This study identifies the spectrum of different forms of sharing labor in farm houses following the increase in the production of organic produce and deals with the gender division of labor and every day life of the farm households. The increased labor burdens of organic farming give more work opportunities to wives, weakening the gender barriers. However, some of the farm households seeking for economic feasibility are strengthening the gender barriers by specialized work divisions, leading to outside order labor of harvest, sorting, and packaging in order to increase efficiency in agricultural management in extreme cases. Even in the alternative distribution system, farm households has become subject to the distribution system as it is shown that coop claimed the segmentation of sorting work. This is because the convenience of the customers goes before the advantages of producers. Jinju, seeking for economic feasibility, has established the springboard for growth by greenhouse through monoculture and specialization and are operating economic growth stably. Farm couples with this condition, where their incomes are relatively high, are attempting to recharge their energy during low seasons. It is expected that this will be a model case of conventionalization of organic farming. Significance of organic farming in this matter is discussed.
This study aims to investigate whether information awareness, search purpose, and search expectations influence information avoidance among university students. The data were collected by using a self-completion questionnaire with convenience sampling of students from one university. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, analysis of variance (ANOVA), Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple regression using R 4.2.3. The main results are as follows: First, both search purpose and search expectations exhibited a significant inverse correlation with all information avoidance dependent variables. Second, there was a significant difference in the mean of search expectations across majors, such that science majors had higher search expectations than humanities majors. Third, there were significant differences in the means of the information avoidance-system and information avoidance variables by major, such that both variables had lower means for the science than the humanities group. Fourth, among the independent variables, search expectation had a significant effect on information avoidance-personal: the higher the search expectation variable, the lower the information avoidance-personal variable. This study confirmed that information avoidance should not only consider the psychological, emotional, and affective aspects of information seekers, but also that information seekers' information search purpose and search expectations are predictors of information avoidance.

This paper examined the structure of internet bookstore users' subjectivity by focusing on their beliefs, values and attitudes.0 methodology was utilized for the study. After constituting 36 Q sample and 28 P sample, data were collect from April 15, 2005 to April 22 2005. The analyses showed 3 types of subjectivity structures. The first one was 'the economic benefit-seeking type.' Those in this type were motivated to use internet bookstores to achieve economic benefits. They paid more attention to the Prices discounted than the web site contents provided by internet bookstores. This type was conspicuously found among college students. The second one was the 'information-seeking type.' People in this category made visits to internet bookstores in order to obtain new information or professional materials. This type was dominantly found among women. The third one was the 'convenience-seeking type.' Those in this type were concerned not only with the accessibility and convenience, but also with such practical issues as delivery, price, applicability, payment, and bonus. This study used the Q-method to derive the structure of subjective opinions and perceptions of university students about the behavior of food delivery agency service provided by staff not directly employed in restaurants. For this purpose, the Q factor analysis was performed using the PC QUANL program for the Q-sort, which consists of a statement card, a P-sample, and a classification process. The results were classified into three types. The factor names were set as the first type (N = 7): efficiency seeking type, the second type (N = 19): benefit seeking type, and the third type [(N = 6): cost-effectiveness seeking type. The characteristics of each type are Type 1:Types that recognize aspects that are efficient for both consumers and restaurants, Type 2: Types of recognizing aspects of being benefited from speed, convenience and benefit, Type 3: Although it contributes to labor cost savings, it appears to recognize price and quality aspects in the initial market, which is burdened by consumers. The purpose of this study is to derive the problems of food delivery agency service business according to the three types and to provide strategic implications for the development direction and improvement plan.

For data processing, this study confirmed the goodness of fit test of the whole model using SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 20.0, and then did hypothesis testing; the study results are as follows: first, teachers' attitudes was to have influence on academic engagement. Second, academic engagement had positive influence on help-seeking, while self-handicapping had significantly negative influence. Third, teachers' attitudes had positive influence on help-seeking, while self-handicapping had significantly negative influence. This study was conducted to investigate factors influencing career maturity in nursing students. A convenience sample of 230 nursing student was selected from S city, between 20 October and 10 November 2017. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and multiple regression analysis with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Factors that influenced career maturity included gender(t=2.117, p=.035), age(t=-2.572, p=.011), grade(F=4.716, p=.010), education at the time of admission(t=-2.695, p=.008) and perceived academic achievement(F=11.127, p<.001). Career maturity showed a positive correlation with career decision-making self-efficacy(r=.585, p<.001) and problem solving ability(r=.407, p <.001), but a negative correlation with job-seeking stress(r=-.424, p<.001). Regression analysis revealed that significant factors influencing career maturity were career decision-making self-efficacy, problem solving ability and job-seeking stress. This regression model explained 42.8% of the variance in the career maturity. Based on these findings, it is necessary to develop and test programs to ensure an improvement in career decision-making self-efficacy, problem solving ability and job-seeking stress among nursing students to increase their career maturity.
