It is natural to try to find a kernel such that its convolution of integrable functions converges faster than that of the $Fej{\acute{e}}r$ kernel. In this paper, we introduce a weighted Fourier partial sums which are written as the convolution of signed good kernels and prove that the weighted Fourier partial sum converges in $L^2$ much faster than that of the $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ means. In addition, we present two numerical experiments.

The mating type a of yeast, Saccharomyces cerevisiae mutant with hmla2-102 and sir3-8ts was changed to type alpha by changing the growth temperature from 25C to 35C. A temperature-sensitive expression vector system was constructed using mating factor alpha1 (Mfalpha1) gene encoding alpha factor which is expressed in the type alpha cells. Vectors with different copy numbers were constructed by joining the promoter and pre or prepro-secretion single sequence of Mfalpha1 to promoterless PHO5' gene as a reporter gene.

Loop shaping $H_{\infty}$control with normalized coprime factorization was applied to a servo-motor driven high-speed powitioning system. The high-gain controller was designed to attenuate the postion errors caused byfriction effects and extermal disturbances. The non-existence of limit cycle was analyzed, though there is actuator saturation. The designed $H_{\infty}$control system was experimently tested in a rotary index table. Results showed its effectiveness to improve postion accuracy with out any compensation scheme for friction, and robustness to model perturbation and external disturbances.ces.

A reliability analysis model for the frame structure which grafts the discretized ideal plastic method to the stochastic finite element method is introduced. The proposed method simmulates realistically the sequencial occurrence of plastic hinges and yields the probability of failure directly from the geometrical and material properties of a frame structure. The presented method can also take into account the uncertainties inherent in loads and resisten- ces through the stochastic finite element technique. The analysis results are compared with those of the Monte Carlo Simmulation, the Bound Theory, and the fs-unzipping method, and show good agreement.

In the present paper, absolute matrix summability of infinite series is studied. A new theorem concerning absolute matrix summability factors, which generalizes a known theorem dealing with absolute Riesz summability factors of infinite series, is proved using almost increasing and ${\delta}$-quasi-monotone sequences. Also, a result dealing with absolute $Ces{\grave{a}}ro$ summability is given.

In this paper we introduce the notion of paranormed p-absolutely convergent and paranormed Cesro summable sequences of complex uncertain variables with respect to measure, mean, distribution etc. defined by on Orlicz function. We have established some relationships among these notions as well as with other classes of complex uncertain variables.

Background: Depression is common in breast cancer patients. The aim of this paper was to make a systematic review of its prevalence and associated factors oin breast cancer survivors. Materials and Methods: An extensive systematic electronic review (PUBMED, CINAHL, PsyINFO and Ovid) and handsearch were carried out to retrieve published articles up to November 2012, using Depression OR Dysthymia AND (Cancer OR Tumor OR Neoplasms as the keywords. Information about the design of the studies, measuring scale, characteristics of the participants, prevalence of depression and its associated factors from the included studies were extracted and summarized. Results: We identified 32 eligible studies that recruited 10,826 breast cancer survivors. Most were cross-sectional or prospective designed. The most frequent instrument used to screen depression was the Center for Epidemiological Studies for Depression (CES-D, n=11 studies) followed by the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI, n=6 studies) and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale (HADS, n=6 studies). CES-D returned about similar prevalence of depression (median=22%, range=13-56%) with BDI (median=22%, range=17-48%) but higher than HADS (median=10%, range=1-22%). Depression was associated with several socio-demographic variables, cancer-related factors, treatment-related factors, subject psychological factors, lifestyle factors, social support and quality of life. Conclusions: Breast cancer survivors are at risk for depression so that detection of associated factors is important in clinical practice.

Objective : The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of depressive symptoms on the relationship between avoidance(brooding, reflection, and behavioral avoidance) and sleep quality. Methods : In total, there were 947 subjects who were assessed using self-reports on three measures: Center for Epidemiological Studies-Depression (CES-D), Ruminative Response Style (RRS), Cognitive-Behavioral Avoidance Scale (CBAS), and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Assessment (PSQI). Results : First, depressive symptoms fully mediated the relationship between brooding and sleep quality. Second, reflection did not mediate the relationship between brooding and sleep quality, and reflection had no direct effects on depressive symptoms. Third, depressive symptoms partially mediated the relationship between behavioral avoidance and sleep quality. Conclusion : This study was confirmed the pathological characteristics of brooding compare to reflection, and the essential role of behavioral avoidance and depressive symptoms on sleep problems.

Many studies have focused on improving the predictability of influential variables in the area of customer services. For a long time, customer satisfaction index(CSI) were the best matrics of customer loyalty. In 2003, net promoter score(NPS) was introduced and in many cases this matrics was more predictive than CSI. In 2010, customer effort score(CES) was introduced and in the service areas this matrics was more predictive than CSI and NPS. This study compared with 3 matrics based on the criteria which composed of basic assumptions, time perspective, measuring items, objectives of matrics, application areas, and limitations of application. The dominant matric which was applied in all functions and industries was not exited. For the purpose of improving predictability, single or compound matrics are useful according to industries and usage.

Eleven fungi were isolated from the cankered stems, branchs and twigs of chestmut trees collected from Chuncheon, Gapyung, Wonseong, Inje and Kanghwa during 1985-1986. Among them, Botryosphaeria dothide (Moug. ex Fries) Ces. et. de Notaris, Cryptodiaporthe castanea (Tulasne) Wehmeyer, Endothia singularis Sheaet Stevens, E. parasitica (Murrill) P. J. et H. W. Anderson and Pseudovasella modonia (Tulasne) Kobayas were identified as perithecial stage. Dathiorella castaneae Camara et Vasconcelos, Fusicoccum castaneun Saccardo, Catinula japanica st. nov., Endothiella singularis (H. et. P. Syd.) Shear et Stev. nom. seminud, E. parasitica And., nom. seminud., and Coryneum castaneae (Sacc.) comb. novo were identified as conidial stage Botryosphaeria dothidea causing canker or diebark but and Endothia parasitica causing Endothia canker were already reported in Korea. The other fungi are first reported in Korea.
