물류산업의 "괜찮은 일자리(Decent Work)" 결정요인에 관한 연구 : 전체산업 모형과의 비교를 중심으로 (A Study on the Determinants of "Decent Work" in the Logistics Industry : Focusing on the comparison with whole industries)

  • 본 연구는 물류산업에서 괜찮은 일자리 결정요인을 규명하였고 분석 결과를 물류산업 노동 관련 정책 입안을 위한 기초자료로서의 활용과 물류산업 특성에 맞는 정책을 마련하는 데 목적이 있다. 모형의 종속변수는 첫 번째 연구에서 도출한 괜찮은 일자리(Decent Job) 여부를 활용하였고, 물류산업 일자리가 가지는 고유한 특성을 파악하기 위해 전체산업의 패널 자료로 대상 모형을 도출한 후 이를 물류산업 모형에 적용하였다. 그 결과 전체산업의 괜찮은 일자리 모형에서 유의미한 요인으로 분석되었던 '나이(age)', '성별(sex)', '교대근무(shift)' 변수는 물류산업 모형에서 유의미하지 않은 것으로 분석되었다. 특히 타 선행연구와 본 연구의 한국노동패널조사(KLIPS) 데이터를 활용한 일자리 모형에서 '나이(age)' 변수는 대부분 나이가 많을수록 직무만족도 및 소득 생산성이 높게 나타나 물류산업의 경우도 비슷한 결과가 나올 것으로 예상하였으나, 물류산업의 경우는 '나이(age)' 변수가 '괜찮은 일자리(Decent Work)' 취업을 결정하는 요인이 아닌 것으로 나타났다. 전체산업과 물류산업이 공통으로 괜찮은 일자리(Decent Work)에 종사하기 위해 가장 중요한 요인은 '건강상태(health)' 요인으로 나타났다. 선행연구와 마찬가지로 일반적인 직무만족도, 소득생산성, 승진 등을 위해서는 개인적 특성인 '건강상태(health)'가 괜찮은 일자리(Decent Work)에 종사하기 위해 중요하다는 것이 본 연구에서도 다시 한번 입증되었다. 따라서 물류산업은 전체산업에 비해 '직업훈련'을 통해 물류 산업의 전문성을 키우는 것이 정규 교육과정을 통해 '학력수준'을 높이는 것보다 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 이는 특히 본연구에서 분석한 세부 물류산업 중 괜찮은 일자리 종사자 비율이 높은 '철도운송업', '내륙 수상 및 항만 내 운송업', '항공 화물 운송업' 등의 경우 전문화된 직업훈련이 필요한 분야로 이와 같은 물류산업의 특성이 반영된 것으로 보인다. 따라서 정규 교육과정을 통해서 배우는 학문적 영역과 더불어 직업훈련 등의 추가적인 인력양성 프로그램을 통해 직무의 전문성을 키우는 것이 물류산업뿐만 아니라 타 산업에서도 '괜찮은 일자리(Decent Work)'에 종사하는 데에 매우 중요한 요인인 것으로 나타났다.

  • 낙후된 국내 건설관리기술을 선진화$\cdot$합리화하기 위한 방안 중의 하나로 공정-공사비 통합관리가 많은 주목을 받고 있다. 정부에서도 공정과 공사비의 통합관리의 필요성을 인식하고 이의 도입을 적극검토하고 있다 실제로 해외공사를 통해서 양성된 국내 공정관리 전문가들의 노력으로 최근 일부 공공기관의 건설사업에서는 공정-공사비 통합관리를 부분적으로 활용하고 있는 상황이다. 그러나 그 기법 및 전산모델이 이론에 국한된 것이거나 국내의 특수한 여건을 수용하지 못하는 것이 대부분이기 때문에 활용에 많은 어려움이 있으며 국내 건설환경에 완전하게 정착되지 못하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 통합관리의 정착을 지연시키는 국내의 특수한 여건 및 문제점을 파악하고 이를 토대로 국내 건설현장에서 적용할 수 있도록 공정-공사비 통합모델의 개선방안을 제시하는 것이다.

기혼남녀근로자의 일-생활 만족유형화 연구: 직장내 휴가관련 가족친화제도를 중심으로 (Types of Work-Life Satisfaction among Married Wage Workers: Focusing on Family-Friendly Leave Policies in the Workplace)

  • The purpose of this research was, first, to classify work-life satisfaction among married wage workers aged 20-59 years into several distinct types based on two dimensions of work and life, using data from the 20th(2017) wave of the Korean Labor & Income Panel Study. Second, the study aimed to assess the differences in socio-demographic characteristics (sex, age, educational level, average monthly income), and workplace-related variables (weekly working hours, full-time employment, job stability, business type, family-friendly leave policies) by work-life satisfaction type. Accordingly, four types of work-life satisfaction were identified: work-life satisfaction, work-life dissatisfaction, work satisfaction, and life satisfaction. There was a significant difference in the type of work-life satisfaction among married waged workers based on sex, age, educational level, and average monthly income. Additionally, there was a significant difference in the type of work-life satisfaction for all workplace-related variables, namely, weekly working hours, full-time employment, job stability, business type, and family-friendly leave policies. In particular, proportionally higher values of work-life satisfaction were evident among the workers in companies with family-friendly leave policies such as paid leave, menstrual leave, maternity leave, childcare leave, and family events leave, whereas there was a high rate of work-life dissatisfaction among the workers in companies without family-friendly leave policies.

수도권 거주 중년층의 노후의 일.여가 의식과 자립형 노인커뮤니티 입주의사와의 관계 (Attitudes Toward Work and Leisure in Later Life and Intention to Move to Senior Community Available to Work Among 50's in Seoul, Incheon and Kyunggido)

  • The purpose of this research was to find out relation between the attitudes toward work and leisure in later life and intention to move to senior community available to work among 50's in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyunggido. The same research questions would be revealed as the previous one done by Cho & Cho(2006). The data were the part of the survey collected from 556 respondents with questionnaire during November, 2002 by the Hong's research team(2004). The results of this study showed that most respondents were somewhat actively preparing toward work in later life and the level of preparation differed by the individual characteristics such as age, health and occupation. They preferred various work items specially managing facility center, raising animals and plants, and managing educating center, which were different from what current elderly workers were mainly involved in. Similarly to the work, most respondents cared for the kind of leisure activities to continue and saved money for the leisure expenses in later life. The better the economic conditions, the more actively prepared for leisure in later life. They were strongly expected to participate in public leisure facilities and programs for the elderly as a user, volunteer, and/or activist. Over two thirds of the respondents preferred to work and live together in later life and over two out of five had intention to move to the senior community available to work. The more active in work and/or leisure in later life, the higher intention to work together and/or to move to the community. Those results generally supported the previous research showed that the needs of work and leisure in later life would be increased and varied, therefor housing for the elderly should considered work space and program as well as leisure. The further study was suggested to focus on the potential and current residents in the sample case of the comprehensive welfare town for the elderly by local administration.

A study on work-family compatibility of female wage workers with underage children

  • 본 연구는 미성년 자녀를 둔 임금근로 여성의 일과 가정의 양립에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 실증 연구이다. 분석 자료는 한국여성정책연구원의 여성가족패널조사(Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women & Families) 7차 웨이브의 1,113명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구방법으로는 '사회적 지원(가정 내 지원, 모성보호 지원, 보육 및 교육서비스)'과 '일자리 특성', '인구사회학적 변인', '남편의 특성'이 '일과 가정의 양립' 및 '갈등'에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 다중회귀분석을 활용하였다. 분석결과 남편의 직장생활지지, 기업 내의 성차별, 여성의 교육연수는 일과 가정의 양립을 강화하는 요인으로 분석되었다. 그리고 기업 내의 성차별, 보육 및 교육시설 이용도, 미성년 자녀수, 남편 연령, 남편의 돌봄 도움만족도, 남편의 직장생활지지는 일과 가정의 갈등 요인으로 분석되었다. 따라서 일과 가정의 양립을 강화하는 방향이 장기적인 정책 방향이라면, 단기적으로는 갈등요인을 감소시킬 수 있는 정책의 보완 및 강화가 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 미성년 자녀를 둔 임금근로 여성들의 모성보호와 일과 가정의 양립을 강화시키기 위한 객관적이고 학술적인 자료로 활용되기를 기대한다.

도시주부의 가사노동 조직화 및 관리자 유형 분석 (Some Determinants of manager Style and household Work Organization on the Urban Homemakers in Korea)

  • The main objective of this dissertation is to find out the measurement methods of household work organization and manger style and the quantitative analysis methods of influential factors on household work organization and manager style. Subjects were homemakers living in metropolitan , medium and small cities. Questionnaires were sent to subjects and usable responses were 1139 out of 1239 received questionnaires. Data collected through both preliminary and main survey were analyzed by using frequencies, percentage, analysis of variance, chi-square test and pearson's correlation analysis. Results are as follows; 1) The degree of household work organization was distributed on upper middle level exceeding middle score. Among subsystems of household work such as task assignment , test regularization, task arrangement and task standardization. subjects show the highest positive attitude in task standardization. 2) The characteristics of management in household work have task centered orientation. By the prority of task centered orientation, the order was integrated style. dedicated style. It means that the most ideal style is an integrated style which accounts for one-third of the total homemakers. 3) Household organization's subsystems and household work manager style are related with socio-demographic variables. Integrated style is significantly related with homemaker's employment and having helpers for household work. homemakers who are employed and have helpers for household work exhibit high scores in task assignment and task arrangement. Dedicated style is significantly related with homemaker's age and the number of children. Homemakers who are older and have many children exhibit high scores in task assignment. Related style is significantly related with marriage duration, education level and income level. Homemakers who have a long marriage duration exhibit high scores in task assignment and who have high education and income level exhibit high scores in task regularization. Seperates style is significantly related with homemaker's age m marriage duration an family life cycle. homemakers who ar older, have a long marriage duration and are of late stage in family life cycle exhibit seperated style and high scores in organization. To summarize research findings, household work manger and household work organization are related with family life experiences, and task assignment is an influential variable on manager style. in conclusion, it is evident that household work organization emphasizes efficiency as cognitive component and such organization. Finally it is necessary to broaden this research considered social psychological variables. And also it needs to build household manger style models appropriate fro the characteristics of each style.

자동차 제조업 근로자들의 작업유형과 작업자세 (Work Types and Work Postures of the Workers in an Automobile Industry)

  • To investigate the working characteristics of the workers by place of duty, a study was carried out among 591 male workers aged 20-55 employed in an automobile industry in Korea. Workers participated to this study were divided into low back pain(LBP) and control group, according to the self-reports by written questionnaires. Work factors and complaint rates of low back pain were compared to the work places. The results were as follows ; 1) The complaint rates of low back pain were 49.2%(292 men) as a whole, 58.6%(34 men) in Production Control Department I, 50.2%(120 men) in Stamping Tool Department, 46.9%(138 men) in Bus Department. 2) Lifting and earring work of individual workers were directly associated with low back pain. Frequency of lifting and carring work is higher in the Final Body Section(Production Dept. I) and Body I Section(Bus Dept.). 3) LBP group were more frequently involved in working in awkward position(Quality Control Section of Stamping Tool Dept.), bending(Body I Section of Bus Dept.) and twisting posture(Sash Section and Body I Section of Bus Dept.). 4 )Workers exposed to vibration during working shows the higher complaint rate of low back pain.

사례관리자의 직무스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Affective Factors of Case Managers' Occupational Stress)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to learn the affective factors of case managers' occupational stress. Method: A total of 986 participants responded to a self-administered questionnaire that included 24 items of Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Short Form (KOSQSF), job satisfaction index, health behaviors, general characteristics, and variables related to work. The data collection of research was done from 17th to 21th of September, 2007. The data were analysed by t-test, ANOVA, and multiple regression with SPSS 11.1 package program. Result: The results of this study were as follows: The overall job satisfaction rate of men and women was highly than that of the Korean worker's standard. There were statistically significant differences in occupational stress in work place, work department, work position, smoking, treatment in out-patient clinic, subjective & relative health-status, work load, supervisor's review on work-ability, and job satisfaction. According to the multi-variate analysis, occupational stress(47.6%) was related to job satisfaction, workload, individual work-ability, supervisor's review on work-ability, health status and gender. Conclusion: Occupational stress varied depending on the ten variables and was influenced by job satisfaction(35.7%) and 5 other variables. The results suggest that further follow-up study on case managers is necessary to relieve their occupational stress.

건축용 시멘트 혼합토의 워커빌리티 특성 (Workability Characteristics of Cement-Mixed Soil for Architecture)

  • This study was conducted by the slump test and the consistency test of the cement mixed soil which is soil mixed with cement to investigate and estimate the difficulty degree of work and the proper water content. So I would like to present the fundamental data that establish the work standard of the cement mixed soil. In conclusion, in this study the slump value of the cement mixed soil increases over-all according to the increase of the water content although it has a little difference of the increase range and it is smaller than one of the soil. It is estimated that the aggregating and throwing work of the cement mixed soil which is mixed with 6% and 9% cement would be fine when it has the $25%{\sim}27%$ water content and the wall plastering work is the $30%{\sim}32%$ and the floor plastering work is the $30%{\sim}35%$ and the flowing and pouring work is the $40%{\sim}42%$ water content as well as the mold compacting work is the 20%.

  • 현대의 건축공사는 고층화 추세에 따라 반복공정의 수가 증가하고, 마감공사에서의 관련 공종 수가 증가하여 작업연속성에 대한 계획 및 공사관리가 중요하게 인식되고 있다. 이러한 마감공사의 합리적 운용을 위해 작업구역의 분할과 각 작업을 일정한 리듬으로 반복되도록 함에 따라 공정의 개선을 이루고자하는 기법 중의 하나가 택트공정관리 기법이다. 택트공정관리에서는 작업구역의 출역인원 파악으로 현재의 공정 진행률을 측정하는데, 작업의 특성을 고려하지 않은 작업구역 분할 체계는 출역인원의 정확한 파악을 저해하는 요소로 작용한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 사례조사 및 현장 인터뷰를 통하여 현재 작업구역 분할 체계와 맞지 않는 공종을 파악하고, 작업의 특성을 고려한 작업구역 분할 체계를 제시하였다.
