한국연구재단은 이공분야와 인문사회분야 간 통합 연구를 포함한 융합연구 생태계 구축으로 창의적이고 도전적인 연구를 중점적으로 지원하고자 한다. 이에 기초연구사업의 융합연구를 활성화하고 실질적인 융합연구를 발굴하기 위한 전략을 도출하고 창의적 도전적 융합연구 지원체계 구축을 골자로 하는 '융합연구 사업추진체계'를 수립하였다. 사업추진체계는 연구분야 중심의 지원분야 재설정, 문제중심융합 신설, 신청 자격 확대, '융합연구 우수성 평가' 신설, 최소 융합성 지표 및 가이드라인 도출로 구성되었다. 동 사업추진체계 적용 전 약 38%였던 복수 연구분야분류 지정 경향이 적용 후 98% 이상으로 급증하여 거시적 분야 분류 간 융합연구 지원이라는 근본적인 목적을 달성할 수 있는 가능성을 높였다. 선정여부와 융합연구 평가프로세스 간 회귀분석 및 피어슨 상관 분석 결과에 근거하여 평가 단계별 배점제에서 다음 단계 추천 방식으로 평가프로세스를 개선하였다. 또한 연구계획서 양식, 분야 지정 방식 개선안을 도출하여 2013년에 확대 적용하였다.

With improving computing performance, various digital platforms are being developed to enable easily utilization of high-performance computing environments. EDISON 1.0 is an online simulation platform widely used in computational science and engineering education. As the research paradigm changes, the demand for developing the EDISON 1.0 platform centered on simulation into the EDISON 2.0 platform centered on data and artificial intelligence is growing. Herein, a data framework, a core module for data-centric research on EDISON 2.0 digital platform, is proposed. The proposed data framework provides the following three functions. First, it provides a data repository suitable for the data lifecycle to increase research reproducibility. Second, it provides a new data model that can integrate, manage, search, and utilize heterogeneous data to support a data-driven interdisciplinary convergence research environment. Finally, it provides an exploratory data analysis (EDA) service and data enrichment using an AI model, both developed to strengthen data reliability and maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of research endeavors. Using the EDISON 2.0 data framework, researchers can conduct interdisciplinary convergence research using heterogeneous data and easily perform data pre-processing through the web-based UI. Further, it presents the opportunity to leverage the derived data obtained through AI technology to gain insights and create new research topics.

As networks increase and cross-convergence occurs between various types of devices and communications, there is an increasing demand for interoperable service in the business environment and from end users. In this paper, we investigate interoperability issues in the digital rights management (DRM) and present a practical framework to support interoperability in environments with multiple devices. The proposed architecture enables end users to consume digital content on all their devices without awareness of the underlying DRM schemes or technologies. It also enables DRM service providers to achieve interoperability without costly modification of their DRM schemes.

본 연구는 디지털 융복합 부문의 하나로 고전문학과 정보기술의 적용방법을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 고전문학을 위한 클라우드 디지털 아카이브 프레임워크를 제안하였다. 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경은 최근의 기술 트랜드중의 하나이며, 정보기술 분야의 중요한 키워드가 되었다. 이를 고전문학의 하나인 판소리 아카이브 모형을 연계하여 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서도 서비스가 지원될 수 있도록 기능 프레임워크를 제시하였다. 또한 각 특성에 따른 메타데이터 모델과 데이터 구조를 설정하였으며, 판소리 아카이브 지원을 위한 서비스 프레임워크를 추가하였다. 이러한 구조는 고전문학 자료의 평가, 보존, 접근의 프로세스를 가지며, 아카이브에서는 디지털 아카이브, 메타데이터를 통한 연계모형으로 구성되었다.

이 연구는 학령기 아동의 발달지원을 위하여 기존의 미술 치료 및 교육에서 시행되어 온 시각적 사고 중심의 접근에 더하여, 언어 교육 및 치료적 접근을 융합하고자 한 것이다. 이에 언어와 미술의 서로 다른 영역의 융합 가능 영역을 탐색하기 위하여 텍스트 마이닝 기법을 적용하였다. 이에 따라 이 연구는 기초 연구, 예비 DB구축, 텍스트 선별, DB 전 처리 및 확정, 불용어 처리, 텍스트 마이닝 분석 및 융합 가능 역 도출'의 절차에 따라 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과, 미술 치료 및 교육과 언어 치료 및 교육 분야에서 나타나는 문헌상의 각 군집을 연계하여 의사소통 및 학습 기능, 문제해결 및 감각 기관, 예술 및 지능, 정보와 의사소통, 가정 및 장애, 주제와 개념화 및 또래, 통합과 재구성 및 태도 등과 관련된 융합역을 도출할 수 있었다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통하여 향후 미술과 언어의 활동 중심 융합형 프로그램을 설계할 수 있는 프레임워크를 마련하고 아동발달 지원을 위한 총체적 접근을 시도하였다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다.

This study investigates the relationship among Appraisal outcome Satisfaction. Perceived Organization Support and Perceived Appraisal Justice. Several important findings emerge from this research. First. both distributive and procedural justice have a significant power in accounting for Perceived Organization Support. Second, it is evidenced that perceiving justice has a positive relationship with perceived organization support. Third, appraisal outcome satisfaction was higher, the level of distributive, procedural. interactional justice and perceived organization support were high. Future study. therefore. have to concentrate on the survey of casual relations among each concept in the framework of a longitudinal study. And to apply the results of this study to practical management, it is suggested that replicate research on various populations and through various experiments should be mand in the future.

In this paper we examined a novel extension of the convergence empirics for the maritime business cycle which considers structure breaks and/or changes. To provide theoretical justification, the convergence hypothesis uses the relaxed assumption to technology shocks. Based on the recent empirical results provided by Kim and Chang (2020), we consider nonlinear dynamics that capture the properties on structural changes in the equilibrium adjustment process. This approach bridges the gap between the theoretical framework and empirical specifications. In particular, we applied the convergence hypothesis to the multiple structure change model for the maritime business cycle. Our application to the maritime data showed support of the convergence hypothesis allowing multiple structure changes during the high volatile period and offers additional insight into the forecasting maritime business cycles.

With increasing number of serious construction disasters such as death, a safety management in real-time is more required recently. One of the ways to support the needs, a convergence with Information Technology (IT) has been noticed. Although number of inefficiencies including a limitation of IT equipment (weight, control inconveniences) has been concerned, data exchanging and processing fields have been improved at a wide range with an advance of mobile communication and an introduction of smart mobiles that are simple and convenient. In this research, a framework is realized in connection with smart mobile to find the problems of current safety management and derive demands in order to support effective safety management. Two smart mobile applications, Safety Management application and Safety Guideline application, enable a real-time safety management and less re-work by provided safety information.

중소기업은 국가경제의 근간을 이루며 고용과 생산을 담당하고 있는 중요한 주체다. 본 연구는 중소기업의 경쟁력 강화에 기여할 수 있는 정보기술의 도입과 이로 인한 성과에 관한 문헌을 체계적으로 정리하고, 국내외의 연구를 비교하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 연구결과, 국내연구는 국외연구보다 양적인 연구를 선호하는 경향이 있었으며, 다양한 정보기술에 대해서 도입과 성과요인을 연구하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 전체적으로 연구의 적용이론은 기술-조직-환경 프레임워크가 가장 많이 활용되었음을 확인하였고, 가장 많이 활용된 도입요인은 최고경영자의 지원이며, 성공요인은 사용자 만족도임을 도출해내었다. 향후에는 좀 더 다양한 이론을 적용한 질적연구가 필요함을 알 수 있었다.

제조 혁신을 위한 스마트 팩토리의 구현을 위하여 점차 디지털 트윈이 많이 개발되고 또 적용될 것이다. 특히 개발된 디지털 트윈에 대하여 시뮬레이션 및 최적화 분석을 실시함으로써 설비의 예지보전과 같은 중요한 의사결정을 지원할 수 있다. 본 연구는 사용자 관점에서 이러한 분석을 지원하는 체계인 디지털 트윈 관리시스템(DTMS: Digital Twin Management System)의 개념적 구조를 제시한다. 디지털 트윈은 다양한 분석 모듈과 데이터 등으로 매우 복잡하게 구성되어 있다. 스마트 팩토리가 진행될수록 디지털 트윈의 관리는 더욱 어려워지게 될 것이다. 따라서 이를 체계적으로 관리를 가능하게 하는 DTMS가 필요하다. 본 연구는 DTMS의 개발을 위하여 제조공학, 의사결정지원시스템, 그리고 최적화 분야에서 제시된 이론 및 체계들을 문제 해결 관점에서 통합한다. 그리고 제시된 프레임워크의 현실적용 가능성을 보이기 위하여 DTMS를 디스플레이 제조공정에 적용해 본다. 본 연구에서 제시된 DTMS는 전형적인 DSS(Decision Support System) 구조를 띤다. 즉 DTMS는 대화관리시스템, 모델관리시스템, 그리고 데이터관리시스템 등과 같은 3개의 서브시스템과 분석용 디지털 트윈 및 최적화 툴로 구성된다. 본 연구를 통하여 제시한 DTMS는 스마트 펙토리를 지향하는 경쟁력이 있으며 복잡한 산업 영역에 적용될 수 있다. 학문적으로는 새로운 시각에서 디지털 트윈의 분석을 조명한 것으로 추후 연구의 방향을 제시했다는 점에서 의미가 있다.
