간호대학생의 대인관계능력, 임상실습스트레스와 임상수행능력의 융복합적 관계 (Convergence Relationship among Interpersonal Competence, Clinical Stress and Clinical Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계능력과 임상실습스트레스가 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 높이기 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 임상실습을 경험한 3, 4학년 242명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지를 통해 조사한 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 대인관계능력은 3.36점, 임상실습스트레스는 2.80점, 임상수행능력은 3.48점으로 나타났다. 대인관계능력과 임상실습스트레스는 양의 상관관계가 있었으며 임상실습스트레스와 임상수행능력은 상관관계가 나타나지 않았다. 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 대인관계능력으로 설명력은 26.4%로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 교육과정 개발시 전공만족도와 대인관계능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

전문대학 조리관련 학과의 국가직무능력표준(NCS) 직업기초능력 기반 교육과정 개발을 위한 교육요구도 분석 (Educational Needs Assessment for the Development of Curriculum based on Key Competencies of National Competence Standard(NCS) for Department related Culinary Arts in a 2-Year College)

  • The purpose of this study was to assess priority of educational needs for the development of curriculum based on key competencies of NCS for departments related to culinary arts in a 2-year college. In order to achieve this objective, the survey has been distributed to cooks working in hotel restaurants or restaurant companies by social network service and a total of 360 responses were analyzed excluding 18 responses. The collected surveys were analysed by using paired t-test, Borich's needs analysis and the locus for focus analysis. The results of this study were as follows. First, the difference between the level of importance and present level about key competencies recognized by cooks working in restaurant company was statistically significant in 9 fields of key competencies excluding mathematical competence. The difference recognized by cooks working in hotel was statistically significant in all 10 fields of key competencies. Second, the results of Borich's needs assessment showed that the education needs of problem solving competence were the highest, followed by interpersonal, resource management, communication, information competence. Finally, considering both Borich's needs assessment and the locus for focus analysis, cooks working in hotel restaurants recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, information competence were the top priority, and cooks working in restaurant companies recognized that educational needs of communication, interpersonal, skill, resource management competence were the top priority. Therefore, it is necessary to develop curriculum for culinary arts specialists based on key competence of top priority.

간호학생의 비판적 사고성향과 임상실습 스트레스 및 임상실습수행능력 (Critical thinking disposition, stress of clinical practice and clinical competence of nursing students)

  • Purpose: This study was done to identify the relationship among Critical Thinking Disposition (CTD), stress of clinical practice and clinical competence in Korean nursing students. Methods: Participants were 407 baccalaureate nursing students (3rd and 4th grades) in Korea. Variables included CTD, stress of clinical practice, clinical competence, and demographic variables. Data was analyzed by frequencies, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression. Results: Clinical competence positively correlated with CTD, but negatively correlated with stress of clinical practice. The regression model explained 25.6% of clinical competence. The significant predictors of clinical competence were intellectual eagerness, intellectual fairness in CTD, conflict with patients, and clinical environment in stress of clinical practice. Conclusions: CTD and stress of clinical practice contribute to nursing student's clinical competence. Therefore, efforts to encourage nursing student's CTD, increase stress management skills, especially in conflict with patients, and build a supportive clinical environment should be made to strengthen clinical competence.

자기관리 리더십 역량 향상을 위한 교과과정 효과성 분석 (The Curriculum Effectiveness Analysis for Improvement of Self-management Leadership Competency)

  • 본 연구는 '자기관리 리더십' 교과목을 통하여 향상된 자기관리 리더십역량의 효과성을 분석하여 대학의 자기관리역량 교과목 발전에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 서울시에 소재한 D대학교에서 핵심역량 교양수업을 수강하는 학생들을 대상으로 자기개발 역량을 키우기 위해 교과내용을 수강한 실험집단 221명과, 교과내용을 수강하지 않은 통제집단 204명의 통제집단을 구성하였다. 그리고 사전사후 실험을 통하여 자기관리역량, 목표관리역량, 관계형성, 리더십, 협동역량의 효과성을 살펴보았다. 본 연구 결과 통제집단 보다 실험집단이 보다 높은 향상도를 보였고, 통제집단과 실험집단의 차이를 검증한 결과 목표관리와 협동역량에서 차이를 보였다. 이와 함께 자기관리와 리더십 교과목을 수강한 학생들이 인식하는 향상된 역량에 대한 내용분석에서 목표관리 역량이 가장 높게 향상된 것으로 나타났다. 자기관리 영역에서는 성격, 자아성찰, 자신감 등의 영역에서 역량이 가장 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났고, 목표관리 영역에서는 시간관리, 목표설정, 비전 등의 영역이 가장 많이 향상되었다고 인식하였다. 또한 관계형성 영역 중 수강생들이 가장 향상되었다고 인식하는 내용은 의사소통, 경청, 대인관계, 코칭질문 등으로 나타났다. 리더십 역량과 관련해서는 문제해결과 영향력이 가장 많이 향상된 영역으로 나타났고, 협동능력에서는 팀플 역량이 가장 많이 향상된 것으로 나타났다.

가정환경과 아동의 역량에 대한 자기지각 (Home Environment and Children's Self-Perceived Competence)

  • The present study investigated childrens' self-perceived competence as related to(1) home environment variables (2) school grades and sexes of children. The subjects were 297 fourth-and sixth grade-children selected from two elementary schools on Seoul. The instruments were a children's self-perceived competence scala and the HOME scale. Frequences, correlation, two way-ANONA and multiple regression were used for data analysis. There were correlations between home environment variables and children's self-perceive competence partially. Fourth grade children perceived themselves higher than sixth grade children in global self-worth. Boys perceived themselves higher than girls in physical competence. The variables that influence on children's self-perceived competence very with their grades and sexes.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the social competence of children with reference to day care center's structural, process variables and demographic variables. The subjects were 156 children who attend day care center, aged from 3 to 5 years and 9 teachers in Seoul or the province of KyungkiDo. Data were gathered via the structured Questionnaires distributed to the teachers to rate children's social competence and their own job satisfaction. And two observers rated teacher-child interaction in day care center The major findings are as follows The variables predicting children's social competence were child's sex, age, period of attendance in day care center, teacher's job satisfaction, and group size. Especially this study suggests that teachers who are highly satisfied with their job and small group size influence children's social competence positively.

학령기 아동의 부/모애착과 자아탄력성과의 관계 : 자기역량감을 중심으로 (Father Attachment/Mother Attachment and Ego-Resiliency as Mediators of Self-Competence)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relations among father attachment/mother attachment, self-competence and ego-resiliency in school aged children. Path analysis was utilized to examine relations among variables. The subjects were 701 school children attended in elementary schools in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. The collected data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling(SEM), by the use of SPSS 19.0. and AMOS 19.0 Results indicate that (1) Both of father attachment and mother attachment have not direct effect on ego-resiliency but self-competence has direct effect on ego-resiliency. (2) Father attachment and mother attachment influence ego-resiliency in paths through self-competence. And father attachment influence more on self-competence and ego-resiliency than mother attachment.

공무원의 직무역량과 서비스질의 인과관계에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Casual Relations between Job Competence and Service Quality)

  • This study conducted a survey of 400 public officials in kyoung ki Do districts from July to September 2016, and used 390 copies for final analysis. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, the level of Job competence and service quality of public officias were statistically siqnificant. Second, the esults showed that both Job competence and sevice quality had a statistically significant influential relationship, so as these variables increased, the level of service quality improved. Third, the influential relationship of Job competence on the service quality of public officials was statistically significant and positive. These results provide a theoretical groung for the understanding and integrated approach to the causality of job competence and of service quality.

공공 S/W 분야에서 프로젝트 관리자의 역량이 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Project Managers' Competences on Performance in Public S/W)

  • There is a growing interest in project management knowledge, project management information systems, and process improvement to systematically project execution in public sectors, achieve high performance and value, and increase the effectiveness of the overall industry. In particular, the software industry is a knowledge-intensive industry centered on professional manpower. This study examines the effect of the project managers' competences of regional SW promotion agencies on and project performance and the moderating effect of the level of project management maturity. We collected data using a questionnaire to the project managers of regional SW promotion agencies. In this study, a structural equation model was used to analyze the relationship between project managers' competences and performance. In addition, a multi-group structural equation model was used to analyze the moderating effect according to the high and low project maturity. As a result of the analysis, it was found that only contextual competence among the competences of the project manager had a positive effect on project performance. It was found that technical and behavioral competence did not have a positive effect on management and completion performance. It was found that the moderating effect according to the maturity of business management of local institutions was not significant.

농촌빈곤가계의 경제문제 II -소비 문제를 중심으로- (Economic Problems of Rural Poor Households in Korea II - Focused on the Consumption)

  • The objective of this study is to analyse consumption problems of the rural poor households. This is a succeeding work to the previous report on economic resource problems. Data from 154 rural poor house holds and 290 rural non-poor households were analysed to comprehend their consumption practices, financial management ability, consumer competence of homemakers, and market environments. The major findings and conclusions are as follows : 1. The rural poor households had deficit of 30, 000 won per month. They perceived relative importance of the educational expenses and food expenses and heavier pressure of educational expenses and light and water expenses than other items. 2. The rural poor households evaluated their financial management ability average like non-poor households but their level of consumer competence was lower than other households. This means their consumer efficiency is relatively low. 3. The rural poor households had similar grade of market environments to non-poor households. This is significantly different from urban households.
