The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the efficacy of a Family Relationship Enhancement Program for runaway youth. The theoretical framework of this program was based on Solution-Focused, Satir's Experiential, and Cognitive-Behavioral models. Need assessment analysis of youth shelter workers, focus group interviews with runaway youths, and advisory council meetings were used as a complementary resource for this study. Thirty-one runaway youths from 6 youth shelters in Seoul and Kyunggi participated in 4 two-hour sessions of this Family Relationship Enhancement Program. All participants were subjected to pre-test and post-test analysis in order to assess the efficacy of the program. The results of this study showed that the Family Relationship Enhancement Program had significantly increased the participants' self-esteem, communication capability, and understanding of family values.

플립러닝을 기반으로 학부중심 학사 구조가 4차 산업혁명시대 대학교육의 변화를 통해 학생들은 문제 해결능력을 기반으로 가치창출 능력을 배양하는 필수화 과정이 되어야 한다. 이를 위해 창안된 프로젝트기반 학습법(Project Based Learning)과 MOOC를 결합한 거꾸로 학습법(Flipped Learning)을 과감하게 도입 및 확산하고, 날로 고도화되어 가는 AI기반의 학습컨설팅(E-Advisor)의 도입과 확산에 따라 4차 산업혁명에 부합하는 "개인 맞춤교육"으로의 전환이 이루어져야 한다.

An insider threat is a threat that comes from people within the organization being attacked. It can be described as a function of the motivation, opportunity, and capability of the insider. Compared to managing the dimensions of opportunity and capability, assessing one's motivation in committing malicious acts poses more challenges to organizations because it usually involves a more obtrusive process of psychological examination. The existing body of research in psycholinguistics suggests that automated text analysis of electronic communications can be an alternative for predicting and detecting insider threat through unobtrusive behavior monitoring. However, a major challenge in employing this approach is that it is difficult to minimize the risk of missing any potential threat while maintaining an acceptable false alarm rate. To deal with the trade-off between the risk of missed catches and the false alarm rate, we propose a unified psycholinguistic framework that consolidates multiple text analyzers to carry out sentiment analysis, emotion analysis, and topic modeling on electronic communications for unobtrusive psychological assessment. The user scenarios presented in this paper demonstrated how the trade-off issue can be attenuated with different text analyzers working collaboratively to provide more comprehensive summaries of users' psychological states.

고속철도를 운영할 뿐 아니라, 고속열차를 생산하는 우리나라는 고속철도를 효율적으로 운용하기 위해 각 분야에서 승차감 향상, 주요부품 자동진단, 차상 전기검측, 소음저감 등 여러 가지 기술을 개발하고 있다. 본 논문은 그 중에서도 철도 무선통신분야의 기술을 이해하기 위해, 유럽과 중국 및 미국의 철도 무선통신시스템의 운용현황을 설명하고, 국내 철도에도 적용될 철도용 LTE 시스템의 기술현황을 소개한다. 아울러 현재 운용하고 있는 국내 철도무선통신망 현황과 4세대 무선통신망에 대한 국가연구개발사업의 개략 및 고속철도 현장에서의 시험계획을 소개한다.

Digital communication networks have become a core technology in advanced building automation systems. BACnet(Building Automation and Control networks) is a standard data communication protocol designed specifically for building automation and control systems. BACnet adopts Master-Slave/Token-Passing(MS/TP) protocol as one of its field level networks. In this study, we introduce a method of implementing a bandwidth allocation scheme in the MS/TP protocol. The bandwidth allocation scheme improves the capability of real-time communication of the original MS/TP protocol. The bandwidth allocation scheme introduced in this paper can be easily implemented in the existing MS/TP protocol with a slight modification. In this study, we actually developed the hardware and firmware of the modified MS/TP communication module in which the bandwidth allocation scheme is implemented. Using the modified MS/TP communication module, we developed an experimental model in order to examine the validity of the bandwidth allocation scheme in the MS/TP protocol. Experimental results show that the modified MS/TP protocol satisfies the requirements of real time communication for periodic and urgent messages of BACnet communication services.

건설산업에서 활용되는 정보가 증가함에 따라, 건설사업관리를 위한 신속하고 체계적인 분석 및 계획수립을 위하여 PMIS(Project Management Information System)를 구축하기 위한 노력 및 연구가 꾸준히 진행되어 왔다. PMIS에 관한 연구는 크게 3가지 관점으로 정리될 수 있다. 첫째, 시스템 정보 분류를 통한 시스템 기능 분석, 둘째, 정보화전략에 따른 현황을 반영한 PMIS구축방향 제시, 셋째, 사업관리 업무 프로세스 분석을 통한 PMIS평가 연구가 그것이다. 본 연구는 사업관리 업무 프로세스 분석을 통한 PMIS평가 연구로서, 기존 PMIS평가의 문제점을 도출하고 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로서 PMBOK의 프로젝트 관리업무 중 정보전달을 통한 의사전달관리업무(Project Communication Management)를 대상으로 CMM(Capability Maturity Model)을 활용하여 건설PMIS 사업관리기능 평가 모델을 개발하였다. 본 연구를 통해 의사전달관리의 핵심업무들에 대하여 실제 PMIS기능을 수행하는 시공사의 end-user의 관점에서 바라보는 건설PMIS의 새로운 평가방법을 모색하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level of SCM activities and the logistics performance by SCM of the three company types in fashion industry· fabric suppliers, apparel manufacturers, and retailers. The level of SCM activities was estimated through the examination of seven factors: commitment and leadership of a top management, flexibility of management, understanding of demand characteristics, integrated management organization, information system, cooperative partnership and communication and exchange of opinion. The logistics performance was measured by improvement in customer service(on time delivery ratio of products, returning rate, treat ratio for A/S, order fill rate, substitute providing capability for being out of stock) and delivery cost reduction. Through questionnaire survey, a total of 214 data for 108 companies of three company types were collected: 46 for 40 fabric suppliers, 123 for 64 apparel manufacturers and 45 for 4 retailers. The analysis of SCM activity levels showed that fabric suppliers had higher degrees in the factor of understanding of demand characteristics, and apparel manufacturers had higher degrees in the factor of information systems. For retailers, the factor of communication and exchange of opinion represented higher degrees. The study on relationship between the SCM activity levels and logistics performance showed that the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics greatly improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock in fabric suppliers, and information system improved a substitute providing capability for being out of stock, on time delivery ratio of products and order fill rate in apparel manufacturers. In retailers, the SCM activity factor of understanding of demand characteristics decreased returning rate highly and improved on time delivery ratio of products. The study results showed that SCM activities in fashion industry brought more improvement in customer service levels rather than in delivery cost reduction.

정보사회를 맞이하여 교육정보화에 대한 많은 노력들이 기울여지고 있다. 특히 정보사회에서의 교원은 정보 통신 및 정보 처리 기술 등을 교수 학습활동, 학생관리, 학사 및 행정업무 등 제반 교육활동에 효과적으로 활용할 수 있는 정보활용능력에 대한 요구가 높아가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 교원들의 정보활용능력 향상을 위해 교육현장에서 꼭 필요한 정보기술분야를 교육내용으로 선정하여 원격연수자료를 개발하고, 교원들의 정보활용능력을 측정하기 위한 평가도구를 개발하여 급수를 부여하였다. 교원정보활용능력 급수제는 정보사회에 교원이 갖추어야할 정보활용능력에 대한 기준이 될 것이다.

본 연구에서는 가치혁신역량 진단툴(VIQ)를 활용하여 중소기업의 가치혁신역량을 진단하고 조직혁신전략의 방향을 설정한 사례를 고찰하여 시사점을 도출한다. 조직내 가치혁신을 이루기 위하여 조직내 가치혁신역량이 어느 정도 되는지 측정하는 툴이 바로 가치혁신역량 진단툴인 VIQ(Value Innovation Quotient)이다. 조직내에서는 이러한 가치혁신툴을 통하여 조직혁신역량을 진단하는 것을 넘어서 조직혁신 방향을 설정할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 진단툴을 활용하여 실제로 대덕특구 내에서 성장하고 있는 IT기업을 선정하여 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 혁신전략을 수립한다. VIQ결과를 반영하여 혁신전략은 3가지로 도출되었다. 첫째, 급변하는 외부환경에 대응하기 위하여 비즈니스 인텔리스전스 활동 및 시나리오 플래닝 등 유연한 전략계획 체계를 구축한다. 둘째, 의사결정 차원에서 신속한 의사결정 체계를 구축한다. 셋째, 이러한 전략실행의 기반이 될 수 있도록 유연한 조직체계를 구축한다. 즉, 임파워먼트 및 유연한 의사소통체계를 구축한다. 본 기업분석 사례와 같이 변화와 혁신의 중요성은 많은 기업이 인지하면서도 이러한 변화와 혁신의 잠재력을 측정하기는 쉽지 않으나 VIQ를 활용하여 기업의 현재 혁신역량을 진단하고 향후 대응방안을 모색할 수 있다.

A novel bidirectional magnetic wireless communication system is proposed in this study. This system provides the communication capability between the source and load sides by high-frequency signal while wireless power is transferred. Contrary to the conventional wireless communication systems using complex IC circuit and active components, the proposed system is simply composed of passive components. It is practical and beneficial for environmental robustness, cost effectiveness, and simple implementation. The detailed static analysis of the proposed system for power and communication lines is established. The proposed system is experimentally verified, and results show that a 0.1 voltage gain for communication line is obtained while a 2.0 voltage gain for the power line is achieved. The proposed system is adequate for practical applications as it allows the inductive power transfer system to wirelessly and easily communicate between the source and load sides.
