Under some conditions on an array of rowwise independent random variables, Hu et at. (1998) obtained a complete convergence result for law of large numbers with rate {a$\_$n/, n $\geq$ 1} which is bounded away from zero. We investigate the general situation for rate {a$\_$n/, n $\geq$ 1) under similar conditions.

In this paper we study the strong law of large numbers for weighted average of pairwise negatively quadrant dependent random variables. This result extends that of Jamison et al.(Convergence of weight averages of independent random variables Z. Wahrsch. Verw Gebiete(1965) 4 40-44) to the negative quadrant dependence.

We in this paper study the almost sure convergence for asymptotically almost negatively associated(AANA) random variable sequences and obtain some new results which extend and improve the result of Jamison et al. (1965) and Marcinkiewicz-Zygumnd strong law types in the form given by Baum and Katz (1965), three-series theorem.

In this paper, we give a sufficient condition for convergence in probability of weighted sums of convex-compactly uniformly integrable fuzzy random variables. As a result, we obtain weak law of large numbers for weighted sums of convexly tight fuzzy random variables.

The Marcinkiewicz-Zygmund strong law of large numbers for conditionally independent and conditionally identically distributed random variables is an existing, but merely qualitative result. In this paper, for the more general cases where the conditional order of moment belongs to (0, ${\infty}$) instead of (0, 2), we derive results on convergence rates which are quantitative ones in the sense that they tell us how fast convergence is obtained. Furthermore, some conditional probability inequalities are of independent interest.

최근 범죄가 증가하고 흉포화되는 현실에서 경찰력만으로 사회의 안전을 유지하는 것은 한계에 다다르게 되었고. 사회의 안전과 질서유지를 위하여 민간경비의 역할확대가 요구되고 있다. 그러나 현행 경비업법과 관련법의 규정은 많은 한계를 가지고 있다. 민간경비의 역할과 기능을 합리적으로 조정하여 사회의 안전을 유지하기 위하여 민간경비역량의 강화가 필요하고 이를 위해서 여러 방안이 요구된다고 할 것이다. 경비업법과 청원경찰법을 통합하고 전체적으로 통일된 민간경비업법을 마련하고 이를 통하여 민간경비원의 구체적 권한 규정을 마련하는 토대가 될 수 있다. 또한 민간경비의 역할을 확대할 수 있도록 경비업법의 관련규정을 보완하여 사회의 요구에 적절히 대처할 수 있도록 경비업법 제7조 제1항 규정이 수정되어야 할 것이다. 민간경비의 공적책임을 강조하고 업무수행을 위한 여건을 마련할 수 있도록 민간경비원의 권한을 경비업법에 명문화하여 민간경비원 권한행사의 근거를 법률에 규정하여야 한다. 이와 관련하여 민간경비원에게 근무구역내에서 제한된 불심검문권을 부여함으로써 민간경비역량을 강화할 수 있다고 본다. 경비업법의 개정을 통하여 민간경비원의 권한강화을 강화하고 절차규정을 명확하게 한다면 부족한 경찰력을 보완함으로써 범죄예방과 치안유지에 많은 도움이 될 수 있다.

이 연구는 우리나라 경비업 현황분석을 통하여 현재 경비업의 개괄적 실태를 살펴본 후, 경비업법 개정과정 분석을 통하여 어떠한 정책기조가 법 개정에 투영되었는가를 도출한 다음, 우리나라 시큐리티산업의 정책방향을 제안하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 경비업법 개정 과정을 통하여 보면 공공성 강화와 기업성 강화가 어떤 뚜렷한 정책적 기조를 이루고 있는 것으로 보이진 않는다. 다만 강력한 공공성의 기조하에 부분적으로 기업성을 일부 반영한 것으로 밖에 해석되지 않는 것이다. 경비업의 건전한 발전을 위해서는 기존의 정책 방향에서 탈피하여 경비업의 기업성을 강화하는 방향으로 정책 기조가 변화되어야 한다. 경찰의 지도 감독 권한을 한국경비협회에 대폭 이관하여 경비업계의 자율적인 정화 기능을 키워야 한다. 경찰에서는 치안서비스의 공동생산 차원에서의 정책 개발에 관심을 두고 지혜를 모아야 할 것이다.

In this thesis, we present the Takagi-Sugeno-Kang (TSK) fuzzy model based adaptive controller and adaptive identification for a general class of uncertain nonlinear dynamic systems. We use an estimated model for the unknown plant model and use this model for designing the controller. The hybrid adaptive control combined direct and indirect adaptive control based on TSK fuzzy model is constructed. The direct adaptive law can be showed by ignoring the identification errors and fails to achieve parameter convergence. Thus, we propose an TSK fuzzy model based hybrid adaptive (HA) law combined of the tracking error and the model ins error to adjust the parameters. Using a Lyapunov synthesis approach, the proposed hybrid adaptive control is proved. The hybrid adaptive law (HA) is better than the direct adaptive (DA) method without identifying the model ins error in terms of faster and improved tracking and parameter convergence. In order to show the applicability of the proposed method, it is applied to the inverted pendulum system and the performance is verified by some simulation results.

우리나라 경찰은 지난 반세기동안 국내 외적인 시련을 극복하면서 질서유지자로서의 임무를 훌륭히 수행해 왔으나 최근 경찰을 둘러싼 환경은 국제화와 개방화, 민주화와 지방화, 산업화와 정보화가 급속히 전개되면서 치안수요의 폭발적 증가를 가져오고 있다. 또한 범죄유형이 날로 흉폭화 조직화 광역화 되는 추세여서 경찰 대응의 한계점과 더불어 장구 무기사용의 필요성이 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 하지만 장구와 무기 허용은 국민의 귀중한 생명을 위협할 수 있다는 선행과제로 인해 엄격하게 적용되어야 한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 기존에 경찰관들에게 지급된 장구 무기의 사용이 우리의 현실에 있어 실효성과 효과성이 있는지를 살펴보고, 일선 경찰관들의 법 집행력이 어느 범위여야 적정하고, 국민의 인권을 보호하는 경찰로서 신뢰를 받을 수 있는지를 조사하고 경찰 집행력 행사와 국민의 인권보호에 대해 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

In this paper, under some suitable conditions, we study the Spitzer-type law of large numbers for the maximum of partial sums of independent and identically distributed random variables in upper expectation space. Some general results on necessary and sufficient conditions of the Spitzer-type law of large numbers for the maximum of partial sums of independent and identically distributed random variables under sublinear expectations are established, which extend the corresponding ones in classic probability space to the case of sub-linear expectation space.
