Accounting information systems (AIS) capture and process accounting data and provide valuable information for decision makers. However, in a rapidly changing environment, continual management of the AIS is necessary for organizations to optimize performance outcomes. I suggest that building a dynamic AIS capability enables accounting process and organizational performance. Using the dynamic capabilities framework (Teece 2007). I propose that a dynamic AIS capability can bedeveloped through the synergy of three competencies: having (1) a flexible AIS, (2) a complementary business intelligence system, and (3) accounting professionals with IT technical competency. Using survey data, I find evidence of a positive association between a dynamic AIS capability, accounting process performance, and overall firm performance. The results suggest that developing a dynamic AIS resource can add value to an organization. This study provides guidance for organizations looking to leverage the performance outcomes of their environment.

The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the ICT legal system and the ICT performance by new technology's investment for government organizational changes. I will show the impact of government ICT investment interest, competency, convergence and process change, and then present policy direction. A research method used the structural equations. As a result of analysis, ICT investment interest and operational competency showed the negative impact the ICT legal system and the role change of ICT process and convergence of new technologies showed the positive impact. The Framework Act on National Information showed the positive impact on organizational performance, but the E-Government Act showed the negative impact. The contribution in the study expanded organization research from MIS perspective, and each organization is required the conflict resolve by ICT investment. A future study will require longitudinal study of ICT capabilities from previous to present government.

This study investigates Active Learning and Facilitation Convergence Education Program which can improve core competency to cope with vocational education in the fourth industrial revolution era. I applied the integrated advantages of Active Learning which enhances 'problem solving skill' and those of Facilitation for creative thinking idea to application design process coursework and verified the effectiveness of such education method through student satisfaction survey. I also designed application contents for the students who are familiar with the mobile environments and UI contents for data visualization which can help those students to improve their skills in software. Every coursework was conducted as a team project. As a result, Active Learning and Facilitation Convergence Education Program is found to be helpful in improving the basic skills and competencies required in college education. I hope this work helps to reduce the educational gap between industry and professional colleges.

In this study, in order to develop a manual for the AI convergence education competency strengthening project, project personnel were interviewed and an overall analysis of the business process was made. As a result of analysis, the manual includes methods to solve problems currently being raised in the field such as recruitment of graduate students, education program management, academic registration management, and budget management. In order to increase the continuity and efficiency of the project, it is necessary to build an administrative management site that provides information on the overall project, to strengthen publicity for general teachers about AI convergence education, and meet the educational needs and level of enrolled students.

To combine the science and technology creativity necessary in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution, it is necessary to cultivate talents who can discover new knowledge and create new values by combining various knowledge with self-directed mathematical competencies. This research attempted to lay the foundation for the curriculum for fostering future creative convergence talent by preparing, executing, and reflecting on the learning plan after learners themselves understand their level and status through self-directed learning. Firstly, We would like to present a teaching-learning plan based on the essential capabilities of the future society, where the development of a curriculum based on mathematics curriculum and intelligent informatization are accelerated. Secondly, an educational design model system diagram was presented to strengthen the self-directed learning ability of mathematics subjects in the electronic engineering curriculum. Consequently, through a survey, we would like to propose the establishment of an educational system necessary for the 4th industry by analyzing learning ability through self-directed learning teaching methods of subjects related to mathematics, probability, and statistics.

In this study, the vision and goal of librarian education and training were designed by reflecting the changes in the internal and external environment of the library and the human resource development (HRD) trend in order to prepare a mid- to long-term development plan for librarian education and training. To design the vision and goal of librarian education and training, redefining the necessity, goals, mission, and role of librarian education and training, and seeking strategies to realize the vision and goal of librarian education and training. Core competency and national competency standards (A detailed implementation plan was prepared for the development of NCS) - based educational operation guidelines. First, when analyzing domestic and foreign prior research and literature, the future librarian is a person with competencies that includes first, creative convergence, second, communication and cooperation, third, leading professional, and fourth, empathic and inclusive talent. It was identified that education and training should be established based on The curriculum according to the library's future talents and core competencies should be presented in the following process model, and the librarian competencies for each type of creative convergence type, communication cooperation type, leading professional type, and empathy and inclusive type should be derived, and It was identified that the education direction should be set in the direction of designing a curriculum for job competency improvement by setting the job competency according to the requirements.

The aim of this study is to provide basic data for college life adaptation support measures at the college level by identifying college life adaptation status, the relevance of university life adaptation and the core competencies. In order to ahieve this aim there are three objectives. This study is a research study to understand the relationship between college life adaptation and core competencies of college students before and after the coronavirus. The subject of this study was 171 university students from Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Honam. Data was collected through an untact questionnaire, and data analysis was performed using the SPSSWIN 25.0 program for mean, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, T-test, correlation, and regression analysis. As a result, first, the difficulty of "emotional adaptation" before the coronavirus was high, and the difficulty of "academic adaptation" was high after the coronavirus. Second, the core competencies of college students were highest in the order of 'interpersonal relationship competency', 'problem solving competency', and 'information communication competency'. Third, as a result of analysis of the relationship between core competency factors and adaptation to university life, difficulties in social adaptation were found both before and after the coronavirus. After the corona, difficulties in adapting to school and learning new skills appeared. In conclusion, in order for university students to adapt to university life in the post-corona era, university-level support is needed to reinforce interpersonal relations competencies in unrect situations, reinforce information and communication competencies to promote academic adaptation, and reinforce new skills acquisition competencies.

The practical learning requires the new paradigm in its content of education and environment along with the rapid development of information communication technology and the expansion of digital content industry. Especially, the animation education, core area of digital content industry, has attempted to improve the content and method of education by focusing on creativity, convergence and practical education. However, education environment in the previous form of computer laboratory has not been reflected the characteristics of animation education. In the light of this, this research would suggests the effective education environment implemented animation job competency and the characteristics of animation production. Firstly, the problem of previous educational environment will be explored through looking at computer rooms of domestic Universities. The characteristics of animation production consisted of Pre-production, Main-production, Post-production and elements of animation job competency will be reviewed by focusing on three phases of production, Pre-production, Main-production and Post-production, and six particular jobs, concept art, modeling & texturing, animating, lighting, VFX and compositing. Secondly, 6 types of space adapted from space syntax, possibly explored the embedded meaning of the structure of space and environment, will be reviewed by focusing on integration, separation and interaction. Thirdly, based on the characteristics of animation production, the element of animation job competency, 6 types of space, analytical tools about animation project education will be deducted, and the case study regarding animation studio, Walt Disney studio, will be processed by focusing on its production environment and spatial composition by focusing on Pre-production, Main-production, Post-production. Fifthly, the effective spatial composition for animation project education will be explored based on the interpretation of literature reviews and case study. In regard to this, the research addresses the spatial composition reflected the characteristics of practical learning and job competency in animation education, which differs from the previous form of standardized education spaces.

The Korean Ministry of Education has emphasized the convergent ability for human resource cultivating the development of science and technology in the future. Based on this, Korean STEAM education aims to enhance students' interest and their understanding of science and technology as well as to develop students' convergence thinking and problem-solving skills. Through the camp for gifted students, students are generally introduced to produce self-directed outputs in order to solve the problem in everyday life. In this study, the author aims to find out whether the gifted high school students' creative leader competency and STEAM literacy changed after they experienced STEAM-based camp. 517 gifted students from 52 high schools in the Metropolitan city region join the camp, which is focused on generating student-centered outputs for problem-solving in daily life context. Before and after the camp, the creative leader competency and the STEAM literacy of participants were tested and compared. From the result, we found that the gifted high school students' creative leader competency and STEAM literacy improved after participating in the STEAM camp. In particular, all the sub-factors except for the social value pursuit domains in the social characteristic area of creative leader competency and the areas of creativity, respect, and communication in STEAM literacy increased. Educational implications will be discussed.

This study empirically analyzed the effect of SME representative competency on account receivable management and management performance using questionnaire data. The research model was confirmed through EFA, reliability analysis, CFA, and model fit, and the hypothesis was verified with a SEM. As a result, representative's manager competency had a positive(+) effect on account receivable management, and entrepreneurial competency had a negative(-) effect on credit control management. Account receivable management had a positive(+) effect on management performance. In the mediating test, credit sales management had a positive(+) effect but credit control management had a negative(-) effect on the effect between entrepreneurial competence and business performance. The result suggests that representative competency is an important factor and it is necessary to cultivate management competencies such as finance, utilization of management resources, and account receivables knowledge to improve management performance, and to manage account receivable based on insurance and customer credit for stable account receivable management. In the future, research on the impact of external factor such as consulting and government support and the account receivable management is required.
