코칭기반 인성교육 프로그램이 초등학생의 인성향상에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Coaching-Based Personality Education Program on the Improvement of Personality in Elementary School Students)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 방법론적으로 코칭을 활용하여 초등학생의 '자기존중, 배려 소통, 자기조절, 정직 용기'의 인성덕목을 향상시킬 수 있는 인성교육 프로그램을 개발하고, 개발된 프로그램이 네 가지 인성덕목을 향상시키는지를 검증하는 것이다. 본 연구는 실험집단과 통제집단을 무작위추출하지 않은 사전-사후 통제집단 유사실험설계를 실시하였다. 연구대상은 서울시 S구의 U초등학교 4학년 학급 31명이고, 실험집단을 대상으로 코칭기반 인성교육 프로그램을 2018년 3월 5일부터 2018년 6월 30일까지 16주 동안 총 16회기, 주 1회 40분씩 진행하였다. 프로그램 구성은 KEDI 인성검사의 인성덕목 중 '자기존중, 배려 소통, 자기조절, 정직 용기'의 항목으로 구성하였으며, 매 회기별 활동은 GROW모델과 Empowering모델을 융합하여 '인성코칭모델'을 개발하고 적용하였다. 대응표본 t-test 검증 결과, 연구반에서는 네 가지 인성덕목에서 유의확률 5% 수준에서 사후검사와 사전 검사의 차이가 유의미하였지만 비교반에서는 유의미한 차이가 발견되지 않았다. 본 연구는 코칭과 인성교육을 융합하여 개발한 본 프로그램이 초등학생의 네 가지 인성을 향상시키는 도구로 유용하게 활용되어 초등학교 인성교육에 기여했다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 향후 연구에서는 온라인 프로그램이나 CBI(Computer-Based Instruction) 등 첨단기술과 인문분야의 융합으로 새로운 부가가치를 창출하는 차원의 연구가 기대된다.

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the scale to measure family health and to analyze the data collected by the survey in order to develop the educational program for healthy family. The sample of this study is taken by 522 housewives who are living in Seoul and are over the age of 40. The data are analyzed according to frequency, percentages, t-test, Pearson's correlation analysis, and Multinomial logistic Regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, the scale measuring family health is developed through interviews with the respondents, preliminary survey, and comments reviewed from specialists. The responses to the scale are significantly different depending on whether they answered their family is healthy or not. Second, minimum family performances for family health are related to the category of social involvement of the family. Third, the types of healthy family are grouped by the responses related to the current state and the status of family health. The number of the type of the worst state-the worst status of family health is the largest, followed by the number of the type of the best state-the best status of family health. Fourth, the important and significant variables that affected the types of family health are psychological variables rather than personal and household-related variables of the respondents.

The Impact of Microfinance on Households' Socioeconomic Performance: A Proposed Mediation Model

  • Economic deprivation of households remains a significant economic issue in the world. Researchers have shown great concern in identifying crucial factors to enhance poor households' socio-economic performance. Therefore, this paper aims to develop a new conceptual framework to investigate the influence of different microfinance services on households' socioeconomic performance using moderated mediation analysis of various crucial factors. Focus-group interviews with managements of the microfinance institution, i.e. Amanah Ikhtiar Malaysia (AIM), and a systematic literature review were conducted for this purpose, and a new framework for the future study has been developed. The result from focus-group interviews and systematic literature review propose microfinance financial services, training programs, and business coaching as independent factors, whereas household socioeconomic performance as a dependent factor in the proposed model. Specifically, this study provides the direction to scholars to empirically test the direct relationship between financial services and household socioeconomic performance and the indirect relationship between training programs, business coaching, and household socioeconomic performance. Further, microfinance institutions' service efficiency is also included as a moderator that can strengthen microfinance services' effectiveness. The study also provides useful implications for policymakers, financial institutions, households, micro-enterprises, and researchers to better understand microfinance interventions and household economic mechanisms.

코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램 개발 및 적용 (Development and Application of Literacy Education program using Coaching methods)

  • 본 연구는 코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램을 개발, 문해학습자에게 적용한 후 학습성취도 향상에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 알아보기 위해 U시의 노인복지관 문해교육학습자 13명을 선정하여 심층면담과 관찰일지, 학습자료를 토대로 분석하는 질적연구방법을 선택하였다. 코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램은 마음열기, 긍정성 도입, 학습역량 강화 및 조력, 자신감 및 지속성 강화의 4단계 과정으로 구성된 프로세스중심 모델로 연구결과는 첫째, 1단계에서 교수자와 학습자와의 커뮤니케이션이 확장되었고, 둘째, 2단계에서는 긍정적인 마인드를 형성하여 자기주도학습력이 강화되는 결과를 보여주었다. 셋째, 3단계 균형 문해교수법과 상호작용교수법을 활용한 결과 읽고 쓰는 것에 자신감을 획득하여 자기효능감 상승효과로 이어졌다. 넷째, 4단계는 적극적인 칭찬과 지속적인 격려로 학습에 대한 두려움을 이기고 상급과정에 대한 희망을 내포하게 하는 학습성취도 향상의 결과를 보여주었다. 이상의 연구결과로 코칭기법을 활용한 문해교육프로그램은 문해교육 현장에서 학습자를 위한 교육방법으로 유용하게 활용될 수 있다고 본다.

농업인 참여식 실천학습모델 개발과 성과분석 -농촌진흥청 강소농 사업을 중심으로- (Case Study on Dynamics of RDA PLA Model with Agri-SMEs)

  • This case study aims to explore how RDA PLA model affects the agri-SMEs' empowerment. As an agri-business management renovation program from main workshop it was conducted on March to December 2011 with agri-SMEs and extension officials nationwide by RDA. Especially, as a packaged action learning process in the model used participatory action research. This study collected data with participants observation, interviews, situational analysis and systematic review of discourse in qualitative method. For the validity and identifying empirical results, this study used statistic analysis as a mixed method. Further including various pedagogic methods and business coaching skills, this model was conducted from workshop in RDA, in turn, on-farm business coaching as follow-up, CoPs' activities, and local ATCs extension services by each actors. The dynamic process and effects of each process led some change for farmers' innovative knowledge, skills, attitude, practice and aspiration on their farm business. RDA PLA model development based on the previous practices and research, which provided a configurated picture in the holistic action learning process. In statistic research, this study focused on 279 farmers as respondents who had participated in the program. It shows that their income and benefits increased from their renovative practices on farm business. Following the sampling group, it was surveyed by four indicators - products, customer, quality and cost. The level of contribution of education on economic impact 15% is quoted from previous paper. Even in some limitations of public sector, RDA PLA model actively suggests the paradigm shift of agricultural HRD and development of alternative extension-service system.

일의 의미가 직장인의 삶의 만족 및 우울에 미치는 영향에서 일-삶 균형의 매개효과: 다집단 구조모형분석 (The Relations among Meaning in Work, Life Satisfaction and Depression: The Mediating Effect of Work-Life Balance)

  • 본 연구는 일의 의미, 일-삶 균형, 삶의 만족과 우울 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하고자 서울 및 경기도 소재 사무직에 종사하는 직장인을 대상으로 이메일을 통해 설문조사를 시행하였다. 연구참여자는 남자 직장인 329명과 여자 직장인 176명, 총 505명(평균 연령 38.1세, 표준편차 8.3세)이었으며, 측정도구로는 한국판 일의 의미 척도, 일-삶 균형척도, 한국판 삶의 만족 척도, 그리고 단축형 CES-D를 사용하였다. 주요 변인 간 구조적 관계에 대한 가설적 연구모형을 설정한 후, 수집된 자료를 사용하여 측정모형과 구조모형을 검증하였으며, 성별 및 연령대별 집단 구분에 따른 비교를 통해 모형의 적용 가능성을 검토하였다. 분석 결과, 일의 의미가 직장인의 삶의 만족 및 우울에 미치는 영향에 있어서 일-삶 균형이 부분적으로 매개효과가 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 모형의 측정동일성이 확보된 연령대별 다집단 구조모형분석을 실시한 결과, 일의 의미가 삶의 만족에 미치는 영향에서 일-삶 균형의 매개효과는 연령대에 따라 차이가 없었지만, 일의 의미가 우울에 미치는 영향에서 일-삶 균형의 매개효과는 연령대에 따라 차이가 있었다. 이 같은 결과는 개인 및 집단 코칭 및 상담 실제에서 대상에 따라 강조점이 달라질 필요가 있음을 시사한다.

4차 산업혁명시대 공학계열 학습자 맞춤형 의사소통교육의 필요성과 방향에 관한 연구 (A Research on the Necessity and the direction of customized Communication Education for Engineering students in the Era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution)

  • This research points out the necessity of customized communication education for engineering students in the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. This paper also points out such problems of current communication education as presentation and discussion-focused 'Public Speech' exercises, absence of interests about social issues, and lack of interactive communication learning. In general, as the characteristics of their major education, engineering students are not aggressive in self-questioning and active communication rather than their sensitive reaction to the changes of the new era. Considering these characteristics of engineering students, this research emphasizes that future communication education should be deployed from the major-focused thinking to the development of convergent thinking, from the problem-solving to the problem-finding, and from the contentious thinking to the cooperative thinking. In addition, as a class design reflecting future trends, this research emphasizes, firstly the development of cooperative communication education model, secondly active utilization of SMART technology, and lastly the importance of customized-coaching for each student considering their own characteristics and requirements.

A Model for Illegal File Access Tracking Using Windows Logs and Elastic Stack

  • The process of tracking suspicious behavior manually on a system and gathering evidence are labor-intensive, variable, and experience-dependent. The system logs are the most important sources for evidences in this process. However, in the Microsoft Windows operating system, the action events are irregular and the log structure is difficult to audit. In this paper, we propose a model that overcomes these problems and efficiently analyzes Microsoft Windows logs. The proposed model extracts lists of both common and key events from the Microsoft Windows logs to determine detailed actions. In addition, we show an approach based on the proposed model applied to track illegal file access. The proposed approach employs three-step tracking templates using Elastic Stack as well as key-event, common-event lists and identify event lists, which enables visualization of the data for analysis. Using the three-step model, analysts can adjust the depth of their analysis.

  • In this paper, we develop a prototype of ITS(Intelligent Tutoring Systems) system: UNIX TUTOR. It is designed for the purpose of teaching the UNIX beginners the principal concepts of UNIX and the shell commands using the communication between the student and the system. UNIX TUTOR engages the student in a two-way conversation that is mixed-initiative dialogue and attempts to teach the student UNIX via the Socratic method of guided discovery and the Coaching method interchangeably. And the student model is based on both the overlay model and the buggy model together. Thus TUTOR aims at teaching the students effectively whose levels of learning are different using various explanations which are determined by the student model. Because the knowledge representation for UNIX-TUTOR is based on the frame structure and the production rules it is easy to represent the complicated constructs. UNIX TUTOR is implemented on the SPARC station using X/Motif and C for cp command among 10 ones which were selected.
