불확실성이 높은 환경하에서 기업이 경쟁우위를 유지하기 위해 창의성의 중요성은 더욱 강조되고 있다. 개인수준에서 창의성을 높이는 선행요인을 파악하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 주도적 성격이 창의성에 미치는 직접효과를 분석하였다. 또한 이들간의 관계를 조절하는 상황적 요인으로 조직동일시와 경쟁적 분위기를 제시한 후 이들 변수들의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 국내 대기업에 소속된 R&D 3개 연구소에 근무하는 R&D 인력 127명을 대상으로 실증분석한 결과 주도적 성격은 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직동일시와 경쟁적 분위기가 이들간의 관계를 긍정적으로 강화시키는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 시사점, 한계 및 향후 연구방향을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find a root from naturalism to contribute the identity of Korean fashion design in the world which has universality and particularity. The beauty of nature has accumulated in our unconscious-ness, influenced to our unconsciousness, and contributed to make the formative sense. Our consciousness influenced by climate, for example, the sense of softness from soft curve which can feel from the sight of Korean mountain, land the sense of comfort and security from round rock formed by weathering, the sense of thick-ness from cotton to endure cold winter etc. has a tendency to thick and act by nature's law. This tendency made naturalism by Korean climate and linked to the sense of natural-istic beauty and became a important part forming the Korean fashion design. In this study, the researcher found Korean climate is a important factor acting in our consciousness, and influenced the formative sense. The concept of climate which is made our formative sense include topography, climate, soil, plant and so on. This influenced a lot to set up a foundation of Korean fashion design. And the naturalism by Korean climate newly created and developed shape, color, material and design. It is our duty to develope design based on naturalism to secure the competitive power against the world in this period of information and this design is getting important as a high value added method put into Korean culture. Therefore, developing Korean design which shapes the beauty of Korean nature and traditional culture will have a important competitive power in the world. Moreover, it will make a new tradition of Korean fashion culture stagnated by internationally universalized western fashion after the modernization. Also, it will be needed to develop a common design which can be agreed not only us but all the world for the request of these days of international. Therefore, this study contributed to find definite ours and found centripetal point to find the direction of Korean's philosophy and ideology. But this approach, we could secure the competitive power in this period of international and information and determine and develope the Korean fashion as a culture base, leading the world.

본 연구는 선수들이 지각하는 동기분위기와 자기관리의 관계를 규명하기 위한 것이다. 대학과 실업팀에서 활동하고 있는 남자 195명, 여자 153명의 선수들을 대상으로 하였다. 우선 각 검사지의 신뢰도와 타당도를 확인하고, 이를 바탕으로 기술통계와 일원변량분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 상관관계분석결과 모든 요인 간에 유의한 상관이 있었다. 동기분위기 지각이 자기관리에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 선수들이 지각한 숙련분위기는 자기관리의 하위 요인인 정신관리, 훈련관리, 대인관리, 생활관리, 몸 관리, 고유 행동관리의 모든 요인에 정적으로 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 경쟁분위기 지각은 자기관리에 영향을 주지 않았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 지도자는 숙련분위기를 통하여 극복전략, 자기평가, 문제해결과 의사결정기술, 자기조절, 목표설정, 자기강화에 대한 노력, 계획 등 선수가 스스로를 보다 잘 관리하고 조절하게 하도록 해야 할 것을 제언하였다.

본 연구에서는 기록종목과 대인종목의 경쟁적 운동선수를 과업지향 동기분위기와 자아지향 동기분위기가 완벽주의성향에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써, 최적의 운동수행능력을 발휘할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 대한민국 국가대표 선수촌에서 훈련 중인 엘리트 성인선수 196명을 대상으로 인구통계학적 특성과 완벽주의성향 및 동기분위기에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였고, 기록종목과 대인종목으로 분류하여 종목에 따른 인구통계학적 특성과 완벽주의성향, 동기분위기의 차이를 확인하기 위해 교차검증 또는 독립변인 t-검증을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 가설검증 및 모형적합도를 확인하였다. 그 결과, 완벽주의성향과 과업지향 및 자아지향 동기분위기 모두 대인종목 선수가 기록종목 선수보다 강한 것으로 확인되었고, 기록종목 운동선수의 경우 과제지향 동기분위기와 자아지향 동기분위기 모두 완벽주의성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며 과제지향보다 자아지향 동기분위기가 더 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대인종목 운동선수의 경우에는 자아지향 동기분위기만이 완벽주의성향에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으나, 두 연구모형 모두 나쁜 적합도를 보였다.

In recent years, although far behind, the "e-Trade (B to G)" is propelled vigorously in Japan. But the diffusion of the "e-Trade" among companies (B to B) represented by bolero.net does not meet expectation. This paper carried out the questionnaire survey to the enterprises, which adopt bolero.net and examined why the diffusion is stagnated to the measures for its future spread. As a result, the top 3 adoption factors are: (1) Transaction climate, (2) Top management support, and (3) Operational improvement. In other words, it depends that top management has the will, which adopts e-trade positively among the reliable business partners and the operational performances can improve efficiently by carrying e-trade. We would like to clarify what will be crucial to spur the diffusion in the future. Based on the findings from the result, the concrete key points to promote the spread are to be indicated as follows: (1) Improve the scores of "Cost" and "Competitive pressure" (2) Improve the institutional factor.

본 연구의 목적은 조직원의 정보보안 준수 활동에 부정적 영향을 주는 조직 환경 조건과 이에 따른 개인의 인식 및 가치 차이의 복합적 영향을 확인하는 것이다. 세부적으로, 연구는 조직 내 성과를 강조하는 경쟁적 심리 분위기가 보안 준수 의도에 부정적 영향을 미치는 과정 중, 정보보안 관련 예측 및 억제 걱정, 그리고 가치차이가 역할을 할 것으로 판단하였으며, 관련 매커니즘을 확인하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 387건의 정보보안 규정을 보유한 조직의 근로자로부터 설문을 확보하였으며, AMOS 22.0과 Process 3.1 패키지를 통해 제기한 연구가설을 검증하였다. 분석 결과, 경쟁적 심리 분위기가 개인의 정보보안에 대한 예측 걱정과 억제 걱정을 높여 보안 준수 의도에 부정적 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 또한, 정보보안 관련 가치 차이가 예측 및 억제 걱정과 상호작용 효과를 가져 준수 의도에 부정적 영향을 주는 것을 확인하였다. 본 연구는 조직 내부의 정보보안 목표 달성을 위해 조직원에게 제공해야 할 정보 및 가치 유형을 제시한 측면에서 실무적 시사점을 가지며, 걱정과 가치 차이의 복합적 영향을 정보보안에 적용한 측면에서 학술적 시사점을 가진다.

This study reports an examination of the sensitivity of water resources in the Keum River basin to climate change. Assuming a doubling in $CO_2$ concentrations, a cooperative study provided four climate change scenarios for this study, which have been translated into temperature and precipitation scenarios on a basin scale. The study utilized these temperature and precipitation data for each climate change scenario as inputs to the NWS-PC model to generate the corresponding streamflow scenario over the Keum River basin. A reservoir simulation model for the Dae-Chung Dam in the Keum River basin has been developed with an object-oriented simulation environment, STELLA. For each streamflow scenario, the performance of the reservoir was assessed in terms of reliability, resiliency, and vulnerability. Although the simulation results are heavily dependent on the choice of the climate change scenarios, the following conclusions can be clearly concluded: (1) the future streamflow over the Dae-Chung Dam tends to decease during the dry period, which seriously increases competitive water use issues and (2) flood control issues predominate under the $2CO_2$-High case.

The United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) is an international environmental treaty to stabilize greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere. In order to fulfil the commitments of the countries in an economically efficient way, the UNFCCC adapted the emission trading scheme in the Kyoto Protocol. If the UNFCCC's scheme is enforced in the country, considerable changes in electric power industry are expected due to the imposed greenhouse gas emission reduction. This paper proposes a game theoretic model of the case when generation companies participate in both competitive electricity market and emission market simultaneously. The model is designed such that generation companies select strategically between power quantity and greenhouse gas reduction to maximize their profits in both markets. Demand function and Environmental Welfare of emission trading market is proposed in this model. From the simulation results using the proposed model the impact of the emission trading on generation companies seems very severe in case that the emission prices are significantly high.

급변하는 경영환경에 적응하기 위한 조직에서 변혁적 리더십과 창의적 분위기 개념이 중요함에도 실제로 조직구성원의 혁신성과와 관련된 실증적 연구가 부족하였다. 본 연구에서는 IT서비스 분야의 연구개발 조직을 대상으로 변혁적 리더십과 조직구성원의 혁신성과의 관계에 대해 검증하였다. 또한 그 관계에 있어 창의적 분위기의 매개효과와 조직구성원의 혁신성향으로 인한 조절효과에 대해서도 검증하였다. 본 연구의 주요 결론은 다음과 같다. 변혁적 리더십과 조직구성원의 혁신성과의 관계 및 창의적 분위기와 혁신성과의 관계도 유의미하게 나타났으며, 창의적 분위기는 변혁적 리더십과 혁신성과 관계에 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 혁신성향의 조절효과 역시 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 실증 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 조직의 혁신 성과에 있어서 리더십과 창의적 분위기 조성의 관련성을 증명하였다. 뿐만 아니라 조직구성원 개인 성향에 대한 이해를 기반으로 창의적 분위기 조성을 위한 리더의 역할이 중요함을 강조하였다. 이러한 시사점을 바탕으로 추후 연구를 위하여 선행 연구 모델의 개념을 확장한 '창의성 생성 모델' 개념을 제안하였다.

Knowledge has been widely recognized as a critical resource for competitive advantage of the organization. However, little has been done in the literature regarding under what conditions that organizations should develop knowledge internally or acquire knowledge from outside. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to examine the effects of some key factors such as environment and organizational climate, on the organization's decision to knowledge sourcing. Our findings suggest that organizations are more likely to acquire knowledge from outside if the environment is complex, munificent and dynamic; if they possess higher levels of goal-oriented and autonomy.
