본 연구는 장애인 이용자의 실증적인 도서관서비스 이용 실태 및 요구도를 장애유형별로 조사하고 분석함으로써, 도서관 장애인서비스를 제공할 때 장애인 이용자들이 우선적으로 요구하는 구성요소들을 도출하고자 수행되었다. 연구 결과로, 첫째, 장애인 이용자의 실질적인 도서관 이용실태 현황을 장애유형별로 분석하였다. 둘째, 도서관 장애인서비스의 주요 구성항목에 대한 장애유형별 중요도 및 만족도를 조사하여 제시하였다. 셋째, 도서관 장애인서비스의 주요 구성항목별 Borich 요구도를 분석하고 장애유형별 도서관서비스 활성화 방안을 제시하였다. 넷째, 장애인 이용자의 이용 목적별 도서관 장애인서비스 주요 항목에 대한 Borich 요구도 차이를 분석하고 장애유형별로 도서관 이용 목적을 충족시키기 위한 방안을 제안하였다. 다섯째, 장애인 이용자의 이용 도서관 유형별 Borich 요구도 차이를 분석하고 장애유형별 도서관서비스 제고 방안을 제시하였다.

This study aims to analyze the perceptions and educational needs of pre-service teachers for the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. To this end, we collected survey data from 25 undergraduate students who were enrolled in a teacher education college in Seoul. The purpose of the survey was to measure the importance and current performance for instructional AI use based on the technological, pedagogical, and content knowledge (TPACK) framework, and to explore the priority of educational needs using Borich's needs analysis and the Locus for Focus model. The results of the study confirmed that Ethics and TPK competencies are prioritized. Additionally, the results indicated a high demand for practical knowledge that can be implemented in the practice of education. Based on the results, it is necessary to develop a teacher education program that focuses on ethical aspects and teaching strategy competencies in AI-based education.

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명기반 스마트팜 분야의 중소·중견기업 종사자를 대상으로 관련 교육 수요를 조사·분석하여 효과적인 교육전략을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 교육전략 도출을 위해 스마트팜 기술 분야 도출, 교육수요조사 실시, 교육수요조사 결과를 바탕으로 IPA 분석과 Borich 요구도 분석을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 교육수요조사에서는 생산시스템 분야와 지능형 농작업기에 대한 요구가 높게 나타났다. 세부적으로 Borich 요구도 분석에서 병충해 방지 및 진단기술(8.03), 네트워크 및 분석SW 연계기술(7.83), 지능형 농작업기-농업동력 기계시스템-전기에너지 하이브리드 기술(7.43)의 순으로 높게 나타났다. 반면, 스마트 식물 공장(4.09), 생육조절을 위한 조명기술(4.46), 구조물 건설기술(4.62)은 낮은 요구도를 보였다. 이를 기반으로 한 IPA 포트폴리오 분석 결과는 집중노력영역의 네트워크 및 분석SW연계기술, CAN기반 복합센터 활용 기술은 시급히 교육이 이루어져야 하는 분야로 나타났다. 그러나 스마트공장플랫폼개발, 생육조절조명기술, 구조물건설기술 등과 같이 이미 상용화된 기술에 대해서는 과잉영역으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 바탕으로 스마트팜 분야의 수요를 반영하여 중소·중견기업 산업현장 맞춤형 교육 프로그램을 전략적으로 제시하고, 교육프로그램 운영방안의 제안이 가능하다.

본 연구의 목적은 경영자의 코칭역량모델을 개발하고 요구를 분석하는 데 있다. 이를 위하여 경영자 코칭에 종사해온 전문가 집단과 실제 경영 현장에서 코칭을 경험하고 사용하고 있는 경영자 및 임원들을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 수정 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 3차에 걸친 조사를 통해 총 5개 역량군과 34개 하위 역량이 도출되었다. 이어서 34개의 역량 항목을 측정하는 102개의 설문 문항을 설계하여 272명의 경영자 및 임원 등을 대상으로 타당도를 검증하였다. 분석 결과 26개의 역량항목에 대해서 타당도가 확보되었다. 이어서 경영자가 중요하게 생각하는 역량을 조사하기 위하여 요구분석을 실시하였다. Borich 요구도를 활용해 경영자 코칭역량에 대한 우선순위를 실시한 결과 5개 역량군에 속한 26개 하위역량 중 사업적 통찰력이 가장 요구도가 높은 역량으로 분석되었다. 이어서 동기유발, 조직관리, 갈등 관리, 전략적 사고, 협상 등으로 나타났다.

Purpose: This study used a descriptive investigative design to identify educational needs for developmental supportive care for the purpose of establishing a developmental supportive care education program for nurses in neonatal intensive care units. Methods: A survey was conducted on 93 nurses working in neonatal intensive care units located in a metropolitan area, and the collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired t-test with the SPSS 25.0 program. For the purpose of analyzing educational needs, we further analyzed data through an importance-performance analysis (IPA) and the Borich needs assessment and the locus for focus models. Results: The average importance of the developmental supportive care of nurses in neonatal intensive care units was 3.74±0.78 out of 5, and the average performance was 3.46±0.81 out of 5. A t-test on the difference between the IPA and Borich needs assessment showed the highest educational need in the categories of 'individualized care', and 'I serve on the Developmental Care Committee at my institution'. In addition, according to the results of deriving the priorities of educational needs using the Borich needs assessment and the locus for focus model, the highest priority was 'I provide appropriate pain management when noxious procedures are necessary'. Conclusion: These findings can be used as basic data to design a developmental supportive care program suitable for nurses in neonatal intensive care units to meet the educational needs for developmental supportive care.

본 연구에서는 최근 5년 내 임용된 저경력 사서교사의 주요 현황을 조사하고, 사서교사 전문성 영역에 대한 중요도와 만족도를 파악하여 저경력 사서교사의 역량 향상을 위한 전문성 제고 방안을 제안하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 5년 미만의 저경력 사서교사 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 사서교사의 양성과정과 임용 전 경험 등을 분석하였으며, 대응표본 t-검정, IPA 모델, Borich 요구도, LF 모델을 이용하여 저경력 사서교사의 전문성 영역(도서관 이용지도, 독서교육, 정보활용교육, 디지털 및 미디어 리터러시 교육, 협력수업)에 대한 인식을 파악하였다. 분석결과, 저경력 사서교사들은 모든 전문성 영역에서 중요도-만족도 간의 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. IPA 결과, '독서교육-실행 진행'을 중요도와 만족도가 높은 '지속유지영역'으로 인식하고 있었으며, '협력수업-계획', '협력수업-진행', '협력수업-평가'와 '정보활용교육-교육과정 설계', '디지털 및 미디어리터러시 교육-실행 및 평가'를 집중노력영역으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. Borich 요구도에서는 '협력수업' 영역의 '교수학습 평가', '교수학습 진행', '교수학습 계획'이 가장 높은 교육적 요구를 보여주었으며, 이어서 '디지털 및 미디어 리터러시 교육'과 '정보활용교육' 영역순으로 나타났다. LF 모델에서도 '협력수업' 영역이 최우선 영역에 포함되는 것으로 나타났으며, '디지털 및 미디어 리터러시 교육-실행, 평가', '정보활용교육-실행 평가', '정보활용교육-교육과정, 설계'의 5가지 역량이 우선순위가 높은 영역으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 교원으로서의 사서교사의 전문성을 재고하는데 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구는 유아동 교육 애니메이션의 미디어 리터러시에 대한 중요도와 수행도를 분석하여 요구도를 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 초점집단면접(FGI)을 거쳐 평가항목의 문항을 도출한 후 내적합치도와 기술통계 현황조사를 거쳐 신뢰도와 정규성을 확보한 측정도구를 제작하였다. 이 측정도구를 이용하여 유아동 자녀를 둔 부모를 대상으로 설문조사를 진행하였다. 분석도구는 Borich의 요구도 공식과 The Locus for Focus 모델을 함께 사용하여 정확도를 높였다. 그 결과 애니메이션의 다양한 정보를 자신의 상황에 맞게 습득하는 능력, 애니메이션의 다양한 정보를 비교·구분하는 비판적 수용 능력, 애니메이션을 통해 자신의 생각을 창의적으로 표현하는 태도, 애니메이션을 통해 정보를 습득하는 지적 능력 향상, 애니메이션의 내용과 주제에 대한 공감능력, 애니메이션을 통해 타자를 존중하고 협력하는 태도에 대한 요구도가 높았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 유아동 교육 애니메이션에 대한 수용자의 요구를 인식하고 이를 위한 체계적인 지표를 마련했다는 측면에서 의미가 있다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perceptions and educational needs of the university faculties in charge of capstone design courses. To achieve the purpose of this study, the 100 questionnaires collected from the faculties nationwide with teaching experience in capstone design courses were analyzed using descriptive statistics analysis, the Borich needs assessment model, and the Locus for focus model. The faculties perceived the importance of their roles in the following order: coaching students, providing opportunities for students to show their abilities, motivating and encouraging, and building trusting relationships with students. The biggest challenges that the faculties perceived in capstone design classes were the lack of university-industry collaboration and project execution time. In the analysis of the needs for the capstone design process, the research results showed that team-building, core task development and analysis, deriving problem-solving ideas, building prototypes, and comprehensive reflection ranked the top priorities. This study is expected to help the design of the courses and the development of customized faculty support programs by analyzing the faculties' perceptions and needs for capstone design classes.

This study aims to examine the needs analysis for agricultural management capabilities and farming practices that were emphasized by focusing to the inflow of farmers and the importance of the smooth succession. Data were collected from 134 farm successors. The Borich demand and the Locus for Focus model were hired for the study. Result were as follows. The competency group that the farm successors showed a high educational needs for was financial management. As for the detailed competencies that farm successors showed high educational needs for, based on Borich demand and the Locus for Focus model, the six detailed competencies of financial measures, financial analysis, financial management, sales planning, machine operation, and pest management were common and were derived as priorities. As for the direction of farming practice education for farm successors, based on these analysis results, education on machinery operation in the production sector should be expanded, and the management sector, more systematic and diverse education should be prepared to strengthen financial management capabilities.

The aim of this study analyzed the important level (IL) and understanding level (UL) including the Borich's need for students preparing of the national examination for radiological technologists at online open chatting room. A total of 254 survey were collected from a total of 1,016 students who used open chatting room from December 13 to December 16, 2022. A general characteristics were the age, gender, curriculum (3 or 4 years), grade and area. The IL, UL, learning satisfaction (LS), learning achievement (LA) and intention to continue using (ICU) were analyzed by using the 5 point Likert scale. There was no significant difference the LS, LA, and ICU according to general characteristics (p>0.05). There was a statistically significant difference a total of sixteen subjects based on the t-test results of the response values from the IL and UL (p<0.05). The total of ten subjects with the highest priority in the Locus for Focus models were the Ultrasonography, Human anatomy, Magnetic resonance imaging, Radiation therapy, Cardiovascular and intervention, Computed tomography, Human physiology, Radiographic imaging, Fluroscopic radiography, and Nuclear medicine) that the Borich's need was also the same as the top 10 ranked subjects. The LS (4.23±0.72), LA (4.18±0.73), and ICU (4.15±0.78) for open chatting room were high. This study identified the subjects most needed by college students by the Borich's need analysis. First, it is necessary to provide intensive education on subjects with high scores that are most needed by college students. Second, it is necessary to improve the teaching method for subjects with low need and low level of understanding.
