Impact of Participation Motivation of 2014 Osong International Bio Industry Expo Volunteers on their Participation Satisfaction : Focus on Moderating Effects of Education and Training (2014오송국제바이오산업엑스포 자원봉사자의 참여동기가 참여만족에 미치는 영향 : 교육훈련의 조절효과를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted in 2014 with Osong International Bio Industry Expo volunteers as the subjects of the study. The study has analyzed whether their participation motivation, participation satisfaction, and educational training have moderating effects between their motivation and satisfaction. The purpose is to offer implications for successfully holding large events in the future. The findings are as follows. First, the internal reward, a sub-factor of participation motivation, had statistically significant effects on the six elements of volunteering satisfaction. Second, the external reward, a sub-factor of volunteering motivation, had statistically significant effects on the four elements of volunteering satisfaction: self-satisfaction about their abilities; satisfaction in pursuing changes; satisfaction in the event and satisfying interests. However, their satisfaction in self-growth and in interactions were excluded from the volunteering satisfaction elements that were critically affected by the external reward. Third, the training had moderating effects between their internal reward and satisfaction in the event. Forth, the training had moderating effects between their external reward and satisfaction in the event.

  • This paper focus on the digital media quality of one source multi-use for the vitalization of Korean classical literature. This paper examines the structural relationship between the quality of digital media and learning satisfaction/sustainable use intention through digital media. For this we used the case of The 'Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture(www.grandculture.net)'. Thus we conducted a survey of 418 high school students attending a classical literature class which used the local culture DB. The result of this study demonstrates that quality of media content and media service quality affect the learning satisfaction even if media system quality does not affect the learning satisfaction. Learning satisfaction affect strongly. The result of multi regression showed that system quality increased the learning satisfaction in the high group, but system quality did not effect the learning satisfaction in the low group. These results indicate that if system quality is enhanced, learning satisfaction will be slightly increased, and if quality of contents and services is enhanced, learning satisfaction will be strongly increased.

Study on Evaluation Factors Determining Satisfaction and Revisiting of Broadcasting Contents Market (방송콘텐츠마켓 만족도와 재방문에 미치는 평가요인: 부산콘텐츠마켓(BCM) 사례를 중심으로)

  • This paper explored satisfaction and revisiting of participants on Busan Contents Market(BCM) programme in 2009. Specifically, this study conducted regression analysis for finding satisfaction and revisiting factors on main events, broadcasting-telecom convergence forum, broadcasting business marketing forum, world culture contents forum and BCM academy. Results show as following. Firstly, Participants satisfied on comfortable lodging and possibilities as international events, but not satisfied on facilities, managements, public relations, contents and service. In particular, regional attraction and interpretation service are one of factors for revisiting in BCM main events. Secondly, one of competition factors for revisiting intention in BCM main events is production and investment. Thirdly, contents, theme and qualities of presenters and discussants are main factors for revisiting in BCM. Fourthly, satisfaction degree on education contents and lectures in BCM academy is high and contents, time, line up of lectures analyzed as determined factor for revisiting. Fifthly, documentary planning, production and marketing with international investors drive to induce revisiting BCM. We discussed motivation and utility values for revisiting of broadcasting contents market.

Movie Factors Affecting Satisfaction of 3D Stereoscopic Movie Audiences (3D입체영화관객의 만족에 영향을 미치는 영화적 요인)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine factors that affect 3D stereoscopic movie audiences' satisfaction in Korea, and to provide strategic solutions to improve audiences' satisfaction. According to study about movie audiences' satisfaction, factors that affect movie audiences' satisfaction are separated to movie internal factors, movie environmental factors and movie audience factors. And leverage of movie internal factors is bigger than either. But 3D stereoscopic movie is different from ordinary movie in shooting, screening, seeing and recognizing method. So it is expected that movie environmental factors and audience factors' influence is bigger than internal factors. So this study carried out a survey targeting 3D stereoscopic audiences. Main result of this study are shown as follows. First, the method to reduce visual fatigue is necessary for satisfaction. Second, it is required that improvement method of seat arrangement to provide high quality 3D stereoscopic contents. Third, level of 3D stereoscopic movies' price need to adjust to valid level.

A Study on Determinants of Dental Clinic and Satisfaction of Dental Service in High School Students (고등학생의 치과병원 결정요인과 의료서비스 만족도 관련 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between dental decision factors and dental service satisfaction of the high school students. The study participants consisted of 300 high school students in some regions. A total of 288 were used for the final analysis, except 12 with insufficient responses. The data was analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 program. According to general characteristics, if there was no scaling experience, orthodontic treatment, high satisfaction with school life, the higher the subjective oral health status, the higher the satisfaction of the dental hospital. Hospital decision factors according to the general characteristics of the subjects most frequently answered that employee service satisfaction was important. As a result of testing the correlation between hospital decision factors and medical service satisfaction, there was a significant positive correlation between medical service satisfaction, such as facility, recommendation of others, use procedures, service adequacy, employee service satisfaction. As a factor influencing dental hospital satisfaction, subjective oral health was shown as a good criterion, and usage procedures and staff service satisfaction showed positive relevance. Continuous trust builds up is important to improve patient satisfaction.

A Study on the Effect on the Satisfaction of Pet Hospital (반려동물병원의 이용만족에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 )

  • This study was conducted to determine the effect on the satisfaction of pet hospital. For this research, the study was conducted on customers who raise dogs and cats nationwide and use pet hospital. Specialties, human factors, efficiency, physical factors, and pet satisfaction were derived from factors that affect pet hospital use satisfaction. Human factors included three factors as veterinarian, staff, and pet hairdressers, and regression analysis was performed. Research shows that professional, efficiency, and physical factors have a positive (+) effect on user satisfaction, veterinarians and staff, which are detailed factors of human factors, have a positive (+) effect on user satisfaction, and pet hairdressers do not. Overall, it was analyzed that it affects the satisfaction of use in the order of efficiency, professionalism, staff, veterinarian, pet satisfaction, and physical factors. This study is meaningful in that it divided human factors into occupational groups and developed and analyzed pet satisfaction factors as factors that affect pet hospital use satisfaction, and it is expected that pet hospital can help establish strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Effect of Self-efficacy of the Disabled Workers on Life Satisfaction : Mediated Effects of Job Satisfaction (근로 장애인의 자기효능감이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 : 직무만족도의 매개 효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the mediated effects of job satisfaction in the effect of self-efficacy on the life satisfaction for the disabled workers. The research method analyzed the data of 1,604 disabled workers in the 2nd Wave 1 to 4th(2016-2019) of the employment panel for the disabled as SPSS V22.0 and AMOS 22.0. The results of the study show that first, the self-efficacy of the disabled workers has a positive effect on the life satisfaction. Second, the self-efficacy of the disabled workers has been shown to have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Third, job satisfaction has been shown to have a positive effect on life satisfaction. Fourth, job satisfaction in the relationship between self-efficacy and life satisfaction of the disabled workers has a mediated effects. Based on the result, practical suggestions were presented for the welfare of the disabled.

A Study on the Effect of the Characteristics of Branded Contents on Consumers: Focused on User Satisfaction, Sharing Intention, and Intention for Continuous Use (브랜디드 콘텐츠 특성이 수용자 효과에 미치는 영향: 이용만족, 공유의도, 지속적 이용의도를 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to examine the effect of the characteristics of branded contents on consumers. To attain the purpose of the study, we carried out a survey with 286 male and female undergraduates and collected data for analysis. The findings demonstrated the followings: First, the satisfaction of using branded contents is positively affected by entertaining, empathy, creativity, and indirectness. Second, the intention to share branded contents and the intention for continuous use of them are positively affected by entertaining only. In conclusion, this study confirmed that only informativeness, which is one of 5 characteristics of branded contents, does not have any effect on the consumer. This result provides useful empirical data for developing high-quality contents that meet user's needs and convenience, helping understand user's behavior toward branded contents and also serves as the basic data on which related researches can expand.

  • Current tourism is quickly transforming into experiential and insightful tourism from simple sightseeing tourism. Due to the experiential tourism trend, cultural interpretation of cultural tourism interpreter has a significant meaning in experiential tourism for tourist. This research was conducted on tourists visiting a representative palace of Korea, Gyeongbokgung, regarding how contents and communication skill of cultural tourism interpretation influence revisit intention of the tourists. As a result, value and interest of interpretation contents influence positive impact on tourist satisfaction. Second, progress and attitude of interpretation give positive influence on tourist satisfaction but not effective on communication with audience. Third, we found that tourist satisfaction influences positively on revisit intention. As the research result shows, both context and communication skill of interpretation are very important factors in cultural tourism interpretation. Therefore, the research emphasizes on government's suport on systematic management, treatment and position of cultural tourism interpreter retraining program.
