한국 자동차 시장 내 주요 기업간 다집단 경쟁 다이나믹스 모델링 및 분석 (Multi-group Competitive Dynamics Modeling and Analysis between Major Automakers in Korean Automobile Market)

  • 2011년 한-EU 자유무역협정 발효 이후, 한국 자동차 시장은 급성장하였으며 시장 내 기업 간 경쟁 양상은 심화되고 있다. 유럽산 자동차 기업은 가격 경쟁력을 보유하게 되었고, 이로 인해 한국 자동차 기업과의 경쟁이 격화되었다. 이와 같은 상황 속에서 한국 자동차 시장에 관한 다양한 연구가 수행되어왔으나, 시장 영향요인 분석과 소비자 분석 등의 연구가 주를 이루었고 시장 내 경쟁 다이나믹스 분석에 관한 연구는 전무한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 한국 자동차 시장 내 주요 기업인 현대자동차, 기아자동차, 메르세데스-벤츠, BMW의 경쟁 다이나믹스를 분석하였다. Lotka-Volterra(LV) 모형을 사용하여 주요 기업들의 경쟁 관계를 모델링하였고, Moving Window 기법을 적용하여 시간의 흐름에 따른 기업 간 경쟁 다이나믹스를 분석하고 이를 정량적으로 도출하였다. 효과적인 해석을 위해, 도출된 경쟁 다이나믹스는 다양한 영향요인을 바탕으로 세분화되어 분석하였다.

특허가치평가 요소에 관한 연구 (A Study On Valuation Factors of Patent)

  • It is well known that in the knowledge-based economy a firm's intellectual property including patent is crucial for its competitive advantage. In industrial economy, tangible assets such as land and equipment have been of critical importance for a firm's competitiveness. However, as the paradigm shift to the knowledge-base economy is being accelerated, intangible assets such as intellectual property are considered to be more influential for a firm to be competitive. The valuation of intangible asset is as necessary as that of tangible asset. In particular, reasonably accurate valuation of patent which represents a firm's technological competitiveness seems to be of great importance since (1) it is essential for a firm's patent strategy development, (2) it can activate the technology market, and (3) it is necessary to evaluate a patent's technological contribution when multiple patents are used to develop and commercialize an innovative product. Unlike that of tangible asset, the valuation of intangible asset is very difficult. In order to figure out a value of patent it is necessary to use a number of appropriate valuation factors. In this paper, we surveyed various valuation factors presented by previous researches and several technology valuation organizations to find a set of common valuation factors considered to be of more importance.

  • 기업들은 일반적으로, 가치가 있으며 희귀하고, 또 대체불가능하며 모방이 어려운 자원을 보유하고 있다 하더라도 이들 자원이 경쟁전략으로 연결되기 위해서는 자원을 역량을 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 기업의 역량(corporate capability)이 있어야 한다. 특히, 정보기술기업들은 자원기반관점에서의 내적인 기업역량(corporate capability)의 확보와 우월한 경쟁우위를 바탕으로 경쟁자에 비해 경쟁우위(competitive advantage)를 창출하여야 하며, 이것이 기업성과와 연결 될 수 있다. 연구의 목적은 정보기술기업들은 자원기반관점에서의 내적인 기업역량(corporate capability)의 확보와 우월한 경쟁우위를 바탕으로 경쟁자에 비해 경쟁우위(competitive advantage)를 창출하여야 하며, 이것이 기업성과와 연결 될 수 있다는 가정 하에서 출발하고 있으며, 정보기술 기업들의 역량과 경쟁전략 및 성과의 관계를 한국의 정보기술기업 조직에서 수집한 자료를 토대로 실증적으로 분석하고자 하고자 하였다. 실증적 연구를 통해 도출된 정보기술기업들은 기업역량과 경쟁전략의 차원에서 통계적으로 유의한 결과들을 도출하였는데, 특히 재무역량과 원가우위의 정의 영향관계, 반면에 재무역량과 기술 차별화전략의 부의 영향관계를 도출하였다. 또한 기업역량의 변수들은 경영성과에는 모두 정의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타다 기업의 핵심역량과 자원기준관점의 중요성을 확인하는 계기가 되었다. 또한 경쟁전략과 경영성과의 관점에서는 정보기술기업의 경우에도 기술 차별화의 전략적 중요성에도 불구하고 원가우위 전략을 추구함으로서 경영성과에 직접적인 정의 영향이 있음을 확인하였다.

위탁급식 종사원의 동료관계가 생활의 질에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of Coworker Relationship of Employees on Quality of Work Life in Contract Foodservice)

  • This study examined co-worker relationship on of life between employees of contract foodservice in general hospital. Contract foodservice managed general hospitals surveyed from 1 October 2015 to 31 October 2015. A total of 230 questionnaires (cook-30 questionnaires, nutritionist-50 questionnaires, cook's helper-150 questionnaires) were distributed, and 177 questionnaires were used for the study. As a result, the quality of life of employees contract foodservice general hospital was composed of sub-factors (employee engagement, stress at work, home-work interface, working condition, general well-being). co-worker relationship was composed of sub-factors (cooperative co-worker relationship, competitive co-worker relationship). Causal relationship between variables was through regression analysis, and significant results were shown. ooperative co-worker relationship had an effect on employee engagement, stress at work, working condition and general well-being. competitive co-worker relationship.

  • In this paper we propose a product-service valuation model which is usable as a decision-making tool in order to attain a competitive advantage in service in the manufacturing industry. With this purpose, service quality, product quality and costs as valuation criteria are selected. Also, the paper utilizes an AHP model in order to differentiate a fuzzy theory and valuation factors to ensure objectivity in the evaluated results while excluding subjective factors in conducting the product-service valuation. Accordingly, the product-service valuation model and valuated results proposed in this paper are expected to be useful as a basic data for decision-making in order to draw competitive advantage strategies of service in the manufacturing industry.

  • Recently, software distribution method, along with advent of era of Web 2.0, is rapidly evolving from ASP(Application Service Provider) method into SaaS(Soft as a Service) method due to development in concepts and technologies including SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) Web Service, On Demand and Component. Determining factor in market competitiveness of newly emerging SaaS business model will be analyzed by focusing on Group-Wares, POS(Point of Sale) System, CRM(Customer Relationship Management) and ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning), which are the most representative SaaS business models in Korea. It is anticipated that the outcome of analysis of determining factors for market competitiveness for each of the main SaaS Business Models acquired through questionnaire survey can be utilized as important benchmarking material in setting the direction of cultivating SaaS market by the government as well as new entries into SaaS market.

전자상거래를 통한 국내 인터넷 쇼핑몰 업체들의 기대 이득과 경쟁전략 (Anticipated Benefits of electronic Commerce and Competitive Strategies)

  • The widespread diffusion of Internet has enables companies to conduct business in quite a different way. marketing on the Internet becomes more important as firms adopt electronic commerce as a means to implement competitive strategies. One hundred and four BC shopping mall companies responded to an e-mail and web server survey about the anticipated benefits of electronic commerce and related strategies. The survey also asked about improvements in value chain activities and impediments to the implementation of electronic commerce in Korea. The results indicated that Korean shopping mall companies followed differentiation strategy significantly more than the other two strategies. In addition, six benefits factors were drawn from this study - information, productivity, cost savings, customers, management information, and applications. Productivity factor was related to cost leadership strategy, and customers factor was related with cost leadership, differentiation and focus strategies. Several benefits factors were also correlated with value chain activity improvements. The results of this study were compared with those of research conducted in the United States.

  • A container terminal should concentrate on efficient terminal operation in the long view and analyze an effect through introduction of hi-technology, automated equipments and intelligent information system, when they want to improve their reliability and competitive power in intense global competition. To do this, first this study finds out factors which affect competitive power of a container terminal, and relation between them. And then we used System Dynamics method to analyze an effect according to a value fluctuation of the factors in the long term.

EC 효익과 경쟁전략과의 관계에 관한 실증분석 (Relationship between EC Benefits and Competitive Strategy)

  • A research model was developed to examine the relationship between the anticipated benefits of electronic commerce and competitive strategies. A survey questionnaire was sent to 2000 electronic shopping malls in Korea, and 102 usable responses were obtained. The survey asked about the anticipated benefits from using electronic commerce. The survey also asked about three strategies that they have been following to achieve business competitiveness. The results provide useful guideline to develop appropriate strategies and plans for effectively deploying and managing the use of the electronic commerce. Customer responsiveness was the most important factors among six benefit factors, namely customer responsiveness, market responsiveness, economies of production, internal organizational efficiency, overall performance, and flexibility. Overall performance also predicted a focus strategy whereas flexibility predicted a cost leadership strategy.

  • In this study, factors affecting the development of new products and research about the relevance of the factors based on the research model was configured. Existing research and technology commercialization process of discrimination that occur in the importance of risk management and open innovation company's competitive advantage in new product development and affect the reporter know what the effect is used as a control variable effects. Factor in the development of new products through research and innovation capacity and knowledge management activities, the introduction of open innovation and enterprise level ever due to the level of risk management controls and the need for effective research to study the model was proposed.
