  • 정책자금의 대출금리는 기준금리에 정책목적성 스프레드와 신용위험 스프레드를 합한 것으로 결정할 수 있다. 중진공의 중산기금 대출사업은 정책목적성 중심의 저금리 대출이라는 공공성에 치우쳐져 있기 때문에 기금의 안정성과 수익성은 크게 훼손되고 있다. 중산기금이 설치목적과 공익에 맞도록 운영되더라도 기금의 안정성과 수익성이 훼손되어서는 아니 된다. 결국 중산기금 중 대출사업 관리주체인 중진공은 대출금리 설정에 있어서 최소한 기금에 손실이 발생하지 않게끔 대출금리를 설정해야 한다. 이는 정부의 정책목적성 스프레드를 현재 부(-)에서 영(0)으로 바꾸어 나가야 함을 의미한다.

  • 본 연구는 Babson College의 직접연수와 연수자 인터뷰, Babson College 관계자 인터뷰, 재학생 인터뷰를 통하여 대학과 대학원에서 창업교육에 도움이 될 만한 교육과정 설계모형, 교과목 체제모형, 교과과정 체제모형을 각 하나썩 제시하여 선진 창업교육 기관의 사례를 통하여 교과과정의 기본 체제를 제시하였다. 제안한 창업교육과정 설계모형은 창업교육을 처음 실시하고자 하는 교육기관이 이론을 중심으로 창업교육을 실시할 경우 초기에 발생하게 되는 학습자들의 피해의 인지에서 설계되었다. 이모형은 우수한 창업교육기관을 벤치마킹하여 창업교육을 실시함으로써 이론의 적용과정에서 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 최소화 할 수 있을 것이다. 아울러, 본 모형은 우수 창업기관 뿐만 아니라, 창업교육을 새로이 실시하고자 하는 교육기관의 현재 수준 역시 중요도를 두고 고려함으로써 지나칠 수 있는 규모에 따른 적용이나, 강점에 따른 적용도 염두에 두었다.

화성시 백미리 어촌체험마을사업의 고유성과 관광체험이 방문객의 만족에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Influences of Authenticity of Hwasung-si Baegmi-ri Fishing Village Experience Program and Tourist Experience on Tourist Satisfaction)

  • This study aimed to redefine the concept of fishing village tourism. In addition, it aimed to carry out detailed analyses of the influences of authenticity and non-authenticity of fishing village experience on tourist's satisfaction as well as the influences of tourist's experience on their satisfaction. The study evaluated responses of people who visited research target fishing villages in the East sea area(Hwasung-si Baegmi-ri) which had been rated as successful case. The evaluation was performed to analyze how tourist satisfaction would be influenced by the authenticity of the fishing village experience program based on the authenticity theory(Wang, 1999) and the experience realms theory(Pine & Gilmore, 1999). This study tried to find out realistic factors of the experience realms theory through field investigation, conducting interviews, and holding discussions. From these, the cause-and-effect structure of authenticity, tourism experience and satisfaction could be identified. The results of hypothesis tests are as follows; With respect to the relationship between authenticity and satisfaction in hypothesis I, authenticity did not have a statistically significant effect on satisfaction, while non-authenticity had a significant influence. As a result, the research hypothesis I that authenticity influences satisfaction was partially supported. Regarding hypothesis II of the link between authenticity and tourism experience, a significant effect of authenticity was found in education experience, entertainment experience for Baegmi-ri village. The effect of non-authenticity was significant on deviation experience. Consequently, hypothesis II was also partly supported. The relationship between tourism experience and satisfaction in hypothesis III was significant in education, entertainment, and deviation experiences which lends support to hypothesis III to some extent.

  • 본 연구는 대학에서 창업촉진을 위한 방안으로 투자연계를 통한 사례를 보여주고자 한다. 한밭대학교에서는 3년 동안 운영한 이노폴리스 캠퍼스 창업아이템검증프로그램을 운영프로그램과 우수 사례를 제공함으로써 대학에서 투자자들을 중심으로 한 시장전문가와 대학과의 협업 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 첫째, 타 이노폴리스캠퍼스창업사업단의 벤치마킹 모델로 활용가능토록 하고, 둘째, 우수 참여자사례 스토리는 타 사업단이 참가자를 발굴하고 선정하여 검증 후 보강하는 시스템에 대한 구체적인 노하우를 제공할 수 있는 기회를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.

양돈농장 경영관리 프로그램 개발 (Software Development for Pig Production and Management)

  • This study intends to develop a computer software for an efficient swineherd production and management. Current softwares are concerned on the sow management and ignore the actual farm environment. This study focuses on the farm environment in developing the software and covers the production management financial management, marketing management, and business planning for swineherd farm. The FSR(Farming Systems Research) analysis and interview survey aye applied to collect the data for the system planning, farmer's demand and analysis on the system, system design and program development. The systems are designed to meet the needs for the progressive swineherd farmers. Visual FoxPro 5.1 is used to develop the system. The developed system includes pig farm financial records keeping and management, pig farm production management program, pig farm marketing management program, and pig farm business diagnosis and planning program to meet the scope of the study. The weekly maintenance records and financial records are adopted for the input interface since most of farmers use their computer less than 5 hours a week. Pulldown Menu systems are adopted and designed for easy use by structuring to meet the pig farm and system demands. The manu system allocates the input-output screen based on the sectors, scopes, users, frequencies, importances, and the usages of the information. The GUI(Graphic User Interface) method is used to develop input-output screens for easy use. Backward Chaining mechanism fo the Expert System is used in the diagnosis of the pig farm management and the Systems Simulators Approach is used in the pig farm management planning.

공무원 교육훈련 프로그램의 효과성 결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinants of Training Effectiveness in Public Sector)

  • 공무원 조직에 있어 교육훈련은 구성원의 역량을 개발함으로써 조직 역량을 강화하는 효과가 있으며, 이는 국가행정역량의 강화로 이어진다. 교육훈련의 효과성을 결정하는 요인에 대한 연구가 민간 부문에서 많이 이루어진 반면, 공공부문을 대상으로 한 연구는 상대적으로 많지 않았다. 본 연구는 공무원 교육훈련 프로그램에 참여한 피훈련자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고 그 결과를 분석함으로써 공무원 교육훈련의 효과성 결정요인을 규명하는 데 연구목적이 있다. 연구결과, 교육기획, 교육내용, 강사 자질, 학습동기 등이 교육효과성을 결정하는 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 이는 민간부문에서의 교육훈련 연구와 맥을 같이하는 결과로 볼 수 있다. 논문의 마지막 부분에 연구결과에 대한 토론과 연구한계, 향후 연구방향에 대한 제안을 제시하였다.

MSN/MBA 이중학위 프로그램 개발 (Curriculum Development of MSN-MBA Dual Degree Program)

  • Purpose: This study aimed at curriculum development of master of science in nursing(MSN) and master of business administration(MBA) dual degree program. Method: This study performed a comprehensive review of 36 foreign MSN/MBA dual degree programs and 5 MBA programs in Korea, and analyzed philosophy, objectives, required credits to graduation, core subjects and electives, admission criteria of the programs. Results: The proposal of dual degree program consisted of 60 credits which are divided into 24 nursing credits and 36 business administration credits. Another program for graduate school of nursing are composed of 38 credits which includes consists of 14 nursing credits, 20 management credits, and 4 prerequisites. condusion: The curriculum that was proposed in this study will equip nurses to meet the challenges of future healthcare provision and will be a model to other areas of nursing practice and curriculum development.

Social Media Marketing and Business Performance of MSMEs During the COVID-19 Pandemic

  • This study aims to examine the role of social media marketing on the performance of micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method uses a quantitative approach and the analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and the sample in this study was MSMEs who use social media for marketing. The social media used are Facebook, Instagram, and Whatsapp. The number of samples in this study was 254 MSMEs. Data collection used online questionnaires. The research findings show that the use of social media marketing is influenced by compatibility, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease-of-use. The results of this study indicate that the use of social media for marketing has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs, especially in increasing sales, customer relationships, productivity, and creativity. This means that the better the management of social media for marketing, the better the performance of MSMEs will be. The theoretical contribution to this research is built on the TAM and UTAUT theories and their impact on social media marketing on MSMEs in developing countries that are living through the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Role of ICT in Smart-work Continuance

  • Despite the increasing interest in the positive effects of smart-work, the introduction rate of domestic firms in Korea is lower than that of other developed countries. A gap also exists between the introduction of smart-work program and the actual use by workers. Thus, even if the smart-work program was introduced to firms, the actual usage rate of the program would still be lower than the introduction rate. Moreover, even if the program was initially used, evidence suggests that the usage rate tends to decrease rather than being used continuously. In this study, we intend to find out the mechanism by which the continuance intention of smart-work is formed. To achieve this objective, we established a research model based on literature on Information System (IS) continuance model and Information & Communication Technology (ICT) support. We also hypothesize that concerns about career disadvantage in the mechanism plays a negative role in the satisfaction of smart-work. To analyze the hypothesis empirically, we surveyed domestic workers who used smart-work. Our data analysis was based on 333 responses. We found that all paths were statistically significant, except for the direct effect of ICT support on perceived usefulness and the direct effect of perceived usefulness on smart-work continuance intention. The results of this study extend existing IS continuance model and suggest implications for practical smart-work implementation and improvement.

The Effects of Dynamic Capabilities, Entrepreneurial Creativity and Ambidextrous Innovation on Firm's Competitiveness

  • A firm's competitive advantage generating from empowering its dynamic capabilities is very important for established companies and new business ventures in facing intense competition and in responding to unanticipated environmental changes. This study aims to investigate the relationship between dynamic capabilities of a new business venture and its competitive advantage and the effect of entrepreneurial creativity and ambidextrous innovation mediation on the relationship between dynamic capabilities and the competitive advantage of a new business venture. Data was collected using an online survey from 143 new Indonesian shipping agency companies that spread over two-thirds of Indonesia's territory and was analyzed using structural equations modeling (SEM). The results showed that the dynamic capabilities of new business ventures are positively associated with competitive advantage but not significantly. This result indicates that empowering a new business venture's dynamic capability is not sufficient to generate a competitive advantage. However, a new business venture's dynamic capability is significantly and positively associated with the competitive advantage when mediated by entrepreneurial creativity and ambidextrous innovation. The findings of this study suggest that the competitive advantage of a new business venture can be gained from empowering a firm's dynamic capabilities through mediating entrepreneurial creativity and ambidextrous innovation in facing intense competition and in responding to unanticipated environmental changes.
