근관성형후 나타나는 동통에 관한 임상적 연구 (THE DEGREE AND INCIDENCE OF INTERAPPOINTMENT PAIN ASSOCIATED WITH CLINICAL FACTORS AFTER CANAL ENLARGEMENT)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine whether any clinical factors or conditions are associated with an increased incidence or degree of pain occuring during endodontic treatment in patients who begin treatment with no symptoms. The 260 teeth of 256 patients were surveyed and statistical analysis was used to determine whether a significant relationship existed between pain and any recorded clinical factors or conditions. The following conclusions were drawn. 1. No significant relationship between interappointment pain and any of the analyzed clinical factors or conditions except for fistula formation could be determined. 2. The presence of a draining fistula from a periapical lesion significantly decreased the posttreatment pain. 3. The judicious use of canal irrigants and canal medicaments is not associated with an increased incidence or degree of interappointment pain.

임상간호사의 직무스트레스 요인과 반응에 관한 메타분석 (Meta Analysis about the Causal Factors and the Effect of Job-stress of Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study analyzed domestic articles that studied job-stress of nurses using Meta Analysis to evaluate the responses resulted from job-stress and the factors affecting them. Method: To conduct this study, data were collected primarily from database of "richis" and additionally from 8 nursing journals and 5 theses for a degree on job-stress of clinical nurses. Result: As a result of Meta Analysis casual factor of job-stress, the result represented that two reasons; personal factor was the age, occupational factor were ward, duration of employment and position. By the result of analysis of effect of job-stress, satisfaction of the job, exhaustion, health status and immersion of the job were strongly related to job-stress. According to the general solution against job-stress that referred from job-stress related theses, there are several; Imagination Therapy, Assertive Training and Value Clarification Training could bring significant result. Conclusion: This study showed that because job-stress of clinical nurses had nothing to do with personal factors, job-stress management plans for nurses are needed to focus on occupational factors. Also the study suggested that various coping skills that proved to be effective are needed to be used to relieve job-stress and that's responses on nurses.

임상간호사의 시간관리 요인이 조직몰입 및 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Time Management on the Clinical Nurse's Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study was to analyze the effects of time management on the clinical nurse's organizational commitment and job satisfaction. Methods: Subjects were recruited in two general hospitals in Seoul and Incheon. Data collection was done using a self-report questionnaire. Time management was measured using the questionnaire developed by Han (1992). Organizational commitment and job satisfaction were measured using the questionnaire developed by Yoon (2000), based on Mowday et al. (1979) and Stamps et al. (1978). The data were analyzed using the SAS statistical package program, version 10.0. Specifically, descriptive statistics and stepwise multiple regression were performed. Results: The predictive time management factors for organizational commitment included deadline decision, simplification, and goal-setting. The predictive time management factors for job satisfaction included planning/making the priority order, deadline decision, simplification, asking for help, and responsibility reduction. Conclusion: Time management factors are highly correlated with organizational commitment and job satisfaction in clinical nurses. Deadline decision and simplification are common predictive factors for organizational commitment and job satisfaction. These results can be used to develop more effective time management strategies for increasing organizational effectiveness in clinical nurses.

임상간호사의 도덕적 고뇌 구조모형 구축 (A Structural Model on the Moral Distress in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was to build a path model geared toward explaining the relationships of influential variables for the moral distress of clinical nurses by analyzing literatures of earlier studies. Methods: Data were collected from four hospitals with 300 beds or more. The participants were 257 nurses with more than 1 year of clinical experience. The data collection period was from June 14 to October 24, 2017. The questionnaire included general and ethical education-related characteristics, personality type, moral dilemma experience, moral sensitivity, moral climate and moral distress. Results: The direct influencing factors of moral distress were the individual's experience of moral dilemma, moral sensitivity, and the moral climate of the organization. Factors that indirectly affected via moral sensitivity were personality type, experience in ethical education, and moral climate. The explanatory power was 40.3%. Conclusion: It is necessary to develop an intervention program that can reduce moral distress by considering the factors influencing the moral distress of clinical nurses. In addition, it is necessary to identify additional influencing factors of moral distress.

간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 스트레스 대처방식, 교수효율성, 가족지지가 임상실습만족도에 미치는 효과: 구조방정식 모형구축 (The Effect of Ego-resilience, Stress Coping Styles, Teaching, Effectiveness, and Family Support on Satisfaction of Clinical Practice in Nursing Students by AMOS Structural Equation Model)

  • Purpose: This study aimedto develop a structural equation model on the relationship among ego-resilience, and teaching effectiveness on clinical education, stress coping style, perceived family support, and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students in order to increase the satisfaction of clinical practice. Methods: The subjects were 399 undergraduate nursing students enrolled in 7 universities and participating in 10 clinical practice setting areas in 5 cities in South Korea. The research was conducted from December 5th, 2009 to February 20th, 2010. The structural equation model was used to perform the analysis with the statistics program of SPSS win 17.0 and AMOS 5.0. Results: Teaching effectiveness and family support showed a direct effect on satisfaction of clinical practice, while ego-resilience and stress coping styles showed an indirect effect. The biggest total effect on satisfaction of clinical practice was teaching effectiveness followed by family support, ego-resilience, and stress coping styles respectively, which accounted for 50.9%. Conclusion: Based on outcomes of this study, the proposed model allows better understanding of the satisfaction of clinical practice. This result implies that strategies or intervention programs enhancing extrinsic protection factors, motivation factors, and intrinsic protection factors should be considered. In addition, a structural support system for increasing the satisfaction level of clinical practice in nursing students should also be considered.

간호학생의 임상실습만족도에 미치는 융복합적 영향요인 (Convergence Factors Influencing Clinical Practice Satisfaction of Nursing Students)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 한국 간호학생의 임상실습만족도에 미치는 융복합적 영향요인을 확인하기 위해 조사되었다. 자료수집은 자가보고기입식 형태로 수집기간은 2015년 4월 1일부터 5월 15일까지였으며, 연구대상자는 일개 중소규모의 4년제 대학의 간호학생 83명이었다. 자료분석은 SPSS 22.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 서술적 통계, T-test, 분산분석(ANOVA), 피어슨 상관관계 및 단계적 다중회귀분석 방법을 사용하였다. 전공만족도는 대상자의 연령에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 임상실습만족도는 전공만족도와 임상역량 모두 유의한 순상관관계를 나타냈다. 임상실습만족도에 유의하게 영향을 미치는 요인은 전공만족도와 임상역량이었으며, 두 요인이 전체 변량의 26%를 나타내었다. 따라서 한국 간호학생의 전공만족도와 임상역량을 증진시키기 위해서는 간호학생에게 임상적응프로그램과 프리셉터 교육을 제공하는 것이 필요하다.

방사선학과 학생이 교외 임상실습에서 경험한 스트레스 요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Stress Factors Radiology Students Experience During Outdoor Clinical Training)

  • 방사선(학)과 학생들이 임상실습 시 경험할 수 있는 스트레스 요인을 분석하여 효율적인 임상실습교육과 개선에 도움을 주고자 본 연구를 진행하였다. 연구방법은 부산 경남 지역 5개 대학 방사선학과 학생들 중 임상실습을 경험한 학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 5가지 스트레스 항목 중 환경요인이 가장 높은 스트레스 원으로 나타났으며, 다음으로 이상과 가치, 역할 및 활동 순으로 나타났다. 또한 일상에서 느끼는 스트레스보다 임상실습 시 느끼는 스트레스가 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 토대로 임상실습 스트레스를 줄인다면 학생들의 임상실습 만족도를 높이는데 기여하는 것은 물론 임상실습의 질 또한 향상시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

임상치과위생사의 감성지능이 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors affecting clinical dental hygienist emotional intelligence on burnout)

  • 본 연구는 임상치과위생사의 감성지능이 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 임상치과위생사의 감성지능이 소진에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하여 임상치과위생사의 인적자원의 효율적인 관리와 고객 서비스의 질을 향상시킬 수 있는 임상 치위생 조직 관리를 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 연구하였다. 연구기간은 2017년 2월 6일부터 5월 31일까지 전라북도에 근무하는 임상치과위생사 394명을 대상으로 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 임상치과위생사의 감성지능은 소진과 유의한 음의 상관관계(r=-.623, p<.001)를 나타났으며, 감성지능이 높을수록 소진은 유의하게 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 소진의 하위영역인 정서적 고갈(r=-.316, p<.001), 비인격화(r=-.474, p<.001), 성취감 저하(r=.639, p<.001)와 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타났다. 임상치과위생사의 소진에 관련요인으로 자신의 감성이해, 타인의 감성이해, 감성활용이 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과로 감성지능이 소진에 연관성이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 임상치과위생사로 생산성을 높이기 위해서는 감성지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발이 절실히 필요하다. 앞으로 임상치과위생사의 감성지능을 높여 소진을 감소시킬 수 있는 효율적인 전략 구축이 마련되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing Nursing Professionalism in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose : In order to respond to the needs of society, it is necessary for nursing students to develop into their professional roles and form a higher degree of positive nursing professionalism. This study investigated clinical practice stress, clinical practice satisfaction, academic major satisfaction, and self-esteem among nursing students, and identified factors influencing their nursing professionalism. Methods : The participants of this study were 200 nursing students who used the internet and e-mail, and who understood the purpose and methods of this study. Data were collected from June 21 to July 27, 2021. Data analysis, including the independent t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson correlation coefficients, and multiple regression, was performed using SPSS version 26.0. Results : The mean score was 3.52±.47 for nursing professionalism, 2.99±.56 for clinical practice stress, 3.35±.44 for clinical practice satisfaction, 3.75±.55 for academic major satisfaction, and 3.49±.78 for self-esteem. There were no significant differences in nursing professionalism according to general characteristics. Nursing professionalism was positively correlated with clinical practice satisfaction (r=.36, p<.001), academic major satisfaction (r=.57, p<.001), and self-esteem (r=.41, p<.001), but negatively correlated with clinical practice stress (r=-.41, p<.001). Factors influencing nursing professionalism included academic major satisfaction (𝛽=.39, p<.001) and clinical practice stress (𝛽=-.16, p=.021). These variables explained 36 % of variance in nursing professionalism (F=29.43, p<.001). Conclusion : These findings indicate that academic major satisfaction and clinical practice stress could be considered in effective nursing educational interventions to improve nursing professionalism in nursing students. Therefore, multidimensional efforts are needed to establish educational programs for nursing students aiming to enhance their nursing professionalism. In addition, these findings will be helpful for establishing various emotional control programs for the management of clinical practice stress among nursing students.

간호학생의 임상수행능력 영향 요인 (Affecting Factors on Clinical Competence of Nursing Students)

  • 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 정도를 확인하고 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향 정도를 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 경기도 소재의 일 대학 간호과 2학년에 재학 중인 학생 207명이었으며, 자료수집기간은 2014년 8월 25일부터 9월 15일까지 이었다. 연구결과 임상수행능력은 간호학전공 만족도, 임상실습 만족도에 따라 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 전문직 자아개념, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도적 학습능력과 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 대상자의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기주도적 학습능력, 전문직 자아개념, 비판적 사고성향 순이었다. 본 연구결과에 의하면 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 영향요인을 고려한 효율적인 교육프로그램의 개발이 요구된다.
