In this paper, we present the application of knowledge-based system technique for generating of PLC ladder diagram The developed prototype system receives a time chart as an input and generates a ladder logic as its output This results in the computerization and intellegent processing of PLC programming. The system can be effectively applied to sequence control where the PLC programs need to be frequently changed and generated.

The purpose of this study is to computerize street tree management using a CAD program in order to manage the drawing record of street trees systematically and concurrently. The configuration of this program is composed of Reference Data, Data Inquiry, and Cost Assessment. The Reference Data includes characteristics of trees, monthly managements records, damage by blight and insects and usage of pesticides. The Data Inquiry includes an individual search of the tree index, simple searches and multiple searches. The Cost Assessment includes two main components, the data input with labor cost, manure ocst and pesticide cost and the assesment of management cost for prevention of blight and insects, pruning and fertilization. The results of this study are as follows: 1) When there are practices such as transplanting and removing of street trees it is immediately updated with the various situation. By creating an in progress a tree management system, up to the date information can be given to the manager for decision making. 2) To identify individual tree at the site or in drawing, the street name and numbers were used instead of coordinates. Tree tags are attached to the street trees individually. It can make DB management simple and easy. 3) By doing simple or multiple search with constructed DB, data can be provided quickly. 4) The result of this type of search are useful in the assessment of management cost very useful in regards to items such as the pruning, pesticides scattering and fertilization. 5) By using the AutoCAD software and existing PC without purchasing new equipment, the cost of system implementation can be minimized.

At present, tendency of ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) enterprises is that many ERP enterprises from abroad are rushing into capture of small and medium enterprises at home actively. SAP Korea and Korean Oracle have already showed their new product targeting domestic market of small or medium standing enterprise, and more, even MS(Micro Soft) also rushes into this market in earnest. The domestic business circle of ERP should prepare countermeasure by raising the perfection of product and having good command of minute marketing strategy to survive from aggressive strategy of SMB market. In addition, about the computerization of main affairs of business, ordering developing process was general that developing staffs analysed the affairs of each department that needed computerization and construct according to the operation process by using different tools, but condition is changing that businesses themselves are purchasing business application package from expert soft program enterprise and construct. Therefore, in this study, I try to grasp the problem of management, and define a new process that can help for more efficient management by making it an object producing and management module of enterprise 'K' that is one of domestic small and medium enterprise and that is operating ERP at present. As well, through the analysis of affair related producing, we are aiming to prepare for establishment of target, its range, and making the standard of result evaluation.

공정계획 전산 tool은 건설정보화의 발전에 따라 반드시 필요한 도구이나 이를 활용하기 위한 여건과 사용자의 이해가 부족한 것이 현실이다. 특히 현행 공정관리 정보화 시스템에 대한 실무자의 의견조사 결과가 부정적인 이유가 공정계획 이전의 관리기획단계 정보의 내용과 기술사항이 부재함에 따라 공정기획 전문가 이외는 접근의 어려움이 있는 것으로 분석되었으며 이에 공정관리 전산화의 최적화에 대한 사용자의 요구와 시스템의 개선방향을 고찰하였고 이를 통한 기존시스템의 단점 개선과 건설업에 특화된 전문시스템의 개발을 도모하고자 하였다. 이에 WBS, CBS를 통합한 '통합 WBS(IWBS)'의 구축 및 OBS와의 상호 연계(Link)를 위해서는 데이터의 호환성과 운용 정보의 통합기술이 무엇보다도 중요하다고 판단 되며, 프로젝트 단위(WBS level 1), 사업시설 단위(WBS level 2), 관리직능 단위(OBS level 1) 및 관리엔지니어 단위(OBS level 2)의 4단위 지수에 대한 데이터코딩을 통해 변화하는 공사정보 즉 공사량, 공사원가, 소요공기 그리고 관리부서로 정보의 일관성을 높이기 위한 전산시스템의 개발이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

The development of computer-integrated design systems that fully support structural design process needs the computerization of structural design at the preliminary design stage. The objective of this paper is to develop a prototype system for preliminary design of reinforced concrete structures. This study focuses on the development of a natural design process oriented GUI(Graphic User Interface) and a representation of an experienced knowledge. The prototype system has been currently implemented using the objected-oriented programming concepts, the program language(i.e.,Visual C++) and the expert shell(i.e., Intelligent Rules Element).

KEPCO, has been made a lot of efforts for computerization for distribution planning system since 1980's, And as a results, DISPLAN (Distribution PLANning System) for systematic and effective planning was developed in 2003 and is being used for feeder and substation planning of KEPCO branch office. In this paper the distribution load forecasting algorithm in DISPLAN is represented and the application was showed.

오늘날 전 세계적으로 사회 전 분야에서 컴퓨터화가 진행 중이며, 소프트웨어는 모든 융복합 분야에서 중심 역할을 수행하고 있다. 이러한 정보 환경의 변화는 가치관의 변화와 패러다임의 전환을 주도하고 있으며, 이와 더불어 국내 교육정책 또한 변화하고 있다. 머지않아 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용이 일상화됨에 따라 기본적인 소양으로서 코드 리터러시는 중요한 역할을 수행할 것이다. 이러한 변화에도 불구하고 국내 대학 정보화 교육은 시대적 변화를 반영하지 못한 채 사무용 응용프로그램의 단순 활용 능력의 배양에만 그치고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내 대학교육에서 디지털리터러시의 배양을 위해 운영 중인 제도적 수단과 교육과정을 종합적으로 살펴본다. 이를 바탕으로 시대적 요구에 부합하는 교육 과정의 토대를 마련하기 위해 교육 수준과 교육 내용에 따른 교육적 요소를 제시한다. 제시하는 교육적 요소는 3가지 교육 내용과 3단계 교육 수준을 결합하여 다섯 가지로 설정하였으며 이를 바탕으로 교육과정의 설계에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

It has become the information medium that mediate between individuals of marketing with the new information media that use of the Internet in accordance with the progress of the IT industry- real estate marketing, real estate leasing, real estate auctions, etc. The real estate registration services should be disclosed to outside that include a schedule details the public book-register and problems caused by it should be reasonably resolved by handling a large amount of real estate registration work quickly, accurately handling to utilize Information Technology(IT) through the information system construction as the feature to process the information of register entries. Computerization of real estate registration will raise the efficiency of the registration as well as people can see the information related to real estate on the basis of published content without limitation the time and place and will pursue the ideal and reliability of the registration -web accessibility improving of the Internet Registry and permanent storage of preserving documents by electronic means. It is very large that impact on the real estate transaction if the accuracy of legal registration choosing formalism in the processing of real estate registration business through the Internet than written application is highly probable to occur incorrect registration. Also, It is necessary to manage it effectively -if you do not quickly and exactly respond to it, there is problems such as delays or poor registration service because real estate business activated and real estate registration services also increased sharply. In this paper, we will identify the problems of the real estate registration work and suggest improvements about it.

국회 기록관리는 입법정보화담당관실의 기록업무 이용제공과 국회기록보존소의 기록보존업무가 분산 추진되어 기록관리의 조직과 업무에 대한 명확한 분석이 필요하다. 또 올 하반기에 입법조사처의 신설이 예정되고 장기적으로 국회통합전산센터의 운영방안이 도출되어 국회 정보화의 정책이 크게 수정되고 있다. 국회는 국회 정보화와 관련하여 국회 전산센터 운영 및 향후 발전방향을 한국전자정부연구원에 연구용역을 의뢰하였고 연구결과 네 가지 전산센터 운영방안을 제시받았다. 한국전자정부연구원이 제시한 네가지 전산센터 운영방안을 토대로 국회 기록관리 체제방안에 대해 바람직한 방향을 모색하였다. 국회기록 관리체제정비 방안은 국회기록보존소 위상과 관련하여 고려하였다.
