Information technology (IT) convergence have been recognized one of the key drivers in the industry perspective. Especially, IT convergence have been one of the most important innovative way for defense sector. Korea government established IT convergence policy in 2008 and have been applying it to the core industry such as automotive, shipbuilding and defense industries. Recently, the creative vitamin project has been launched. Vitamin 'D' means the way to create the value of defense industry. This research analyzes and evaluates various IT convergence business models based on an operation of defense IT convergence center from 2011 to 2014, which is the industry IT convergence centers. Defense IT convergence business models can be classified into four types of mission area as follows : weapon acquisition and management, military intelligence, military power construction, and resources management. We define the concept of defense IT convergence and describe the framework and processes for applying IT to the defense sector. We analyzes and evaluates various business models designed through defense IT convergence framework and processes.

본 연구는 융합전문가 협동을 중심으로 특허경영이 신사업 개발 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 기존의 연구는 특허경영에 관해 정량적인 특허지표를 통해 사업성과에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이 대부분이어서 특허 경영이 융합전문가 협동을 통해 신사업 개발 성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구가 매우 미흡한 실정이었다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 기존의 특허 경영이 신사업 개발 성과에 미치는 영향과 융합전문가 협동을 중심으로 특허경영이 신사업 개발성과에 미치는 영향의 인과관계를 살펴보았으며, 가설 실증분석 검증 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특허경영은 매개변수인 융합 전문가 협동에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특허경영은 융합 전문가 육성, 융합전문가 활용에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 특허경영은 신사업 개발 성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특허경영은 사업의 성공 여부, 목표 매출액 달성 여부, 새로운 시장 개척, 새로운 기술의 개발, 고객 요구사항의 반영정도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 융합 전문가 협동을 매개로 한 특허경영은 신사업 개발 성과 중 재무적성과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 융합 전문가 협동을 매개로 한 특허경영은 신사업 개발 성과 중 비 재무적성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 재무적 성과로는 사업 성공 여부, 목표 매출액 달성 여부이며, 비 재무적 성과로는 새로운 기술 개발, 새로운 시장 개척 등이다. 따라서 국내 융합 신사업 개발 기업들의 지속적인 경영성과 창출을 위해서는 정(+)의 영향이 확인된 융합 전문가 협동을 중심으로 새로운 기술 개발과 새로운 시장 개척을 통하여 신사업 개발성과로 연계될 수 있도록 힘써야 함을 시사점으로 제시하고 있다.

The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) sector is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Determinant factors in this transformation process are deregulations and technological advancements. From the value chain perspective, industry convergence plays the most crucial role in the transformation of the established telecommunications and media industries. The objective of this paper is to validate the impact of convergence on the business performance using empirical data. To identify the various effects driven by industry convergence, we analyzed the relationships between firm's degree of convergence and the business performance using regression analysis. From the empirical result with the 2002-2005 data, it was found that the convergence across ICT sectors improves the business performance measured by Tobin's q significantly and this is only a recent phenomenon. These results are consistent with the conjecture that higher degree of convergence is becoming more associated with higher market value.

Digital convergence which means the convergence of industry areas related to digital technologies is an important phenomenon in business, which will decide the fates of firms in the near future. The only firms which can create synergy effects from digital convergence are expected to be the winners in the fierce competition of digital convergence era. In our analysis, we examine the strategy of an integrated firm which has businesses in two different industry areas which are related to each other. By using a game theoretical model, we show how the integrated firm can win over two single separated firms which have business in only one industry area each by leveraging the two businesses the integrated firm has. In our welfare analysis, we also show that this convergence may be even beneficial to consumers, which seems counter-intuitive to social concerns about anti-competitive behaviors by integrated firms. Additionally, we study comparison between industry convergence and product convergence.

본 논문에서는 컨버전스 시대에 새로운 비즈니스 기회를 창출하기 위하여 고령화 사회에 대응하기 위한 로봇사업의 비즈니스 모델을 개발하고자 한다. 컨버전스 사회와 고령화 사회의 마켓 동인을 확인하기 위하여, 이들의 트렌드를 분석한다. 마켓의 가치사슬의 구성과 분석을 통하여 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스, 헬스 그리고 로봇이 통합된 컨버전스 서비스 형태의 u-health 로봇에 초점을 맞추어 비즈니스 모델을 설계한다. 추가적으로 기술개발과 마켓을 축으로 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 진화 경로에 대하여 기술한다 마지막으로 제안된 비즈니스 모델의 효과성을 측정하고 평가하기 위한 매트릭스 기반의 평가 프레임워크를 개발한다.

디지털 기술의 발전으로 지능화 및 융합화가 가속화됨에 따라, 비즈니스 모델 및 인프라, 기술 등 여러 측면에서 기존 방식을 초월한 변화가 요구되고 있다. 변화된 비즈니스 환경에서는 다양한 보안 위험이 점증하고 있으며, 보안 위험관리의 중요성이 더욱 커지고 있다. 기존의 정보자산 기반의 위험관리에서 벗어나 비즈니스 중심의 위험관리가 대두되고 있는 시점에서 이를 위해서는 비즈니스 목표 달성을 위한 위험성향(Risk Appetite)을 파악하는 것이 필수적이며, 이는 추후 프로세스에서 발생하는 제반 의사결정 과정에 있어 판단 기준을 제공한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 기존 위험성향 선행연구 분석 및 보호동기이론을 분석하여, 보안 위험성향 수준을 파악할 수 있는 프레임워크를 개발하였다. 또한 개발된 위험성향 프레임워크의 실무적 타당성을 검토하기 위해, 보안 위험관리 실무 전문가들로 구성된 자문위원회를 통해 적용가능성과 중요성을 검토하였다. 검토 결과, 재무, 운영, 기술, 평판, 컴플라이언스, 문화 6개의 보안 위험성향 고려 위험분야와 인지된 심각성, 인지된 취약성, 자기효능감, 반응효능감 4개의 요인이 보안 위험성향 측정을 위한 프레임워크 구성요소로서 타당한 것으로 검토되었다.

In this paper, we proposed the next generation mobile convergence service business model creation methodology. In order to establish such a business model creation methodology framework, we first introduce the service model based on our previous research results on next generation mobile convergence services. The service model contains several components such as infrastructures, operations, and provision of services that are indispensible for providing the next generation mobile services. Finally, by adding service and value flows to the developed service model, we propose the next generation mobile services business model creation methodology. To achieve this objective, we first derive necessary components of business model including actors, their relationships, and roles. In addition, we propose service composition methodology for creating new mobile services and its corresponding business models.

기업이 경영활동이 세계화되고 글로벌 경영기업으로 탈바꿈하면서 이를 둘러싼 경영적 요소 및 환경도 급변하게 되어 기업이 처한 위험의 유형이나 빈도가 더욱 증가하게 되었다. 특히, 근래에 들어 IT와 산업이 융합되면서 산업의 비즈니스 프로세스에 중추적인 역할을 하고 있다. 그러나, 인터넷 환경하의 정보시스템은 기업 경영의 효율성을 증가시키는 반면 이에 따른 위험의 발생 정도와 그 파급 효과를 더욱 증가시키고 있다. 위험을 인식하고 이를 분석하고 평가하여 관리하는 능력이 뛰어난 기업은 위험에 따른 피해의 확산을 조기에 차단하고 오히려 이를 기회로 이용할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 정보시스템을 기반으로 하는 자동차 제조 산업을 대상으로 비즈니스 연속성 확보를 위한 위험관리체계에 대한 연구를 하였다. 세부적으로 자동차 제조 산업의 비즈니스를 분석하여 정보자산을 식별하고 자산의 위험을 분석하여 평가하였다. 그리고 평가 요소에 따른 위험관리 대책을 수립하고 이에 따른 비즈니스 관점의 위험관리체계에 대한 프레임워크를 연구하였다.

현대사회는 디지털화가 급속히 진행되면서 융합에 대한 열풍이 거세게 불어오고 있다. 융합경영이란 제품, 기술, 서비스 등과 같은 경영의 제반 활동들이 양자택일의 흑백논리에서 벗어나 서로 부족한 부분을 메워주는 상생의 길로 나아가려는 일련의 경영혁신활동으로 인식된다. 또한 기업은 끊임없는 성과창출을 통해서 생존하게 된다. 글로벌화 되어 있는 현대에서 기업의 성과는 더더욱 민감한 사안이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기업의 융합 필요성에 근거를 두고 기업의 융합역량이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보았다. 연구대상으로는 융합경영을 시행해 본 기업을 대상으로 하여 융합역량과 경영성과간의 회귀분석을 통하여 영향관계를 살펴보았다. 연구결과 융합역량은 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 융합기술개발역량과 융합교육학습역량이 재무적 성과 및 비재무적 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 ICT와 의료 기술 및 서비스의 융합 강도가 높아지면서 ICT 기반 의료기기 및 장비, 소프트웨어, 서비스 개발 등의 부가가치가 높아지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 의료분야 데이터 백업 이슈 등에 대한 시장 환경 분석을 통한 사업 타당성 검토와 클라우드 서비스 비즈니스 거래 유형 분석을 통해 의료 분야의 새로운 융합 비즈니스 모델을 도출하고, 향후 고객 확보 및 시장 확대, 경쟁력 강화 등을 위한 사업화 활용 모델의 개발 방향을 제안한다. 본 연구는 클라우드 서비스의 새로운 융합 비스니스 모델을 설계 할 때 산업의 핵심 역량 강화 전략 및 제휴 연계 전략을 수립하는데 가이드라인을 제공해 줄 것이다.
