전통놀이를 활용한 신체활동 프로그램이 유아의 사회적 유능감에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Traditional Play based Physical Activity Program on Social Competence of Young Children)

  • The purpose of this study was to test effects of traditional play based physical activity program on social competence. To obtain this purpose, the following research hypotheses were established. First, experimental group will show higher level of social activity than control group. Second, experimental group will show higher level of stability than control group. Third, experimental group will show higher level of cooperation than control group. Fourth, experimental group will show higher level of hypersensitiveness than control group. Forty eight four year children participated in this study. Iowa Social Competency Scale(Preschool Form) was used to measure children's social competence. Collected data were analyzed using t-test and analysis of covariance. The results of this study showed that program was effective in improving children's socal competence. These results were discussed in relation to previous study. Finally research questions for future study were suggested with comment on limitations of this study.

Building Mathematics Competence via Multiple Choice Competitions

  • The paper focuses on a type of mathematics competence noted as synthetic. It is needed for success in multiple choice competition problems and it is crucial for the further development of advanced school students. The concept of synthetic competence includes a large fraction of mathematical competences, but also competences and skills related to informatics and linguistics. The general structure of a multiple choice competition is considered as the first level of assessment of the mathematics component of the synthetic competence. As the second level under consideration is the set of complex tasks in a competition test any of which is a bouquet of ideas. Our standpoint on the didactic specifics and goals of the two levels in perspective of the gifted education is briefly presented in the article and some examples are given.

간호학생의 임상수행능력 영향 요인 (Affecting Factors on Clinical Competence of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 정도를 확인하고 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 정도를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 경기도 소재의 일 대학 간호과 2학년에 재학 중인 학생 207명이었으며, 자료수집기간은 2014년 8월 25일부터 9월 15일까지 이었다. 연구결과 임상수행능력은 간호학전공 만족도, 임상실습 만족도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 전문직 자아개념, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도적 학습능력과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기주도적 학습능력, 전문직 자아개념, 비판적 사고성향 순이었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인을 고려한 효율적인 교육프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.

Testing an Irrational Model of Information Privacy Based on Competence Needs Satisfaction

  • Recently, there have been calls for approaching from the irrationality point of view to better explain the privacy paradox phenomenon. This study is a kind of response to them. The aim of the study is to investigate how satisfying competence needs, one of basic psychological needs suggested in self-determination theory, affects irrational information disclosure decision (i.e., risk-benefit assessment). To do this, the study builds an irrationality-based model in which competence needs satisfaction affects both perceived risks negatively and perceived benefits (i.e., relationship building and maintenance), which in turn determine a level of self-disclosure. Based on the data from Facebook users which is collected by a large sample survey (N=1050), the study analyzes it using Mplus, a powerful structure equation modeling tool. The study results reveal that while the relationship between competence needs satisfaction and perceived relationship building and maintenance is statistically significant, the relationship between competence needs satisfaction and perceived risks insignificant. These findings imply that people who is in a high level of competence needs satisfaction is more likely to respond to some opportunities for social benefits and in turn disclose more information about self.

아버지의 놀이성과 놀이참여도가 유아의 또래유능성에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Fathers' Playfulness and Play Participation on Preschoolers' Peer Competence)

  • Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of fathers' playfulness and play participation on preschoolers' peer competence. Methods: The participants in the study were 325 preschoolers and their fathers. The survey method was used to investigate fathers' playfulness, fathers' average level of play participation as well as playtime with their children and preschoolers' peer competence. In order to analyze the data, one-way ANOVA and regression analysis were utilized. Results: The results showed that fathers' playfulness and play participation were different according to the fathers' weekly working hours. It was found that the higher the cheerfulness of the sub-factors of fathers' playfulness was, the higher the sociability of sub-factors of preschoolers' peer competence was. The amount of fathers' play time with children as well as the average level of play participation, which is the qualitative aspect of fathers' play participation, was found to affect preschoolers' peer competence and the three sub-factors of competence. Conclusion/Implications: The findings implied that fathers' active play participation with children is important and that there is a need to improve working conditions in order for fathers to have time to play with their children.

유아의 사회적 능력에 따른 사회적 놀이의 연속적 변화 패턴 (Sequential Transition Patterns of Social Play by Children's Social Competence)

  • This study examined whether sequential transition patterns of social play differed by children's social competence. The social competence of sixty 5-year-old children was rated by their teachers using the Social Competence Scale(NICHD Early Child Research Network, 1996). Children's social play was observed during free play and coded by criteria developed by Robinson et al(2003). Results showed differences in children's social play behaviors by social competence and differences in the transition patterns of children's social play level by social competence. Children with higher social competence showed a transition pattern moving toward cooperative-social interaction, whereas children with lower social competence showed a transition pattern moving backward to solitary or onlooker behavior.

Effect of R&D competence of Materials·Parts·Equipment Corporations on management performance

  • Purpose: This study aims to examine the effect of SMEs' R&D competence on management performance. Research design, data, and methodology: The empirical data of this study are derived from 2,375 SMEs that participated in the material, parts, and equipment research and development support project conducted from 2014 to 2018. Among them, 2,230 data were analyzed by classifying them into high-tech and low-tech fields. SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis and correlation analysis and T-TEST were applied. Results: It was analyzed that the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations all affected operating profit and sales. In particular, it has been proven that research personnel have a greater impact on management performance among the level of R&D organization, research personnel, and the number of patent registrations. In addition, there was a difference between high-tech and low-tech industries in the impact on operating profit and sales, which are indicators of management performance. Conclusions: This study suggests that R&D competence are strengthened to advance the material, parts, and equipment industries and to promote future growth, while differentiated support is needed according to each company's R&D competence and technology level.

성인 장애인의 자기효능감 변화 유형에 따른 삶의 만족도, 대인관계역량 차이 (A Study on the Effects of the Trajectories in Self-Efficacy with their Life Satisfaction and Interpersonal Competence of Adults with Disabilities)

  • 본 연구에서는 만 25세 이상 성인 장애인을 대상으로 4년 동안의 자기효능감 변화 양상을 확인하고, 삶의 만족도, 대인관계역량과의 관련성을 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 장애인고용패널조사 2차 웨이브의 1차(2016년)~4차(2019년) 조사자료를 사용하였으며, 분석 방법으로 성장혼합모형(Growth Mixture Modeling)을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 성인장애인의 자기효능감 변화 궤적에 따라 3개 잠재계층(상수준 증가형, 중수준 증가형, 하수준 무변화형)이 존재하는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 3개 잠재계층에 따라 삶의 만족도 수준이 다른 것으로 나타났으며, 상수준 증가형 집단, 중수준 증가형 집단, 하수준 무변화형 집단 순으로 삶의 만족도가 높은 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 3개 잠재계층에 따라 4년 동안의 대인관계역량 변화 패턴에 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 상수준 증가형 집단, 중수준 증가형 집단은 대인관계역량이 증가하는 것으로 나타났지만, 하수준 무변화형 집단은 대인관계역량에 변화가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구는 자기효능감을 증진시킴으로써 성인 장애인의 삶의 만족도와 대인관계역량을 향상할 수 있음을 시사한다.

간호대학생의 대인관계능력 수준에 따른 대인관계능력에 대한 정서지능의 영향 (The Effect of Emotional Intelligence on Interpersonal Relation Competence according to Interpersonal Relation Competence in Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계능력 수준에 따른 대인관계능력에 대한 정서지능의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 진행을 위해 2019년 11월 29일부터 12월 16일까지 B광역시 소재 일 대학교 간호학과 재학생 126명을 대상자로 자료수집 하였고 Anova, Regression 분석으로 자료분석을 하였다. 간호대학생들의 대인관계능력을 60점 미만과 60점 이상으로 분류하여 두 그룹별 정서지능의 영향요인을 살펴본 결과, 대인관계능력 평균 60점 미만 그룹에서는 간호대학생들의 자기감정표현, 타인조절요인이 유의한 정적 영향요인(설명력, 22.5%)으로 나타났고, 대인관계능력 평균 60이상 그룹에서는 자기감정표현, 동기화가 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다(설명력 33.6%). 본 연구의 결과에 따라 간호대학생들의 대인관계능력 교육에 있어 그들의 대인관계능력 수준을 고려한 맞춤식 접근을 제안한다.

국내 성과바탕의학교육에 대한 비판적 논의: 역량의 개념을 중심으로 (The Role of the Concept of Competence in Korean Outcome-based Medical Education)

  • Before Outcome-based curriculum reform, medical graduate school and medical schools of korea need to understand limit or threshold of outcome-based education's point of view. This article examines the multi-dimensional concept of competence suggested by Stoof and colleagues and discusses about implication for outcomebased education in medical education of Korea. Because Stoof and colleagues's five dimensions of competence reveal various concepts and educational methods of competence. Therefore, It is possible to use to identify the strengths and weaknesses of outcome-based education of Korea as a reference standard. Five dimensions of competence suggested by Stoof and colleagues is consist of 'personal vs. task characteristics,' 'individual vs. distributed competence,' 'specific vs. general competence,' 'levels of competence vs. competence as a level,' and 'teachable vs. non-teachable.' Implication for outcome-based education in medical education of Korea is, first, that It should recognize to outcome-based education as a one of educational models approaching to competence. Second, discussion about competence should be expanded from pre-medical education to graduated medical education and continuing medical education.
