Obesity is caused by the accumulation of triglycerides in adipocytes by the differentiation and lipid synthesis process of pre-adipocytes, and excessive accumulation of adipocytes by the activated Adipogenesis process within the differentiated cells. Therefore, inhibiting the differentiation of adipocyte cells or controlling the adipogenesis process is known as an effective treatment method for obesity. This study evaluates the inhibition of Red beet root extract on pancreatic lipase and pre-adipocyte cell differentiation. Also it evaluates the Red beet root extract activities on C/EBP-𝛼,𝛽, and PPAR-𝛄. The experiments proved that the Red beet root extract inhibits pancreatic lipase by concentration dependency. Further, in 3T3-L1 inhabitation experiment, it was found Red beet root extract inhibited adipocyte formation. Red beet root extract also inhibits the expression of C/EBP-𝛼, C/EBP-𝛽, and PPAR-𝛾 which effect the process of adipocytic differentiation. We therefore concluded that RBE has a high potential to further studies on anti-obesity effect.

Ultrasound is one of the effective methods for skin treatment. The skin penetration depth of the ultrasound depends on the ultrasonic frequency, that is, when the ultrasonic frequency is high, the depth is shallow. We have developed a transducer which can generate effectively 3 different ultrasonic frequencies removing interference between 3 types of frequencies according to impedance matching technology. The generated powers of transducer are 40.67W at 3.MHz, 17.46W at 11.7 MHz, and 14.79W at 21.5 MHz. The signal interference between the three frequencies is designed so that they do not interfere with each other by separating the signals using the SPDT (Single Pole, Double Throw) switch. The developed hybrid ultrasound transducer can be applied in skin care or skin treatment and beauty therapy.

여성 그레쥬에이션 시술 각도의 변화에 따른 한국남성들의 트렌드 감성별 룩 포지션과의 상관성에 관한 연구로서 시술각도에 따른 여성 그레쥬에이션의 다양한 이미지를 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 창의적인 그레쥬에이션 커트시술이 가능해 지는데 연구 목적이 있다. 설문지법을 사용하여 총 100부의 설문지를 통계분석 하였다. 연구 결과 그레쥬에이션의 시술 각도 $5^{\circ}$, $31^{\circ}$, $85^{\circ}$ 에서는 세련된(sophisticated) 이미지가 나타난다고 응답하였으며 $15^{\circ}$, $65^{\circ}$의 시술 각도에서는 우아한(elegance) 이미지가 나타난다고 응답하였으며 시술 각도 $50^{\circ}$에서는 현대적인(modern) 이미지가 나타난다고 응답하였다. 본 연구를 통해 한국 남성들이 느끼는 트렌드 감성별 룩 포지션에 의하여 세분화 된 여성 그레쥬에이션 커트에 대한 향후 심층적인 후속 연구가 가능해지며 고객만족을 창출과 동시에 보다 심도 깊은 헤어커트 교육의 기초자료로 활용이 가능해지리라 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the romantic costume style which has become a big trend before and after the 21th century. For this purpose, I examined the development plans and characteristics of women's costume in France in the Romantic period from the 1820s to the 1850s and analyzed the aesthetic characteristics of romantic costume style The aesthetic characteristics of romantic style in the 19th century were defined by the feminine and elegant beauty, exoticism, and sensuality. Since the 1990s, the characteristics are classified into Feminine & Elegant Style, Ethnic & Fusion Style, and Sensual Style. Feminine & Elegant Style is characterized by delicate, splendid lace and frill decorations that have become more ornamental and technical since the 1990s. They create greater romance and express gentler and more elegant femininity away from the artificial silhouette. Ethnic & Fusion Style use more diverse ethnic patterns, colors, accessories, and details since the 1990s and shows more varieties and creativity in convergence with modern fashion. Sensual Style exposes the physical curve of female body. In the 19th century, cuffs and collars were exaggerated and shoulders were exposed for sensuality. After the 1990s, however, see-through materials have been used to show the beauty of natural physical curves or corsets have been worn as the outerwear. Studying romantic costume style, which arose as a concept of postmodernism, the cultural ideology that exists as a breakthrough of our time, is signified by the understanding of the latest cultural phenomenon and fashion trends.

The purpose of this study is to develop a design as a high value-added exportable industrial product by developing a cultural product, that can be accepted as having universal beauty by people in the Western cultural area. This is done by, re-analyzing it from a modern perspective after applying the color representation, used in pop art, to Shin Saimdang's Chochungdo (草蟲圖, insects on flowers) which clearly expresses Korea's national emotion and aesthetic consciousness. The research method depends upon developing cultural products such as scarfs, neckties, handkerchiefs, and folding fans, which are communicated in the global market The expressive technique of pop art is utilized after reconstructing the color sensation of pop art in the aesthetic dimension of the natural, physical, and formative beauty of Chochungdo based on the whole understanding of our country's genre of Chochungdo and Western pop art. With regard to the colors in the developed design, the basic colors were extracted and applied by selecting 10 pieces in the flower series, which were made with the silkscreen printmaking technique in the 1970s by Andy Warhol, a master in pop art. A work that integrates pop art, a global art trend, with Korean traditional culture is expected to highlight Korean traditional culture in the global cultural era.

본 연구는 부산지역에 소재하는 미용실 종사자들을 대상으로 직무스트레스, 직무소진 및 사회적 지지와 이직의도와의 상관관계를 알아보고 이직의도에 미치는 변인들의 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 첫째, 연령이 낮을수록 감정노동이 높으며, 연령, 학력, 경력, 직위가 낮을수록 직무스트레스와 직무소진이 높고, 연령과 학력이 낮고 휴무일이 적을수록 이직의도가 많았다. 둘째, 원장/디자이너는 감정절제, 감정부조화, 심리적 스트레스, 역할스트레스가 이직의도가 유의미하고 스텝은 감정부조화, 심리적 스트레스가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 이직의도전체는 원장/디자이너는 감정절제, 역할스트레스, 상사지지와 동료지지가, 직장관련 이직의도에는 감정절제, 역할스트레스, 동료지지, 비인격화가 영향을 미친다. 스텝은 이직의도전체와 직장관련 이직의도에는 상사지지, 동료지지, 비인격화가, 직업관련 이직의도는 상사지지가 영향을 미친다.

이제 성형외과는 미용 산업이 되고 있다. 성형 산업을 이해하기 위하여 성형외과 웹 사이트의 특성을 연구하였다. 2010년에 많은 사람이 방문한 33개의 성형외과 웹 사이트를 60개의 비교 대상 성형외과 웹 사이트와 비교하였다. 34개의 객관적인 웹 사이트 속성을 선정하여 93개 성형외과 웹 사이트를 조사하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 분석방법은 다중 판별분석을 사용하여 다(多) 방문 웹 사이트들과 비교 대상 웹 사이트들을 구분하는 웹 속성이 무엇인지 찾았다. 연구 결과, 두 집단을 구분하는 웹 속성은 유지보수 관련 속성과 커뮤니티 관련 속성이었다. 성형외과의 다(多) 방문 웹 사이트는 커뮤니티 중심이며, 지속적으로 유지 관리하는 사이트 임을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과는 성형외과 웹사이트의 효과적인 구축 및 운영에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.

본 연구는 뷰티 소셜커머스 이용자 530명 중 미용성형시술 쿠폰 구매 경험이 있는 244명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하여 미용성형시술 인식이 만족도 및 재구매에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 미용성형 시술 쿠폰 구매 경험은 46.0%로 낮았고 구매하지 않는 이유는 정보부족, 업체에 대한 불신이었고 이용 고객의 불만족 이유는 기대효과이었으며 20대가 정보성에 낮은 만족도를 나타냈다. 미용성형시술 이용 요인 중 편리성, 정보성이 만족도, 재구매에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며(p<0.001) 편리성을 중요한 요인으로 인식하였다. 따라서 소셜커머스 업체 및 미용 의료기관의 고객 응대 서비스 및 사이트 이용 방법, 객관적인 정보 제공 등 방면의 개선이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

2017년 3월 16일 개봉한 미국 영화 미녀와 야수(Beauty and Beast, 2017)는 21일 동안에(4월6일 까지) 한국 국내에서 박스오피스를 4,273,401명으로 누적되었다. 이런 영화 흥행 수입을 따르면 영화 등 영상 시장이 급속도로 성장하고 있으며, 발달된 정보기술에 따라 PLF (Premium Large-Format) 영상의 관심도가 높아지고 있다. PLF 영상은 관객들에게 극대화된 몰입감을 선사할 수 있고 새로운 시각의 향연을 펼칠 수 있기 때문이다. 본 연구는 PLF 플랫폼에서 가장 중요한 이슈로 떠오르고 있는 아이맥스, 스크린 X 그리고 360도 서큘러 스크린을 중심으로 이 3 가지 PLF 플랫폼에 대한 개념과 특징을 분석 한 후 차이점을 비교 한다. 이 연구 결과에 따라 이 3가지 PLF 플랫폼에 대하여 더 쉽게 이해할 수 있고, 더불어 향후 PLF 영상이 관객들에게 극대화된 몰입감을 선사할 수 있는 콘텐츠를 제작하기 위한 특징들을 분석하고, 개념에 대한 연구를 하였으며 본 논문은 영상콘텐츠 관련 연구자와 산업계 종사자들에게 향후 도움이 될 수 있는 연구 논문으로 사료 될 것을 기대한다. 그리고 향후 각 PLF 영상 콘텐츠 제작 방식을 연구하며, 시각효과를 극대화한 콘텐츠에 대한 연구를 목표로 한다.
