보건소 간호사의 직무스트레스, 건강지각과 건강증진 생활양식에 관한 연구 (A Study of Job Stress, Health Perception and Health Promoting Life Style among the Community Health Nurses)

  • Purpose: The purposes of this study were to identify the scores of perceived job stress, health perception and health promoting life style in community health nurses and to define the correlations of three variables. Method: The data were collected by 68 subjects, using the self-reported questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and pearson correlation coefficient. Result: The mean score of job stress was $3.19({\pm}.60)$, health perception scale was $3.04({\pm}.49)$ and health promoting life style profile was $2.49({\pm}.30)$. The relationship among job stress, health perception and health promoting life style were not statistically significant. The relationships between age, overloading job, knowledge & skill deficit and problem of interpersonal relationship were statistically significant. The relationship between religion and problem of interpersonal relationship was statistically significant. The relationships between single of marital status, knowledge & skill deficit and problem of interpersonal relationship were statistically significant. The relationship between career and stress management was statistically significant. Conclusion: These results suggested that health promotion program for community health nurses to reduce job stress, promoting health promoting life style should be carefully developed so as to provide better quality of health care services to the community people.

지역기관을 활용한 중·고등학교 융합인재교육(STEAM) 프로그램 개발 및 적용 (A Study on Development and Application of STEAM Program for Middle and High School Students using Local Institution(KAIST))

  • With the 4th Industrial Revolution, educational change is required to cultivate the ability to adapt in the rapidly changing future. Accordingly, the importance of nurturing convergent talents to create new values using the humanities imagination, science and technology creativity, and engineering problem solving ability has emerged. The purpose of this study is to develop STEAM education program with Daedeok R&D Zone and KAIST resources for middle school and high school level. With this program, we investigated the effectivenss of STEAM education on creative problem solving ability, self-efficacy and the perception of STEAM education with pre-test and poste-test model. For this study, 91 students(46 middle school, 45 high school) participated in STEAM education program. As a result student participated in the STEAM program improved the creative problem-solving ability and students' interest in math and science. Also, students perceived STEAM program provided benefits of science-related career information. The suggestions were discussed based on the results.

산업장 여성 근로자의 건강과 약물사용 (A Study on Health condition and Drug use of Female Workers in Incheon area)

  • The purpose of this study is to promote health for young female workers. It is based on questionnaires collected from 215 female workers in Incheon area. This study includes health condition (fatigue scores), occupational disease, knowledge of abused drugs and the actual condition of drug use. The results are summerized as follows: - $47.4\%$ visited their health center and were treated with diseases like cold and headache $(34.9\%)$, gastroenteric disease $(6.5\%)$, trauma $(7.9\%)$ and chronic disease such as diabetes and hypertension $(3.3\%)$ - $44.7\%$ received regular health education and $4.7\%$ among them received education on abused drugs. - $20.5\%$ were suffering from work related diseases such as gastroenteric disease, headache, trauma, repiratory disease, skin problem, arthritis, low back pain, shortsightness and tuberculosis. - Total mean fatigue score as an indication of health status was $9.0\pm5.4$ points out of 30 points. Physical mean score (group I) was $3.92\pm2.2$ points and psychological mean score was $2.5\pm2.3$ points and neurosensory mean score was $2.6\pm2.1$ points out of each 10 points. - They recognized analgesics $(55.0\%)$ and the next are laxatives $(49.8\%)$, inhalants $(40.0\%)$, narcotics $(24.2\%)$, stimulants $(24.0\%)$, antihistamines$(5.9\%)$, diuretics $(3.0\%)$, tranquilizer $(2.4\%)$ and sedatives $(1.4\%)$ - They used analgesics $(37.2\%)$ the most and then laxatives $(6.0\%)$, stimulants$(5.6\%)$, diuretics $(1.9\%)$, antihistamines$(0.5\%)$, And nobody used tranquilizer, sedatives, narcotics and inhalant. - The relationship between career, drug abuse education, health center utilization and and the actual condition of drug using was examined. The longer the career and the more educated with drug abuse, the less drug used. And those who utilized health center rarely used more drugs. - The relationship between career, health center utilization, the score of fatigue and use of analgesics was also examined. Those group who have a longer career above 3 years and the group who have never used health center used more analgesics. And the group of fatigue score above 11.0 points used a little more analgesics than the other group. These results indicate that analgesics are the most frequent used drugs among female workers. Those analgesics such as geborin, penzal, saridon, aspirin, tyrenol should be used properly. These basic data is submitted for the education and consultation which are carried out by industrial nurses for promoting health of industrial workers.

영화제작인력들의 해외활동 참여욕구에 관한 연구 : 이분형 로지스틱 분석 및 한계효과분석을 중심으로 (A Study of Film Crews' Needs to Participate in Overseas Production : On the Basis of Binary Logistics Analysis and Marginal Effect Method)

  • 본 연구는 숙련된 영화제작인력의 해외제작 및 합작작업 참여의 활성화는 국내 영화산업현장의 열악한 처우와 경력장애 문제로 인한 이직문제를 감소시킬 수 있는 대안이 될 수 있다는 인식을 토대로 영화제작인력들이 해외활동에 참여하여 활동하고자 하는 욕구 정도와 이에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 실증적으로 규명하고 함의를 모색하였다. 본 연구를 위해 다양한 영역에서 활동하고 있는 영화제작인력 402명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 SPSS와 STATA를 사용하여 이항 로지스틱 및 한계효과분석을 실시하였다. 자료분석을 통해 발견한 주요사실들은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 응답자(영화제작인력)의 약65%(263명)이 해외활동 참여하고자 하는 욕구를 표명하여, 상당수의 영화제작인력들이 해외프로덕션과의 활동기회를 기대하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 영화제작인력들이 해외활동에 참여하고자 하는 욕구를 가지게 하는데 긍정적인 효과를 미치는 주요 요인들로는 전문역량, 예술가 정체성, 한류 지속인식, 그리고 경력장애 등으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 전문역량이 높을수록, 예술가로서의 정체성이 뚜렷할수록, 한류가 지속될 가능성에 대해 긍정적인 기대를 할수록, 그리고 경력장애 문제를 심각하게 인식할수록 해외 제작 및 합작작업 활동에 대한 참여욕구가 보다 더 분명하게 드러났다.

2007년 개정 교육과정의 성격 및 목표에 준한 실천적 문제 중심 가정과 교육과정 내용 선정 및 조직 (The contents selection and organization of the practical problem focused Family and Consumer Sciences curriculum based on the characteristics and goals of the 2007 revised curriculum)

  • 본 연구는 비판 과학 관점의 철학이 내재된 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정의 성격과 목표에 준한 교육내용 선정 및 조직을 위해, 개정 교육과정의 성격 및 목표에 부합하는 항구적 문제와, 이와 관련한 중학생의 당면한 실천적 문제 및 사회적 이슈를 파악하여, 비판 과학 관점의 실전적 문제 중심 가정과 교육과정의 내용 선정 및 조직 방식에 부합하는 틀을 제시하는 데에 있었다. 이를 위해, 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정과 선도적인 미국의 주 교육과정 등을 분석하여 항구적인 본질을 갖는 실천적 문제와 사회적 이슈를 추출하였으며, 이와 함께 서울과 경기지역 6개 중학교의 3학년 473명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이를 통해 얻어진 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정의 성격과 목표에 부합하는 항구적인 본질을 갖는 실천적 문제는 총 6개가 추출되었다. 둘째, 6개의 항구적 문제의 하위 실천적 문제에 대해 진로 설계, 자기계발과 대인관계 등 27개의 관심사가 높은 반응(전체 평균 3.0점 이상)을 보였다. 셋째, 6개의 항구적 문제와 관련해 중학생들은 청소년 문제, 편중된 직업 선호, 적성을 고려하지 않은 진로 선택 문제, 자살, 인터넷 중독 문제, 학교폭력, 외모 지향과 돈 관리 문제, 내 집 마련 문제와 과소비, 가족과 함께하는 시간 부족 문제 등 30개의 사회적 이슈(전체 응답자의 1/3 이상)에 관심을 보였다. 넷째, 2007년 개정 가정과 교육과정의 성격과 목표에 준한 교육내용 선정 및 조직을 위해, 항구적인 본질을 갖는 실천적 문제와 사회적 이슈에 대한 학생들의 관심사를 반영한 비판적 관점의 교육과정 틀을 제시하였다.

유아의 문제행동 유형이 교사의 대처전략에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Children's Problem Behaviors on Early Childhood Teachers' Coping Strategies)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 유아의 문제행동유형이 교사의 대처전략에 미치는 영향력을 밝히는데 목적을 갖고 대전광역시 소재 유치원과 어린이 집에 재직 중인 교사 90명을 대상으로 설문지에 의한 조사방법으로 실증 조사하였다. 연구 결과 유아의 문제행동이 교사의 대처 전략에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 유아의 문제 행동 유형에 따른 교사의 대처전략 또한 다른 것으로 나타났다. 즉 유아 교사의 경력이 높을수록 전문성과 적합성을 갖고 대처하는 것으로 나타났으며 연령대가 높은 교사일수록 유아들의 문제 상황 발생 시 뛰어난 대처능력을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과는 대체로 유능한 교사의 행동이 유능하지 않은 교사에 비해 벌을 세우거나 체벌을 가하는 경향이 낮은 것으로 나타났고 다소 큰 목소리로 꾸짖거나 안된다고 일러주는 대처방법은 대체로 사용하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 정확하게 짚어주거나 유아가 자신의 감정을 표현하도록 돕고 상황을 인식하도록 도와주는 전략을 선호하는 것으로 확인하였다. 그러나 이는 반드시 그러한 대처전략만이 모든 상황에 적합한 것은 아니며 필요한 경우 경고를 주고 정확하게 안 된다고 일러주는 것 또한 중요함을 의미한다. 따라서 이와 같은 연구를 통해 유아 교사에게 있어 경력과 전문적 지식이 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 다양한 전략이 응용 될 수 있음을 시사한 것으로 평가 할 수 있다.

Women's Unpaid Work as a Factor of Gender Inequality: A Case of Kazakhstan

  • Purpose: This paper explores diverse issues related to the problem of women's unpaid domestic care work, and as a factor of gender inequality in their professional practice. Research Design: This article concentrated only on the analysis of secondary data available on the topic along with observation of facts in Kazakhstan based on diverse sources. In current conditions, the problem of women's unpaid domestic care work, and consequently, the lack of enough time and energy for professional employment. Distinguish domestic work vs. job/career/occupation, self-fulfillment, education, and leisure has a significant impact on women's life satisfaction. Data, and Methodology: This article focuses only on secondary data available in different sources from which the researchers procures comprehensive data and information. Results and conclusion: A family policy that aims to promote combining maternity, and domestic work with paid employment is an effective way to increase the proportion of working mothers/women. It is crucial to not only proportionally distribute the household responsibilities in the family but also to form an effective mechanism of state support for women through the development of the social services sector, as well as the adoption of a system-wide approach to gender equality.

초등 과학과 '지구와 우주' 영역의 STS 내용 분석 (An Analysis of STS Contents in the area of 'The Earth and the Universe' in Elementary Science Subject)

  • This study aims to compare and analyze the types of teaching-learning activities, themes and percentage of STS contents in the area of "The Earth and the Universe" in elementary science subject following the 7th Curriculum and 2007 Revised Curriculum, identifying how STS education has changed and their features. First, the number of pages where STS appears in the 2007 revised science textbook has increased over 10% compared to the that of the 7th curriculum. In particular, the number of pages in the 5th and 6th graders increased substantially to 15% and 34%, respectively. Second, as a result of analysis on components of STS, 'applications of science', 'local and community relevance', 'social problem and issues', 'evaluation concerned fir getting and using information' were obtained in the order named for the 7th curriculum; while 'applications of science', 'local and community relevance', 'career awareness' and 'social problem and issues' were obtained in the order named for 2007 revised curriculum. Third, with regard to the analysis on theme areas, the 7th curriculum was found to cover the theme on use of natural resources most frequently, followed by environmental problem, while 2007 revised curriculum to cover environmental problem and effects of technical development most frequently, followed by space development and use of natural resources. Fourth, in the area of STS teaching activities, 'investigation activity' showed highest percentage in 7th curriculum, followed by 'analysis of data', and 'research design', while 'analysis of data' showed highest frequency of appearance, followed by "investigation activity' and 'actual activities' and 'research design' in the order named in 2007 revised curriculum, showing that the area of 'analysis of data' and 'actual activities' increased substantially compared to the 7th curriculum.

맞벌이 기혼남녀의 일-가정 갈등이 행복감에 미치는 영향에서 가족건강성의 조절효과 (Moderating Effect of Family Strengths on the Effect of Work-Family Conflict on Happiness in Dual-Income Married Couples)

  • This study aimed to explore the moderating effect of family strengths on the effect of work-family conflict on happiness in dual-income married couples. This study included 316 married employees who live in Seoul and have children attending junior high or lower grade schools. A survey was conducted December 1-30, 2018 by distributing questionnaires to child care centers, kindergartens, schools, companies, religious institutions, and other locations. The results are follows. First, in this study, the degree of family→work conflict was higher than that of work→family conflict in dual-income married couples, indicating that role conflict at work is greater due to family role pressures. Second, among the socio-demographic characteristics of dual-career couples, monthly income, family→work conflict (an independent variable), and family problem-solving skills (a moderating variable; a subcategory of family strengths) had a significant impact. In the analysis of the effect of work-family conflict on happiness, the higher the monthly income, the lower the family→work conflict, and the higher the family problem solving ability, the higher the feeling of happiness among dual-income married couples. When the work role conflicts from family life roles were more highly perceived in dual-income married couples. Moreover, family→work conflict and an interaction term of family problem-solving ability were identified as variables that had significant effects on happiness. Third, family problem-solving ability was identified as a moderator buffering the effect of work-family conflict on happiness.

인천지역 초등학교 교사의 영양교육 실태 및 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Elementary School Teacher's Status and Recognition of Nutrition Education in Incheon)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the elementary school teacher's status and recognition of nutrition education (NE) in Incheon. A cross-sectional study was carried out using a self-administered questionnaire and subjects were 147 elementary school teachers. The results are as follows. Only 9.5% of the teachers had training in NE and 71.4% of the teachers with training increased concern about NE after training. As for experience of NE, 61.6% of the teachers experienced NE and more than half of them gave NE less than twice per month. There was a significant difference in reason for not giving NE between subgroups by teaching career; 57.7% of the teachers with career more than 10 years did not give NE due to too much other work. As for existence of nutrition educator in school, 48.9% of the teachers recognized its existence and 91.3% of them answered that dietitians have done NE. For correction of unbalanced diet, good table manner, and nutrition and growth, 97.9% of the teachers answered that NE is necessary in elementary school. As for proper time to start NE, 57.5% of the teachers answered kindergarten and 39,7% answered lower grade of elementary school. As for effective type for NE, 47.3% of the teachers answered NE as a part of other subject and 28.1 % answered NE as a separate subject. Also 69.8% of the teachers answered dietitian as suitable person for NE. As for newly establishing a NE subject, 37.9% of the teachers disagreed and as for most effective method for NE, 73.3% answered NE linked with school lunch program. Most of teachers recognized elementary school students' eating habit problem severe and change of their eating habit such as various food choice, no plate waste and good table manner after school lunch program. Therefore, it should be nationally supported that a standardized NE program is developed and coordinated among teachers, school lunch dietitian as NE specialist, family and community for elementary students' health and well-being.
