Objective: The purpose of this study is to examine young children's social experiences during COVID-19. In this study, social experiences are defined as children's social interactions and relationships, their educational experiences, and their daily life experiences in child care centers. Methods: Participants include nine child care teachers and fifteen young children. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with individual teachers, interviews with young children, and small group storytelling activities with young children. Results: The main findings in exploring meanings and implications of childcare consulting were as follows. First, childcare consulting was recognized as a process of learning about changes through mutual relationships. Second, the different ways to practice childcare consulting, the formation of the learning culture of an organization to help experience collective intelligence, the process of finding various solutions through mutual communication, and the improvement of childcare teachers' professional capabilities while reflecting the current times and context were all investigated. Conclusion/Implications: Given the findings of the study, the importance of childcare consulting, and the ways to establish its systems were discussed.

In this study, the investigator distributed total 100 questionnaires by childcare center teachers in final analysis. The purposes of the study were to examine teachers' perceptions of early childhood music education provided by childcare centers or kindergartens and also the difficulties they experienced with the instruction of early childhood music education and thus provide basic data to develop an educational program for early childhood teachers and search for a direction in early childhood music education in the field of education. The findings were summarized as follows: Both kindergarten and childcare center teachers showed a high perception level of need for and importance of early childhood music education. The teachers thought that early childhood music education facilitated the development of young children across all areas and promoted their pleasure and expressive abilities. Providing music education, the teachers faced difficulties due to the lack of musical knowledge, basic musical skills, and experiences with and confidence in musical activities. They also felt a need for teacher education.

본 연구의 목적은 보육교사의 정서노동과 회복탄력성 및 소진 간 관계를 살펴보고, 정서노동과 회복탄력성이 소진에 미치는 영향을 고찰하는 것이다. 연구대상은 수도권 소재 어린이집에 근무 중인 보육교사 251명이다. 연구대상의 정서노동과 회복탄력성 및 소진은 설문지를 사용하여 조사했다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0을 활용하여 분석했으며, 기술통계분석과 Pearson 상관관계분석 및 중다회귀분석을 실시했다. 자료분석에서 소진과 회복탄력성은 총점을 사용했으며, 정서노동은 하위요인(자연적행동, 내면적행동, 표면적행동) 점수를 사용했다. 연구결과로는 첫째, 보육교사의 자연적행동과 내면적행동은 소진과 부적 상관관계이고, 표면적행동은 소진과 정적 상관관계인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 보육교사의 표면적행동은 소진에 정적 영향을 미쳤고, 회복탄력성은 소진에 부적 영향을 주는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

본 연구는 장애유아담당 보육교사를 대상으로 긍정심리자본, 원장 및 동료교사의 사회적 지지, 행복감 간의 관계를 분석하고 긍정심리자본과 행복감 관계에서 원장 및 동료교사의 사회적 지지의 매개효과를 분석하는데 목적을 둔 실증적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 목적과 문제를 해결하기 위해 경기 지역 보육교사 205명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 수집된 설문 자료는 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석과 기술통계, 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석을 통해 나타난 본 연구의 결론을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 긍정심리자본, 사회적 지지, 행복감 간에는 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났고, 긍정심리자본과 원장 및 동료교사의 사회적 지지는 보육교사 행복감에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 긍정심리자본과 행복감 관계에서 원장의 사회적 지지, 동료교사의 사회적 지지는 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 보육교사의 행복감 증진을 위해 긍정심리자본과 원장 및 동료교사의 사회적 지지는 중요한 역할을 할 수 있음을 시사하고 있어 장애유아담당 보육교사의 행복감 증진을 위해 긍정심리자본을 구축하고 사회적 지지를 함양하는 다양한 프로그램을 개발하여 적용할 필요가 있을 것이다.

The study aimed to improve the injury belief, injury prevention behavior, and safety fulfillment confidence of teachers of infants and toddlers in childcare centers. The study subjects were 376 teachers who were assigned to either the intervention group or the control group. The intervention group participated in an Injury Prevention Program for infants and toddlers for 100 minutes once a week for a total of 5 sessions, while the control group did not. The collected data were statistically analyzed through the independent t-test and paired t-test. The injury belief and injury prevention behavior test scores of the teachers in the intervention group were significantly increased compared to those in the control group after the completion of the five-week program.

본 연구는 보육교사의 전문성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향정도를 분석하고 보육교사의 직무성과를 높여 교사 효능감을 증진 시키고 직무 만족에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 수집된 자료의 통계처리는 SSPPWIN 21.0 프로그램을 통해 살펴본 결과, 보육교사가 인식하고 있는 전문적 지식과 이해, 기술, 태도의 수준이 높으면 높을수록 직무성과가 높게 나타났으며, 보육교사의 연령과 학력, 경력이 높을수록 전문성에 대한 수준이 높았으며, 전문성에 대한 필요성과 중요성을 자각한다고 볼 수 있다. 또한 어린이집 유형별에 맞는 운영 방안을 개발하고, 보육서비스의 질을 높이기 위한 보육관련 행정기관이나 지자체 차원의 다양한 정책적, 제도적 뒷받침이 필요하다. 보육교사 전문성과 직무성과 증진을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고 정기적인 교육, 연수 및 워크샵 등을 실시하여 보육현장에 적용할 수 있도록 지원해야 할 것이다. 본 연구는 보육교사의 전문성이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 확인함으로써 어린이집 보육교사의 바람직한 전문성 및 효율적인 조직목표달성을 위한 어린이집 전문성 수준의 증진 방안과 어린이집 보육교사의 직무성과를 높여 교사 효능감을 증진 시키고 직무 만족에 도움이 되는 기초자료를 제공하는데 의의가 있다.

이 연구의 목적은 예비보육교사들이 지각한 보육실습 스트레스와 보육실습 과정에서 느끼는 갈등이 보육실습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇인지를 알아보고자 하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 통계 패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 평균과 표준편차를 구하였다. 또한 신뢰도 검증과 각 변인간의 관련성을 알아보기 위해 상관관계 분석 및 다면적 회귀분석 방법을 활용하였다. 연구결과에 대하여 첫째, 예비보육교사들의 보육실습 스트레스에서는 보육실습 스트레스 내용과 실습환경이, 보육실습 과정에서 느끼는 갈등은 유아와의 갈등과 자신과의 갈등이, 보육실습 만족도에서는 실습교과 및 실습지도와 실습환경이 높게 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비보육교사들의 보육실습 스트레스, 보육실습 과정에서 느끼는 갈등, 보육실습 만족도 인식에서 통계적으로 유의미한 부적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 예비 보육교사들의 보육실습 스트레스와 보육실습 과정에서 느끼는 갈등의 하위요인이 보육실습 만족도의 하위요인 모두에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과로 볼 때, 보육전공 학생들의 보육실습 스트레스와 보육실습 과정에서 느끼는 갈등을 덜 경험하도록 하는 철저한 실습전 교육 및 현장 직무중심 교육과정을 운영하여 보육실습 만족도가 향상되도록 효과적인 방안 모색 연구가 진행되어야 할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between surface/deep acting in emotion labor, the collectivism and the organizational commitment of teachers in kindergartens and childcare centers. The subjects were 212 teachers employed in kindergartens or childcare centers in Daegu and Gyeongbuk Province. The collected data were analyzed by mean of Pearson's correlation, simple regression, hierarchial regression, by the use of SPSS Win 15.0. The results of our study are as follows. (1) Collectivism was positively associated with deep acting in emotion labor but not with surface acting. (2) Organizational commitment was positively associated with deep acting in emotion labor but not with surface acting. (3) Collectivism operated as a main effect with organizational commitment being observed to increase as collectivism increased. In addition, interaction effects of deep acting in emotion labor and collectivism on organizational commitment were observed, however, no interaction effects were seen in term of surface acting in emotion labor and collectivism on organizational commitment.

Objectives: In this study, existing knowledge and needs of childcare teachers for developing oral health education plans for infants and young children were investigated. Methods: From March to April 2023, an online questionnaire survey led to the collection of data from 150 childcare teachers. Data were analyzed using the SPSS 22.0 program. Results: Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) revealed that importance and knowledge of oral health education, importance of oral health, and prevention of oral diseases were priority areas, and treatment, symptoms, and causes were priority areas that needed improvement . According to the IPA on the importance of and demand for oral health education support, the importance and demand for an educational plan were both high. Expert education based on educational goals, information sharing, educational environment support, evaluation system, and monitoring was low in importance but high in demand. Conclusions: Oral care habits during infancy are important for maintaining oral health throughout life. Oral care practice should be improved by developing an oral health education plan for childcare teachers to implement.

이 논문은 보육교사의 직무에서 정서표현규칙의 하위요인과 정서노동 수행전략 간의 관계 및 영향력을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울 지역 어린이집에 근무하는 보육교사 268명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 자료 분석을 위해 상관관계 분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 정서표현규칙 지각은 정서노동의 내면행동, 표면행동과 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 내면행동은 정서표현규칙의 교육, 몰입, 공정성, 명확성과 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서표현규칙 지각은 표면행동, 내면행동에 정적인 영향을 미치고, 정서표현규칙에 대한 몰입이 내면행동에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 정서노동을 지원하고 교사의 정서관리 능력향상을 위한 교육방향을 제안하였다.
