The Effect of Consumers' Anticipated Guilt on Green Consumption Intention: Focused on the Post-1980s Generation of China (소비자의 예기된 죄책감이 녹색소비의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 80년대 이후 출생한 중국 소비자들을 중심으로)

  • Green consumption has drawn attention from various sectors of society recently. However, the "mismatch" of awareness and behavior remains despite consumers' heightened environment-friendly awareness. Based on the theory of emotional cognition and cognitive dissonance, This study examined the impact of consumers' expected guilt on green consumption intentions, and also introduced consumer cognitive utility to further uncover the mechanism in the process of influence by a survey of young Chinese people born after the 80s. Path analysis and hypothesis verification using AMOS showed that consumers' expected guilt not only directly affects the intention of green consumption, but also indirectly affects the intention of green consumption through the intermediation of cognitive utility.

  • The proposed new UCI syntax is compatible with the existing identifier and defines fixed length in such cases as printable ID, bar code and QR code which may entail better usage of identifier itself. For the compatibility, the identifiable metadata "key" is used for the existing UCI identifier and "UCI" element of metadata is defined for the new UCI identifier. The new UCI identifier plays roles of the resolution service and representation, and the old UCI identifier plays a role of internal DB management. Also, the object code has two types, meaningless and meaningful. The meaningful object code type can be used according the content classification standards in various field as comics, games, advertisement etc. The standardization activities can be supported by the root agency of UCI.

  • According to change of business environment, the company has required not only profit but also social responsibility for profitable growth. However, these changes are not only applies to the company. Company's internal stakeholders and social systems sub-elements of the union was forced to respond to these changes, too. However, research has not focused yet USR until now, It's very rare USR and introduction of USR and Case of USR. But The union must meet a the stakeholders such as nonunionist, county, as well as union members. This study looked at the USR Case of LG Electronics Union which is a leader in this filed. LG Electronics Union had accepted the USR in 2010, LG Electronics Union led innovation and change of labor movement and pushed ahead with USR such as service to community and vulnerable, refrain from strike, environmental protection. and LG Electronics Union spread the USR to overseas and domestic. Through the LG Electronics Union's USR Case, this study seek the new labor movement.

  • Generally, TPM activity promotion program steps have been determined. However, in order to maximize the efficiency of the production system of TPM, industry types or production methods, equipment type and condition, the problems facing the environment are so different that tips and procedures should be chosen in the right way for each company to promote. This study is aimed at a manufacturing company promoting TPM KSA presented. The TPM activities are broken into two phases. And we employ the AHP method to analyze which phase of activities are more important to recognize than the other phase of activities. In Step 1 of the analysis of TPM activities, promotion improvement is the most important activities of the individual, and the overall activity of the most important activities are the field improvement and loss improvement, then followed by the basic conditions for the preparation and 5S activities to build a system activity, such as the order of the initial cleaning was analyzed.

  • SNS uses the Internet as its base. It is created in order to achieve communication between the users. Up until now, most previous research were focused on the users of SNS. But, there are still a great deal of people who do not use or discontinuously use SNS. This is because users have natural resistance against SNS when using the service. In this study, time shortage perception, awareness of SNS, self-efficacy, suitability, information quality of SNS, subjective norm and privacy concern are considered as influence factors by previous research. An empirical study for Chinese students and internet users was conducted to identify how these factors influence perceived risk and perceived usefulness, and how this influence to user's resistance. This study can explain the reason why users don't use SNS and resist SNS use.

Correlation Analysis Among the Price of Apartments in Seoul, Stock Market and main Economic Indicators (서울지역 아파트가격과 주식시장 및 주요 경제지표와의 상관관계 분석)

  • Real estate has been the most preferable investment asset since 1980's has begun. Especially the ups and downs of housing price influence significantly on the household and national economy for a digital economy. In this analysis, monthly movement of apartment price of Seoul and its correlation with KOSPI, construction concerned shares, securities concerned shares, interest rate and exchange rate for 320 months(from January, 1987 to August, 2013) are shown. From the analysis, correlation coefficient of the price of apartment in Seoul and KOSPI is 0.8566 which is highly positive while the price of apartment in Seoul and interest rate are shown strong negative correlation which is -0.7846. The rise of stock market does affect the rise of the price of apartments in Seoul, on the contrary, the price goes down when the interest rate goes up.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the motives of employment and self-employment for culture and arts major. In addition, we investigated the factors of career choice and the external environment of career barriers. A questionnaire survey was conducted on college students majoring in culture and arts in Gyeonggi Province. For 233 copies, t-test and MANOVA analyzes were conducted for this study. The career choice factors of culture and art major were researched in order of importance. In addition, there were differences in the career choice factors between the employee and the entrepreneur and between the genders. There was the interaction between the choice groups and the gender in some factors. The results of this study can be used for career education and counseling in the future by enhancing understanding of career choice of major in culture and arts field.

  • This paper releases strategies for firms that wish to enter into online circulation business in China. SWOT based on a Korean manufacturing company teaches us better way to approach Chinese online market. Chinese online market is under oligopoly, where Alibaba and Jingdong account for about 80% of the total market. Game theory is used as a measure of threat and opportunity between Korean manufacturer and Chinese online market retailer. Game shows that they are easy to accept opportunity and sales uplift rather than low risk. Analysis shows that Korean companies should improve its products and brand competitiveness in the offline market before entering into the Chinese online retail market. They need to prepare a localization model.

  • Brand Extension is a leading marketing strategy that makes use of brand assets, and it aims to see the success of a new product of a brand by utilizing the level of consumers' brand awareness, loyalty, resemblance, and image. However, the review of previous studies revealed that there were cases of fashion brands extending into coffee brands, but not vice versa. The study aims to suggest a new proposal to extend the coffee brand, the most preferred brand by consumers, to an effective office space service. It proposes making a napping and working area for the working Starbucks lovers who often go business trips and like to work in a private space. The researcher expects that the study will inform about the efficient manner to use office spaces including shared service and area.

Meta-analysis of the effects of TPM activity factors on Corporate performance (TPM 활동요인이 기업성과에 미치는 영향에 대한 메타분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to conduct a meta-analysis of 18 papers that can be verified among the papers on the subject of TPM. Five hypotheses were set for the analysis and meta - analysis was carried out with CMA as presented in each research paper. As a result of analysis, I-square value is more than 75% in four hypotheses. Therefore, the null hypothesis that the size of the population effect is the same for all studies was rejected. The reason for the heterogeneity is that the research characteristics such as the distribution of the respondents, the study conditions, the study period, and the study area are different. In this case, a summary statistic of the individual studies that can be classified according to the characteristics of the research is needed to analyze the effect size difference. However, individual studies do not provide a summary statistic that can classify the effect differences, so it is not possible to analyze the causes of heterogeneity.
