This study explores 1) the cultural meanings that television beauty programs deliver, 2) the ways consumers consume TV beauty programs, and 3) the differences in the meaning of television beauty programs according to personality types. An Enneagram was used to define different personality types. The Enneagram explained personalities according to underlying core energies and was useful to grasp consumer behavior. Exploratory data were collected through in-depth interviews of fifteen women in their twenties who watched television beauty programs regularly. The personality types were classified according to three core energies: head-centered, heart-centered, or body-centered. The results were: First, television beauty programs were celebrity-focused, product-focused, and consumer-focused. They were found to help consumers improve their appearance in an appearance-oriented contemporary society by sharing appearance management information. Second, consumers consumed the products from television beauty programs as well as sought a "beautifully transformed self". Third, cultural meanings moved first from a culturally-constituted world to consumer goods through television beauty programs that then moved these goods to the individual consumer through symbolic consumption behavior along with grooming rituals, evaluation practices, appreciation practices, and accounting practices. Symbolic consumption behavior differed with personality type: heartcentered consumers transferred meaning through grooming rituals and appreciation practices, head-centered consumers through evaluation practices, and body-centered consumers through accounting practices.
The purposes of this study are to investigate the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction and revisiting intention to beauty shops, and to examine the difference of the job satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and revisiting intention between franchised and non-franchised beauty shops. Data were obtained via questionnaire, which developed by results of pretest and previous studies, from workers and consumers of beauty shops in Busan. They were analyzed by factor analysis, t-test and regression. The results were as follows; First, the job satisfaction of beauty shops workers was composed of Adaptation, Operation and Instruction. For both of franchised and non-franchised beauty shops, the operation of beauty shops greaty influenced the job satisfaction of workers, and job satisfaction is not significantly different. Second, consumer satisfaction related to services of beauty shops is composed of three factors: Policy, Personal service, and Physical environment. Regardless of shop types, the policy of shop influenced the consumer satisfaction. Consumers' revisiting intentions to beauty shops are influenced by consumer satisfaction. Third, consumers in franchised beauty shops is less likely to be satisfied and to have the intentions to revisit than those of non-franchised beauty shops. Resulted provide some insights to develop strategies for franchised and non-franchised beauty shops. Limitations and future research directions have been discussed.

This study focused on the consumer post-complaint behavior in the Internet open market due to the rapid growth of Internet fashion markets and increased consumer dissatisfaction that has increased post complaint behavior. This study identifies the effect of perceived justice on consumer trust and repurchase intention, it then compares the effects of perceived justice on consumer trust and repurchase intention among the different types of dissatisfied groups. The respondents were 369 consumers who experienced dissatisfaction in the Internet open market. The data were analyzed by factor analysis, path analysis, ANOVA, cluster analysis using SPSS win 12.0 and Amos 7.0. In the research model, three components of perceived justice: distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice have significant effects on trust. Trust has a positive effect on repurchase intention. Dissatisfied consumers were clustered into three types of those dissatisfied with 1) shopping mall/shipping, 2) service, and 3) products. The consumer groups classified by the types of dissatisfaction showed different effects of perceived justice on trust and repurchase intention in the Internet open market.

This study attempted to identify not only dimensions of clothing brand experience, but dimensions of perceived consumer-brand relationship. In addition, this study investigated the relationships among clothing brand experience, consumer-brand relationship and brand loyalty. 354 questionnaires were distributed to female and male respondents aged 20 to 30, and then analyed by SPSS and AMOS program. The results were as follows. First, it was identified that the dimension of clothing brand experience was composed of two dimensions; individual experience(personal dimension) and relational experience(social cultural dimension). Second, the type of consumer-brand relationship was found out as three dimensions; interdependence, love and passion, and partner. Third, these results showed that individual and relational experience of clothing brand was the most influential factor for love and passion dimension of consumer-brand relationship. Forth, love and passion dimension through clothing brand experience was the most influential factor for brand loyalty. Above results imply that the key of strong brand relationship lies in the emotion of love such as human relationship.
Purpose: The purpose of the study is to identify the influence of the hospital mobile app service quality on consumer satisfaction, involvement, and re-use intention of consumers who have experience in hospital mobile app service. Methodology: The survey was conducted on 230 users. The collected data were analyzed using correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and the Process Model in Hayes(2013). Findings: (1)The usability, reliability, and medical information provision among the service quality factors of hospital mobile apps had an effect on reuse intention, and consumer satisfaction partially mediated. (2)The usability and the provision of medical information were partially mediated by the involvement, which also affected the intention to reuse. (3)Only reliability showed an age-moderated effect. In reliability and re-use intent, age was a moderated mediating effect that controlled the effect of consumer satisfaction. Practical Implications: The results of this study provide initial data of mobile app services centered on hospitals and prove the type of consumer usage. It suggests that it can be used to attract potential consumers of hospitals and strategies to increase the use of mobile apps.
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the information searching behavior of consumer by type of medical institution. A questionnaire survey was conducted of 1,507 persons who were selected through a multi-stage stratified area cluster sampling in nationwide level, excluding Jeju-Do. Personal survey was conducted through door-to door survey from 27 July to 10 August 1999. The main results of this research was as following; 1. The proportion of information searching of respondents ranged from 91.5-95.2%. Even though the proportion of user in university hospital was slightly high, there was not significant statistically by type of medical institution. In terms of information source, personal informer was most common information source in all type of medical institution. Public informers were more frequently used in university hospital visitors and professional informer in general and university hospital visitors. 2. Comparing to searching intensity, user informer and professional informer's influences were more powerful, but not statistically significant. In analysis of unit influence for information source, written informer or public informer was more powerful in clinic visitor, professional informer and written informer in university hospital visitor. 3. Information which consumer want to know mostly were about on special potential and career of physician. The clinic visitor wanted to know about institutional location and kindness of medical personnel. The university hospital visitor also wanted to know about facilities and convenience of process. Comparing to institution selection criteria of consumers at 1991, quality related criteria were recognized more importantly in outpatient and dental services. But in case of inpatient services, convenience factor was recognized more importantly. In conclusion, the effort for specific marketing plan by type of medical institution should be needed. And more concern on information searching behavior of consumer will be needed.
This study examined the characteristics of total consumers' anti-sites on on-line and their changes according to the establishment year of consumers' anti-sites, the activities and the evaluation of consumers' anti-sites and their differences according to the characteristics of consumers' anti-sites. Total 649 consumers' anti sites were analyzed for examining the characteristics of total consumers' anti-sites and 18 anti sites were selected for examining the activities and the evaluations of consumers' anti site. The anti sites were evaluated by the index of using in preceding research. The result showed that about 90% of total consumers' anti-site were not activated, only a few consumers participated even in the activated sites, most activity of the anti-site were operated only on on-line not off-line, over half of anti-sites targeted to the company in the type of the subject of anti-site, and the majority of the external shape of anti-site were cafe. On the change of characteristics according to the opening year, the proportion of cafe and the sites acting on both on-line and off-line were increased year by year. The number of anti-sites was decreased since 2005 and the proportion of highly activated sites was lowest in 2005. On the activity of anti-sites, the number of providing the information were more than the number of presenting the complaint among the bulletin writings. The number of the bulletin writing were more in highly activated sites than in low activated sites. most of highly activated sites were problem solving type compared to the low activated sites. The number of the bulletin writings in company anti-sites were the most among three type of subject of anti-site. The number of the bulletin writings in cafe type were more than in home-page type. On the evaluation of consumers' anti-sites, most of the sites didn't update the notices and provided incomplete information how consumers participated in the protesting movements. The highly activated sites functioned better in most parts in providing a information, connection with other consumer and site manager, management of the site.
The Purpose of this paper is to analysis on consumer's purchasing behavior and intention of local food. To analysis consumer's purchasing behavior, a series of homemaker surveys were conducted. The sample size of the survey is 416 respectively. As a survey result, consumer's purchasing behavior shows that purchasing ratio of local food and buying place is various type. In this study, we developed a Hedonic Model for Retargeting Advertising Based on Consumer-centerd IoT space for offering useful, interest, and interactive information to consumer. And most existing relative researches about Internet of Things but, this paper focusing on the Type of information, humor, and interactive and analyze the attitude and clicks intention to Retargeting Advertising Based on Consumer-centerd Internet of Things. According to the results, humor Advertising is positively related to attitude and click intention toward Internet of Things Advertising. But information Ad and interactive Ad affect positive to click intention. This is mean that click intention is more immediate reaction of consumers in the IoT space. Therefore Future research will be designed in a more interactive elements that can lead to positive reaction of consumers on the Internet of Things be more effective if you advertise advertising.
The major concern of this paper is to investigate the properties of a stochastic equilibrium for each model system in terms of a consumer welfare measure. The primary assumption for this study is that a trip-maker would choose the trip from his origin zone which maximizes his personal welfare. This assumption, finally, leads to a singly constrained gravity model. The consumer welfare measure is derived from the concept of expected welfare of randomly sampled trip-makers. Each of the four different models considered in this paper is differentiated depending on the complexity of its model or the definition of its travel function. In this study, three different regions are chosen for the purpose of taking into account the effects of different zone-systems on the properties of a stochastic equilibrium : (i) Archerville region (5 zone) ; (ii) San Francisco Bay regions (30 zones) ; (iii) Houston, TX region (199 zones). It is concluded that almost identical, "global" consumer welfare values can be obtained in some cases of the gravity-type trip distribution models based on a stochastic equilibrium.
