The Effects of the Parent-Children Relationship and Peer Attachment on Mobile Phone Dependency of Adolescent Using Community Child Center - The Mediating Effect of ego - Resilience (지역아동센터 이용 청소년의 부모-자녀관계, 또래애착이 휴대폰 의존에 미치는 영향 - 자아탄력성의 매개효과)

  • The study shows that parent-children of the Adolescent who are in the community child center and the effect of the peer attachment influence the mobile phones. Also it has verified the mediation effect of Ego-resilience between these relationships. For this study, the Ministry of Health and welfare and the Central support group of community child center. "Community child center children panel survey" the fourth data of th second stage of 2017 has been used, 438 ist middle school students who are using the community child center have been selected. As a result, On the relation of mobile phone dependency the parent-children relationship is statistically important trust and being isolated is statistically important among peer attachment. In addition, Ego-resilience has not found to be meaningful between the parent-children only communication on the mobile phone dependency has been confirmed mediation effect among peer attachment.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of community child center service experience on the relationship between peer attachment and school adjustment. For the analysis, data from the 2nd Panel of Community Child Center(2017) were used. Frequency analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using IBM SPSS Statistics 20 program. As a result, peer attachment(peer trust) has a positive effect on their center experience and school adjustment, and the center experience has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between peer attachment and school adjustment. The relationship with a center teacher and the center service evaluation of the children who use community child center are important factors that affect their school adjustment. Therefore measures should be taken to improve the quality of the community child center programs and its teachers.

Comparison of Nutrient Intake and Meal Service Satisfaction of Elderly at the Local Community Centers : Free and Reduced Meal Service Charge (지역 급식소 성격에 따른 이용 노인의 영양소 섭취수준 및 급식 만족도 비교 : 유료 및 무료 급식)

  • The purpose of this study was to compare the nutrient intake and foodservice satisfaction of homebound elderly had lunch at the local community centers by the difference of meal service charge. Two local community center with cons-regate meal service program located in Daegu and Gyongsan were selected; one with free of meal service charge (F), and the other with 500-1,000 won for meal service charge (K), According to the dietary assessment, energy and nutrient intakes of the 156 elderly subjects were as a whole under the Korean Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA). Elderly or F service conte. showed higher $\%$ RDA for the selected nutrients and MAR (mean adequacy ratio) than those of K service center (p<0.001). Participants were satisfied with most of the congregation meal service from community conte. with different reasons such as 'tasty (K service center)' and 'free of charge (F service center)'. In conclusion, elderly had the lunch at the community center with free of meal service charge was poor nutrition status and lower socioeconomic level than the other type of community center in this area. Therefore, healthy menu for elderly should be developed and managed by professional dietitian, as well as its impact on health status of this group, and congregate meal service system might be extended to the homebound elderly of whole community with free of charge.

  • This research focus on Community Culture Center's efficiency according to the regional and operating subject in Capital region. Recently the importance and potential market of cultural industry is growing. In addition, as a basis for local cultural industries, the importance of Community Culture Center has been highlighted. Therefore, for the activation of cultural industry, Community Culture Center on the efficiency of the operation should be reconsidered. To analyze Community Culture Center, using DEA, the efficiency of public organizations tool, which focus on operational efficiency. Depending on the results of analysis, Seoul, Incheon and Gyeonggi province was able to confirm their efficiency. In addition, according to the Direct Operating, Industrial Operating, Foundation, Private Consignment Agency their efficiency showed significant results. Looking at regional Community Cultural Centers in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province will see that two are operating efficiently. On the other hand, the Community Cultural Center in Incheon was not efficiency. Looking at the operating entity basis, Direct Operating Agencies and Industrial Operating Agencies were operating efficiently. On the other hand, Foundation Act of agencies and Private Consignment Agencies have been operating relatively inefficiently.

  • Community facilities in apartment complex have been developed through residents' needs for housing environmental amenities and social trend for 'Well-being' combined with marketing competition among construction companies. But community facilities and fitness centers which are in the initial stage of development are not well fit with residents' needs because the designers plan the community facilities without considering on residents' life-style and preference. This study investigates the present status of fitness center, and surveys the residents' preference for the proposed fitness center design. The result includes that fitness center users in apartment complex want a convenient and comfortable resting spaces similar level with those in fitness center of mixed-use residential building. A resting space provides opportunity that community members meet each other as well as they can rest after exercise. The result also shows that the fitness center users prefer wood floor and wall as interior finishing materials in exercising space and resting space, which users think, gives more comfortable and splendid feeling.

An Evaluation of Effects on Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus Management of a Community-Based Nursing Care Center Using Cost-Benefit Analysis (비용편익분석을 이용한 일 재가노인간호센터의 고혈압 및 당뇨관리 효과평가)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to evaluate the economic efficiency of a community-based nursing care center to help policy makers determine whether or not to invest in similar facilities. Methods: The subjects were 101 elderly people over 65 years who participated in a health management program from February 1 to July 31, 2007. Direct cost was estimated with center operations cost, medical cost for out-patients and pharmacy cost. Indirect cost was measured by transportation cost. Direct benefit was calculated by saved medical cost for out-patients, saved pharmacy cost, saved transportation cost, and reducing hospital charges. Indirect benefit was estimated with prevention of severe complications. Economic efficiency was evaluated by cost-benefit ratio and net benefit. Results: Operating a community-based nursing care center was found to be cost-effective. Specifically, the cost of operating the center evaluated here was estimated at 135 million won while the benefit was estimated at 187 million won. Benefit-cost ratio was 1.38. Conclusion: The Community-based nursing care center that was described here could be a useful health care delivery system for reducing medical expenditures.

Development of Community Health Center-Based Hospice Management Model: Pilot Project at a Community Health Center in Busan (보건소 중심 호스피스 운영모델 개발 - 부산지역 일개 보건소 시범사업을 중심으로 -)

  • Purpose: This study was a part of a drive to develop a community health center-based hospice management model which is concerned with hospice care at a community health care setting and available resources of the local community. Methods: Development of a community health center-based hospice management model involved evaluation of existing hospice-related research, including literature review, and research on hospice facilities at the study site, as well as evaluation of model operation. The latter involved community health center-based hospice test operation, and evaluation of test operation by a research team, including of a nursing professor majoring in hospice care and staffs from a community health center in Busan metropolitan city, regional cancer center, and regional terminal cancer patient medical institute. The study was conducted in the 2008 calendar year. Results: The community health center-based hospice management model provides service linked with local community resources, focusing on the local community health center. Financial and administrative assistance is provided by the regional cancer center, with collaboration from academic health care professionals who guide the operation management. The community health center hospice nurse in consultation with a visiting nurse team registers terminally-ill cancer patients and, after assessment, the hospice team prioritize hospice care during team meeting. Care is delivered by staffs and volunteers. Conclusion: The developed community health center-based hospice operation management model maximally utilizes available community health resources to produce qualitative improvement of regional health and welfare policy through improving the lives of home-based cancer patients and their family who are in medical blind spot.

Job Satisfaction of Psychiatric and Community Mental Health Nurses in Community Mental Health Centers (정신보건센터에 근무하는 정신보건간호사의 직무만족도)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship of psychiatric and community mental health nurses' job satisfaction. Methods: This was a descriptive and correlational study in which 151 psychiatric and community mental health nurses (PCMHNs) took part between September and October 2009. Results: The mean score for job satisfaction of the participants was 3.25. In job satisfaction, there were significant differences between psychiatric and community mental health nurse practitioner (PCMHNP) and nurse in community mental health center. All variables except role conflict were positively correlated with job satisfaction. As a result, factors influencing job satisfaction were reward system (${\beta}$=.46, p<.001), self-esteem (${\beta}$=.35, p<.001), leadership (${\beta}$= .27, p<.001), career as a PCMHNP (${\beta}$=-.12, p<.007), job-related characteristics (${\beta}$=.11, p<.24), and career as a nurse in community mental health center (${\beta}$=.09. p<.045). These factors explained 70.3% of the total variance. Conclusion: The results indicated that the comprehensive understanding of job satisfaction to the independent variables could suggest the way how to increase the job satisfaction for psychiatric and community mental health nurse who are a catalysts promoting mental health in community mental health center.

The Role and Issues of Housing Management in Community Care for Older People (노인의 지역사회보호에 있어서 주거관리의 역할과 장점)

  • The purpose of this study is to find the role and issues of housing management under the community care system which cover the middle class older people. Research method was qualitative research by the interview of 21 subjects with open-ended questionnaire. Most of the older people want to live in the community alone with poor supporting system, because present community care system does not established well, so it cannot cover the staying put service for independent living, such as community alarm, care and repair, handyman, floating support, and meal service within the community. The result showed that community care might be partially avaliable from the welfare center but not well established or transfer to Dong-Office as an agency of community welfare center. However, the subjects had higher needs about housing management for older people than previous study on the hypothetical level. Successful pilot project might be required to develop the community care system focused on housing management for older people.

  • A community center is situated near the residential areas and is the public facility that acts as the core of local cultural activities. A community center, as the general cultural activities increases, is transforming into a facility that promotes the community restoration and living convenience such as welfare, sports, art activities, and education etc. beyond location of simple leisurely activities. This study considers local residents' accessibility through the renovation of preexisting community center.
