치과위생사의 근무환경 및 조직 내 갈등수준이 이직에 미치는 영향 (Work Environment and Conflict Level of Dental Hygienists Affect Turnover)

  • Objectives : The purpose of this study was to understand how work environment and conflict level of dental hygienists affect turnover for the efficive manpower management of dental hygienists. Methods : Dental hygienists in dental (hospital)clinics near Daegu were randomly selected as the subjects of this study, and the followings analysis results are from 249 questionnaires: which were collected from March 2 to March 31 2011. Results : Among the 249 dental hygienists surveyed, 33.7% experienced turnover and 59.0% had turnover intention. From the analysis of the demographic, working environment and levels of conflict, dental hygienists had significantly higher turnover experiences based on following factors: older age, employment at a dental clinic rather than a dental hospital, longer working hours, longer total career as a dental hygienist, and longer of length of time at their current job. Furthermore, dental hygienists had significantly higher turnover intentions based on the following factors: younger age, more ignorant and higher level of discomfort due to conflict levels. Conclusions : Therefore, the working environment of dental hygienists has to be improved to inspire motivation, and conflict management has to be taughht within an organization to allow free communication and active participation in decision-making.

갈등관리시스템 적용과 심리적 해결기제 방안 (Application of Conflict Management System and Proposal of Psychological Resolution Mechanisms)

  • 본 연구는 갈등과정의 갈등관리 환경과 심리적 해결기제를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 연구 내용은 갈등관리 환경적 측면과 심리적 해결기제 두가지로 구분하여 제시하고 있다. 갈등관리 환경은 시스템측면과 심리적측면으로 나누어 적용되었다. 시스템 측면은 물리적 환경을 위주로 제시를 했다. 심리적 측면은 갈등관리의 심리적 대응유형으로 나누어 제시하였으며, 심리적 해결기제와 밀접한 연관을 두어 제시하였다. 이러한 기준을 하남시화장장, 부천시화장장사례에 적용시켜 연구를 수행하였다. 갈등과정은 갈등형성, 고조, 위기, 확대, 전화단계로 구분하여 단계별로 개별 적용하여 살펴보았다. 부천시와 하남시의 단계별 비교 분석을 통해 차이점과 유사성을 구분하여 효율적인 갈등관리 및 문제점을 도출하였다. 큰 맥락에서 보면 하남시가 부천시에 비하여 갈등관리적인 측면에서 보다 효율적인 관리가 이루어진 것으로 나타나고 있다. 이러한 차이는 갈등관리환경적 측면의 차이를 고려하여야 하며, 인상관리의 차이는 이러한 환경적 맥락아래서 설명하고 있다. 갈등관리 환경을 중심으로 보면 두 사례 모두 갈등양상이 심화될 정도의 원인으로 제시되고 있으나, 심리적 갈등관리 측면에서는 하남시가 부천시보다 적극적이고, 갈등해결적인 자세로 나타났다.

기혼남성근로자의 일-가정 갈등과 일-가정 향상 (Work-family Conflict and Work-family Enhancement among Married Men in Korea)

  • This study investigates the work-family interactions of married men, the variables affecting these interactions, and the differences between the variables affecting work-family conflict and those affecting work-family enhancement. The subjects of this study were 1,249 married men. The major findings are as follows. First, married men perceived moderate levels of work-family conflict and work-family enhancement both from work to family and from family to work. Second, the level of work-family conflict was higher than that of family-work conflict, and the level of family-work enhancement was higher than that of work-family enhancement. Third, work-family conflict was influenced by external occupational rewards, the relative importance of work and family life, a family-friendly work environment, perceived working hours, and spousal support. The variables that have an effect on work-family enhancement are perceived working hours, a family-friendly work environment, the relative importance of work and family life, and spousal support. Fourth, family-work conflict is influenced by age, spousal support, perceived family-work enhancement are spousal support, seeking internal and external occupational rewards, the relative importance of work and family life, and a family-friendly work environment. Finally, the variables that affect work-family conflict and those affecting work-family enhancement are similar, but the variables affecting family-work conflict and those affecting family-work enhancement are very different.

초등학교 고학년 아동의 부모 간 갈등이 외현적 공격성에 미치는 영향과 부모-자녀 간 갈등의 매개효과 (Effect of Interparental Conflict on Overt Aggression in Upper Elementary School Students: The Mediating Role of Parent-Child Conflict)

  • This study examined the effect of interparental conflict and parent-child conflict on overt aggression in upper elementary school students and investigates if children's father-child conflict or mother-child conflict mediated the effect of interparental conflict on overt aggression. The participants of this study were 532 of fifth to sixth graders from three elementary schools located in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. Participants were asked to respond to a written questionnaire to measure research variables of the Peer Conflict Scale, the Conflict Tactics Scales, and the Conflict Behavior Questionnaire. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and hierarchical multiple regression. Mediating effects were examined using analysis procedures of Baron and Kenny. The major findings were as follows: first, the level of interparental conflict and parent-child conflict of both mothers and fathers in upper elementary school students increased the level of overt aggression. Second, parent-child conflict of both mothers and fathers in upper elementary school students partially mediated the relation between interparental conflict and overt aggression. Higher levels of interparental conflict resulted in higher levels of parent-child conflict, and the subsequently higher frequency of overt aggression in upper elementary school students.

국가갈등관리의 효율화 방안 - 화물연대파업을 중심으로 - (Improving the National Conflict Management System in Korea - Trucker's Strike in 2003 as Complex Conflict -)

  • 이 논문의 목적은 갈등과정의 심화 확대 단계를 분석하여 국가갈등관리의 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 방안을 도출하는데 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위하여 이 논문에서는 국가갈등관리의 정책대상영역으로서 갈등 발생원인, 갈등피해영역, 갈등관리기구, 갈등관리전략, 갈등관리 장애요인을 다루고 있으며, 복합갈등으로서 화물연대 파업 사례를 분석하였다. 끝으로, 이 연구는 국가갈등관리의 효율화 방안으로 국가갈등관리 전담기구의 설치, 국가갈등관리 지표개발, 갈등단계와 외부환경에 따른 갈등관리 매뉴얼 개발, 갈등관리기 구간 협조체계 구축 등을 제시하였다.

병원 간호사의 갈등과 갈등 해소 경험 (Hospital Nurses' Experiences of Conflict and Conflict Resolution)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate conflicts and the experiences of conflict resolution of hospital nurses. Methods: This qualitative study used phenomenological methodology. The research participants were 8 nurses of C hospital. Data were collected through in-depth individual interviews from November 2016 to February 2017. The data analysis method was based on Colaizzi's approach. Results: The study results showed that the experiences of nurses consisted of 15 themes and 6 theme clusters: 1) Ambiguous role, 2) Recognizing lack of competence, 3) Difficulty maintaining relationships, 4) Unsatisfactory work environment, 5) Efforts to resolve conflicts, and 6) Conflict resolution process through labor union. Conclusion: The findings of this study recommend that hospital organizations and managers should pay attention to improving the work environment and organizational culture of members. The results of the present study can improve the understanding of various aspects of the daily life of hospital nurses.

종합병원 진료협력간호사의 전문직업성, 역할갈등, 근무환경이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향 (Influence of Professionalism, Role Conflict and Work Environment in Clinical Nurses with Expanded Role on Job Enbeddedness)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to identify the influence of professionalism, role conflict and work environment in clinical nurses with expanded role (CNE) on job embeddedness. Methods: The participants in this study were 136 CNE working in general hospitals in Seoul, the wider metropolitan area and Gangwon Province. Results: Job embeddedness, work environment and professional performance of the participants showed positive correlation with each other. Significant predictors of embeddeness were belief in public service and sense of calling in the professional subcategory and participation in hospital affairs and nurse-doctor relationship in the work environment subcategory. Conclusion: Finding from this study indicate the need to evaluate and improve the significant predictors of job embeddedness for CNE.

지리산국립공원 내 사유림이용에 있어서 이해당사간의 갈등과 산림이용에 대한 인식의 차이에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Recognition Differences about Using the Private Forests and Conflicts among the Stakeholders related with Mt. Jiri National Park)

  • 지리산국립공원 내 사유림이용에 있어서 이해당사자 간 갈등이 발생되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 지리산국립공원의 가치와 갈등에 대해 이해주체 간 인식차이를 규명하고 갈등해결을 위한 합의점을 도출할 수 있는 가능성을 찾는데 있다. 이를 위해, 국립공원의 가치와 갈등인자에 대해 요인분석을 실시하여 각각 4가지 요인으로 축약하였다. 그리고 이해주체 간 인식 차이는 t-검정과 Duncan다중검정으로 구분 비교하였다. 그 결과, 국립공원의 가치에 대한 인식은 마을주민과 산림청 지자체는 인식을 같이 하고 있었으나, 국립공원은 대립적으로 인식하고 있었다. 그리고 갈등에 대한 인식은 국립공원과 산림청 지자체가 인식을 함께하고 있었으나, 마을주민은 대립적으로 인식하고 있었다. 갈등해결을 위한 방향으로 협의체 구성과 이유에 있어서 이해주체 모두 인식을 함께 하였고, 산림이용을 위한 명확한 행위기준이 필요하며, 규제정책의 집행에 있어서 규제수단은 용도지구에 따라 차등적으로 적용할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

  • Assuring integrity of permission assignment (PA) constraints is a difficult task in role-based access control (RBAC) because of the large number of constraints, users, roles and permissions in a large enterprise environment. We provide solutions for this problem using the conflict concept. This paper introduces the conflict model in order to understand the conflicts easily and to detect conflicts effectively. The conflict model is classified as a permission-permission model and a role-permission model. This paper defines two type conflicts using the conflict model. The first type is an inter-PA-constraints (IPAC) conflict that takes place between PA constraints. The other type is a PA-PAC conflict that takes place between a PA and a PA constraint (PAC) Also, the conditions of conflict occurrence are formally specified and proved. We can assure integrity on permission assignment by checking conflicts before PA and PA constraints are applied.

항공사-여행사의 관계특성과 갈등에 관한 연구 (A Study on the influences of the Relationship Characteristics between Airlines and Travel Agencies to the Conflict)

  • 본 논문에서 항공사와 여행사 직원들을 대상으로 하여 유통경로상의 관계특성이 갈등에 미치는 영향 관계를 검증한 결과 항공사 측에서는 경쟁력, 전문성, 환경의 불확실성, 접촉빈도, 상호의존이 갈등에 부(-)의 영향을 여행사 측에서는 환경의 동태성, 유사성, 경쟁력, 접촉빈도, 전문성이 갈등에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 두 변수에 대한 항공사와 여행사의 인식 차이 분석 결과 관계특성 중 경쟁력, 유사성, 접촉빈도와 지각차이갈등, 의사소통장애갈등에서 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과로 검증된 관계특성 요인들은 항공사와 여행사간의 갈등을 감소시켜 긍정적인 관계로 발전시키는데 중요한 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다.
