향후 도래할 융합시대의 국가적 발전을 위하여 6T 첨단기술 간의 융합기술을 예측하고 지원하기 위한 거버넌스 체계의 구축이 필요하며, 전략 산업 발굴 및 R&D 지원을 위해서 새로이 발생할 융합기술의 분류체계 분석이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 6T중 문화(Culture)와 기술이 상호적으로 융합하여 만들어지는 CT(Culture Technology)를 기준으로 연구를 진행하며, 구체적으로 CT를 통해 생성되는 융합형 콘텐츠의 분류체계의 핵심요소 도출에 관하여 연구를 진행한다. ICT 관점에서 융합형콘텐츠의 핵심요소로서 시장성, 응용성, 독창성, 핵심성을 도출하였으며, 생태계적 가치사슬 관점에서 창작성, 가공성, 창출성을 핵심요소로 도출하였다. 또한 융합형콘텐츠의 융합 단계를 창의 혁신 단계로 바라보았으며, 이러한 단계에 따라 ICT 및 생태계적 가치사슬 관점에서 가지는 핵심요소가 다름을 볼 수 있었다. 본 논문은 융합형콘텐츠의 발전 단계로 구분하여 다양한 관점에서 융합형콘텐츠의 발전방향을 바라보아야 하는 시사점을 제시하는데 의의를 가진다.

The article discusses the use of the concept of digitalization in the science of education. The influence of information technologies on the ability to self-study is analyzed. Various technologies that are used in science and education are shown. The issues of the advantages of using IT as a tool for creating conditions for the implementation of the problem-activity approach and the organization of project activities are considered. The possibilities are shown, which gives the opportunities that the use of ICT of distance educational resources in the educational process gives. Shown is their auxiliary form of transmission, information retrieval; working out skills and consolidating what has been learned. Based on the analysis of the presented material of the article, you can see what problems can be solved using IT and remote resources.

The article considers one of the areas of development of artificial intelligence where there is the development of computer intelligent systems capable of performing functions traditionally considered intelligent - language comprehension, inference, use of accumulated knowledge, learning, pattern recognition, as well as learn and explain their decisions. It is found that informational intellectual systems are promising in their development. The article is devoted to intelligent information systems and technologies in educational activities, ie issues of organization, design, development and application of systems designed for information processing, which are based on the use of artificial intelligence methods.

급격한 차량 수요의 증가로 인한 주차공간의 부족으로 인력기반 주차관리의 한계점을 이용한 여러 위법 행위가 발생함에 따라 관리자의 정기적인 순찰 및 관리의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 기존 인력기반 주차관리 시스템은 관리자에게 전적으로 의존하고 있어 관리의 정확도 및 효율성이 비교적 낮다. 본 논문에서는 엣지 컴퓨팅 기반의 클라우드 주차관리 시스템을 제안하며, 이는 효율적인 주차관리를 통한 시간과 노동력 절감에 기여한다. 본 시스템이 제공하는 주요 기능은 다음과 같다. 1) 주차구역 및 주차 차량 정보를 분석하여 입·출차를 관리하고 관리자에게 실시간 주차 현황 정보를 제공한다. 2) 추출된 차량 정보를 바탕으로 부정주차 여부를 감지하여 지정주차 구역 관리를 자동화한다. 3) 관리자에게 시간대별 주차구역 점유율 정보를 제공하여 거주자의 가용 주차공간을 확보한다. 4) 거주자의 선호 주차구역 및 시간대를 파악하여 거주자의 주차 편의성을 제공한다. 위 기능을 통해 기존 주차관리의 비효율성을 개선하고자 한다.

With the rapid development of domestic and international over-the-top markets, a large amount of video content is being created. As the volume of video content increases, consumers tend to increasingly check data concerning the videos before watching them. To address this demand, video summaries in the form of plot descriptions, thumbnails, posters, and other formats are provided to consumers. This study proposes an approach that automatically generates posters to effectively convey video content while reducing the cost of video summarization. In the automatic generation of posters, face recognition and clustering are used to gather and classify character data, and keyframes from the video are extracted to learn the overall atmosphere of the video. This study used the facial data of the characters and keyframes as training data and employed technologies such as DreamBooth, a text-to-image generation model, to automatically generate video posters. This process significantly reduces the time and cost of video-poster production.

System for three degrees of freedom plus (3DoF+) and 6DoF requires multi-view high resolution 360 video transmission to provide user viewport adaptive 360 video streaming. In this paper, we implement 3DoF+ 360 video compression system which removes the redundancy between multi-view videos and merges the residual into one video to provide high quality 360 video corresponding to an user's head movement efficiently. Implementations about 3D warping based redundancy removal method between 3DoF+ 360 videos and residual extraction and merger are explained in this paper. With the proposed system, 20.14% of BD-rate reduction in maximum is shown compared to traditional high-efficiency video coding (HEVC) based system.

Within a context of rapid technological change and shifting market conditions, the education environment requires new paradigm of education delivery. In accordance of such a technological progress, distance education system, which makes the learning take place at anytime anywhere, overcoming barriers of time, or distance, is emerging as a mainstream of education delivery replacing the convectional one way delivery system from instructor to learners. This paper aims to introduce the development principle and algorithm about Instructional System Desgin(ISD) module, a part of a total solution for distance education services. It was developed on Linux, a free Unix-type operating system. Linux supports so various network protocols, sharing the network resources in a smooth way, that it is able to integrate with other operating system very easily, especially with Windows NT or Windows 2000 servers. In terms of quality, it never falls behind the windows products which are commercially available only. It is a right operating system for the such a school environment that is usually limited in budgets. The development environment of the distance education solution to which ISD module belongs is composing of Apache server for web server, lava bean based on components for ISD module, PHP, server-side scripting language, for HTML documents and MySQL for DBMS.

Hospital pharmacy services are divided into dispensing affairs for inpatients and outpatients, pharmaceutical service, stock control, intravenous admixture service, drug information service, pharmacokinetic consultation service, education and research work, etc. But among those affairs, dispensing affair for outpatient is perceived as the most important work in Korea, because it is linked directly with hospital service for patients. Therefore, total computer system for dispensing area was adopted from opening point of hospital in 1989 in Asan Medical Center. Utilization of computer system for outpatient dispensing area is as follows; 1) Order communication system of prescription by Total Hospital Information System, 2) Automatic print-out system of direction for use by sticker connected with on-line net work, 3) Use of automatic tablet counting and packaging machines connected with on-line net work. Those computer system resulted in curtailment of pharmacy manpower and shortening of waiting-time for outpatient.

Linking Ukraine's education system with the trends of global digitalization is mandatory to ensure the sustainable, long-term development of the country, as well as to increase the sustainability of the education system and the economy as a whole during the crisis period. Now the main problems of the education system in Ukraine are manifested in a complex context caused by Russian armed aggression. In the context of war, problems include differences in adaptation to online learning among educational institutions, limited access to education for vulnerable groups in the zone of active hostilities, the lack of digital educational resources suitable for online learning, and the lack of basic digital skills and competencies among students and teachers necessary to properly conduct online classes. Some of the problems of online learning were solved in the pandemic, but in the context of war Ukrainian society needs a new vision of education and continuous efforts of all social structures in the public and private environment. In the context of war, concerted action is needed to keep education on track and restore it in active zones, adapting to the needs of a dynamic society and an increasingly digitized economy. Among the urgent needs of the education system are a change in the teaching-learning paradigm, which is based on content presentation, memorization, and reproduction, and the adoption of a new, hybrid educational model that will encourage the development of necessary skills and abilities for students and learners in a digitized society and enable citizens close to war zones to learn.

With the rapid increase of a population, various problems arise from poor education environment and devalued quality of education. Internet cyber School, a new learning system may be one of the best methods to remedy the situation. We conducted a related questionnaire on the high school in PUSAN city for the study of the cyber learning system. Many high school student agreed that Internet cyber education hour should be matched up with the school hour. They must make a use of the cyber school Service to help the students study by themselves. And we also decide that the implemented service will increase the psychological effect spreading to other teaming fields.
