and nephrotoxicity of A. cochinchinensis toward the livers and kidneys of ICR mice, alterations in related markers including body weight, organ weight, urine composition, liver pathology and kidney pathology were analyzed in male and female ICR mice after oral administration of 150, 300 and 600 mg/kg body weight/day saponin-enriched extract of A. cochinchinensis (SEAC) for 14 days. The saponin, total flavonoid and total phenol levels were found to be 57.2, 88.5 and 102.1 mg/g in SEAC, respectively, and the scavenging activity of SEAC gradually increased in a dose-dependent manner. Moreover, body and organ weight, clinical phenotypes, urine parameters and mice mortality did not differ between the vehicle and SEAC treated group. Furthermore, no significant alterations were measured in alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and the serum creatinine (Cr) in the SEAC treated group relative to the vehicle treated group. Moreover, the specific pathological features induced by most toxic compounds were not observed upon liver and kidney histological analysis. Overall, the results of the present study suggest that SEAC does not induce any specific toxicity in the livers and kidneys of male and female ICR mice at doses of 600 mg/kg body weight/day.

본 연구의 목적은 공간정보기업의 거래정보를 토대로 공간정보산업의 융·복합부문 탐색과 표면상무관회귀모형을 이용한 동 산업의 시장규모 전망이다. 공간정보산업조사 통계에서 확인할 수 없는 공간정보 융·복합부문은 한국기업데이터의 사업체DB(2010~2019년)를 이용하여 공간정보 관련 핵심키워드를 검색하여 상품별 구매 및 판매데이터를 확보하여 분석하였다. 공간정보사업체의 융·복합은 서울 특정구와 일부 경기도권역과의 가치사슬 간 거래관계에서 나타났다. 해당 융·복합 사업체는 가치사슬 2(활용·서비스)&3(융·복합)단계의 매출액이 가장 크고, 가치사슬 1(생산·구축)&2단계와 2&3단계의 융·복합은 2010년 대비 2019년 매출은 약 2배 가량 상승하였다. 2019년 통계청 기준 공간정보산업의 총매출액은 약 8조원으로 발표되었으나, 본 연구에서는 공간정보산업의 총매출액은 23~27조원, 융·복합 활동을 고려할 때 28~47조원으로 추정되었다. 마지막으로 공간정보산업 미래 시장규모예측을 위하여 표면상무관회귀(SUR: Seemingly Unrelated Regression)모형을 이용하여 2025년 및 2030년에 시나리오 1(인구증가율 0.38%, 2020~2024년), 0.07%(2026~2030년)을 적용할 경우, 공간정보산업 매출액은 -0.37% ~ 0.069% 감소하였다. 동 기간 시나리오 2(평균임금상승률 1.2%)를 적용하면 공간정보산업 매출액은 2.326% ~ 12.185% 증가하였다. 즉, 공간정보산업의 매출액은 노동, 총요소 생산성 및 자본 생산성의 함수이며, 특히 노동생산성과 연구개발 등의 총요소생산성을 제고하는 방향의 정책개발과 대안 수립 연구가 추가적으로 필요하다.
