본 연구에서는 부가가치 무역 데이터를 이용하여 세계무역 네트워크 내의 구조를 분석하였다. 그 주요 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 부가가치 무역에 있어서 주요 산업은 다음 세 가지 유형이다. 여기에는 중국 등 개도국의 전자산업, 미국과 영국의 R&D 산업, 독일의 자동차, 화학, 기계 산업 등이 해당된다. 즉, 개도국의 조립형 제조업, 미국 등 선진국의 R&D 산업, 독일과 같은 선진국의 첨단 제조업이 포함된다. 둘째, 주요 산업이 글로벌 허브 산업으로 기능하는 유형은 상이하다. 특히, 미국의 서비스산업인 도소매, 물류, R&D 산업 등은 순회자와 연락자가 매우 강하게 나타나며 그 지위를 지속적으로 유지하고 있다는 것이다. 셋째, 중개자 측면에서 한 중 일 3국 주요 산업을 진단하면 한국의 대부분 산업은 중국과 일본에 압도되고 있다. 그러나 순회자 역할에서 금융산업과 R&D 산업은 중국과 일본보다 각각 우위에 있다. 이러한 점에서 서비스산업의 진일보한 개방정책이 한국 산업의 중개자 역할을 강화할 것으로 전망된다.

대학들이 기숙사 신축을 통해 대학생들의 주거복지 향상에 최선을 다하고 있는 가운데, 학교 기숙사 건립으로 인해 타 공인부동산사업자와의 생존권을 놓고 갈등이 심화되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 이해관계자 간의 갈등을 일관성 있게 이해하기 위해서는 갈등의 인과관계를 분석할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 수도권에 기숙사가 있는 사립대학교 주변 공인중개사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구는 서로 다른 입장에서 임대계약을 체결하고 갈등을 조절하여 부동산 임대시장을 통제하는 공인중개사를 대상으로 하였다. 사립대 기숙사 건립과 관련하여 대학과 공인중개사 간의 영향관계와 이러한 갈등이 공인중개사의 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 관련 변수 간의 관계를 분석하여 기숙사 인정이 완화 효과. 갈등수준(인지된 갈등, 표현된 갈등), 갈등관리, 갈등결과, 관리성과의 인과관계를 분석함과 동시에 기숙사에 대한 인식의 조절효과와 갈등관리의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과 갈등수준은 갈등관리에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 반면, 지각된 갈등과 갈등수준의 갈등관리는 갈등결과에 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 지각된 갈등과 갈등결과의 관계에서 갈등관리는 완전 매개효과가 있었고, 표현된 갈등은 부분 매개효과가 있었다. 마지막으로, 대학기숙사에 대한 인식은 갈등관리가 갈등결과에 미치는 영향에 대해 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났다.

본 논문은 국내 철강산업이 어떻게 기술적 다양화, 조직적 유연화, 지리적 분산화를 경험했는지 조사하고, 그 과정 속에서 기술지식 네트워크가 어떠한 방식으로 형성되었는지 분석했다. 특허 공동출원 자료를 기반으로 기술지식 네트워크를 구축하고, 각 2003년과 2013년 누적네트워크에 대한 k-medoid 클러스터링 분석 및 브로커리지 분석을 실시했다. 그 결과 네트워크 내 행위자가 점차 다양해진 동시에 동일 클러스터 내 내부성이 강화되었고, 산업 내 조직간 소속, 경쟁, 협력 관계 등이 네트워크 형성에 반영되어 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 대기업 및 비영리 연구기관 외에, 중소기업의 브로커 역할이 관찰되었다.

부동산 거래는 본원적으로 인간과 부동산과의 조화 및 관계개선이 요청되는 것이나 거래과정에 따라서 불의의 거래사고가 발생하여 오히려 그 관계가 악화되는 경우가 많다. 우리나라 부동산 거래관행은 부동산 거래와 관련해 체계적인 도움을 받기 매우 어렵고, 부동산을 거래하면서 필수적으로 검토해야 하는 권리관계 역시 세밀하고 정확하게 분석하기에는 한계가 있을 수밖에 없다. 따라서 부동산 거래로 인한 피해예방 및 손해배상제도를 보완하고, 중개거래활동에 있어 현재의 부동산 중개제도의 문제점을 해소하기 위해서 부동산 거래사고의 근본적인 원인중의 하나로 지적되는 공인중개사제도의 질적향상과 전문성을 제고할 것을 제안한다.

As the standards organization under ISO responsible for the development of all international financial services standards, ISO/TC 68 plays a key role in the development and adoption of new technologies in the banking, brokerage and insurance industries. In this paper many of its current work projects are introduced for developing ecommerce standards. We need to discuss the recommendations on XML conversion with ISO and other international standard organizations. Each country try to adopt the international standards even though domestic technical standards and barriers. To solve this problem of interworking between these standards, harmonization activities are nedded. For development and distribution of electronic documents to be conformed to international standards, it is enough to have the role of international activities continue to supply part of the domestic industry and the trends in participation and international standard.Our principal focus is on facilitating national and international trade, through the simplification and harmonization of processes, procedures and information flows, and so contributing to the growth of global commerce.

As the advance of multi-platform and multi-channel online services, brokerages are now offering three representative online trading systems - HTS(Home Trading Systems), WTS(Web Trading Systems), MTS(Mobile Trading Systems). In this study we investigated and compared the impact of different systems on the performance of brokerages. Using the panel data of 29 brokerages of 4 periods, we empirically tested the impact of online trading systems and the commissions of trading services. We found out that there exist some differences between the impacts of online trading systems based on the platforms. HTS was identified as the main platform for online trading services. However the role of MTS was also significantly identified while WTS showed no significant impact on the brokerage performances. Commission also showed significant negative impact in case of HTS and MTS platforms. Finally, offering MTS was identified as the significant dummy variable influencing the performance of brokerages. The results provides some implication for the multi-platform strategy for online services.

One of the distinctive characteristics of industrial engineering (IE) is its multidisciplinarity. This paper explores the multidisciplinary nature of IE using journal citation network analysis. Using the relatedness indexes of IE journals obtained from journal citation report (JCR), we firstly construct the IE network only composed of 26 IE journals. The resulting IE network is partitioned into three sub-networks: management engineering, manufacturing/quality, and ergonomics. We then propose the IE convergence network which includes 81 related journals in other disciplines as well as 26 IE journals. Scrutinizing the IE convergence network reveals that IE has a high degree of interactions with seven disciplines : Operations Research and Management Science, Statistics and Probability, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Design, Business Management, Human Factors and Ergonomics. We investigate the contributions of the related disciplines to IE as well as contributions of IE to the related disciplines. The role of IE journals in exchanging knowledge with related disciplines is also identified by brokerage analysis. It is shown that visualizing and analyzing the IE convergence network can provide an excellent overview of the multidisciplinary structure of IE, which can help IE researchers easily grasp the state-of-the art of IE research.

In recent years, electronic finance, especially online banking and brokerage services has reshaped the financial landscape around the world For example, e-finance makes it possible to offer banking services around the world 24 hours a day. The aim of this paper is to analyze the macroeconomic effects of e-finance and e-money, or with existing leading studies, is to survey how development of e-finance effects on monetary polices, and is to think out political devices to raise the efficiency of monetary polices.

유부동산 시스템의 설계는 부동산의 광범위한 자료 수집으로 신뢰성 있는 정보를 적시에 제공하고, 부동산 가격 결정, 부동산 정책 등을 즉각적으로 반영하고 활용할 수 있게 한다. 오늘날 부동산 구매자의 취향이 다양해짐으로써 그동안의 판매자 중심의 시장에서 구매자 중심으로 바뀌고 있다. 부동산 중개 업무를 담당하고 있던 부동산 중개인의 영역범위가 점점 축소되고 있는 것은 부동산 정보화 시스템 구축의 영향을 받는다. 시대적인 환경의 변화는 부동산 거래 방식의 변화를 가져와 부동산 유통 시장의 변화를 주도하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 웹 공학의 부동산 컨텐츠 시스템 구축을 위한 설계로 웹 공학 기반의 새로운 인터넷 시대를 주도하고, 웹 서비스정보를 제공하여 부동산정보 시스템의 활성화를 수행하는데 그 목적이 있다.

최근 인터넷 사용인구의 폭발적인 증가에 발맞추어 인터넷을 이용한 온라인 증권의 시장규모 또한 빠른 속도로 커지고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시장의 팽창에도 불구하고 온라인 증권 서비스에 대한 평가기준이나 평가척도 개발은 아직 시장 성장속도에 휠씬 못 미치는 모습을 보이고 있다. 현재 많은 수의 온라인 증권 사이트들이 운영되고 있으며 정보통신의 발달과 더불어 온라인 증권시장은 향후에도 지속적인 증가세를 띨 것으로 예상된다. 온라인 증권사의 성공여부는 투자자들이 어떻게 이를 이용하고 평가를 내리느냐에 따라 판가름난다. 본 연구는 오프라인 서비스 제공업체에 대한 평가척도인 SERVQUAL과 그 외 기존의 온라인 서비스 평가기준들을 종합하는 한편, 이와 더불어 투자자들을 대상으로 한 실증연구를 통해 온라인 증권 서비스 품질에 대한 평가 측정도구를 개발 제시하고자 한다. 이 척도를 개발하는 과정에서 투자자들이 생각하는 온라인 증권 서비스의 중요 요소들을 밝히며, 나아가 이 척도가 인터넷 서비스, 특히 온라인 증권의 마케팅 전략수립에 어떻게 이용되어야 하는지 역시 논의한다.
