만성 간 질환자의 음주행위에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Influencing the Drinking Behavior of Chronic Liver Disease)

  • The purpose of this study is a chronic liver disease that affects the drinking behavior is to identify the factors. The subjects of the study was diagnosed with chronic liver disease outpatient visit were studied in 120 patients. The collected data were analyzed by using SPSS WIN 18.0. Drinking behavior of chronic liver disease to determine the factors influencing the results of the multiple regression analysis, the regression model was found to be significant(F=8.58, p<.001), drinking behavior of chronic liver disease a major contributor to the drinking habits(${\beta}$ = -.29, p = .004)was found in, followed by drinking motives(${\beta}$ = .20, p = .044), drinking refusal self-efficacy(${\beta}$ = -.17, p = .037), after which the diagnosis of the disease(${\beta}$ = .15, p = .041), respectively. These variables showed explanatory power of 44.1%. Drinking behavior is a serious health problem in patients with chronic liver disease. The factors that influence drinking behavior by considering the management of chronic liver disease drinking continued to provide information and education is needed abstinence.

임상 간호사의 직무만족과 완벽주의 성향이 소진에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Perfectionism on Burnout in Clinical Nurses)

  • Purpose: This descriptive study was conducted to identify burnout and factors influencing burnout in clinical nurses. Methods: A cross-sectional survey design was conducted by administering a structured questionnaire to 195 nurses working at hospitals, from August to September 2017. This study used scales to measure burnout (20 items), job satisfaction (16 items), and perfectionism (40 items). Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and multiple regression analysis. Results: Burnout of participants was correlated with job satisfaction and perfectionism. Factors identified to have influence on burnout were job satisfaction (${\beta}=-.35$, p<.001), perfectionism-fail avoidance (${\beta}=.26$, p=.001), perceived health status (${\beta}=-.26$, p<.001), and intention of department relocation (${\beta}=-.23$, p<.001). The regression model explained approximately 48% of nurses' burnout. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to improve job satisfaction and organizational support to decrease dysfunctional perfectionism that could cause burnout in nurses. It is also necessary to establish a psychological support program in hospitals.

  • The purpose of this study was to verify the influence between the variables affecting the Agricultural high school students in career decisions. The results of this study are as follow. First, self-efficacy(${\beta}=.14$, p=.000), perceived usefulness(${\beta}=.52$, p=.000) and social support(${\beta}=.31$, p=.000) were found to be significant according to career decision of agricultural high school student the result of analysis of multiple regression. all regression coefficients were positive. second, perceived usefulness(${\beta}=.52$) was found on the most influential of the three variables. Finally, when students perform studies related to agro-industry can be called self-efficacy are important factors. also The real working environment for the agro-industrial field placement, explore the world of work, ways of understanding reality based on what they learned at school such as university-industry linkage will also be established.

보건소를 이용하는 고혈압 환자의 우울증상, 자아존중감, 스트레스 및 건강관련 삶의 질 관계 (Relationships of Depression Symptom, Self-Esteem, and Stress to Health-Related Quality of Life in Patients with Hypertension Registered to a Community Health Center)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to examine the relationships of depression symptom, self-esteem, and stress with health-related quality of life(HRQOL) in patients with hypertension registered to a community health center. Methods: This study was a correlational survey using a convenience sampling. A total of 110 patients diagnosed with hypertension were recruited from a health center in Gyeonggi-do. The questionnaires used were the Cardiovascular Disease Specific-HRQOL questionnaire, Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale, and Perceived Stress Scale. The acquired data were analyzed using IBM SPSS version 22.0. Multiple linear regression analysis was performed. Results: Moderate depression symptom(${\beta}=-.368$, p<.001), severe depression symptom (${\beta}=-.450$, p<.001), stress(${\beta}=-.339$, p=.001), and gender(${\beta}=-.148$, p=.049) were significant predictors for the HRQOL. Multiple linear regression showed that 51.8% ($R^2=.518$) of the variance in the HRQOL was explained. Conclusion: Based on these results, development of an intervention or education program, to decrease depression symptoms and stress is recommended. This may improve the HRQOL in patients with hypertension registered to a community health center.

생활습관자세 및 스트레스가 간호대학생의 요통에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Postural Habits and Stress on Low Back Pain in Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify effects of postural habits and stress on low back pain experienced by nursing students. Methods: The survey was conducted with 282 students at 5 nursing schools in Seoul, Incheon, Chungcheongbuk, and Jeollabuk Province. Data were collected from October, 2013 to January, 2014. Data analyses including descriptive analysis, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Spearman's rank correlation coefficients, and multiple regression were performed using SPSS 21.0. Results: In multiple regression, habit of standing on force of one feet (${\beta}=.23$, p<.001), habit of sleeping on one's back (${\beta}=-.19$, p=.020), habit of resting the chin on one's hands (${\beta}=.15$, p=.029), and habit of carrying a bag on one shoulder (${\beta}=.12$, p=.011) were associated with low back pain experienced by nursing students. These factors accounted for 12.9% of the variance in the low back pain in undergraduate students. Conclusion: These results suggest that low back pain in nursing students are related to their habits of posture in daily life. Therefore, intervention program to encourage healthy postural habits can be effective to prevent low back pain in nursing students.

간호대학생의 소명의식, 감성지능 및 전공몰입과 행복감 간의 관계: 전공몰입의 매개효과를 중심으로 (Associations of Vocational Calling, Emotional Intelligence, and Major Commitment with the Happiness of Nursing Students: Focusing on Mediating Effects of Major Commitment)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the impacts of vocational calling, emotional intelligence, and major commitment on nursing college students' happiness. This study also was conducted to explore major commitment's mediating effect on the relationship between vocational calling, emotional intelligence, and major commitment among nursing college students. Methods: Participants were 346 nursing college students. Data were collected in November, 2017 with self-report questionnaires and were analyzed using t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficients, and regression analysis with IBM SPSS 19.0. Results: The regression model explained 33.0% of variance in nursing college students' happiness (F=41.44, p<.001). Significant factors were emotional intelligence (${\beta}=.30$, p<.001), grade (${\beta}=.20$, p<.001), major commitment (${\beta}=.18$, p=.002), and vocational calling (${\beta}=.11$, p=.035). Moreover, major commitment showed partial mediating effects on vocational calling and happiness. Major commitment also showed partial mediating effects on emotional intelligence and happiness. Conclusion: The results suggest that nursing college students' happiness can be increased through strategies aimed at increasing vocational calling, emotional intelligence, and major commitment.

경찰관의 직무열의에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Influential Factors on Job Engagement in Police Officers)

  • 본 연구는 국내 경찰관의 직무열의 영향요인을 확인하고자 실시한 서술적 횡단조사연구이다. 본 연구는 제5차 근로환경조사 원시자료를 이차 분석하였고, 연구대상자는 총 185명의 경찰관이다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 프로그램을 사용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlations, multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과에서 직무불안정성(${\beta}=-.34$, p<.001), 직무보상(${\beta}=.39$, p<.001), 주관적 건강상태(${\beta}=.22$, p<.001)와 조직공정성(${\beta}=.20$, p=.002)은 직무열의에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수로 확인되었다. 이들 변수들은 경찰관의 직무열의 를 59.3%(F=34.26, p<.001)설명하였다. 즉, 직무불안정성이 낮을수록, 직무보상과 조직공정성이 높을수록, 주관적 건강상태가 양호할수록 직무열의는 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경찰관의 직무열의를 향상시키기 위한 전략 수립시 직무보상, 직무불안정성, 주관적 건강상태, 조직공정성을 관리할 수 있는 체계적이고 통합적인 중재방안이 필요하다.

요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인에 대한 융합연구 (A Convergence Study on Factors Influencing Burnout in Caregivers)

  • 본 연구는 요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하고, 이를 기반으로 요양보호사의 소진감소프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 시도된 융합연구이다. 연구대상자는 G시 소재한 요양보호시설에 6개월 이상 근무한 요양보호사 중 연구목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구에 참여를 동의한 대상자에게 2015년 9월 설문지를 배부하여 총 185부를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 t-test, one-way ANOVA, $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient 및 Stepwise multiple regression을 구하여 분석하였다. 요양보호사의 소진에 미치는 영향요인은 개인역할 및 일상업무요인 스트레스(${\beta}=.307$, p<.001), 상사관계 스트레스(${\beta}=.186$, p<.021), 자신감(${\beta}=.182$, p<.005) 및 소극적 대처방식(${\beta}=.140$, p<.035)으로 총 27.5%의 설명력을 보였다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 요양보호사의 소진을 감소시키기 위해서는 스트레스를 감소하고 자신감을 상승과 더불어 대처방식을 다양화 할 수 있는 소진감소 프로그램 개발이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

응급구조학과 학생의 취업스트레스에 미치는 영향요인 (The Factors Influencing Employment Stress of the Department of Emergency Medical Service Students)

  • 본 연구는 응급구조학과 학생들의 취업스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하고 응급구조학과 학생들의 취업스트레스를 감소시키기 위하여 조사하였다. 전라북도와 전라남도의 4년제 대학 1개와 3년제 대학 4개의 응급구조학과 학생들 중에 임상실습을 경험한 학생 276명을 대상으로 2017년 09월 10일부터 15일까지 5일간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, t-test, ANOVA, pearson correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 임상실습 스트레스와 전공만족도는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 보였으며(r=-0.192, p=0.001), 취업스트레스와 임상실습 스트레스는 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였고(r=0.222, p<0.001), 취업스트레스와 전공만족도는 유의한 음의 상관관계를 나타냈다(r=-0.245, p<0.001). 다중회귀분석 결과 임상실습 스트레스가 높을수록(${\beta}=0.157$, p=0.005), 전공만족도가 낮을수록(${\beta}=-0.211$, p<0.001) 취업스트레스가 높아지는 것으로 나타났고, 3학년(${\beta}=0.237$, p<0.001)과 4학년(${\beta}=0.288$, p<0.001)에서 취업스트레스가 높았고, 가정의 경제적 상태가 보통인 학생들에서 취업스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났다(${\beta}=0.173$, p=0.012). 따라서 응급구조학과 학생들의 임상실습 스트레스를 감소시키기 위하여 학교의 지원이 필요하고, 취업스트레스의 감소를 위해 취업기관의 확대와 취업 관리 프로그램의 개발이 필요하다.

커피전문점 서비스품질이 지각된 가치와 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 - 부산지역 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Effect of Coffee Shop Service Quality on Perceived Value and Behavioral Intention - Focusing on Busan-Area College Students -)

  • 본 연구는 커피전문점 서비스품질이 지각된 가치와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 파악하기 위하여 통계프로그램 SPSSS 18.0을 이용하여 부산지역 대학생 237명을 대상으로 빈도분석, 요인 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 가설검정을 위한 다중회귀분석에서는 서비스품질 4개요인 중 종사원의 신뢰감, 커피의 본원적 특성은 심미적 가치에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 커피이외의 메뉴특성(${\beta}$=.293, p<.001)과 물리적 환경(${\beta}$=.293, p<.001)은 유의하게 분석되어 연구가설은 부분 채택되었다. 그리고 서비스품질이 실용적 가치에 미치는 영향에서는 종업원 신뢰감은 (${\beta}$=.264 p<.001), 커피의 본원적 특성은 (${\beta}$=.463, p<.001), 커피이외의 메뉴특성(${\beta}$=.139, p<.05)과 물리적 환경(${\beta}$=.110, p<.05) 모두 유의하게 분석되어 연구가설은 채택되었다. 그리고 서비스품질이 행동의도에 미치는 영향에서는 종업원의 신뢰감은 (${\beta}$=.262 p<.001), 커피의 본원적 특성은 (${\beta}$=.411, p<.001), 커피이외의 메뉴특성(${\beta}$=.157, p<.01)과 물리적 환경(${\beta}$=.137, p<.05) 모두 유의하게 분석되어 연구가설이 채택되었다. 또한 지각된 가치가 행동의도에 미치는 영향에서는 심미적 가치(${\beta}$=.265 p<.001), 실용적 가치(${\beta}$=.536, p<.001), 모두 유의하게 분석되어 행동의도와의 인과관계를 확인할 수 있었다.
