Assessment of the CO2 Emission Considering the Generator Maintenance Scheduling (발전기보수유지계획을 고려한 CO2배출량의 추정)

  • The $CO_2$ emission can be decreased due to freedom of generator maintenance scheduling(GMS). This paper proposes assessment of $CO_2$ emission considering generator maintenance scheduling(GMS) and evaluates effect of the GMS on $CO_2$ emission. And also, this paper assesses the $CO_2$ emission and the probabilistic production cost simulation of nuclear and thermal power generators considering operation of hydro and pumped generator. The minimum reliability criterion level satisfied production cost minimization function model is used in this paper. The practicality and effectiveness of the proposed approach are demonstrated by simulation studies for a real size power system in Korea in 2010.

  • This paper deals with dynamic study of co-generator system with derived dynamic models of generator, excitation system, and turbine/governor from field tests. Mainly this study concentrates on frequency control of demand users that have co-generator by under-frequency relay. We simulates dynamic study of co-generator system using EMTDC.

  • This system is an unified Digital Generator Controller. It has an Electronical Generator Sequencer which control the sequence of a generator, an AVR(Automatic Voltage Regulator) which perform the regulation of generator terminal voltage optimally to user's needs, and an Auto Synchronizer, it can switch the power source on from generally used an the generator to load automatically. It also possesses a Battery Charger which charge a storage battery to appropriate voltage level. Here we describe it's configuration, specifications, the way of control, figure, functions and waveforms.

  • 450mm 반도체 CVD 장비 개발 및 300mm F-CVD (Flowable CVD) 공정 개발에 있어서 공정 마진 확보 및 막질 품질 개선을 위해 주파수 가변형 RF Generator가 필수적으로 요구되고 있다. 20nm이하 STI (Shallow Trench Isolation), PMD (Pre-metal Dielectric) & IMD (Inter-Metal Dielectric) 미세공정 gap fill에 많은 문제점이 도출되고 있으며, 이유로는 Generator 고정 주파수에서 Matching Time delay 또는 Shooting에 의한 산포의 한계로 파악되었으며, 주파수 가변에 의한 고속 Tune 기능이 요구되어진다. 따라서 400kHz 주파수 가변형 RF-Generator 개발을 진행하였으며 본 논문을 통해 개발되어진 장비의 성능과 시험 평가한 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of after-treatment equipment and thermal storage devices for a heat recovery and combustor-type $CO_2$ generator fuelled a kerosene. To reduce the levels of harmful exhaust gases produced by a $CO_2$ generator, a catalyzed particulate filter(CPF) has been selected as an after-treatment device, by considering back pressure and exhaust gas temperature. The CO conversions of the catalyzed SiC filter(full plugging) were 92%, and the concentration of PM(particulate matter) was near ambient. A thermal recovery device was used to recover 13% of the heat energy from the exhaust gas through heat exchangers installed on the exhaust line of the $CO_2$ generator. 69% of the moisture within the exhaust gases was removed by condensing water, in order to minimize excessive humidity within the greenhouse.

  • The rotorbody and rotor winding of generator are isolated by an insulator and the output characteristic of the generator is maintained in the best states. Only when an insulation resistance between them is over a certain extent. The aim of this research is to develop the simulator for rotor earth fault detection circuits. It is composed of the power resource which is to control the virtual field voltage, stepping motor which is to give virtual ground. It is possible to inspect with the device and program developed in this study in the same as real operating condition and evaluate the integrity of generator rotor through the function of data acquisition and graphic output. If these technologies will be applied to the inspection, prevent a damage of the generator and contribute to improve maintenance reliance.

  • 본 논문에서는 박막형 태양전지 및 LCD 제조공정에서 증착 공정 후 챔버 내부에 쌓이는 Si(실리콘)을 화학적으로 세정하기 위한 F(불소) RADICAL을 공급하는 원격 고밀도 플라즈마를 발생시키기 위한 고출력 Generator에 대해 소개하고자 한다. 개발되어진 Generator는 입력 직류전원을 공유하여 7kW급 단일 Power Amp Module의 상호결합 및 전력분담에 대한 편차 극복을 위한 기술과 고조파 저감비가 우수한 대전력 필터를 구현하였고, 크기 및 부피의 축소를 위하여 필터의 Q Factor의 극대화 기술이 적용되어졌다. 개발된 400kHz 30kW Generator는 NF3 60리터의 대용량 Remote Plasma Source의 리액터를 구동시킬 수 있으며, 38kW급 DC Link, 7kW급 Power Amp module, LC 필터, Controller로 구성되어 진다. 개발된 장치는 실제 플라즈마 공정에서 시험 평가한 결과를 통해 검증할 수 있었다.

  • This paper presents a compact and portable high-voltage generator based on magnetic-core Tesla transformer for driving an UWB high power electromagnetic source. In order to optimize the performance of the high-voltage generator, a novel open-loop cylindrical magnetic-core adopting the quad-division lamination structure is proposed and manufactured. The designed high-voltage generator using the proposed magnetic core has a battery-powered operation and compact size of $280mm{\times}150mm$ in length and diameter, respectively. The high-voltage generator can produce a voltage pulse waveform with peak amplitude of 450 kV, a rise time of 1.5 ns, and pulse duration of 2.5 ns at the 800 V input voltage.

Development of Performance Analysis 80 kW High-efficiency Permanent Magnet Generator for Radar System Power Supply (레이더 체계 전원공급용 80 kW급 고효율 영구자석형 발전기 개발 및 성능분석)

  • Electrical power supply is needed to operate the radar system in the field. In addition, it should not cause performance deterioration under the environmental factors due to characteristics of military equipment, and should not cause malfunction due to electromagnetic waves generated in radar, and then should not cause malfunction in radar equipment. Therefore, By applying a permanent magnet to the rotor of the generator, light weighting and high efficiency of generator were achieved. As a result, electrical performance test of the generator, the rated output power was 80.8 kW, the maximum output power was 88.1 kW, and the output power efficiency was 98.1 % under the full load condition. When the load capacity of the generator was changed from no load to full load, the maximum voltage variation was 3.6 % and the frequency variation was 0.3 %. As a result of the transient response test for measuring the output power of the generator according to the load characteristics change, the maximum voltage variation of 7.9 %, frequency variation of 0.5 % were confirmed, and the transient response time was 2.1 seconds. Environmental tests were conducted in accordance with MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F to evaluate the operability of the generator groups. Normal operation of radar system generator group was confirmed under high temperature and low temperature environment conditions. Electromagnetic tests were conducted to check if electromagnetic wave generated from both radar system and generator group in operation caused any performance deterioration to each other. As a result, it was confirmed that the performance deterioration due to electromagnetic wave inflow, radiation, and conduction did not occur. It is expected that it should be possible to provide high efficiency power supply and stable power supply by applying to various military system as well as radar system.

  • Lithographic data obtained from PHS(polyhydroxy styrene) having various functionalities were investigated by using a photoacid generator based on diazo and onium type. Chemically amplified photoresist based on the KrF type photoresist was developed by using a photoacid generator and multi-functional resin. Thermal stability for the photoacid generator showed that the increase of loading amount of photoacid generator resulted in the decrease of glass transintion temperature (Tg). The photoacid generators having methyl, ethyl, or propyl group in their cationic structure produced T-top structure in pattern profile due to the effect of acid diffusion during the generation of acid in the resist. The increase of carbon chain length in the anionic structure of photoacid generators resulted in lower pattern resolution due to the interruption of acid diffusion.
