Hybrid Priority-based Genetic Algorithm for Multi-stage Reverse Logistics Network

  • We formulate a mathematical model of remanufacturing system as multi-stage reverse Logistics Network Problem (mrLNP) with minimizing the total costs for reverse logistics shipping cost and inventory holding cost at disassembly centers and processing centers over finite planning horizons. For solving this problem, in the 1st and the 2nd stages, we propose a Genetic Algorithm (GA) with priority-based encoding method combined with a new crossover operator called as Weight Mapping Crossover (WMX). A heuristic approach is applied in the 3rd stage where parts are transported from some processing centers to one manufacturer. Computer simulations show the effectiveness and efficiency of our approach. In numerical experiments, the results of the proposed method are better than pnGA (Prufer number-based GA).

후계자 관점에서 가업승계에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 중요도에 대한 AHP분석 연구 (A Study on the Priority Affecting the Succession of the Family Firm Using AHP)

  • 본 연구는 가족기업의 생존과 미래를 결정하는 승계에 초점을 맞추고, 특히, 승계 과정에서 핵심플레이어로 평가되는 후계자의 관점을 중심으로 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) 방법론을 활용하여, 후계자 관점에서 승계에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 우선순위를 파악하였다. 총 2계층으로 나누어 진행한 본 연구에서, 1계층은 1) 승계자와 후계자의 관계, 2) 후계자의 경영 능력, 3) 후계자의 자기효능감 그리고 4) 승계 계획으로 설정하였다. 각 1계층의 하위 계층인 2계층의 경우 승계자와 후계자의 관계는 상호간의 신뢰수준, 기업의 비전 공유, 상호간 대화 수준으로 설정하였다. 후계자의 경영능력은 경영 역량, 교육 및 훈련, 승계관련 주변인 관리 능력, 그리고 후계자의 자기 효능감은 후계자의 승계 의지, 역경 극복 자신감, 목표달성 자신감으로 설정하였다. 마지막으로 승계 계획은 재무적 계획, 리더십 이양 계획, 인사 조직 관리 계획으로 설정하였다. 총 93부의 설문지를 배포하여 회수하였고, 결측치가 있는 표본을 제외한 88개의 설문지를 연구에 활용하였다. 본 연구 결과, 후계자는 1계층에서 가장 중요한 우선순위로 1) 승계자와의 관계를 선택하였고, 2) 후계자의 경영 능력을 2순위로, 3) 후계자의 자기효능감는 3순위, 마지막으로 4) 승계 계획을 4순위로 선택하였다. 특히, 승계자와의 관계를 구성하는 하위 3가지 요소 (상호 간의 신뢰 수준, 기업의 비전 공유, 상호 간 대화 수준) 모두 최종 결과에서도 가장 중요한 1순위~3순위를 차지하는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Based on a comprehensive framework that reflects lifecycle requirements of KMs and BPMs, we propose an PKMS(Process based KMS) for integrating KMs and BPMs in order to combine the advantages of the two paradigms. This paper first defines the priority order of knowledge according to knowledge type and classifies it into three groups which consist of Basic KM, Practical KM and Reference KM. Then, it suggests PKMS knowledge map composed of much core-knowledge each of which has information about a unit of the related business process. Using the PKMS Knowledge map, we can directly provide related core-knowledge related for the business process while a person is working a unit of business process. This paper designed the PKMS applied to employment insurance business part. Long term goal of the concepts is to concern a change management organization of knowledge on PKMS.

Effect of Experiencing Characteristics of Preparatory Business Starters on the Formation of Dynamics for Launching into the Society

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of on-the-job experiencing program on the formation of dynamics such as creativity, organizing, and clarity necessary for launching into the society through a cause-and-effect analysis to determine the priority of resources investments and improvements of educational courses. As a result, the selling experience and planned workshop were found to have effect on the creative dynamic that preparatory business starters must secure without fail. This means that e-Fashionn Lab(http://www.bc2d.com) which is an experiencing program, is fully accomplishing its initial objective set up at the time of the system design. In addition, the selling experience and the mini-home page experience were found to have effect on the formation of organizing dynamic of preparatory business starters. This shows that the system design to realize the database of personal friendships and personal information is being used fully as an educational practice instruments. Lastly, the selling experience and planned workshops were found to have effect on the formation of clarity dynamic of preparatory business starters as experiencing characteristic has effect on creativity. However, the community (work room) experience was found to have no effect on the formation of dynamics necessary for preparatory business starters to advance into the society at this study. This signifies that the system input resources should be pushed back in priority and that curriculums and system design should be concentrated on strengthening the selling experience and planned workshop in general.

수출마케팅 활동을 중심으로 하는 벤처 비즈니스 성공요인에 관한 실증적 연구 (A Study on the Influence that Factors for Venture Success Have on Business Performance -Focus on Export Marketing-)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the influence that factors for a successful venture have on business performance. To fulfill this goal, factors for a successful venture are presupposed as the four elements of business creator, technological innovation, type of strategy, and organization, while business performance is set as subordinate variable, with a view to creating a model and establishing a hypothesis for a positive analysis. Data collection for the positive analysis was conducted using a questionnaire, and as for sampling, of the companies located in Seoul and greater metropolitan region and registered with Small and Medium Business Administration as of late December 2012, 98 companies have been selected for the final data. And I have come up with the two following results. First, factors for venture success have all proven to exercise statistically significant influence on business performance. Second, of all factors for venture success, business creator and technological innovation exercise huge influence on business performance, as compared to the other factors. From these two conclusions, it is understood that to upgrade business performance of a venture, business creator and technological innovation should be given priority over the other factors.

Drew dividing management innovation business evaluation figure by manufacturing industry and service industry through leading study, gives weight by industry about drawn evaluation figure and must give estimation point of suitable level. This studies judge importance about evaluation figure by industry and consider priority order by evaluation figure using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) that use expert group and gave point.

국내 외국인직접투자기업의 입지결정요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Location Factors of Foreign Direct Investment Firms in Korea)

  • 본 연구는 국내 외국인직접투자기업의 제조업에 적합한 입지결정요인을 추출하여 AHP 분석기법(Analytic Hierarchy Process)을 통해 집단별, 업종별, 기업규모별, 입지유형별로 입지요인의 중요도와 우선순위를 분석하고 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 전문가집단이 외국인직접투자기업을 바라보는 관점과 외국인직접투자기업에서 실제로 고려하고 있는 각 입지요인의 중요도와 우선순위에는 상당한 괴리가 있는 것으로 확인되어 전문가집단의 정보 비대칭 문제가 심각한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째로, 외국인직접투자기업에서는 투자동기와 연관되어 있는 경쟁우위요인과 경영전략요인의 중요도를 높게 평가하고 있다. 또한 기업규모별, 업종별, 입지유형별로 입지요인의 중요도와 우선순위에도 많은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째로, 투자만족도와 입지요인간에는 유의한 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타나 입지요인들이 긍정적인 영향력을 많이 받을수록 투자의 만족도가 높아진다는 것을 시사하고 있다. 또한 투자기업에서는 노동의 유연성 부족과 우수인력의 확보문제를 가장 큰 경영상의 애로사항으로 인식하고 있었다. 넷째로, 입지의사결정에 필요한 정보의 원천에 관한 조사에서 행정당국보다는 이미 국내에 진출하여 사업을 영위하고 있거나 철수한 경험이 있는 선행의 투자기엽으로부터 입지정보를 수집하는 사례가 많은 것으로 나타났다. 아울러 가장 영향력이 높은 의사결정계층으로는 최고경영자로 확인되어 입지결정과 같은 전략적 정책결정들은 실무책임자보다는 최고경영층과의 관계 마케팅이 더욱 더 중요하다는 것을 확인하였다.

DHP를 이용한 부산신항 배후부지 물류업종 선정 (Deciding types of Logistics Business in the Hinterland of Busan's New Port using DHP)

  • Recently, the logistics companies are constructing distribution market for logistics service in hinterland which is convenient for management and activity of logistics. Since the expansion of hinterland has physical constraints and related to the adjacent cities, it is vital to select value added types of logistics in the business. This study determines the priority of logistics business types in the hinterland of Busan's new port using DHP, and also it suggests future types of logistics business by comparing result of study with the enterprises located in the hinterland. As a result, the inter-modal transport business has higher weight than the storage business. The distribution manufacturing business also has relatively high weight. Therefore, the inter-modal business and storage business need to keep a present status in hinterland, and the distribution manufacturing business should consolidate the role.

  • Purpose: This study aims to measure whether market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and marketing capabilities affected the business performance of salted fish distribution in Kapuk warehouse, West Jakarta at the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. This prolonged and difficult pandemic has had an impact on the business of selling salted fish, challenging organisations' ability to maintain business performance. Research design, data and methodology: This study uses a PLS-SEM model approach using Smart PLS 3.0 and a questionnaire as the instruments. The conditions during the observation include 77 distributors who chose to keep doing business, and the research sample were measured by the number of distributors (business actors or people in charge). In this study, the variables of marketing capabilities, market orientation, and entrepreneurial orientation were used to analyse business performance. Results: Interestingly, the results of the study succeeded in explaining that during a pandemic market, both entrepreneurial orientation and marketing ability affected current business performance, although marketing ability remains an inconsistent mediator. Conclusions: This result serves as a reminder that surviving is the priority which must be focused on now, rather than crafting strategies to excel in competition that consume valuable effort and resources.

  • This study aims to explore the ways of reinforcing the competitive edge and substance of company through e-business in furniture industry by presenting the e-business model of furniture industry which faces the opportunity of challenge in the course of industrial restructuring. e-business model can take various types depending on the environment, feature and competitive edge that each company faces. For example, it is general in the fields of manufacturing company to study the model by dividing into Sell Side for sales to the customers, and Buy Side for purchase of raw materials, Integrating both sides. In furniture industry, Sell Side has the feature of giving a priority in the quality and price rather than brand image in the purchase type of consumer. Especially, it shall not be overlooked that majority of furniture is delivered to the consumer indirectly through the construction company. As such, e-business should be promoted in a way to expand the point of contact for consumers, rather than to construct its own point of contact for consumers. The percentage of importation of raw lumber is high and the standardization was insufficient in Buy Side.
