AHP기법을 이용한 최적의 웹사이트 선정 및 품질 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on Optimal Web Site Selection and Quality Evaluation Using AHP)

  • 인터넷 사용자의 급속한 증가로 여러 종류의 인기 웹사이트들이 생겨나고 있으나, 웹사이트의 품질을 사용자 관점에서 종합적이고 체계적으로 비교 및 평가하는 선정기법에 대한 연구는 미약한 상황이다. 일반적으로 웹사이트 품질을 평가하는 관점은 블랙박스, 화이트박스, 그레이박스 관점으로 구분할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 최적의 웹사이트를 선정하기 위해 사용자 입장에서 블랙박스 관점으로 AHP(Analysis Hierarchy Process)기법을 사용하였고, 웹사이트의 품질은 국제표준 IS0/1EC 9126에서 규정하고 있는 6가지 소프트웨어 품질 특성 중에서 효율성, 사용성, 호환성을 고려하였다. 현재 인터넷상에서 운영하고 있는 웹사이트들에 대한 실증적 분석을 통하여, 본 논문에서 제시한 웹사이트 선정기법 및 품질 평가에 관한 연구가 최적의 웹사이트를 선택하는데 적용 가능한 것임을 보여준다

중국 서부지역 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 관한 연구 (A Study of Chinese Consumers' Selection to Korean Products: Focusing on the Local Western Region)

  • 최근 소비시장으로서 중국 서부지역의 중요성이 증대됨에 따라 중국 서부지역 소비자들에 대한 체계적이고 과학적인 연구의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이러한 맥락에서 본 연구는 국가이미지와 기능적 속성 및 브랜드개성이 중국 서부지역 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 살펴보고 있다. 이를 위하여 중국 서부지역의 6개 도시에 거주하는 성인 소비자들을 대상으로 한국제품 선택에 관한 설문조사를 실시하여 이를 통계분석에 이용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 3가지 요인은 정도의 차이는 있지만 모두 중국 서부지역 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이중 기능적 속성의 영향을 가장 많이 받는 것으로 나타났으며 브랜드개성 역시 상징적 속성으로 중국 서부지역 소비자들의 한국제품 선택에 중요한 역할을 하고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 한국기업들의 중국 서부지역에서의 바람직한 마케팅 전략에 관한 주요 시사점을 제시하고 있다.

무우액종 천연발효 빵 선택동기가 소비자태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Radish Liquid Naturally Fermented Bread Selection Motive on Consumer Attitude and Purchase Intention)

  • 본 연구에서는 무우액종 천연발효 빵 선택동기가 소비자태도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향요인들과 그 요인을 이용한 앞으로의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다. 총 300부의 설문지를 배포하여 불성실하게 응답한 21부의 설문지를 제외한 나머지 279부의 유효한 설문지를 실증연구에 사용되었다. 조사 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSS 18.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석 및 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과를 보면 선택동기에 대한 측정항목의 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 3개 요인으로 KMO 값은 0.735, 총분산비율 65.759%, 소비자태도에 대한 요인분석은 총분산비율 72.421%, KMO 값은 0.684로 나타났다. 구매의도에 대한 요인분석은 총분산설명력 67.139%, KMO 값은 0.683으로 나타났다. 변수들 간의 상관관계가 다른 변수에 의해 설명되는 정도가 좋게 분석되었고, 유의확률이 0.000으로 나타나 전반적으로 변수들 간의 상관관계는 유의적이다. 따라서 선택동기에 따른 소비자태도는 구매의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 가설은 채택되었다.

신세대의 의생활양식과 의복선택행동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Clothing Life Style and Clothing Selection Behavior of the New Generation Consumer)

  • The ultimate purpose of this study is to suggest the most effective marketing strategy for the clothing consumer market based on the new generation consumer's clothing selection behavior analysis. In this thesis, it is appempted to make a progress in the new gen-eration consumer's clothing life style types, in clothing purchase behavior analysis among the clothing life style, and also in the marketing strategy for marketers. The subjects selected for the final analysis are 412 the new gerneration women of age 20 thru 34 in seoul and satellite town area. Data were processed the spss package program. As for the analytic method, factor analysis, clustering analysis, XCross-tubulation, F-test with ANOVA, frequency and percentage were applied in the survey. The major findings are as following : life style is classified into four types : The characteristic fashion-directory type(25.7%) ; The reason traditional type(9.0%) ; The sen-sitivity fashion-following type(11.0%) ; The community brand-conscious type(54.3%). 2 Clothing life style types characteristic of the new generation consumer proved that clothing life style types are a significant difference according to the life style, the fashion consciousness and the average monthly spend-ing on clothing. 3. There is an important discrimination according to the clothing life style types in their clothing purchase behavior such as infor-mation usage, clothing choice criterion and brand loyalty. 4. Based on the result of our analysis and the review of literature, the marketing strategy is suggested that characteristic and new design development is efficient way to consumer's purchase need. Therefore apparel industary which pursue an added value must frame marketing strategy on the basis of the target consumer's sensitivity characteristic according to the life style and fashion consciousness.

지속적 어업을 위한 시장기반 수산자원관리 연구 (A study on the market-based fisheries resource management for the sustainable fishery)

  • The market-based fisheries resources management system was reviewed and the improvement scheme was studied for seeking the sustainability of marine ecosystems and their fisheries resources. A demand-side policy is currently emerging to the management of fisheries resources by reducing over-exploitation, based on the consumer's selection. The role of consumers in the sustainable fishery was studied by comparing the social responsibility and consumer's activity between Korea and foreign countries and international NGO groups, based on the FAO guideline. The adoption of the Marine Stewardship Council (MSC)'s eco-labelling certificate was suggested by expanding the existing environment-friendly certification system in Korea. This new system will contribute to the protection of young immature fish and spawners in coastal and offshore fisheries as well as to the international trade of seafood in terms of fish products from well-managed fisheries. It is noted that the consumer's activities in the markets as regulators will contribute to the ecosystem health and sustainability.

A study of interest in pet food by consumer food choice type

  • As the number of households raising pets increases, the pet food industry is also growing. Since pets cannot express their intention explicitly, it appears that the owner's perception mainly affects the selection of products related to pets. In this study, consumers were categorized based on their interest in food choices and the factors influencing their interest in pet food were empirically analyzed. For the analysis, a cluster analysis, factor analysis, and Tobit analysis were conducted using consumer survey data for raising companion animals. The major findings of the study were as follows. As a result of the factor analysis and cluster analysis using questions for consumers' food consumption choices, consumer types were classified into high-interest, low-interest, and practical-seeking types. The degree of interest in pet food was high in the order of high-interest, practical-seeking, and low-interest type. Demographic characteristics such as gender, education, and household type correlate with differences in the degree of interest in pet food, and the food selection criteria of consumers also affect the degree of interest in pet food. These results show that consumers who are more interested in their food choices are more interested in pet food, and this will make possible to know pet owner's purchasing behavior for pet food.

  • 최근 웹 서비스 분야는 SOA(Services-Oriented Architecture)에 대한 관심의 증가와 B2B 시장의 성장으로 인해 차세대 IT 패러다임으로 급부상하고 있다. UDDI(Universal Description, Discovery and Integration)를 통한 서비스 발견은 오직 기능적 측면에만 기반을 두기 때문에, 서비스의 사용 빈도와 상호간의 신뢰성에 미치는 영향은 고려하지 않았다. 즉, 웹 서비스의 비기능적 측면인 품질은 소비자와 제공자 상호간에 성공을 위한 중요한 요인이 될 것이며, 이에 품질을 고려한 웹 서비스 선정 방법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 서비스 소비자의 입장에서 소비자가 원하는 최적의 품질을 제공하는 서비스를 찾도록 도와주는 에이전트 기반 품질 브로커 아키텍처와 선정 프로세스를 제안한다. 웹 서비스와 같이 분산되고 이질적인 환경에서 에이전트에 관한 이론들은 널리 받아들여지고 있으므로 제안하는 시스템 아키텍처에 적합하다. 본 논문에서는 웹 서비스 선정에 관한 기존 연구의 문제점을 개선하기 위해 평가과정에서 QoS와 CoS를 고려하였으며, 평가 방법으로 다기준 의사결정 기법들 중에서 웹 서비스 선정에 가장 적합하다고 판단된 PROMETHEE(Preference Ranking Organization MeTHod for Enrichment Evaluations)를 사용하였다. PROMETHEE는 비교 서비스들이 추가되거나 삭제되더라도 이원비교를 다시 수행해야 하는 문제를 극복할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제시한 선정 프로세스를 검증하기 위하여 서비스 조합 시나리오를 갖는 사례 연구를 제시하였다. 사례 연구에서 웹 서비스 선정 프로세스는 소비자 관점의 품질 측정값과 정의된 서비스 레벨을 바탕으로 의사 결정 문제를 기술하였다.

신용카드서비스에 대한 공적불평행동과 불평처리 만족에 관한 연구 (Consumer Public Complaint Behaviors and Satisfaction of Complaint Handling By Credit Card Services)

  • This study analyzed consumer public complaint behaviors and the satisfaction of complaint handling among credit card users who availed of credit card services. Relatively little research has been done in this area, despite the obvious importance of understanding and improving credit card market conditions. The purpose of this study was to examine consumer compliant behaviors with a focus on public actions, such as voice responses and the third party actions among credit card users. With the goal of providing consumers with more positive expectations of credit card companies' complaint handling process, this study investigated the status of public actions and the negative effect of complaints on the overall satisfaction of post-complaint behavior toward credit card services. The responses from 1,000 credit card users were analyzed using descriptive analysis, factor analysis, multi-logit analysis, and Heckman selection estimate. The analysis provided three major results: (1) perceived service quality among credit card users was conceptualized into groups such as responsiveness, innovation, company, additional service, and fee, (2) perceived service qualities, age, residential area, employment status, and subjective economic status had significant effect on public compliant action behaviors, and (3) unidimensional factors resulting from post-complaint behaviors were analyzed and several variables, such as period of credit card use, average amount used, and perceived service quality had significant effects on the degree of satisfaction associated with complaint handling in terms of credit card services. Several implications and directions for further research are discussed.

외식업체 도시락 이용에 대한 중요도-만족도 조사 (A Survey of Consumer Importance-Satisfaction on Prepackaged Meals (Dosirak) Sold by Food Service Providers)

  • A study was performed on the consumption of prepackaged meals (Dosirak) sold by food service providers through Importance-Satisfaction Analysis (ISA) to determine the factors that consumers seek in quality Dosirak. According to the analysis, food service providers need to concentrate on food freshness and temperature while maintaining food taste. As for food packaging, consumers were found to prefer microwaveable plastic containers the most (29.3%). Nonetheless, they found that packaging needed improvements in securing food content during transportation and in food labeling, especially for expiration dates. The study also investigated which factors, including menu selection and advertising, affected the sales of food service provider Dosirak the most. The most important factor was determined to be price. Regarding menu selection, the quality of food seasoning and ingredients, daily specials and the variety of combination sets were found to be important. Availability of delivery (3.83/5.00), advance ordering (3.82/5.00) and discounts (3.75/5.00) were important factors in advertising. The conclusions of the study point to a consumer base that recognizes the ease and benefits of Dosirak but desires high quality food items at low cost. To expand the consumer base, food service providers must continually develop new menu items that satisfy consumer tastes and trends, maintain sanitary conditions and improve food labelling.

Selecting a Web Portal for Online Shopping: A Conceptual Approach Using Interpretive Structural Modeling

  • Purpose - The present study examines interrelationships among antecedent factors defining consumer behavior in selecting online shopping websites. Research design, data, and methodology - The study identified factors from existing literature and used Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) to propose a conceptual approach to explain consumer website selection behavior. Through extensive discussions among industry and academia experts, qualitative assessment of the relationship between various factors was determined. Results - According to the model, eight congregating factors do not converge directly for website selection, rather, they operate following a hierarchy of influence. The ISM and MICMAC analysis reveal that information on a website and website aesthetics play key roles in influencing website selection. However, convenience and the value proposition also play very significant roles. Conclusions - The study's findings can help the e-commerce industry, especially online retailers. The findings can be used to enhance e-retailer ability to attract, communicate, engage, achieve, monitor, and evaluate web traffic and design appropriate strategies. The study's prime contribution is the application of Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM) to the field of website selection.
