In this paper, we designed a microstrip patch antenna that can be applied to the Wimax/LTE 5G system among wireless media usable in coastal ships. The substrate of the proposed antenna is FR-4 (er=4.3), the size is 22 mm × 30 mm, and it can be used in the 3.5 GHz and 5.8 GHz bands of Wimax/LTE 5G by constructing a simple structure using a microstrip patch antenna. CST Microwave Studio 2014 was used for simulation, and the gain of the simulation result is 2.41dB at 2.4 GHz and 3.96 dB at 3.5 GHz. S-Parameter also showed a result of less than -10 dB (VSWR 2:1) in the desired frequency band, and designed a small variable and a miniaturized antenna so that the antenna can be used in mobile phones or electronic devices.
Ultrafine iron oxide powder, {{{{ gamma }}-Fe2O3 and $\alpha$-Fe2O3, were prepared by the thermal decomposition of organometallic compounds. The formation process of powder includes the thermal decomposition and oxidation of the organometallic precursors, Fe(N2H3COO)2(N2H4)2 (A) and N2H5Fe(N2H3COO)3.H2O (B). The organometallic precursors, A and B, were synthesized by the reaction of ferrous ion with hydrazinocarboxylic acid, and characterized by quantitative analysis and infrared spectroscopy. The mechanistic study for the thermal decomposition was performed by DAT-TG. The iron oxide powder was obtained by the heat treatment of the precursors at 20$0^{\circ}C$ and $600^{\circ}C$ for half an hour in air. The phases of the resulting product were proved {{{{ gamma }}-Fe2O3 and $\alpha$-Fe2O3 respectively. The particle shape was equiaxial and the particle size was less than 0.1 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$. Magnetic properties of the {{{{ gamma }}-Fe2O3 powder obtained from A and B was 234 Oe of coercivity, 64.26 emu/g of saturation magnetization, 23.59 emu/g of remanent magnetization and 24.1 Oe, 47.27 emu/g, 3.118 emu/g respectively. The value of $\alpha$-Fe2O3 powder was 1.494 Oe, 0.4862 emu/g, 0.1832 emu/g and 1,276 Oe, 0.4854 emu/g, 0.1856 emu/g respectively.
In this paper, we will show that the multiplicative group G in a finite ring R with identity 1 has a (B, N)-pair satisfying the following conditions; (1) G=BNB where B and N are subgroups of G. (2) B.cap.N is a normal subgroup of N and W = N/(B.cap.N), is generated by a set S = { $s_{1}$, $s_{2}$, .., $s_{k}$} where $s_{i}$.mem.N/(B.cap.N), $s_{i}$$^{2}$.iden.1 and $s_{i}$.neq.1. (3) For any s.mem.S and w.mem.W, we have sBw.contnd.BwB.cup.BswB. (4) We have sBs not .subeq. B for any s.mem.S. When G, B, N and S satisfy the above conditions, we say that the quadruple (G, B, N, S) is a Tits system. The group W is called the Weyl gorup of the Tits system.ystem.m.
The antitumor effect of 柴胡(Bupleuri Radix : BP), 茵陳(Artemisiae capillaris Herba; ACH) 및 蒲公英(Taraxaci Herba; TH) and 蒲公英 EE層(Ethyl ether layer of TH; EETH) on human hepatocytes such as Hep G2, PLC and Hep 3B, and synergistic action with the anticancer drugs, that is, mitomycin(MMC), cisplatin(CPT) and 5-fluorouracil(5-FU) were studied by the method of MTT. The results were obtained as follows: 1. $IC_{50}$ against Hep G2, PLC and Hep 3B was $15.5{\mu}g/ml$, $25.4{\mu}g/ml$ and 31.25 in MMC, $92.5{\mu}g/ml$, $50.2{\mu}g/ml$ and $62.5{\mu}g/ml$ in CPT and $125{\mu}g/ml$ in 5-FU respectively. 2. Cytotoxic effect on Hep G2 was obvious in BP-treated group, synergistic action was most effective in TH-treated group or with MMC. 3. Cytotoxic effect on Hep 3B was obvious in ACH-treated group, synergistic action was most effective in ACH-treated group or with MMC. 4. Cytotoxic effect on PLC was obvious in ACH-treated group, synergistic action was most effective in TH-treated group or with MMC. From above results it was concluded that ACH showed the best antitumor effect against PLC and Hep 3B, BP aganst Hep G2 and also synergistic effect was most effective with MMC, which indicates that it is necessary to seperate the antitumor substances in ACH.
Over an additive abelian group G of order g and for a given positive integer $\lambda$, a generalized Hadamard matrix GH(g, $\lambda$) is defined as a gλ$\times$gλ matrix[h(i, j)], where 1 $\leq i \leqg\lambda and 1 \leqj \leqg\lambda$, such that every element of G appears exactly $\lambd$atimes in the list h($i_1, 1) -h(i_2, 1), h(i_1, 2)-h(i_2, 2), …, h(i_1, g\lambda) -h(i_2, g\lambda), for any i_1\neqi_2$. In this paper, we propose a new method of expanding a GH(g^m, \lambda_1) = B = [B_{ij}] over G^m$ by replacing each of its m-tuple B_{ij} with B_{ij} + GH(g, $\lambda_2) where m = g\lambda_2. We may use g^m/\lambda_1 (not necessarily all distinct) GH(g, \lambda_2$)s for the substitution and the resulting matrix is defined over the group of order g.
Field and nutrient cultures of American ginseng (Panax quinquefolius L.) were used to establish foliar symptoms related to boron (B) concentration in leaves and soils, and to evaluate radish as a time-saving model system for B nutrition. Application of excess B, 8 kg/ha versus the recommended 1.5 kg/ha, to field plantings of 2-, 3-, and 4-yr-old American ginseng plants just prior to crop emergence caused, within 4 wk after crop emergence, leaf symptoms of chlorosis followed by necrosis starting at the tips and progressing along the margins. The B concentration in leaves of 2-4-yr-old plants receiving 1.5 kg/ha Bwas $30{\mu}g/g$ dry mass compared to $460{\mu}g/g$ dry mass where 8 kg/ha B was applied. Similarly, B concentration in soils receiving the lower B concentration was 1.8 mg/g dry mass and $2.2-2.8{\mu}g/g$ dry mass where the higher B concentration was applied. Application of 8 kg/ha B reduced the dry yield of 3rd-yr roots by 20% from 2745 kg/ha to 2196 kg/ha and 4th-yr roots by 26% from 4130 kg/ha to 3071 kg/ha. Ginseng seedlings and radish were grown under greenhouse conditions in nutrient culture with four B concentrations ranging from 0 mg/L to 10 mg/L. At 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L ginseng and radish developed typical leaf B toxicity symptoms similar to those described above for field-grown plants. Increasing B in the nutrient solution from 0.5 mg/L to 10 mg/L decreased, in a linear fashion, the root and leaf dry mass of ginseng, but not radish. Given the many similarities of ginseng and radish to B utilization, radish might be used as a timesaving model system for the study of B, and other micronutrients, in the slow-growing perennial ginseng.
Alginate lyase from Streptomyces violaceoruber was purified by DEAE sephacel chromatography and SP sepharose chromatography. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 14.6 units/mg protein, representing a 40.6-fold purification of the crude extract. The final preparation thus obtained showed a single band on Tricine-SDS polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis whose molecular weight was determined to be 23.3 kDa. The polyMG block of sodium alginate was hydrolyzed by the purified alginate lyase and then separated by activated carbon column chromatography and bio gel P-2 gel filtration. The main hydrolysates were composed of hetero type M/G-oligosaccharides with the degrees of polymerization (D.P.) being 6 and 8. To investigate the effects of hetero type M/G-oligosaccharides from the sodium alginate on the growth of some intestinal bacteria, cells were cultivated individually on the modified-MRS medium containing D.P. 6 and 8 M/G-oligosaccharides. B. longumgrew 4.25-fold and 6.44-fold more effectively by the treatment of D.P. 6 and 8 M/G-oligosaccharides compared with those of standard MRS medium. In addition, B. bifidumgrew 3.3-fold and 5.4-fold more effectively by the treatment of D.P. 6 and 8 M/G-oligosaccharides. In conclusion, D.P. 8 was more effective than D.P. 6 hetero M/G-oligosaccharides as regards the growth of Bifidobacteriumspp. and Lactobacillus spp.
The effects of cytochalasin B was studied for the cleavage and development of in vitro matured porcine follicular oocytes. The follicular oocytes were collected from slaughtered pig ovaries and matured for 65 hours. The matured oocytes were activated by 7% ethanol(v/v) in DPBS and the activated oocytes were subjected to cytochalasin B concentrations of 2.5, 5.0 and $7.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ for 3, 5 and 7 hours, and then the treated oocytes were cultured in NCSU23 with 0.4% BSA for 7 days. The cleavage rates were not different significantly in each treatment. However, the oocytes treated with $5.0\;{\mu}g/mL$ for 5 hours yielded a significantly higher morula rate(19.7%) than oocytes treated with $2.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ for 3 and 5 hours(9.4%). The sum rate of $2.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ concentration(10.5%) by hour was also significantly lower than those of 5.0(18.0%) and $7.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ concentration(14.6%). The blastocyst rate in oocytes treated with $5.0\;{\mu}g/mL$ for 3(9.4%) and 5 hours(9.0%) was significantly higher than the rate in oocytes treated with $2.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ for 3 hours(0%). The sum rate of $5.0\;{\mu}g/mL$ concentration also significantly higher than those of 2.5 and $7.5\;{\mu}g/mL$ concentration. The results demonstrated that the treatment of oocytes with cytochalasin B of $5.0\;{\mu}g/mL$ for $3{\sim}5$ hours was the optimal concentration and duration for parthenogenetic activation and blastocyst formation of in vitro matured porcine oocytes.
For a finite subgroup G of GLn(ℂ), the moduli space 𝓜𝜃 of 𝜃-stable G-constellations is rarely smooth. This note shows that for a group G of type ${\frac{1}{r}}(1,a,b)$ with r = abc + a + b, there is a generic stability parameter 𝜃 ∈ Θ such that the birational component Y𝜃 of 𝜃-stable G-constellations provides a resolution of the quotient singularity X := ℂ3/G.

The purpose of this study was to investigate and evaluate the safety of the grains, nut products, beans and oilseeds being sold in Gyeonggi province by analyzing mycotoxins. A multi-mycotoxins analysis method based on LC-MS/MS was validated and applied for the determination of eight mycotoxins, including aflatoxins ($B_1$, $B_2$, $G_1$ and $G_2$), fumonisins ($B_1$, $B_2$), zearalenone and ochratoxcin A in 134 samples. The limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantitation (LOQ) for the eight mycotoxins ranged from 0.14 to $8.25{\mu}g/kg$ and from 1.08 to $7.21{\mu}g/kg$, respectively. Recovery rates of mycotoxins were determined in the range of 61.1 to 97.5% with RSD of 1.0~14.5% (n=3). Fumonisin $B_1$, $B_2$, zearalenone, and ochratoxin A were detected in 22 samples, indicating that 27% of grains, 12.5% of beans and 11.8% of oilseeds were contaminated. Fumonisin and zearalenone were detected simultaneously in 2 adlays and 3 sorghums. Fumonisin $B_1$ and $B_2$ were detected simultaneously in most samples whereas fumonisin $B_1$ was detected in 1 adlay, 1 millet and 1 sesame sample. The average detected amount of fumonisin was $49.3{\mu}g/kg$ and $10.1{\mu}g/kg$ for grains and oilseeds, respectively. The average detected amount of zearalenone was $1.9{\mu}g/kg$ and $1.5{\mu}g/kg$ for grains and beans, respectively. In addition, the average amount of ochratoxin A was $0.08{\mu}g/kg$ for grains. The calculated exposure amounts of fumonisin, zeralenone and ochratoxin A for grains, beans and oilseeds were below the PMTDI/PTWI.
