3 phase 4-wire system has been widely used in the customer's application due to merit of 1 bank construction of loads such as 1-phase lighting, heat and 3-phase motor. But if the load distribution is not uniformed by the operation conditions, voltage unbalance is highly appeared by the difference of each phase current value. Especially, if the linear load such as resistance or inductive load has different power factor value, voltage unbalance factor is not the same due to the phase angle and magnitude of each phase voltage. In this paper, we composed the measurement device and analyzed by varying of load pattern.
The largehead hairtail (Trichiurus lepturus) is one of the most common fisheries stocks in the East China Sea and the Yellow Sea. The species is caught using a variety of fishing tools, such as a stow net or a long line, as well as jigging and trawling. Scientific investigations have been conducted throughout the world to enable evidence-based estimations for the management and protection of the main fisheries biomass. For example, inshore and offshore hydro acoustic surveys are performed annually using bottom- and mid-water trawls around the Korean Peninsula. However, to date, no acoustic survey has been conducted to estimate fish size distribution, which is necessary to construct a data bank of target strength (TS) relative to fish species, length (L), and frequency. This study describes the frequency and length dependence of TS among fishes in Korean waters for the purpose of constructing such a TS data bank. TS measurements of the largehead hairtail were carried out in a water tank (L 5 m$\times$width 6 m$\times$ height 5 m) at frequencies of 50, 75, 120, and 200 kHz, using a tethering method. The average TS patterns were measured as a function of tilt angle, ranging from $-45^{\circ}$ (head down) to $+45^{\circ}$ (head up) every $0.2^{\circ}$. The length conversion constant ($b_{20}$) was estimated under the assumption that TS is proportional to the square of the length. In addition, in situ TS measurements on live largehead hairtails were performed using a split beam echo sounder.

This paper was conducted as an attempt in order to construct the data bank of target strength for acoustic estimation of fish length in the coastal waters of Korea. The fish length dependence of acoustic target strength for 13 large yellow croakers (Pseudosciaena crocea) at 75 kHz was investigated and the prediction of the target strength by using the Kirchhoff-Ray Mode model (KRM model) was compared with target strength measurements. The results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. In the averaged target strength pattern for 13 large yellow croakers the maximum target strength was -35.13 dB at $-13.35^{\circ}$ on a tilted angle. 2. The relationship between fork length(L, cm) and averaged target strength(TS, dB) was expressed as follows; TS=23. 76log (L) -73.45 (r=0.47) TS=20log(L) -67.35 From this result, the conversion coefficient was -73.45 dB and 6.1 dB lower than the coefficient -67.35 dB where the value of the slope of the regression equation is forced to be 20. 3. Averaged target strength and a length conversion coefficient derived from a target strength histogram for 13 large yellow croakers of mean length 25.59 cm were -41.23 dB, -69.72 dB, respectively. 4. In the range of $$2;{\ll} L (fish length /{\lambda}(wave length);{\ll}40$$, the prediction of the averaged target strength by the KRM model increased gradually with the increasing of $L/{\lambda}$ and was lower than the measured target strength.

Side-jets enable the immediate maneuver of a missile compared to control surfaces; however, they may cause adverse effects on aerodynamic coefficients, for they interfere with freestream. To find out the impact of side-jets on aerodynamic coefficients, we simulate side-jets as air gas and utilize multi-fidelity models to evaluate differences between aerodynamic coefficients obtained with and without side-jets. We computed differences in aerodynamic coefficients to investigate side-jet effects for the changes of a Mach number, a bank angle, and an angle of attack. As a result, asymmetrically developed side-jets affect the longitudinal force and moment coefficients, and the lateral force and moment coefficients drastically change in-between -30 and 30 degrees of bank angles. In contrast, side-jets hardly influence the axial force coefficients. As for the axial moment coefficient, we could not determine the side-jet effect due to a lack of aerodynamic coefficient samples in the Mach number. All in all, we confirm that side-jets lead to the change of a missile attitude as they considerably vary the longitudinal and lateral aerodynamic coefficients.
Most of the downstream of the river is blocked by beams, so fishways are required for the movement of conciliatory fish species and connection with the upstream. Therefore, it is very important as an ecological pier that can help free movement of fish. The three previously installed eel ladders use only brushes on the bottom. For find out the effect of the bottom material except to brush, experimented used model glass eel ladders to the ascent of glass eel. The eel ladder model was 1.2 m length, 0.3 m wide, and 0.1 m high, and three gravels of different particles were attached to the bottom of the fish ladder setting on the Geumgang Estuary Bank. The first model ladder was made of gravel with particles of 5 mm, and the second model ladder was made of gravel with particles of 2 mm. The third model ladder was made by solidifying with particles of 1 mm or less cement. All experiments were repeated 5 times for 1 hour. As a result of the experiment, the lower the angle, and the smaller the gravel particles, the more glass eels are ascended to the ladder, but the made of cement was nearly not ascent. The gravel-bottom model ladder has a lower discharge and flow rate than the brush ladder so more glass eels can ascent ladder, and if the glass eel ladder is improved through experiments applying various floor materials and variables in the future, more glass eels are going to ascent glass eel ladder.
The horizontal collector well is used to treat some weak points of the vertical well in the bank filtration site. In this study two empirical formulas(Milojevic and Petrovic) are selected to examine the applicability for calculating the yield of the horizontal collector. And they are compared with the compute simulation results for multiple wells. Milojevic empirical formula which considers the conditions such as aquifer, well location, the diameter of screen etc. is more applicable than Petrovic formula. Draw-down characteristics of horizontal collector was well simulated by using the computer simulation for multiple wells. The results are well agreement with Milojevic formula, and the draw-down and the retention time of the horizontal collector can be controlled by adjusting the angle of lateral screens.
In this paper, we propose the Tangible Virtual Reality Representation Method to using haptic device and feature to morphology of created bead from Flux Cored Arc Welding. The virtual reality was started to rising for reduce to consumable materials and welding training risk. And, we will expected maximize virtual reality from virtual welding training. In this paper proposed method is get the database to changing the input factor such as work angle, travelling angle, speed, CTWD. And, it is visualization to bead from extract to optimal morphological feature information to using the Neural Network algorithm. The database was building without error to extract data from automatic robot welder. Also, the Neural Network algorithm was set a dataset of the highest accuracy from verification process in many times. The bead was created in virtual reality from extract to morphological feature information. We were implementation to final shape of bead and overlapped in process by time to using bead generation algorithm and calibration algorithm for generate to same bead shape to real database in process of generating bead. The best advantage of virtual welding training, it can be get the many data to training evaluation. In this paper, we were representation bead to similar shape from generated bead to Flux Cored Arc Welding. Therefore, we were reduce the gap to virtual welding training and real welding training. In addition, we were confirmed be able to maximize the performance of education from more effective evaluation system.

Since the centrifugal force acts on the flow in the curved channel, a transverse water surface gradient occurs and the thalweg is biased toward the outer bank. The submerged vanes may be used to solve various engineering problems of the curved channels. In order to analyze the influence of an attack angle and the distance between the vane arrays on the river bed variation and the superelevation in a bend, movable bed hydraulic experiments were conducted in a $90^{\circ}$ curved rectangular channel of a small-size gravel bed. Installing the submerged vanes in the bend increases the maximum scour depth. But if vanes are installed in a uniform obtuse angle, the scour depth may be reduced. If the flow rate in the channel bend with vanes equals to the channel forming discharge, the location of the maximum scour depth moved to the downstream and the superelevation increased. However if the flow rate is smaller than that, the location of the maximum scour depth moved upstream and the superelevation decreased. The channel bed change and the superelevation due to the installation of the submerged vanes have been dependent on the interaction of the attack angle, the flow rate, and the distance between the arrays.

In this paper, we described the Cramer-Rao Lower Bound (CLRB) performances of Time Difference of Arrival (TDOA) and Frequency Difference of Arrival (FDOA) methods when there are multiple emitters. The TDOA and FDOA values between two receivers can be simultaneously estimated by using the so-called Complex Ambiguity Function (CAF). In the case of multiple emitters, there exist Inter Symbol Interferences (ISIs) in the measurement data. Therefore, it is required to reduce the effect of ISI and provide a performance evaluation method of TDOA and FDOA estimations. In order to eliminate the ISIs, using of a filter bank before calculating CAF is proposed when the carrier frequencies of the emitters are different to one another. Angle of Arrival (AOA) or Received Signal Strength (RSS) methods before calculating CAF were proposed to reduce the ISIs when the carrier frequencies are the same. In order to evaluate the CRLB of TDOA and FDOA estimations, we employed the conditional probability distribution method and described the numerical comparison results.
