Purpose: This study was done to identify participation by home healthcare nurses in clinical decision making and factors influencing clinical decision making. Methods: A descriptive survey was used to collect data from 68 home healthcare nurses in 22 hospital-based home healthcare services in Korea. To investigate participation, the researcher developed 3 scenarios through interviews with 5 home healthcare nurses. A self-report questionnaire composed of tools for characteristics, factors of clinical decision making, and participation was used. Results: Participation was relatively high, but significantly lower in the design phase (F=3.51, p=.032). Competency in clinical decision making (r=.45, p<.001), perception of the decision maker role (r=.47, p<.001), and perception of the utility of clinical practice guidelines (r=.25, p=.043) were significantly correlated with participation. Competency in clinical decision making (Odds ratio [OR]=41.79, p=.007) and perception of the decision maker role (OR=15.09, p=.007) were significant factors predicting participation in clinical decision making by home healthcare nurses. Conclusion: In order to encourage participation in clinical decision making, education programs should be provided to home healthcare nurses. Official clinical practice guidelines should be used to support home healthcare nurses’ participation in clinical decision making in cases where they can identify and solve the patient health problems.

Social innovation refers to activities that solve social problems by developing new ideas in cooperation with actors close to the field for the purpose of preserving the sustainability of society. In the field of social innovation, voices calling for a bottom-up method that starts with citizen participation are growing, and the need to improve public officials' awareness of social innovation and strengthen professionalism is being raised. In the era of Covid 19 and the 4th industrial revolution, digital literacy is being emphasized to us. In the field of social innovation, the need to strengthen social activities using digital media is growing. In this paper, an example of online social innovation project education based on the design thinking methodology was presented for public officials in Busan to improve their awareness of social innovation and secure expertise, and the effect of job competency reinforcement was statistically verified. As a result of statistical analysis, the average difference between the 'online communication' factor and the 'online empathy' factor was the largest, and it can be interpreted that digital literacy for social innovation has been strengthened.

본 연구는 전국 간호대학의 노인간호 교과목의 운영 현황을 파악하고 미국간호대학협회에서 제시한 19개 노인간호역량이 교과목에 반영되어 있는지 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상은 한국간호교육평가원 인증을 받은 간호교육기관 198개로 각 대학의 홈페이지, 학과 홈페이지, 대학편람, 입시관련 정보, 교육과정표, 강의계획서를 인터넷 검색엔진을 통한 자료 수집 후 분석하였다. 수집된 노인간호 교과목의 강의계획서와 가장 최근의 교과과정표를 확인하여 SPSS 23.0을 사용하여 분석하였다. 노인간호 교과목 운영 현황은 빈도와 백분율을 산출하여 제시하였고, 강의계획서에 나타난 교육 내용은 미국간호대학협회(AACN)가 제시한 19개 노인간호 역량을 기반으로 분석하였다. 185개 기관(93.43%)는 노인간호 교과목을 운영하였고, 98개 기관(49.49%)은 이론과목, 84개 기관(42.42%)은 이론과 실습을 병행하였다. 전공필수인 경우 52.92%, 4학년 1학기 편성이 27.84%, 2학점 운영 53.54%로 가장 많았다. 강의계획서를 분석한 결과, 의사소통 관련 교육역량이 포함된 경우가 40%이었고, AACN 노인간호역량으로 '노인에게 효과적인 정보제공능력', '윤리적이고 비강압적인 의사결정', '억제대 비사용 케어', '급성기 재가 장기요양서비스 간 안전하고 효과적인 전환'은 교육내용에 없었다. 결론적으로 현재까지 노인간호 교과목은 질병중심으로 교육이 되고 있었고 노인의사소통을 포함한 효과적인 정보제공역량이 반영될 필요가 있다.

본 연구는 문제 해결식 수업(PBL)을 대학교 컴퓨터 시스템프로그래밍 교육에 적용하고 이 수업이 학생들의 학업성취도와 직업기초능력에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보았다. 교과목 분석을 통해 과목을 크게 세 부분으로 나누고, 각 부분의 교육을 위해 한 문제씩을 출제하였다. 학업성취도에 미치는 영향을 측정하기 위해 2014년 학생들과의 성적을 비교하였고, 직업기초능력에 미치는 영향을 측정하기 위해서 한국직업능력개발원에서 주관중인 대학생 핵심역량진단시스템(K-CESA)를 활용하여 PBL 교육전과 후에 진단을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 학업성취도와 직업기초능력 모두 유의미한 향상 효과가 있었다.

The government developed National Competency Standards and expands field friendly education for innovation of industrial field based education training. NCS is the national level of standards that the government systemized knowledge, skills and attitudes required to work in industrial fields by each industry and each level. This study was intended to research NCS education contents of an introduction of dental hygienics, which is a basic major subject among subjects of dental hygiene course, to present learning goals accordingly, and to be used as a basic resource of NCS field oriented classes of dental hygienists through the comparison before and after. In case of the dental hygiene course, dental hygienists are performing important core tasks as clinicians at dental offices. Therefore, such comprehensive and professional performance abilities as scaling, oral prophylaxis and oral health education are required at the fields. The education process and education contents for this should be researched continuously.

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness the IoT program in online, and explore the applicability of the design course in consideration of design elements and realistic constraints for engineering education accreditation in online. For this study, IoT programs developed based on online classes were operated, and the effectiveness as a subject was verified through satisfaction surveys, competency test, and interview of participating students. In addition, by presenting design elements and realistic constraints in a online environment required to apply to engineering design courses, it is expected that they can be used as basic data in developing and operating actual design curriculum.

본 연구는 사회복지의 영역에서 변화가 나타나고 있는 국제사회복지의 역량있는 인재를 육성하기 위한 교육과정을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 사회복지기관의 환경적 변화하는 국제사회복지에 대한 요구를 증가시켰고, 그로 인해 국제사회복지에 대한 교육의 필요성이 증가하였다. 본 연구는 국제사회복지직무에 필요로 하는 역량이 무엇인지를 살펴보고 이에 따른 역량중심의 국제사회복지 교육과정을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 현재 직무에 따른 교육과정을 사회복지 NCS직무와 사회복지교육, 국제개발협력기관의 업무와 사회복지NCS, 그리고 NCS와 국제사회복지교육과정을 비교분석하여 제안하였다. 기관홈페이지에 제시된 직무와 채용공고를 토대로 국제개발협력기관의 직무를 파악하고, 교육과정은 사회복지지침서에 제시된 사회복지의 교육과정을 중심으로 파악하였다. 본 연구에서 제시한 국제사회복지의 직무역량을 강화시키는 교육과정의 핵심교과목은 다음과 같다; 인권과 사회복지, 국제사회복지, NGO와 국제개발협력, 북한지역개발, 제개발협력과 ODA, PCM(Project Cycle Management), 평가와 모니터링, 국제사회복지세미나, 국제사회복지실습, 국제사회복지인턴십, 지역사회복지론, 프로그램개발과 평가, 사회복지윤리와 철학, 사회복지실천기술론, 다문화 사회복지, 빈곤과 사회복지, 사회적 기업과 제3섹터, 사회문제론 등이다.

This study investigates the relationships of total quality management (TQM), organizational learning (OL) activities and business performance and examines the partial mediation effect of OL activities on business performance in Korean industrial manufacturing setting. Main target sample firms were all manufacturing companies listed in the Korea Composite Stock Price Index (KOSPI) and 206 firms participated. This study theoretically develops a conceptual model with 3 hypotheses regarding how TQM practices influence OL activities and how the OL activities partially mediate between the TQM practices and business performance. To examine these hypotheses, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed and an alternative model which includes a path between errors of leadership factor and OL construct was developed. The findings are TQM practices cannot directly influence business performance but indirectly impact business performance through OL activities. This study found that OL activities playa role as firms' critical competency to improve business performance.

국가차원의 스펙초월 능력중심 사회 구현을 위한 다양한 NCS (national competency standards) 연계 정책들이 시행되고 채용방식이 NCS 기반의 직무중심으로 변화하고 있지만 정작 인재 양성을 담당하고 있는 대학, 특히 4년제 대학의 경우 이에 대한 대책이나 고민이 부족한 실정이다. 여전히 4년제 대학은 NCS 제도에 대해 관심과 이해가 부족하며, NCS 적용에 대해 미온적이다. 또한 시행 중인 2년제 대학에서도 성공적인 운영 사례 부족과 함께 실효성 미흡 등으로 4년제 대학 교과과정에 NCS를 적용하기 위한 연구 및 적용 예가 매우 드물다. 따라서 국가적으로 관심을 갖고 추진하고 있는 NCS 체계의 4년제 대학 학사제도 도입 및 특히 국가기술 자격과 연계한 학사제도 개편 및 운영방안에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 4년제 대학에 NCS 기반 과정평가형 자격과정(기사수준) 이수를 위한 교과과정 개편 및 운영방안에 대해 검토한다.

현재의 수학과 교육과정에서는 정의적 측면을 강조하고 있으나 정의적 목표가 피상적인 수준에서 제시되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 내적 표현 체계 이론, 자기 체계 과정의 역동적 관점, 사회구성주의 관점, 동기 부여 이론 등을 고찰하여, 정의적 능력, 학습 동기, 수학적 정체성, 사회적 환경, 정의적 경험 등에 대하여 논하고 정의적 영역의 구조를 제안하였다. 이로써 정의적 교육에서 고려해야 할 점들을 제시하고, 수학 교육에서 정의적 목표의 대안을 말하였다.
