기존 한글 키보드를 이용한 훈민정음 기반의 한글 병음 중국어 입력기 개발 (Aparatus and Method for Inputting Chinese Based on Hunminjeongeum Using Korean Input Keyboard)

  • Chinese is the most spoken language in the world. However, because Chinese is a hieroglyphic language, using Chinese in a digital environment is very inconvenient. Chinese users are using Pinyin for Chinese input, but the phonetic representation of the Latin alphabet is not good. Hunminjeongeum has an excellent phonetic representation which can improve Chinese usage in digital environment. Therefore, it is possible to improve the use of Chinese by Chinese users in digital environment and to help Korean users who are learning Chinese. Therefore, this paper proposes a Chinese input method using Hunminjeongeum. In addition, we develop an input software using this input method and verify its effectiveness by evaluating usability.

  • The objective of this study is to investigate what factors influence a major role in building trust on Internet shopping mall and to examine whether these factors on trust have differences between Korean and Chinese users. Based on relevant literature review, this study posits six factors of transaction security, perceived reputation, Perceived size, interactivity, propensity of trust, and familiarity as key determinants of trust in internet shopping mall. Analysis of 470 responses(Korean: 320 users, Chinese: 150 users) of survey questionnaire indicates the following; First, in terms of the relationship between influencing factors and the trust, five factors of transaction security, perceived reputation, perceived size, interactivity, and propensity to trust have a significant positive effects on the trust. Second, the differences between Korean and Chinese users are transaction security, perceived size, and familiarity. In conclusions, we suggested the factors to create user trust in internet shopping mall. Also we suggested differences in the determinant factors between Korean and Chinese users, and discussed some policies to build the trust in each user types.

For the Korean samples, transaction security and interactivity were the only significant influencing factors. For the Chinese samples, perceived reputation and perceived size were the only significant factors. In terms of individual characteristics factors, the influencing factors were found identical for the samples. Both propensity to trust and familiarity were significant factors in both Korean and Chinese samples. Based on the findings, managerial implications are discussed in building user trust in internet shopping mall in Korean and Chinese market.

  • 본 연구는 국내 무인 편의점에서 중국과 한국인의 사용자 경험을 측정하는 것에 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구대상인 이마트24 셀프스토어 김포DC점을 경험한 적 있는 중국인과 한국인 사용자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 인터뷰는 피터 모빌의 허니콤 모델의 7가지 원칙에 따라 설정했다. 연구 결과, 중국인 사용자의 만족도는 한국인 사용자보다 높은 것을 알 수 있었다. 인간미를 중시하지만, 더 빠른 속도를 추구하는 사회문화의 영향으로 한국인 사용자는 이마트24 셀프스토어에 큰 불편함을 느끼는 반면, 중국인 사용자는 외국인 사용자를 거의 고려하지 않는 시스템이 다소 문제점으로 제기되었다. 이 연구는 이마트24 셀프스토어가 더 많은 문화적 배경을 가진 사용자를 만족시키는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.

The Study of Factors Influencing the Intention of Continuous Usage Using Augmented Reality Games: Comparative Analysis of Korean and Chinese Users

  • This study is to focuses on users' attitudes toward augmented reality games. Based on the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Flow theory, continuous usage intention was set as a dependent variable, and immersion was set as a mediating variable. As independent variables, spatial presence, perceived interactivity, perceived pleasure, and sickness were set. Besides, this study strived to compare and analyze Korean and Chinese Data. The results of this study were as follows. First of all, Korean users significantly affected spatial presence, perceived pleasure, and immersion. Spatial presence and perceived pleasure had also mediated effects on continuous usage intention through immersion. However, perceived interactivity and sickness did not affect immersion and even no mediating effect to continuous usage intention. In the case of Chinese users, spatial presence, perceived interactivity, and perceived pleasure were grouped into one variable. This variable influenced immersion and also had mediated effect on continuous usage intention. However, sickness, like Korean users, did not affect the set path. This study had implications for analyzing user perspective using immersion, a significant variable in previous research. In addition, this study found similarities and characteristics through a comparative analysis between Korean and Chinese users indirectly.

중국 모바일 결제서비스의 발전과 사용동기 - 중국 모바일 결제서비스 알리페이, 위챗페이를 중심으로 - (Growth and Motivations for Chinese Mobile Payment Service: An Empirical Study Using Ali-Pay and Wechat-Pay Users in Chinese Market)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is how Chinese users' personal traits affect the intention to use mobile payment. This research selects personal innovativeness and habit of cash payment as personal traits, and considers perceived risks and relative advantage as personal beliefs. In addition, the research divided perceived risks into three multi-faceted risks, which are privacy risk, financial risk and performance risk. Methods: The method of this study used questionnaire survey to collect 241 data on users' perception on mobile payment, and also used a structural equation modeling method. Results: The result of this paper shows that all hypotheses are statistically significant except 4 hypotheses. Conclusion: The result of this study found that personal innovativeness is negatively related with all 3 kinds of perceived risks as anticipated. And Chinese users' traditional habit of cash payment negatively affects intention to use mobile payment but is not statistically significant affecting three perceived risks. Among perceived risks, privacy risk is the most negatively influencing factor to relative advantage.

How Chinese Online Media Users Respond to Carbon Neutrality: A Quantitative Textual Analysis of Comments on Bilibili, a Chinese Video Sharing Platform

  • This research investigates how users of Bilibili, a video sharing website based in China have responded to carbon neutrality. By conducting quantitative textual analyses on 3,311 comments on Bilibili using LDA topic extraction and content statistics, this research discovers that: (1) Bilibili users have assigned more weight to geopolitical topics (56.3%) than energy (22.0%) and environmental topics (21.7%). (2) When assessing carbon neutrality, Bilibili users considered geopolitical (53.8%) and energy factors (15.8%) more heavily than factors related to the class (9.2%), economy (8.9%), environment (8.7%), and definition (3.6%). (3) More Bilibili users had negative (64.6%) attitudes towards carbon neutrality, with only a small portion of them expressing positive (26.8%) and neutral (8.6%) attitudes. (4) Negative attitudes towards carbon neutrality were mainly driven by geopolitical concerns about the West's approach to China, other countries' free-riding on China's efforts and the West's manipulation of rules, doubts about the feasibility of energy transition and suspicion of capitalists exploiting consumers through this concept. This research highlights the geopolitical concerns behind the environmental attitudes of Chinese people, deepening our understanding to psychological constructs and crisis sensitivity of Chinese people towards environmental issues.

A NOVEL METHOD FOR CHINESE INK PAINTING COLORIZATION

  • The Chinese Ink Painting is an art with long history in Chinese culture. Painters can obtain various kinds of scenery by mixing water and ink properly. These papers provides a colorization technique that can transfer gray scale paintings to color paintings. Various colorization techniques for photorealistic images have good results. But these techniques are uncertainly suitable for Chinese Ink Painting. In our method, users only provide a gray scale Chinese Ink Painting and a similar color Chinese Ink Painting subjectively, system can automatically transfer the color from color painting to gray scale painting. We also provide a method for users to refine the automatically generated result.

스마트폰 이용자의 전환의도에 관한 비교연구: 한국과 중국 (A comparative study of switching intention of Smartphone users: Korean and Chinese)

  • 본 연구는 스마트폰 이용고객이 현 이동통신업체에서 타제품 및 통신사 변경 등으로 전환하려고 할 경우 고객의 주관적 판단에 미치는 요인은 무엇이며, 이러한 전환의도가 궁극적으로 전환기대성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 한국과 중국소비자를 중심으로 연구모형을 제시하였다. 분석 결과 한국 중국이용자 모두 전환의도는 전환기대성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 브랜드신뢰성, 기능품질 및 거래의 전반적분위기는 전환의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 그러나 개인혁신성은 한국이용자의 경우 전환의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치나, 중국의 경우에는 통계적으로 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 콘텐츠품질의 경우 전환의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석된 것은 중국이용자의 경우이고 한국이용자는 통계적으로 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 확인 되었다. 본 연구는 양 국가 이용자 간 문화적 차이점이 존재함을 실증분석을 통해 제시되었기 때문에 스마트폰 이용고객 유지 및 관리를 위한 전략적 방안에 많은 시사점을 제공하였다.
