본 연구는 전문대학생의 사회적 지지가 어떠한 경로를 통해 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는지를 탐색하고, 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 구체적인 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동의 상관은 어떠한가 둘째, 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본은 진로준비행동에 직접적인 영향을 미치는가 셋째, 사회적 지지는 긍정심리자본을 매개로 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는가이다. 이를 위해 G 대학교 240명을 대상으로 사회적 지지, 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동 검사를 실시하였다. 사회적 지지, 긍정심리 자본, 진로준비행동의 관계를 알아보기 위해 상관분석을 실시하고, 긍정심리자본의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 위계적중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 매개효과의 검증은 Baron과 Kenny의 절차를 사용하였으며 유의성 검증을 위해 Sobel 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본, 진로준비행동은 유의미한 정적상관을 나타냈다. 둘째, 사회적 지지와 긍정심리자본은 진로준비행동에 영향을 미쳤으며, 셋째, 사회적 지지가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향에서 긍정심리자본의 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 전문대학생들을 위한 전문적인 진로지도 및 진로교육의 바탕이 되는 기초자료를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

Purpose As job market squeezes and more institutions have been requiring NCS(National Competency Standards) based recruitments, the importance of NCS has been growing. Among the 10 domains of NCS, the most relevant one with MIS(Management Information Systems) field is 'information ability', which is becoming more important with the advent of the fourth industrial revolution era. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of college students' information ability on their career preparation behavior. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we set up a process model to comprehend the effect of college students' information ability on career preparation behavior based on social cognitive career theory. For research model testing, 561 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis through structural equations modeling. Findings Empirical analysis showed that information ability positively influenced college students' career preparation behaviors for employment. In addition, this study presented a process model explaining the effect of information capability on career preparation behavior. In order to strengthen the information ability of college students, not only university-level efforts, but also MIS discipline efforts should be accompanied. Other academic and practical implications are discussed.

본 연구는 간호학과 신입생을 대상으로 전공 만족도, 시간 관리 행동, 자기효능감이 진로 준비 행동에 미치는 영향을 파악함으로써 간호학과 신입생의 진로 준비 행동 수준을 높이기 위한 교육 방법과 프로그램 개발의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 자료수집은 2021년 10월 18일부터 10월 31일까지 J 도와 G 광역시에 소재한 대학교에서 간호학과 신입생 255명을 대상으로 편의표집 하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, Pearson 상관계수, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 진로 준비 행동은 전공 만족도, 시간 관리 행동, 자기효능감과 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 진로 준비 행동에 시간 관리 행동이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로 총설명력은 18.8%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과 간호대학생을 위한 시간 관리 프로그램을 개발 및 제공하여 신입생부터 시간 관리 능력을 키워나가야겠다.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관 관련요인에서 진로준비행동의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 대상자는 경북지역에 소재한 대학의 간호학과 학생 1, 2, 3, 4학년 265명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2018년 5월 7일부터 5월 25일까지 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0 Program을 이용하여 기술통계(빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차)를 실시하고, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's Correlation coefficient, Multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구결과 진로정체감과 진로태도성숙은 간호전문직관과의 영향관계에서 진로준비행동이 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호전문직관에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로태도성숙(${\beta}=.38$), 진로정체감(${\beta}=.17$), 진로준비행동(${\beta}=.14$)이었으며, 이들 변수들의 설명력은 19%로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관을 높이기 위해서는 매개효과인 진로준비행동을 향상시킬 수 있는 교육방법의 개발 및 적용이 필요할 것으로 보인다. 그와 더불어 진로와 관련된 구체적이고 실천적 행동인 진로준비행동이 진로관련 다른 변인들에 대해서 어떠한 영향을 받고, 어떤 영향을 미치는가에 대한 구조적 관계에 대한 후속연구의 필요성이 제기된다.

This study proposes the requirements for students in colleges majoring in fashion at two-year colleges in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do to perform behaviors in preparation for a further career more effectively by identifying the impact of social support on the career decision-making self-efficacy, and behaviors preparing a further career. The results of this study are described below. In accordance with the analysis on the relationship between career decision-making self-efficacy and behaviors preparing a further career, and the social support, the social support had a positive impact on the career decision-making self-efficacy and a negative impact on the behaviors preparing a further career. Moreover, the career decision-making self-efficacy had a positive impact on the behaviors preparing a further career. In accordance with the analysis, social support from family members or relevant third parties is required for improving the behavior of students majoring fashion in colleges to prepare a further career. To this end, the quantity or scope of social support is not the main issue, but the meticulous approach to fit each student's need for making students recognize such social support. It is important for students in colleges to enhance career decision-making self-efficacy by accurately identifying their abilities, values or desires.

본 연구는 사회인지진로자기관리모델을 토대로 간호대학생의 성격특성, 사회적지지, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위하여 시행된 서술적 조사연구이다. 광주와 전남 지역 2개의 간호대학에 재학 중인 3학년과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 하였으며 208명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 기술적 통계, Pearson 상관계수 및 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 성격특성, 사회적지지, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동과 정적상관을 나타냈다. 성격특성 중 성실성과 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 성격특성 중 외향성과 사회적지지는 진로준비행동에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 간호대학생의 진로준비행동을 촉진하기 위해 성실성과 진로결정 자기효능감을 증진하기 위한 방안들이 간호교육현장에서 필요함을 시사한다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand the degree of nursing professional intuition, major satisfaction, clinical practice satisfaction, self-leadership, and career preparation behavior of nursing college students, and to identify factors that influence career preparation behavior. Method: This study was a descriptive research study to analyze the factors affecting career preparation behavior. The data collection period was from August 03 to 30, 2020 for 4 weeks. The survey conducted an online survey of 220 students in grades 3-4 who were enrolled in 6 nursing departments located in P metropolitan city and G province, and have clinical practice experience. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS Win 20.0 program. Results: Career preparation behavior had a significant positive correlation with nursing professional intuition(r=.455, p<.001) and self-leadership(r=.539, p<.001), and major satisfaction(r=-.337, p<.001) and clinical practice satisfaction(r=-.380, p<.001) had a significant negative correlation. Self-leadership(β=.424, p<.001) was the most significant factor influencing the study subjects' career preparation behavior, nursing professional intuition(β=.170, p=.010), clinical practice Satisfaction(β=.127, p=.047), employment information(β=.122, p=.023), major satisfaction(β=.137, p=.042) in the order, these variables were found in the order of The explanatory power of the factors affecting the subject's career preparation behavior was 40.2%. Conclusion: Therefore, in order to help nursing students' career preparation behavior, a strategy to provide a variety of employment information and a strategy for nursing intervention that can improve self-leadership, clinical practice satisfaction, and major satisfaction is required.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준이 미치는 매개효과를 확인하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 간호학과 3,4학년 108명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 간호대학생의 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(β=.54, p<.001), 진로결정수준(β=.23, p=.009)으로 나타났으며, 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로준비행동 간의 관계에서 진로결정수준이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다(Z=2.49, p=.006). 본 연구결과는 간호대학생의 효과적인 진로준비행동을 위해 진로결정 자기효능감과 진로결정수준을 향상할 필요가 있음을 시사하며, 이를 반영한 전략적 진로지도 및 프로그램 개발이 필요하다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of dental hygiene students' clinical practice stress, satisfaction and major satisfaction on career preparation behaviors. Methods:This study was conducted targeting the dental hygiene students who have clinical practice experience. The final 305 subjects were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 program. Results: The correlation between clinical practice stress and career satisfaction and career preparation behavior decreases with the higher degree of clinical practice and career preparation behavior. Analysis results about the affecting factors on the level of satisfaction with major satisfaction factors showed the highest factor of preparation behavior, followed by clinical practice and clinical practice stress in order. Conclusions: The results of this study showed that the higher the satisfaction of clinical practice and the higher the satisfaction of career, the more positive the career preparation behavior. Therefore, it's recommended to support continuous education programs to be coherent with dental hygiene student's career preparation behavior based on reinforcing individual competency by obtaining self-confidence and satisfaction from clinical practice.

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생 전 학년을 대상으로 학습몰입, 진로결정 자기효능감, 전공만족도가 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 시도되었다. G광역시와 J도에 소재한 대학의 간호학과 전학년 208명에게 2022년 9월 15일부터 2022년 10월 14일까지 설문지를 통해 자료수집 하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 29.0 Program을 이용하여 서술적 통계, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, Stepwise Regression Analysis을 사용하였다. 본 연구 결과 진로준비행동은 학습몰입(r=.515, p<.001), 진로결정 자기효능감(r=.681, p<.001), 전공만족도(r=.621, p<.001)는 통계적으로 유의한 양적 상관관계를 나타내었다. 다중회귀분석 결과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향요인은 진로결정 자기효능감(𝛽=.446, p<.001), 전공만족도(𝛽=.285, p<.001), 3학년(𝛽=.157, p=.001), 학습몰입(𝛽=.133, p=.018), 2학년(𝛽=.106, p=.038) 순이며, 진로준비행동의 설명력은 57.0%이었다. 따라서 간호대학생이 선택한 진로에 탐색을 고려한 진로 프로그램을 통해 맞춤 교육을 제공할 필요가 있다.
